My political endorsement, based upon prayer and the Bible, not anger.

There is an empty shell in this election.
Once again the truth is revealed to the world, yet will it make a difference?
For those that profess to be “Christian” it should.
Yet in all honesty I seriously doubt they will change their mind.
God has given those that call themselves “Christian” a wondrous opportunity in this United States of America. He has awakened us, yes through anger, to what is Biblically right and many have come out to vote. A vote that they should have cast in the last election, but many stayed home and did not vote.
They did not vote because it was against their beliefs to elect a Mormon into the Presidency of this nation. Even though it kept in power someone who truly does not in any way reflect true Christian values. So now they are angry. As I pointed out before in an earlier post the Bible makes it clear that we cannot let anger make our choices for us.
James 1:19-20 – Understand this, my dear brothers and sisters: You must all be quick to listen, slow to speak, and slow to get angry. Human anger does not produce the righteousness God desires.
Right now people are voting their anger. When you let anger rule your choices you are “does not produce the righteousness God desires.”
This is not my words, but the teachings of the Bible. We are to listen to the Bible. We are vote the ways of the Bible. I have just now reached a point of declaration. Since that candidate I would have liked to be elected has been removed and it is now a three man race I must make a choice and I must declare who it is at this time.
First we have the “empty shell.” The man who is the ultimate cars salesman. Tell you that the pile of junk before you that will fall apart as you pull it out of the parking lot is a Rolls Royce. In reality it has the parts of every lemon created in the auto industry. Destine to failure and destruction. The “empty shell” is none other than Donald Trump.
I am shocked that so many that call themselves “Christian” ever voted for him, for it is obvious once you get past the anger that he is a charlatan. It is also obvious that those that did vote for him do not truly know or understand the Bible. Which in itself is exposing their true beliefs to those that have an eye can see.
Then we have Kasich and Rubio, both who are like most of the lukewarm. They put on the dressing of the Pharisees and their actions and words match their dress. Both embrace teachings that are man-made and not Biblical and in doing so accept sin. They do not have my vote.
Dr. Carson reflects more Godliness than most in this election has, but his support is gone and needs to just drop out this election.
Which comes to whom I am going to endorse. Now as I said he was not my first choice. That man was and to a degree still is Rand Paul, but the media succeeded in getting him removed from the election.
The man who now has my official, yet meaningless to most, endorsement, is Ted Cruz. He is perfect Biblically? No he is not, but he is not phony like Trump feeding off of people’s anger. He has shown himself to be human in decisions he has made, but he has been man enough to address it and remove those that have caused his candidacy to falter.
When it comes to home state support. It is very telling. Cruz has the support of his state. Rubio does not, this is another big clue. If their home state doesn’t support them then they are not worth our time.

People must be willing to accept they have been taught the Bible incorrectly.

One of the hardest things I had to learn myself was this very concept.
One of the main reasons for this in many cases is that it allows people to avoid guilt and conviction.
Many say that we must take the Bible literally, and I fully support this. However, when it comes time to follow this countless actually don’t follow or accept this statement. Also in most cases there are those that love to approach the Bible and more specifically the words spoken two thousand years ago by Jesus Christ, as if He is Confucius. Taking His teaching out of context and turning them into one liners. Taking one sentence out of a lesson on one thing but then applying them as a full teaching with a totally different meaning than what Jesus actually meant when He taught the lesson.
Examples of this is “You shall not judge…” and “Sell all your possessions and give it to the poor…”
The former when read completely and correctly was about hypocrisy. Living in your own sin and most likely the same exact sin and pointing the finger at your neighbor accusing them of the same sin. While the latter is in reference to the corruption of materialism upon the faithful. You see Jesus looked upon the rich man with love for He knew the man believed, but also knew that the man would not give up his earthly rewards. Why? Because like most in this world, they have not been taught that earthly rewards are useless endeavors, for this temporal life is but a blink of the eye compared to our true life to come where our TRUE rewards await us. Be that reward something of wonder or something of horror is what our actions with our faith and truly following the literal teachings of the Bible will determine.
This issue of not truly and fully following the Bible comes from a lack of wanting to surrender, to let go, and have true faith and belief in someone that is not physically present.
Why this is, is because we all have not been taught correctly on how to view what people call “spiritual.”
John 20:24 One of the twelve disciples, Thomas (nicknamed the Twin), was not with the others when Jesus came. 25 They told him, “We have seen the Lord!” But he replied, “I won’t believe it unless I see the nail wounds in his hands, put my fingers into them, and place my hand into the wound in his side.” 26 Eight days later the disciples were together again, and this time Thomas was with them. The doors were locked; but suddenly, as before, Jesus was standing among them. “Peace be with you,” he said. 27 Then he said to Thomas, “Put your finger here, and look at my hands. Put your hand into the wound in my side. Don’t be faithless any longer. Believe!” 28 “My Lord and my God!” Thomas exclaimed. 29 Then Jesus told him, “You believe because you have seen me. Blessed are those who believe without seeing me.”
To accept that Bible literally also means coming to accept that even though you at one point did truly accept Christ as your savior that you can lose your salvation.
2 Peter 2:20 And when people escape from the wickedness of the world by knowing our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ and then get tangled up and enslaved by sin again, they are worse off than before. 21 It would be better if they had never known the way to righteousness than to know it and then reject the command they were given to live a holy life.
This also applies to those that wish to say Jesus is all about love and accepts all. Yes, He does accept you if you truly do ask Him into your heart, but this is a two way street. For if you do truly accept Him you will desire to end your sinful lifestyle. You must also accept that yes He does “love,” but God also punishes. For He does this from His love. For He allows hardship caused by our sinning to awaken us to the truth that only true happiness must come from Him, not ourselves or our selfish desires. You see if you live in sin and have no remorse or sorrow then you love the sin more than you love God. So if you love this sin so much more than your Creator, you in reality love only yourself.
James 2:14 – What doth it profit, my brethren, though a man say he hath faith, and have not works? can faith save him? 15 If a brother or sister be naked, and destitute of daily food, 16 And one of you say unto them, Depart in peace, be ye warmed and filled; notwithstanding ye give them not those things which are needful to the body; what doth it profit? 17 Even so faith, if it hath not works, is dead, being alone. 18 Yea, a man may say, Thou hast faith, and I have works: shew me thy faith without thy works, and I will shew thee my faith by my works. 19 Thou believest that there is one God; thou doest well: the devils also believe, and tremble. 20 But wilt thou know, O vain man, that faith without works is dead? 21 Was not Abraham our father justified by works, when he had offered Isaac his son upon the altar? 22 Seest thou how faith wrought with his works, and by works was faith made perfect? 23 And the scripture was fulfilled which saith, Abraham believed God, and it was imputed unto him for righteousness: and he was called the Friend of God. 24 Ye see then how that by works a man is justified, and not by faith only. 25 Likewise also was not Rahab the harlot justified by works, when she had received the messengers, and had sent them out another way? 26 For as the body without the spirit is dead, so faith without works is dead also.
Those that teach ONLY love, which is faith alone, teach of eternal death, for they say: “Yes God loves you as you are. Come to Him and He will take you into heaven as you are.”
Do they not see that those that live in their sin are still naked and in need of the food of God called the Bible? Yet they turn them away in their sin and say to them “depart in love.” Sending them to their damnation.
“For as the body without the spirit is dead, so faith without works is dead also.”

Confessions of a screwed up middle aged man: misconceptions

A few months back I was able to have a discussion with a Jewish agnostic. They called themselves an atheist, but after some of our exchange I realized the person was really agnostic.
One of the things that this person kept bring up was my desire to have them quit being a Jew and to leave their heritage. This I must say was the furthest thing from my mind.
Would I have liked this person to have accepted Jesus as their Savior? Yes, but that would not require this person to stop being Jewish.
In fact I would have encouraged them to be proud of being a descendant of Jacob.
You see being Jewish and being Christian, or as it is called a Messianic Jew, is the greatest thing to strive for and is only able to be obtained by coming from one of the twelve sons of Jacob.
For it is said within the Bible that it is for those that God has the greatest of plans compared to the rest of those that live upon this planet.
Am I jealous of this? By all means no.
To me the greatest thing I could ever do for God at this time would be to help someone become a Messianic Jew.

The anger needs to STOP (if you support Trump your faith may be in question)

I understand the anger. I understand where it is coming from. I am angry myself, but when making important decisions you must get the anger out.
James 1:19-20 – Understand this, my dear brothers and sisters: You must all be quick to listen, slow to speak, and slow to get angry. Human anger does not produce the righteousness God desires.
Right now people are voting their anger.
THIS MUST STOP!!
Right now, due to anger, people are supporting and voting for someone who is all show. He has no true values that are what can really be called “Christian” or for that matter “conservative” and has shown this with his lack of knowledge of the Bible when he said “Two Corinthians” not “2nd Corinthians.”
Now I just heard the other day an important fact from the exit polls of the South Carolina primary. Those that are true believers in God and follow the teachings of the Bible DID NOT vote for Trump. They voted for Cruz and Rubio. Why Rubio is something that I personally do not understand for I personally question his standing Biblically as well.
This is a wakeup call to those that call themselves “Christian” and voted for Trump. For the exit poll states that those that are NOT strong followers of the Bible DID vote for Trump. They by their own actions have declared they do not truly follow the Bible. Not only to the world, but to God.
Revelation 3:15-19 – “I know all the things you do, that you are neither hot nor cold. I wish that you were one or the other! But since you are like lukewarm water, neither hot nor cold, I will spit you out of my mouth! You say, ‘I am rich. I have everything I want. I don’t need a thing!’ And you don’t realize that you are wretched and miserable and poor and blind and naked. So I advise you to buy gold from me—gold that has been purified by fire. Then you will be rich. Also buy white garments from me so you will not be shamed by your nakedness, and ointment for your eyes so you will be able to see. I correct and discipline everyone I love. So be diligent and turn from your indifference.”
The Bible is against anger. The Bible supports a servant mentality. Now let me explain this. It doesn’t mean cower it means to think of others first.
Matthew 20:24-28 – When the ten other disciples heard what James and John had asked, they were indignant. But Jesus called them together and said, “You know that the rulers in this world lord it over their people, and officials flaunt their authority over those under them. But among you it will be different. Whoever wants to be a leader among you must be your servant, and whoever wants to be first among you must become your slave. For even the Son of Man came not to be served but to serve others and to give his life as a ransom for many.”
Trump does not reflect the actions of a believer. In fact he encourages and truly promotes that which the Bible says we are not to do.
So those that are truly committed to God should not support this person.
If you do there is an issue with your beliefs that you must address and pray upon. For if you support someone that is opposite the Bible, well you’ll figure it out……….. I hope.

Zombies the sequel

As I stated in the first post called “Zombies” was that the popularity of these shows was due to that fact that those watching were in fact themselves zombies.
Now you look at these shows and movies and you see dead and rotting bodies walking about wishing to kill those that are alive so they too can become zombies. What many do not realize is that how these zombies are portrayed in this ugly hideous manner is how millions will look one day and they will be able to see those about them looking just as horrifying
None want to hear or accept this as a reality, but per the Bible it is what the Pit of Fire will look like.
The rewards that are promised to us are of an eternal nature, but most in this world would rather seek the temporal rewards. They seek money, but gold has no value beyond this life we now live. There are those that have been paid millions of dollars but they have even squandered that and all for the glory of the self. While all about them children starve and go cold at night because most think only for themselves and not their fellow human beings who as the Bible calls them are our “neighbors.”
They seek fame and popularity, but the Bible teaches us to be humble. So why is there a need for fame? There is none and those that chase after it are doing so because somewhere deep inside themselves they see the zombies within. They seek after these temporal things thinking it will solve all their issues, but it reality it just makes them uglier.
They seek for a mansion here upon this earth, but what can be found today that was built two thousand years ago that is not falling apart or a ruin or even a mystery that they make up stories about to confuse and bewilder those that do not bother to read the Bible.
Could it be that people are accepting their fate? I hope not.
God’s wondrous rewards ARE worth waiting for. They are worth the pain that living this temporal life gives us. For each trail that we make it through makes us stronger. But we can only achieve true strength through the One who gives us this strength, and this is the Son of God, Jesus Christ.
To be one with Him you MUST repent of your sins and turn from them, no matter how painful doing so could be. Stop seeking after the “riches” of this world, for they are nothing. This life if you are lucky will last 100 years.
Our rewards promised us by God including eternal life will last 100000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000 years.
That long…. At least.
So do you really wish to be a zombie and look that horrifying for the large amount of time I just listed or a servant of God?

I see today what Jesus saw when He was amongst us

Jesus as He was coming to the end of His mission on earth was one day confronted by the Pharisees. Having had enough of their “talk” Christ rebuked them:
Matthew 15: 8 ‘These people honor me with their lips, but their hearts are far from me. 9 Their worship is a farce, for they teach man-made ideas as commands from God.
He rebuked them with Isaiah:
Isaiah 29:13 And so the Lord says, “These people say they are mine. They honor me with their lips, but their hearts are far from me. And their worship of me is nothing but man-made rules learned by rote.
Today I see this very clearly in today’s society. Most go about going to their churches once a week living in their dogmatic rules made by men and think they are good with God. But as you can see above this is something that has plagued humanity for centuries.
Many religions do this. Some teach that Christ’s mother has a special role, but nothing in the Bible supports this. Some say that once you are saved you can never loss your salvation, yet four times the Bible states you can and three of these times straight from Jesus Christ Himself.
Yet none want to hear this or acknowledge that there may be truth to any of this.
Most do not read the Bible themselves they just go off of what they are being told by the person that stands upon a dais every Sunday before them. Forgetting that he too is only human and can make mistakes. Some mistakes that are so drastic people’s faiths are destroyed and others suffer from financial, mental or physical damage caused by these flawed humans they have placed all their hopes and desires into what is said.
The thing is their hopes and desires were not aimed at the correct target. They should have been going to God through His Son our Savior the Lord Jesus Christ. For Jesus made it clear that ONLY through Him can you get to His Father, God.
I have yet to hear someone teach that you MUST place God first in all that you do. Many on the dais hardly talk of repentance, and those that do, do it sparingly. Most want to keep you in their church so they give “feel good” sermons meant to give joy to those that have come to hear them.
The last time I heard a preacher speak of damnation I was 17, I am now 56.
So yes I see many that profess to be a “Christian.” I see how they honor God and Christ with their lips yet the next six days are like they never even heard of a church, or Jesus, or God.
They are more interested in their job, getting a bigger and a better home, car, and golf clubs. I hear how they speak more of sports of any type than to acknowledge the glory and salvation that Jesus Christ offers to all that will only listen.
Yet you challenge them on these facts and you are suddenly the pariah, the nut job, the Holy Roller or worse they throw the judgment card. This alone showing how truly ignorant they are of the teachings of the Bible. For to judge someone you must be guilty of the same sin they suffer from. For what Christ was talking about was hypocrisy not judgment.
For in 2 Timothy 4 we are told we are to reprove, rebuke and to exhort our fellows in Christ so that they may become stronger in their faith and believe in the one true God and His Son the Lord Jesus Christ. This is not nor has it ever been judging when we use the Bible itself as our guide.
It is now that all that call themselves “Christian” and live their faith 24/7/365 to stand and make themselves heard for the end truly is close. How close? Only God knows the answer to that question. Within the Bible though we can learn the signs of what to look for and know that the soon return of the glorified Christ is near. I dare you to find out for yourself, especially if you say you are a child of God yet live the life of the world about you.
Understand that this life we now live offers us no TRUE reward because you cannot take things of this reality into the eternal. So any reward, or happiness that you seek here in this life you now live is not worth the true reward that is to come. For how we live here determines how we are to be rewarded in the eternal life.
There will be many that say “Lord you know me, for I prayed to you, and Jesus will look down upon them and say: “I never knew you.”

God has had enough with the citizens of the United States

That is why for the last eight years this nation has been torn down and torn apart by the current president of this nation. Being one with God and being a leader is extremely important to this nation. This nation was, no matter what you have heard to the contrary, this nation was formed by a Christian people that wish to maintain Christian values in all walks of life:
John Adams
2nd U.S. President and Signer of the Declaration of Independence
“Suppose a nation in some distant Region should take the Bible for their only law Book, and every member should regulate his conduct by the precepts there exhibited! Every member would be obliged in conscience, to temperance, frugality, and industry; to justice, kindness, and charity towards his fellow men; and to piety, love, and reverence toward Almighty God … What a Utopia, what a Paradise would this region be.”
This was the dream but even John Adams knew that human nature would not allow for this “a Utopia, what a Paradise.”
Should we strive to seek after it all the same? Yes we should for that is what the Bible says we are to do. We can no longer sit by and allow those that wish to kick God out of this nation win any further.
God is giving us a wake call. He is shaking this nation to its foundations. Many are starting to awaken, but do they have the right idea on how to pursue what is “right?” To me the answer is no.
It can only be found through faith and a belief in God.
George Washington
1st U.S. President
“While we are zealously performing the duties of good citizens and soldiers, we certainly ought not to be inattentive to the higher duties of religion. To the distinguished character of Patriot, it should be our highest glory to add the more distinguished character of Christian.”
John Adams
2nd U.S. President and Signer of the Declaration of Independence
“The general principles, on which the Fathers achieved independence, were the only Principles in which that beautiful Assembly of young Gentlemen could unite, and these Principles only could be intended by them in their address, or by me in my answer.
“And what were these general Principles? I answer, the general Principles of Christianity, in which all these Sects were United: And the general Principles of English and American Liberty, in which all those young Men United, and which had United all Parties in America, in Majorities sufficient to assert and maintain her Independence.
“Now I will avow, that I then believe, and now believe, that those general Principles of Christianity, are as eternal and immutable, as the Existence and Attributes of God; and that those Principles of Liberty, are as unalterable as human Nature and our terrestrial, mundane System.”
We now once again live under tyranny for many in the Senate and Congress have been there too long. A career politician can easily become corrupt and turn to cruelty without realizing they have down so. It is up to the common man not only to remove them from office but to replace them and refuse to stay in office for more than two terms:
John Hancock
1st Signer of the Declaration of Independence
“Resistance to tyranny becomes the Christian and social duty of each individual. … Continue steadfast and, with a proper sense of your dependence on God, nobly defend those rights which heaven gave, and no man ought to take from us.”
Benjamin Franklin
Signer of the Declaration of Independence and Unites States Constitution
“Here is my Creed. I believe in one God, the Creator of the Universe. That He governs it by His Providence. That He ought to be worshipped.
“That the most acceptable service we render to him is in doing good to his other children. That the soul of man is immortal, and will be treated with justice in another life respecting its conduct in this. These I take to be the fundamental points in all sound religion, and I regard them as you do in whatever sect I meet with them.
“As to Jesus of Nazareth, my opinion of whom you particularly desire, I think the system of morals and his religion, as he left them to us, is the best the world ever saw, or is likely to see;
“But I apprehend it has received various corrupting changes, and I have, with most of the present dissenters in England, some doubts as to his divinity; though it is a question I do not dogmatize upon, having never studied it, and think it needless to busy myself with it now, when I expect soon an opportunity of knowing the truth with less trouble. I see no harm, however, in its being believed, if that belief has the good consequence, as probably it has, of making his doctrines more respected and more observed; especially as I do not perceive, that the Supreme takes it amiss, by distinguishing the unbelievers in his government of the world with any peculiar marks of his displeasure.”
We are warned by the founding fathers that we must keep our eyes upon God and give all glory unto Him:
James Madison
4th U.S. President
“A watchful eye must be kept on ourselves lest while we are building ideal monuments of Renown and Bliss here we neglect to have our names enrolled in the Annals of Heaven.”
We must also remember that this nations Constitution and it’s Amendments were based upon those governing principles that ran the colony of Pennsylvania. These principles were written by a Quaker named William Penn and this is what he had to say:
William Penn
Founder of Pennsylvania
“I do declare to the whole world that we believe the Scriptures to contain a declaration of the mind and will of God in and to those ages in which they were written; being given forth by the Holy Ghost moving in the hearts of holy men of God; that they ought also to be read, believed, and fulfilled in our day; being used for reproof and instruction, that the man of God may be perfect. They are a declaration and testimony of heavenly things themselves, and, as such, we carry a high respect for them. We accept them as the words of God Himself.”
So we must remember that if this nation is to continue to exist, which it is coming close to not existing, we must return to God through His Son the Lord Jesus Christ.
John Jay
1st Chief Justice of the U.S. Supreme Court and President of the American Bible Society
“In forming and settling my belief relative to the doctrines of Christianity, I adopted no articles from creeds but such only as, on careful examination, I found to be confirmed by the Bible.”
So what is United States? What do you choose for our future?

What does it really mean to love your neighbor as you would love yourself?

There is more to it than just applying the Golden rule of “Do unto other as you would do unto yourself.”
It is actually thinking of where you wish to get to in your relationship with God as well and helping others to achieve that same goal.
When you seek to have an eternal life with God you must ask Jesus Christ to be your Savior. You should then in loving your neighbor as yourself seek to have them also accept God as their Savior.
But to be saved you must repent of your sins:
Acts 3:19 – Now repent of your sins and turn to God, so that your sins may be wiped away
Repent – metanoeo – I repent, change my mind, change the inner man (particularly with reference to acceptance of the will of God), and repent.
Repent in the Theological Dictionary of the New Testament (NTD) is defined as:
“It can then mean ‘to change one’s mind,’……. ‘to adopt another view,’ ‘to change one’s feelings.’”
When taught by Jesus Christ in the Aramaic it goes down to meaning “to convert” and “conversion”
Again from the NTD: “What John advances is the ancient prophetic summons of conversion, for a break with the ungodly and sinful past, for turning to God, because God, active in history, turns to man. But the summons is more categorical than it was on the lips of the prophets, for it stands under the urgency of the eschatological revelation of God. The term which John makes his slogan is familiar to his Jewish contemporaries. It is the epitome of their unwearied and manifold exertions to throw off sin and to fulfill the commandments. But the slogan gives the word a wholly new significance. Conversion is once and for all. It must be genuine and not in appearance only.”
There are many things in what I have just shown from the NTD. When you repent you are to leave your sin behind and never return to it. When loving your neighbor you should seek that exact same thing for them.
Now there are those that have fallen into this believe that “love” is all that is required for humanity to reach God. This came out of the hippie movement in the 1960s. It came from a culture that experiment in drugs and “sexual freedom.” Simply it was born from those sinning and wishing to spread sin.
So how can something that came from sin get you or your neighbor to God? It can’t. Especially when we are told we must repent or convert and leave sin behind.
The Bible shows us what is sin and even tells us outright that some sin especially if people maintain themselves in those sin will not be welcome into the eternal service of God.
1 Corinthians 6:9 – Don’t you realize that those who do wrong will not inherit the Kingdom of God? Don’t fool yourselves. Those who indulge in sexual sin, or who worship idols, or commit adultery, or are male prostitutes, or practice homosexuality, 10 or are thieves, or greedy people, or drunkards, or are abusive, or cheat people—none of these will inherit the Kingdom of God. 11 Some of you were once like that. But you were cleansed; you were made holy; you were made right with God by calling on the name of the Lord Jesus Christ and by the Spirit of our God.
So if you do not wish to live in sin and wish to make it into the eternal service of God how can you allow your neighbor to go into damnation?
If you truly love them you must tell them they sin and get them to repent of their sin never to partake of it again. That to me is truly loving your neighbor. For I would rather have someone I helped join me on my millionth birthday then to allow them out of “love” to instead be cast into the pit of fire and to live in eternal pain and agony.

Goals Christians should seek to fulfill

It is important that those that have asked Jesus Christ into their heart to learn to do several things.
First and foremost we need to go to the two top commandments that very few even know are both commandments and the top ones.
To love God with all your heart, all your mind and all your soul. (Deuteronomy 6:5; Matthew 22:37; Luke 10:27; Mark 12:30)
Simply make every action you do, every word you say and every thought that you have place God at its core. This is also the hardest to accomplish but it is THE most important of all.
To love your neighbor as you would love yourself. (Leviticus 19:9-18; Mark 31, Matthew 22:39; Luke 22:37)
The Golden rule “Do unto others as you would have others do unto you.” Would you lie to yourself? Would you steal form yourself? Would you belittle and curse yourself? Then do not do it to others.
Then, of course, follow the other Ten Commandments.
Then we should do what is to follow.
Pray continually (1 Thessalonians 5:17)
This means every chance you get where ever you are … pray. It doesn’t mean knell down and pray. It means as you are working, pray. As you are walking, pray. As you are driving, pray. As you cook, pray.
Teach your children of God and the Bible every single chance you get. (Deuteronomy 6:7)
Read the word of God. (Matthew 4:4; Joshua 1:8; Romans 15:4)
Strive to remove sin from your life. (1 John 1:9; 1 John 2:1-2; Romans 6:1-23)
If the Bible says it is a sin then it is one and if you are committing this sin you should do your best through pray and guidance from God to end this sin from your life.
As best you can, remove yourself from those that would tempt you to sin. (1 Corinthians 15:33; Proverbs 13:20; Psalms 1:1)
Follow the laws of the land you live in if they do not promote sin. (Roman 13:1; Titus 3:1)
Like go the speed limit, vote, do nothing that can be called illegal unless it denies you the ability to worship God.

Confessions of a screwed up middle ages man: I am not here to win a popularity contest

I am here to profess God.
I am here to call a sin a sin.
I am here to reprove.
I am here to rebuke.
I am here to exhort.
I am here to be ridiculed.
I am here to be hated because I will not turn my back on God and the teachings of the Bible.
Any that say Christians should improve their image to cause more to like them does not know the Bible.
Any that say God is neutral does not truly know God.
Any that say you can live your life as you see fit per the Bible hates you. (Proverbs 13:24)
Any that truly profess the Bible are seeking God.
Any that truly strive to be like Jesus is a Christian.
Sorry if this is not the popular thing to say or do.
But I do what the Bible says to do and per the Bible it has never been popular since many were killed for doing as the Bible says we should live and act.
