Discussion

A few weeks back I had an encounter with a person on social media. In this encounter the person insisted that they were walking in the light of Christ. However, they felt it was not their duty to spread the Word of God. In fact, this person stated out right that the laws Christ Himself said would not end until the Great White Throne Judgement were no longer in effect. I showed this person the Words spoken by Jesus Christ Himself. Still, He was right and the Words spoken by our Savior were not true. What does Jesus Christ say?

Matthew 5:17-19 NKJV – “Do not think that I came to destroy the Law or the Prophets. I did not come to destroy but to fulfill. For assuredly, I say to you, till heaven and earth pass away, one jot or one tittle will by no means pass from the law till all is fulfilled. Whoever therefore breaks one of the least of these commandments, and teaches men so, shall be called least in the kingdom of heaven; but whoever does and teaches them, he shall be called great in the kingdom of heaven.

“Whoever therefore breaks one of the least of these commandments, and teaches men so, shall be called least in the kingdom of heaven; but whoever does and teaches them, he shall be called great in the kingdom of heaven.”

When someone denies the existence of the commandments, they teach that we are to break them, so those that do this are seen as least in the kingdom of heaven.

This person also said it was not their duty to spread the Good News. Christ said this about that:

Matthew 25:14-30 NKJV – “For the kingdom of heaven is like a man traveling to a far country, who called his own servants and delivered his goods to them. And to one he gave five talents, to another two, and to another one, to each according to his own ability; and immediately he went on a journey. Then he who had received the five talents went and traded with them, and made another five talents. And likewise he who had received two gained two more also. But he who had received one went and dug in the ground, and hid his lord’s money. After a long time the lord of those servants came and settled accounts with them. “So he who had received five talents came and brought five other talents, saying, ‘Lord, you delivered to me five talents; look, I have gained five more talents besides them.’ His lord said to him, ‘Well done, good and faithful servant; you were faithful over a few things, I will make you ruler over many things. Enter into the joy of your lord.’ He also who had received two talents came and said, ‘Lord, you delivered to me two talents; look, I have gained two more talents besides them.’ His lord said to him, ‘Well done, good and faithful servant; you have been faithful over a few things, I will make you ruler over many things. Enter into the joy of your lord.’ “Then he who had received the one talent came and said, ‘Lord, I knew you to be a hard man, reaping where you have not sown, and gathering where you have not scattered seed. And I was afraid, and went and hid your talent in the ground. Look, there you have what is yours.’ “But his lord answered and said to him, ‘You wicked and lazy servant, you knew that I reap where I have not sown, and gather where I have not scattered seed. So you ought to have deposited my money with the bankers, and at my coming I would have received back my own with interest. So take the talent from him, and give it to him who has ten talents. ‘For to everyone who has, more will be given, and he will have abundance; but from him who does not have, even what he has will be taken away. And cast the unprofitable servant into the outer darkness. There will be weeping and gnashing of teeth.’

As I have shown in past podcasts this is not about gaining wealth, but about helping people to find salvation by accepting Jesus Christ as their Savior. When this person said it was not their duty to help others to find this salvation, they became the servant that buried their talent, their salvation. They were determined to keep their “salvation” just for themselves and everyone else had to find their own way to God without this person’s help. This person would not judge those that had not found God. Simply stated He knew where the Lord sowed His seeds and so instead of helping these seeds to grow this person hid their salvation away. What was their reward in the end?

“And cast the unprofitable servant into the outer darkness. There will be weeping and gnashing of teeth.”

“There will be weeping and gnashing of teeth.”

Where else in the Bible do we see this description? That is explained in another parable that Jesus is asked to explain. So, He does:

Matthew 13:36-43 NKJV – Then Jesus sent the multitude away and went into the house. And His disciples came to Him, saying, “Explain to us the parable of the tares of the field.” He answered and said to them: “He who sows the good seed is the Son of Man. The field is the world, the good seeds are the sons of the kingdom, but the tares are the sons of the wicked one. The enemy who sowed them is the devil, the harvest is the end of the age, and the reapers are the angels. Therefore as the tares are gathered and burned in the fire, so it will be at the end of this age. The Son of Man will send out His angels, and they will gather out of His kingdom all things that offend, and those who practice lawlessness, and will cast them into the furnace of fire. There will be wailing and gnashing of teeth. Then the righteous will shine forth as the sun in the kingdom of their Father. He who has ears to hear, let him hear!

“The Son of Man will send out His angels, and they will gather out of His kingdom all things that offend, and those who practice lawlessness, and will cast them into the furnace of fire. There will be wailing and gnashing of teeth.”

So, this makes it clear that those that experience weeping, wailing and gnashing of teeth are in hell. But’ there is something else that comes into perspective in these verses as well. It is this statement:

“They will gather out of His kingdom all things that offend, and those who practice lawlessness.”

The word “lawlessness” is used another time in Matthew as well:

Matthew 7:21-23 NKJV – “Not everyone who says to Me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ shall enter the kingdom of heaven, but he who does the will of My Father in heaven. Many will say to Me in that day, ‘Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in Your name, cast out demons in Your name, and done many wonders in Your name?’ And then I will declare to them, ‘I never knew you; depart from Me, you who practice lawlessness!’

What does it mean to practice lawlessness?

Lawlessness is shown as “iniquity” in the KJV in both places. Therefore, we will examine this word:

Iniquity – anomia – lawlessness, disobedience, sin, illegality, that is, violation of the law, unrighteousness.

But, if there is no laws, no commandments how can they be violated?

Jesus Christ also said this:

Luke 16:16-17 NKJV – “The law and the prophets were until John. Since that time the kingdom of God has been preached, and everyone is pressing into it. And it is easier for heaven and earth to pass away than for one tittle of the law to fail.

“Pressing into” as I have shown in the past this mean all are forced into the law and the prophets. Therefore, any who state there are no longer any laws or commandments are in fact living and teaching other to break the laws and the commandments. So, their destination is not in heaven but where?

Revelation 21:8 NKJV – But the cowardly, unbelieving, abominable, murderers, sexually immoral, sorcerers, idolaters, and all liars shall have their part in the lake which burns with fire and brimstone, which is the second death.”

This is supported when the person I was talking about at the beginning of today’s study rejected the Word’s spoken by Jesus Christ Himself.

1 Timothy 6:3-5 NKJV – If anyone teaches otherwise and does not consent to wholesome words, even the words of our Lord Jesus Christ, and to the doctrine which accords with godliness, he is proud, knowing nothing, but is obsessed with disputes and arguments over words, from which come envy, strife, reviling, evil suspicions, useless wranglings of men of corrupt minds and destitute of the truth, who suppose that godliness is a means of gain. From such withdraw yourself.

“Even the words of our Lord Jesus Christ, and to the doctrine which accords with godliness.”

This brings me to these verses found in Hebrews:

Hebrews 6:4-6 NKJV – For it is impossible for those who were once enlightened, and have tasted the heavenly gift, and have become partakers of the Holy Spirit, and have tasted the good word of God and the powers of the age to come, if they fall away, to renew them again to repentance, since they crucify again for themselves the Son of God, and put Him to an open shame.

They have assigned for themselves their own fate. It is something that should cause anyone to feel discomfort and even a bit of fear that they may slide away from the Holy gifts they were so freely given. Paul wrote this about the laws and his own torment that he himself experienced. What is to follow should give all pause if they do not feel uncomfortable in how they live. For Paul an apostle chosen by Jesus Christ Himself felt he was not worthy of his calling as is seen in the verses that follow:

Romans 7:7-25 NKJV – What shall we say then? Is the law sin? Certainly not! On the contrary, I would not have known sin except through the law. For I would not have known covetousness unless the law had said, “YOU SHALL NOT COVET.” But sin, taking opportunity by the commandment, produced in me all manner of evil desire. For apart from the law sin was dead. I was alive once without the law, but when the commandment came, sin revived and I died. And the commandment, which was to bring life, I found to bring death. For sin, taking occasion by the commandment, deceived me, and by it killed me. Therefore the law is holy, and the commandment holy and just and good. Has then what is good become death to me? Certainly not! But sin, that it might appear sin, was producing death in me through what is good, so that sin through the commandment might become exceedingly sinful. For we know that the law is spiritual, but I am carnal, sold under sin. For what I am doing, I do not understand. For what I will to do, that I do not practice; but what I hate, that I do. If, then, I do what I will not to do, I agree with the law that it is good. But now, it is no longer I who do it, but sin that dwells in me. For I know that in me (that is, in my flesh) nothing good dwells; for to will is present with me, but how to perform what is good I do not find. For the good that I will to do, I do not do; but the evil I will not to do, that I practice. Now if I do what I will not to do, it is no longer I who do it, but sin that dwells in me. I find then a law, that evil is present with me, the one who wills to do good. For I delight in the law of God according to the inward man. But I see another law in my members, warring against the law of my mind, and bringing me into captivity to the law of sin which is in my members. O wretched man that I am! Who will deliver me from this body of death? I thank God—through Jesus Christ our Lord! So then, with the mind I myself serve the law of God, but with the flesh the law of sin.

It is very clear that the laws, the commandments are still in effect. Any who say otherwise are in fact denying their Savior and thus their own salvation. They wear a façade of holiness, but is that all it is. The thing is God will allow them to repent to return to Him. It makes that very clear in Revelation 3:1-6, which is where I will end today’s study at.

Revelation 3:1-6 NKJV – “And to the angel of the church in Sardis write, ‘These things says He who has the seven Spirits of God and the seven stars: “I know your works, that you have a name that you are alive, but you are dead. Be watchful, and strengthen the things which remain, that are ready to die, for I have not found your works perfect before God. Remember therefore how you have received and heard; hold fast and repent. Therefore if you will not watch, I will come upon you as a thief, and you will not know what hour I will come upon you. You have a few names even in Sardis who have not defiled their garments; and they shall walk with Me in white, for they are worthy. He who overcomes shall be clothed in white garments, and I will not blot out his name from the Book of Life; but I will confess his name before My Father and before His angels. “He who has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the churches.” ‘

God Bless

The beginning of my sixth decade.

Now I have been quiet on my blog for some time. There are many reasons for this, but they are not of any import.
In a few weeks I will turn 60. As I look about me in the beginning of this 2nd decade in the 2000s. I decided to set some things straight.
The first is climate change, aka global warming, aka global cooling. In the 1970s many rivers, streams as well as other things were in horrible shape. I remember the ad campaign of Iron Eyes Cody standing besides a polluted river crying. I agree with that imagery from that time, pollution is bad and our environment needs to be cared for. Now this nation is the cleanest it has ever been. We are 89th in nations causing pollution. I recently saw an ad for 4ocean. They showed garbage that reminded me of the ad from the 1970s. However, they didn’t explain that the most garbage in the oceans were not off of our coastlines but foreign coasts. It is not our job to fix this anymore. Should we stop trying to keep our water clean? No, but it is not the job of the U.S. to clean the rest of the world. The United States is not the cops of the world for any crimes.
Additionally, I lived threw three blizzards before I even entered my teens. In the 1970s the fear was that by the turn of the century. That is the year 2000 that we would be well into a new ice age. Yet somehow this ice age turned into a heat wave. So which is Greta? Are we going to freeze or burn? Weather has cycles. We are once again heading toward a cooler temperature cycle. So yes the climate does change. It always has and always will. Sometimes it’ll be hot other times it will be cold. Live with it. And stop wasting money, which can be spent to help the homeless.
The next topic. Elitist. According to the constitution. None should be greater than any other. All should be equal be they rich, poor, old or even unborn. I remember hearing Martin Luther King. His dream of all colors living as equals came close to being true in the 1990s, and was even heading for better times in the early 2000s. Then we had a president come into office that didn’t agree with the dream of Rev. King. Now racial divide has increased due to the actions of another black man, Barack Obama. Also during this time millions of unborn citizens of this nation were and are being killed daily. Because some who think they are better than others say that the unborn is not a human. This reminds me of how slaves were seen before the Civil War in the 1800s. They were listed as not fully human and so were treated horribly. It took a Civil War and the creation of a new amendment to overcome the weakness within 10th amendment. An amendment that is still needed and is being ignored by the way.
All humans are equal. All humans conceived within the borders of this nation if their parents are citizens of this nation, are equal under the law. So an unborn child should not be murdered without repercussions. Those that think themselves greater than others should be shown that they will serve time in jail for their acts of murder and corruption.
None can control another human. It is called free will. It was this very belief that cause the Revolutionary War. We have returned to taxation without representation. Those in Washington DC do not listen to those that placed them in office. The uprising has begun, and needs to go further. Those in congress, or even a state legislature that see they know better than those that placed them in office need to remember that those place in these positions are not there to control, but to serve. Any who laugh at what I just stated. This is the absolute truth. This Republic is a nation for the people run by the people. Not those in office. Those that seek out power to control and seek to take money from those they are meant to serve need to go to jail. They need to be removed from office. The biggest and most glaring example of this elitism is Trump Derangement Syndrome. This impeachment process is something the forefathers of this nation warned us about. One party made up a story to impeach Trump. They couldn’t find any illegal acts as the Muller report showed. So they resorted to lies. Lies so obvious that any time those on the other side came close to touching on the truth they were shut down and cutoff. In no time in American history has a defendant been truly denied the right of a defense. That is against the constitution. The only people that need to be removed from office and even go to jail are those that demand you listen to them and do as they say. That is why we are no longer a British colony. For those in power were the rich. Those in power were the elite and this nation’s founders rejected elitism, known as imperialism at that time. Yesterday’s imperialist are today’s elitist. The rich demanding that the commoners are stupid and the elitist know better because they are rich. That is bull to the extreme. A lot of people need to be removed from office and a lot of them need to go to jail.
Terrorism — People believe that only this generation has experienced terrorism. I remember being ten years old. For those that need help with the math that is 1970. Three jets are hijacked to Jordan and during moves to defeat these terrorist (PFLP) a plane explodes on the tarmac with hundreds killed. Two years later in Munich, Germany again terrorism resulting in twelve innocents killed. Terrorism is not new. It has just changed to be truly global.
The moon. Yes we landed on the moon, period. Any who doubt this just need to get a good telescope. There is no wind on the moon, the stuff is still there and can been seen. Even the foot prints and the rovers tracks.
The Electoral College – I support the Electoral College. In fact I believe that most states if not all states should adopt an electoral college on the state level. Thus removing power from New York City, from Portland, from Seattle, from Los Angeles, from San Francisco, from Chicago, from Wilmington. This will allow states that appear to be blue states to actually show their true colors of purple or even red.
Socialism – Socialism and Communism are one and the same and end in the same result every single time. The elite live in luxury while the other 99% of the populous suffer and starve. I remember seeing video of bread lines in the 1970s and 1980s of the common people living in the Soviet Union. This is the face of Socialism. Look to Venezuela, where cats and dogs no longer exist due to the starvation of the common people. Now here some will say that the Soviet Union is no Socialist. Wrong answer. The U.S.S.R. is the United Soviet SOCIALIST Republic. The only word that is the lie in the name is “republic.” The only true republic I know of on this planet IS the United States and most think we are a democracy, which we are not. We are not a democracy because our founders rejects elitism aka imperialism as stated above.
Ponder and think.

Who is the steward of your life?

The answer is you are. Then if I have already answered the question then why even pursue writing further? Because too many are poor stewards of their own lives. A steward is the administrator of your household or estate or in this case you. Who else should this burden fall upon? If you answered other than no one you are not following the teachings of the of Bible and so are following what the world wants you to do so you will be of the world and not of God.
Jesus discusses stewardship in Luke 16 and even states within the chapter that you cannot follow God and mammon which means money. Where does money come from? The world. So you can not follow God and the world. He states you must love one and despise the other.
If you are able to work but have no desire to do so, but to collect welfare and food stamps and make no effort to end this you have chosen to despise God and the Bible.
There will be times when we have rough times. I myself have been on welfare and food stamps, but I refused to stay upon them for I felt like I was stealing from others. I felt I had been a bad steward to my life, which is true, I had been.
This mentality that you are owed something is lie. No one owes you anything. The only person that owes you is yourself. For we are accountable for our own actions. Not the actions of others be they alive or dead. It is our free-will choices that govern us and our behavior. If we choose not to work and to take from the government then we are refusing to be our own steward and allowing someone else to do so. As a result poverty increases, crime increase, sin increases and God is not happy.
Do not lie to yourselves and feel that if you go to church on Sunday and steal from others the rest of the week that you will be welcomed with open arm by God. For Jesus made it very clear that poor stewards will not receive our eternal reward in the service of God.

If the Rapture were right now.

re-post
Could you honestly say you would make it into heaven on the second blowing of the horn?
I can’t even say yes to that question and I am closer to God then I have ever been in my entire life.
If I can’t honestly answer that can you?
I look about the United States of America. A nation that 80% of the population says they are “Christian” yet most of these do not go to church. Have not read the Bible. Constantly break the Commandants yet I bet they just said yes to my question above. Well got some bad news for you. Sorry wrong answer.
When I was first Born-again I had a dream. You see I know without a doubt that I am a dreamer of dreams (Acts 2:17), yet I still doubt making the rapture and this dream is the reason why.
I dreamt I was being herded through a store, the racks were empty and were torn apart, but I could tell it was a store at one time. Before and behind me were others like myself. We were dressed in a grey jumpsuit and we were chained together.
Standing upon one of the display racks was a bald man covered in tattoos. He used a whip to keep us ever moving forward.
Suddenly cheering and howling erupted behind me. I turned to the end of the aisle behind me and there stood a twelve year old boy. He too was covered in tattoos as well and he held up in one hand the severed head of a blonde woman by her long hair.
This dream has haunted me for decades. Due to this I doubt my place in the Rapture, but I still strife to serve God for I know it is the right thing to do and why it must be done. So those that are the grey (lukewarm) and the barren branch will awaken to the errors of their ways and turn white hot for God bearing fruit that is sweet to our Savior. (Revelation 3:14-22)
This is why I ask this question about if the Rapture were today would you be standing before God and Christ or would you be down here in bewilderment and shock for having been found wanting by God.

I find it funny yet sad.

re-post
The other day when I made my post about science and God I was attacked upon my views from someone within the Body. (How scientist discount God, but how science proves He is.)
Now I know we all have our differences. I know many do not believe as I believe. That is fine. This goes for everyone by the way.
Why I mention it in this post though is the way he went about it. I have shown several times that we in the Christian Body are to be humble. Also admittedly there are times when I too have been less humble then I should have been, but we are all human. We all slip up.
This person’s wording were an actual attack, which is really against the teachings within the Bible. We are taught that when someone errs the person that sees this error is to take the man aside (i.e. privately) talk to him and explain his mess up. If he does not listen then we are to do it with two people and then again if he does not listen with the deacons of the church.
This man made his attack public. He also worded his sentence in a way that was the total opposite of humble. Simply he acted as if I was ignorant.
Why I say this, is I responded humbly, well at least I think I did. I also allowed him to have the last word publicly. I thought upon it and prayed. So the next day in a private reply I explained where he had erred in his behavior. His response was what is the most interesting.
He directly said, “Why are you messaging me?” then proceed to place himself above me once again.
It this type of behavior, which is against our teaching as Christians. It is this type of behavior, which is wrong with many that call themselves Christian. This in turn makes people think Christianity is wrong and evil, which it is not. It is the true way to peace and salvation when someone actually follows the teachings within the Bible.
Those who claim to be Christian and behave in a way that in not taught within the Bible are not being Christian. If you have an attitude that you are always right and anyone who disagrees with you is wrong, this is not Christian. If you look down upon and belittle anyone this is not Christian.
One of the first things someone learns when you truly humble yourself is you are most likely never right, but what is taught within the Bible is right, and so you must follow it and watch yourself for at any time you may stumble and walk the wrong way.
There is only one being that is always right. For he was born perfect. He lived perfectly, and he learned all that was required to take our sins away. His name is Jesus. If you are not He, then you know that you do not know everything and so you are humbled once again.
With true humility, you are incapable of looking down upon anyone. You can meet them eye to eye, for when you look upward all you should see and feel is the presence of God looking down upon you. For God is the only one that should look down upon anyone.
This is how all who call themselves Christian should think, but rarely do. It is because they have not been taught the Bible. Most that call themselves Christian have never fully read the Bible at least once. They are spoon-fed parts of it.
Understand this. It is not your Pastor or Priest duty to teach you the Bible. It is your responsibility. It is also something you should truly desire to read and learn if you truly believe you are a child of God. Is it not time to learn the faith, which you embrace? Then it is time to learn the Bible.

Get the King James Version. Why? New versions of the Bible are someone else’s translation of the translation made by the King James commission. The goal is to know how the words were originally used in the Hebrew and Greek. To do that you will also need a Strong’s Exhaustive Concordance and a/or several dictionaries. Also get your hands upon the unabridged version of the Theological Dictionary of the New Testament.
Do this and you will truly learn the Bible and truly understand your faith when you do. Many may even come to realize that they are truly not saved even though they think they are and actually bend a knee to Jesus Christ and ask Him in their are for real.

A glimpse into Charles Dickens the Christian

I have only seen the works of Charles Dickens. “A Christmas Carol” is my favorite. I have seen David Copperfield and Nicholas Nickleby. I did some research and found Mr. Dickens to be a very religious person. He disliked those that practiced extremisms of the faith; the Bible to a degree supports this. On things that are important in the faith is to keep Jesus with you daily. This is not extremism and I feel Mr. Dickens would agree. Especially since the Bible states to place God first in all that you do by loving Him with all your heart, mind and soul.
One think I did note in his stories was in how corrupting money was and the power associated with having and seeking after money. In the Christmas Carol Scrooge becomes a philanthropist, giving his acquired wealth away for the good of all and himself. In the other two titles, I mentioned above. David and Nicholas both end being gentlemen, but living modestly. This is how all should live and desire to live, but few truly seek this from life and it is sad to that those simple lessons are watched, but never really listened too or acted upon.
Most actually should live modestly, but most seek after the golden prize. Stuck in a maze seeking the prize at the end only to be shocked when they reach a dead-end, which forces them to go back and try a new route. Not realizing that as they do the maze grows longer and longer, never allowing them to truly reach the goal of the golden prize. That is unless they sell their soul to the devil, becoming selfish, self-serving and corrupt like Nicholas’s uncle.
It is due to this chase that many lose their way and forget that it is not earthly rewards they should be seeking but Christ and the promise of the eternal reward.

A study of 2 Timothy 3:16

The actual King James Version of this is as follows:
All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness:
Now I must say as I was preparing for this by looking into the original Greek that all humans make errors. In a previous post I had stated that This letter was not “scripture” at the time it was written (You can’t cherry pick God), but as you look the meaning of the Greek you come to realize that anything that meets the criteria set forth in this verse can be considered “scripture” for it is given unto the writer through the Holy Spirit. So I admit I was wrong and will do better in the future.
What is truly important beyond that fact that is given to any through the Holy Spirit is these criteria items:
It is for doctrine which actually means for instruction meaning to give those that have read it the ability to teach it unto others.
It is for reproof or evidence you can use to show someone they have not been following the teaching of God. I wish to stick on this one for a moment. Several times I have done this very thing. Used this book the Bible as a foundation to show that someone has erred in their ways and choices. They have allowed themselves to fall into a misguided lifestyle thinking they are one with God but the Bible itself says otherwise. So I challenge them I show them the proof and the say I am judging them. I tell them it is not me judging them but the word of God. Yet still I am the scapegoat that has judged them and they turn from me vindicated that they are in the right when it is not me that is right and especially not them, but the Bible is right and correct and proof that they are in the wrong and not following the teaching of Christ or His Father.
This leads right into the next word “correction” meaning to fix your ways to match that of the Bible it is here that many fail to do so especially those that have labeled the person actually trying to help them as a “judge.”
For truly what is the Bible? It is an instruction manual in righteousness designed to embed character into us through moral facts presented within the Bible.
As I have said more than once if it is called a sin in the Bible then it is a sin and you need to work on trying to stop it.
“All” in the Greek is “pas” meaning to including all the forms of declension; apparently a primary word; all, any, every, the whole.
“Scripture” is “gramma” which is a writing, i.e. a letter, note, epistle, book.
“Is given by ispiration of God” is “theopneustos” which means it is divinely breathed in.
“And” is kai – is apparently, a primary particle, having a copulative and sometimes also a cumulative force; and, also, even, so then, too, etc.; often used in connection (or composition) with other particles or small words:–and, also, both, but, even, for, if, or, so, that, then, therefore, when, yet.
“Is profitable” ophelimos which is helpful or serviceable
“For” is pros – which is a preposition of direction; forward to, i.e. toward
“Doctrine” is “didaskalia” or instruction.
“Reproof” – “elegchos” or proof, conviction:–evidence.
“Correction” is “epanorthosis” which is a straightening up again, i.e. (figuratively) rectification (reformation):– correction.
“Instruction” or “paideia” meaning to give tutorage, i.e. education or training; by implication, disciplinary correction:–chastening, chastisement, instruction, nurture.
“In” – “en” – a primary preposition denoting (fixed) position (in place, time or state), and (by implication) instrumentality (medially or constructively), i.e. a relation of; “in,”
“Righteousness” – “dikaiosune” – equity (of character or act); specially (Christian) justification:–righteousness

Assistance in finding the Greek words and their meaning was thanks to “Strong’s Exhaustive Concordance” you can find it online.

It is truly life changing.

When you ask Jesus to come into your life you change. This is something many have not experienced yet they say they have Jesus into their life.
There is a singer songwriter I once met. He was in a world famous hard rock band. He used drugs, he drank alcohol and he enjoyed the company of many a groupie. One day he reached a low point in his life and upon that day He asked Christ into his life. The next day when he awoke he no longer was addicted to drugs, alcohol made him want to vomit and he became faithful to his wife. He now writes and sings about God and His Son the Lord Jesus Christ. This is the most extreme example I know that shows how instantaneously and complete Jesus coming into your life can be.
In my own life I remember entering into the age of accountability at thirteen and seeing the boy I had been no longer exist. I become a liar and I lusted after women and thought only of myself and my own needs and desires. Not caring if I hurt anyone. When I accepted Jesus into my life I knew form the moment it happened to this very day that the boy I had been to the age of twelve was now the man I am today. I could really see the change in my personality back to the one I had before the age of accountability came upon me.
If you think you have asked Christ into your life and yet you are exactly the same. Still living a life filled with sins as they are called and described within the Bible. Then I must ask: “Are you really saved?”

The “This is it” syndrome

Too many in the world and within “Christendom” have come to think that this world we now live in is all there is. Now many in the latter may challenge what I just said, but here is my challenge back at you.
Do you seek to advance yourself financially in this life? Do you seek a big house, a fancy car, and nice clothes?
Then you live in this world.
Sure we can get some items here, but once we go beyond what is necessary then you are seeking your reward from the world and not God.
Do you really need a $200,000 house in the suburbs? The answer is no you do not. Do you need to live off of a golf course? Again the answer is no you do not.
When you turn what you want into a need you are now seeking your reward here upon this earth in this temporal life. Can you take it with you to heaven, or will it go with you if by chance you make the Rapture? Again the answer is no.
Then you live in the “This is it” mentality. You have turned your back upon God and His promised rewards. That money you have is better spent elsewhere. Help feed those that are hungry not only all over the world but right down the street from where you live. Yet your fancy house is more important to you than that poor starving child. Not only starving for food, but the word of God and love.
We are to place all before ourselves. Am I perfect? By all means no. Am I guilty of making these errors myself? Yes I am, but I no longer think like that. I have learned to seek after only want is needed to shelter and care for my family. To feed them and cloth them. In time I will be able to give more and more unto those truly in need. Not a church asking for millions to build a better building, but unto those that truly are in need of it and God.
This world is not our reward and to seek out rewards here within it means we do not truly believe or have faith in God. This is something that all that call themselves need to understand. Can they truly do as the rich man was asked to do in Luke? To sell all their riches and to give it away? Even he could not do that for he has accepted this world as his reward and poor will be his reward in the eternal life to come, as yours might be as well

Infertile Ground

When a farmer grows the same crop year after year in the same field it soon refuses to allow this crop to grow. If planted once again it withers and dies. This is the mentality of many throughout the United States. They have done the same thing over and over that they are walking dead. In a way you could call them zombies.
Those that say I will support this group because that is the way it has always been are living in this dead ground that offers nothing but death and destruction.
It is through change that life is renewed and given a foothold upon that which is nourishing and good. When a farmer starts to rotate his crops is when the ground become fertile once again and is able to give a good and bountiful harvest.
All life requires change. Even within Christianity it requires change. In John 15 even Jesus uses the growing of a plant to show this point. It clearly states that God Himself prunes the branches so that they will bear more fruit. It is this pruning that is change.
You do not sit there and say I accept Jesus into my heart and then do nothing else. Yet this is the mentality that is being given throughout this nation. Not only within the Church but other places as well. For example the welfare system is infertile ground and is causing nothing by death and destruction to rise out of it. Why? Because in many states they took away the time limits on which you could use these aids. They were never meant to be a permanent step, but a temporary one as you moved on to your next stage of change and growth.
There is one party out there that wants this not to change. They what people permanently on welfare which is nothing more than a new type of slavery and yet many willfully and gleefully walk into this lifestyle living under the delusion that they are owed something when in reality they become owned to the system. Slaves to a dead and infertile ground. Used as tools to cause riots, frustration and mayhem and yet they are so use to this lack of change that they do not see they are pawns to their new masters. Fodder in their war against change which will cause those that do change to see the truth and that the truth is found within God through His Son the Lord Jesus Christ
