Until further notice the messages that accompany this notice will be part of the “Come out of her my people” series. They will be harsh. They will cause people to get upset. This is as it should be. They must question the way they think and live. So, they can seek to follow Christ and not the world.

Discussion

In last week’s podcast. I began to answer the question someone asked. Let me restate their question once again.

“Your words raise a serious theological concern: Are many within the church today unaware of which judgment they are headed for?

That’s a vital question. It goes to the core of what the Gospel is—not just moral improvement or church attendance, but actual spiritual rebirth (John 3), and a living faith that aligns with Christ’s resurrection (Romans 6, Philippians 3:10–11)”

Last week I started my response with John 3. Within this chapter we found Jesus Christ’s response which actually answered the very question poised by the person asking the question. Today we will continue on to at least the next Biblical reference. That being Romans chapter six. Before we look to this chapter though. We must come to an understanding. The full context of what is shown in Romans six begins in Romans 4 and chapter six is the climax of this teaching. From chapter four of Romans we see that faith is a major teaching. However, when you look at what transpires you also see works. Not works of the law, but works of faith in Jesus Christ and God. However, let us now look to Romans 6:

Romans 6:1-23 NKJV – What shall we say then? Shall we continue in sin that grace may abound? Certainly not! How shall we who died to sin live any longer in it? Or do you not know that as many of us as were baptized into Christ Jesus were baptized into His death? Therefore we were buried with Him through baptism into death, that just as Christ was raised from the dead by the glory of the Father, even so we also should walk in newness of life. For if we have been united together in the likeness of His death, certainly we also shall be in the likeness of His resurrection, knowing this, that our old man was crucified with Him, that the body of sin might be done away with, that we should no longer be slaves of sin. For he who has died has been freed from sin. Now if we died with Christ, we believe that we shall also live with Him, knowing that Christ, having been raised from the dead, dies no more. Death no longer has dominion over Him. For the death that He died, He died to sin once for all; but the life that He lives, He lives to God. Likewise you also, reckon yourselves to be dead indeed to sin, but alive to God in Christ Jesus our Lord. Therefore do not let sin reign in your mortal body, that you should obey it in its lusts. And do not present your members as instruments of unrighteousness to sin, but present yourselves to God as being alive from the dead, and your members as instruments of righteousness to God. For sin shall not have dominion over you, for you are not under law but under grace. What then? Shall we sin because we are not under law but under grace? Certainly not! Do you not know that to whom you present yourselves slaves to obey, you are that one’s slaves whom you obey, whether of sin leading to death, or of obedience leading to righteousness? But God be thanked that though you were slaves of sin, yet you obeyed from the heart that form of doctrine to which you were delivered. And having been set free from sin, you became slaves of righteousness. I speak in human terms because of the weakness of your flesh. For just as you presented your members as slaves of uncleanness, and of lawlessness leading to more lawlessness, so now present your members as slaves of righteousness for holiness. For when you were slaves of sin, you were free in regard to righteousness. What fruit did you have then in the things of which you are now ashamed? For the end of those things is death. But now having been set free from sin, and having become slaves of God, you have your fruit to holiness, and the end, everlasting life. For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.

A key statement found in these verses:

“Therefore do not let sin reign in your mortal body, that you should obey it in its lusts. Do you not know that to whom you present yourselves slaves to obey, you are that one’s slaves whom you obey, whether of sin leading to death, or of obedience leading to righteousness?”

Let’s focus in further:

“Do you not know that to whom you present yourselves slaves to obey, you are that one’s slaves whom you obey, whether of sin leading to death, or of obedience leading to righteousness?”

As pointed out in the last podcast those that are religious have made mammon their master. Therefore, the majority that goes into the buildings called “churches” continue to live in sin. Making their salvation void. For these verses make it abundantly clear that those that continue in sin reject their grace of salvation for their worldly comforts.

The Holy Spirit also brings into play the bearing of Holy fruit, which is also known as works through faith:

“And having been set free from sin, you became slaves of righteousness. For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.”

Since fruits have been given in these verses. Let us look to the original time “fruits” were talked about by Jesus Christ Himself:

John 15:1-6 NKJV – “I am the true vine, and My Father is the vinedresser. Every branch in Me that does not bear fruit He takes away; and every branch that bears fruit He prunes, that it may bear more fruit. You are already clean because of the word which I have spoken to you. Abide in Me, and I in you. As the branch cannot bear fruit of itself, unless it abides in the vine, neither can you, unless you abide in Me. “I am the vine, you are the branches. He who abides in Me, and I in him, bears much fruit; for without Me you can do nothing. If anyone does not abide in Me, he is cast out as a branch and is withered; and they gather them and throw them into the fire, and they are burned.

What are the True Fruits?

Galatians 5:22-23 NKJV – But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, self-control. Against such there is no law.

Additionally, we are told to do this:

Mark 10:21 NKJV – Then Jesus, looking at him, loved him, and said to him, “One thing you lack: Go your way, sell whatever you have and give to the poor, and you will have treasure in heaven; and come, take up the cross, and follow Me.”

These are the True fruits as well as following all the commandments both old and new that were not removed by the cross. For Christ makes it very clear that the laws of the Moses and the prophets were not ended.

Matthew 5:17-20 NKJV – “Do not think that I came to destroy the Law or the Prophets. I did not come to destroy but to fulfill. For assuredly, I say to you, till heaven and earth pass away, one jot or one tittle will by no means pass from the law till all is fulfilled. Whoever therefore breaks one of the least of these commandments, and teaches men so, shall be called least in the kingdom of heaven; but whoever does and teaches them, he shall be called great in the kingdom of heaven. For I say to you, that unless your righteousness exceeds the righteousness of the scribes and Pharisees, you will by no means enter the kingdom of heaven.

Now again, a key statement is made:

“For I say to you, that unless your righteousness exceeds the righteousness of the scribes and Pharisees, you will by no means enter the kingdom of heaven.”

Those that go to the buildings called “churches” are on par aka equal to the scribes and Pharisees. Therefore they “will buy no means enter the kingdom of heaven.”

But to get back on track. Fruits are living a needs-only lifestyle as well as following those laws not removed by the cross. Just so there is no misunderstanding. The only laws that ended were those about sacrifices, no others. Therefore as shown here:

Romans 12:1-2 NKJV – I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that you present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable to God, which is your reasonable service. And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what is that good and acceptable and perfect will of God.

This shows that this law:

Leviticus 19:28 NKJV – You shall not make any cuttings in your flesh for the dead, nor tattoo any marks on you: I am the LORD.

In fact, this verse is surrounded by verses that are still in effect:

Leviticus 19:26-32 NKJV – ‘You shall not eat anything with the blood, nor shall you practice divination or soothsaying. You shall not shave around the sides of your head, nor shall you disfigure the edges of your beard. You shall not make any cuttings in your flesh for the dead, nor tattoo any marks on you: I am the LORD. ‘Do not prostitute your daughter, to cause her to be a harlot, lest the land fall into harlotry, and the land become full of wickedness. ‘You shall keep My Sabbaths and reverence My sanctuary: I am the LORD. ‘Give no regard to mediums and familiar spirits; do not seek after them, to be defiled by them: I am the LORD your God. ‘You shall rise before the gray headed and honor the presence of an old man, and fear your God: I am the LORD.

Actually, there are several throughout Exodus, Deuteronomy and Leviticus, which are still in effect. Most of which most are not even given a second though these days leaving many living in sin. Including myself.

As has been established and these verses verify most that now profess to being “Christian” don’t follow the commands given by God through Jesus Christ.

Most believe all they need do is go to church and they will be saved. As have been shown, and especially verified by how they go into those buildings called “churches.” Also, in how they participate within these buildings. Many of the actions actually considered sins like praying within these buildings. They also have stopped teaching their children about God and delegated to others to accomplish, which is also sin.

As for the Philippians reference. It doesn’t seem to have any context to this discussion since the verses listed are not in full context. Accept per chance with “by faith alone” once again which as established there must be fruits which is works through faith.

Therefore, we come to an end of this teaching. Which firmly shows that most that now call themselves “Christian.“ Especially those that go into the buildings called “churches” are actually not welcome in the first and blessed resurrection. That they must endure standing before the Great White Throne Judgement. That they must pray that they have treasure enough in heaven to offset their earthly chaff. However, most will hear this from Jesus Christ:

“I never knew you; depart from Me, you who practice lawlessness!”

Then they will go into the lake of fire:

Revelation 20:15 NKJV – And anyone not found written in the Book of Life was cast into the lake of fire.

Before I go I wish to make a final clear point. In the persons question they say:

“Are many within the church today unaware of which judgment they are headed for?”

As was stated in last weeks podcast if not outright made clear. There is only ONE judgment. That being the Great White Throne Judgement. In the first resurrection none are judged, but become judges and serve with Christ Jesus for one thousand years. Therefore, this person’s question actually shows a true ignorance of the Word of God and God’s promises to those that strive to live as Jesus did in a needs-only lifestyle as well as spreading the Word of God and helping those in need.

God Bless
