When you support a sin, you commit the sin as well

In the book of James in the last verse of the 4th chapter, the Bible states that if someone know to do good, but they do not do so that have sinned. Those that call themselves Christian know that Abortion and Homosexuality is a sin. Now we do not hate those that commit these sins, but we do not like the sin and wish they would not do them. Yet many who call themselves Christian vote Democratic.
My point being that those that call themselves Christian should not support an organization that supports Abortion or Homosexuality. For per the book of James when you know it is a sin yet you support those that commit the sin you are in effect committing that sin by support a group that allows these sin to continue.
Now I wish to make this also clear. I do support the right of a woman to choose, but I do not support the ways and methods being used at this time. Planned Parenthood does not live up to its name. It should be call Planned Infanticide or as I refer to legalized human sacrifice.
I feel a woman can make a mistake and if need be terminate the child. I do not like it, but I will not block such an action. Here is where Planned Parenthood SHOULD teach the woman how to avoid getting pregnant again, but they do not do this. They encourage the woman to come back again and repeat the procedure as many times as they see fit to do so. To me this is when it truly becomes human sacrifice and those at Planned Parenthood are the priests and priestess of this religion.
As for homosexuality, again if that is their choose that is theirs to make. Nevertheless, the act to force those that follow Christian believes to have to accept their behavior in their churches and business is discrimination and should be considered illegal per the first amendment, which clearly states that those wishing practice their faith cannot be changed by the government yet that is exactly what is occurring.
Therefore, if you are Christian and you vote for the Democratic Party you are condoning and supporting sin, so in turn you are sinning against God for you know it is not good.

James 4:17 – Therefore to him that knoweth to do good, and doeth [it] not, to him it is sin

History repeating itself seems to be a trend

What I am going to relate to you will for the most part fall on deaf ears, but it is a tale written time and again throughout history. It is the dreams and desires of the few, the few that think for one reason or the other that what they say and think is the correct way to do things. For a short time, they succeed, but for one reason or another, it always fails, until the next few come along and start it all over again. Not realizing that they are just living a loop of corruption, misery and pain. They delude themselves into thinking they are better, smarter, have a better understanding of the world then the “average” person does; unaware that they are in reality just another “average” person themselves.
There have been recent examples in the news lately, yet the people do not listen or even notice them. That is the true sorrow, for if people did take the time to notice then the horrors of the Holocaust would never have happened. This was one reason the founding fathers of the United States tried to change how government was run and handled. Mainly to prevent the few from gaining enough power to manipulate the government to allow them to do just what they are now doing.
What are they doing? They are heading us down the road to people like Caesar, like Napoleon, like Hitler and Stalin. They are heading this nation down the same road that resulted in wars, starvation, corruption and murder. All in the name of what is right, yet all along only resulting in death, mayhem and destruction. The Roman Empire fell apart. Napoleon was cast out after war and turmoil. Hitler murdered millions for the glory of the “master race.” While Stalin and all other communist horded the money letting the common people to starve and die.
These are the actions of those that though they knew best, and knew more. These are the acts of those that called themselves patriots. Yet all along they were thinking solely of themselves and their own reward. They thought and think the common citizen too ignorant to know “what is good for them.” Not realizing that what is good for them lies in a different place, and a different way.
Can we save this nation? Maybe. What will it cost? Time, money and sacrifice. The welfare system must be reformed. A work program to train people must be made. Term limits to those in a political office must be created. Universities must be reformed and purged of those that wish to demean and discredit the very nation they live within.
What is most important is the need to return God to the center of this nation. God must be placed where He belongs. The Bible must be read by all. If they choose to accept what is within the pages of this book is still up to them, they will go into their choices knowing the fates they have decided to pursue after.
For as long as God is pushed aside there will be those that will become tyrants over others. Some will do so with good intentions, but without God it will wither and rot. We see the rotten fruit now.
Riots given strength by those that should not be saying a word, yet the speak and make things worse. All this is coming from one party in the USA. It is a political party that has removed God from any document associated with them. They embrace all that will cause strive and cause you to turn to them for aid. While most blindly go along with them listening to their lies of hatred and discord.
This nation has fallen on hard times all due to this one political group, yet most think it was not them that have caused their problems, but if they would just look and realize that their intent is to bring about disharmony and disputes, all designed to distract and discourage.
But can we save this nation? I do not know, for far too many still listen to the Democratic Party. A party that is following the same road that led to the fall of Rome, the Napoleonic war, World War II and Communist Russia. (By the way Socialism is Communism).

This is for the football fans (an understanding of the trial called life)

You can see how life is for all as you watch an American football game.
The kick off. The ball source down the field. Expectation and excitement fills the air as all watch to the ball. It is caught, the player goes to a knee, or he runs down the field a short distance and is stopped dead in his tracks. Then on very rear occasions, the play that caught the ball runs all the way to the opposite side of the field and scores.
Each possession of the ball no matter the team is like a moment in someone’s life as they strive for their goal. At first, it is just ten yards away. Then they are shoved back and it is further to their goal. At times, they pass, the ball is caught, and a new goal is started once that one ends.
As the team strives forward for the ultimate goal, the touchdown, they are battered and pushed back, but the struggle ever forward. This is how life is and the ultimate goal varies per the persons understanding of life. Most seek after riches and comfort, but that is not the goal they should be seeking. Why? Because they will never be satisfied. The gun sounding the end of the quarter goes off and the process starts all over again but in a new direction. This is the life we are all promised. We all must endure these struggles.
What is different for a Christian that truly pursues a relationship with God is the goals they seek after. Their goals are to help others. Their touchdown is when someone else comes to understand that God is real and accepts Jesus into their lives. Other goals will be to seek a better understanding of the teachings of Christ so they will do better and help others come to know the Lord.
Then when the final gun sounds for the end of the final quarter of their life they will be ready, happy and excited to begin the next journey of the life and to see the wonders of the universe as only a disciple of Jesus will be able to witness.

Two police are dead because people do not read the Bible.

Why do I say this? This is why:

Titus 3: 1, Put them in mind to be subject to principalities and powers, to obey magistrates, to be ready to every good work, 2, To speak evil of no man, to be no brawlers, but gentle, shewing all meekness unto all men. 3, For we ourselves also were sometimes foolish, disobedient, deceived, serving divers lusts and pleasures, living in malice and envy, hateful, and hating one another. 4, But after that the kindness and love of God our Saviour toward man appeared, 5, Not by works of righteousness which we have done, but according to his mercy he saved us, by the washing of regeneration, and renewing of the Holy Ghost; 6, Which he shed on us abundantly through Jesus Christ our Saviour; 7, That being justified by his grace, we should be made heirs according to the hope of eternal life.
If these so called protesters had read the Bible then there would be two police officers alive today that were truly MURDERERED.
If people would not listen to hatemongers and racist like Al Sharpton then there would be two families spending Christmas with these two police officers.
I hope those that protested are proud of what they have done. Their actions led to these murders, these TRUE murders. This is the true sins, this is the true crime.
Anyone who say otherwise, even to the man in the white house is lying to you. Remember, he is the one that said if you want to keep your doctor you would be able too. He has proven himself to be a liar.
Proverbs 12: 22 Lying lips are abomination to the LORD: but they that deal truly are his delight.

Respect the dream of Martin Luther King Jr. End the hatred and heal the wounds cause by those that wish to divide and destroy this nation. The liberals have shown their true nature and it is opposite that of God. Never vote for a liberal ever again for they are an abomination to the Lord.

To Believe in God makes you a wimp mentality

This is meant as a wake-up call to those that think we must kowtow to those that oppose us because of our faith and believes. There is approximately ninety battles fought in the Old Testament. At their core: what is right in the eyes of God. In the twentieth century, the United States of America tried to stay out of both World Wars due to Christian believes to a degree, but then entered these conflicts for the same believes. The most pronounced was the second war, when Nazism resulted in the death of millions, mainly Jews. For the protection of lives, it become necessary to take lives. Both German and Japan did horrendous acts to those that they captured and or imprisoned.
Does this mean we do not love out enemies? No, just the opposite. When the war ended this nation through our believes not only in the constitution, but also in the Bible went to both Germany and Japan and helped these former enemies rebuild their nations and now they are allies.
True love for the “enemies” of Christianity comes in the form of tolerance. We tolerate their desires to worship other religions or no religion. We tolerate the choices to live in sin. All human life is sacred and is loved by all that truly follow the teaching of Jesus Christ.
This does not mean that we should allow them to attack us be it with physical violence or impose laws upon our faith that diminish and subdue our faith. All humans are corrupt beings. We all sin. No one is perfect or better than anyone else is. The teaching of Christ though give us a way to change this. It allows us to love our neighbor and our enemy. It allows us to tolerate their choices even though bad. Are we perfect? No. Have we made mistakes? Yes.
When you see intolerance, you see hatred, which is the opposite of Christ and the love He instructed us to follow. Many times throughout history, this intolerance overflowed and threaten the children of God. The result…. war.
We must be willing not only to live for love, but also to die for it, for when we do so it is for the betterment of all humankind.
If you notice, all intolerance comes from those that deny or do not accept that God is our Lord.
Look carefully at events about you and things you see on the news.
North Korea cyber-attack on Sony…. intolerance.
The mayor of Houston TX subpoenaing churches for their sermons ….. intolerance.
Any dictatorship in the world… intolerance.
Radical Islamic groups like ISIS (ISIL) …. intolerance.
The killing of two policemen as they set in their patrol car…… intolerance.
Any time you see intolerant actions and behavior it is being done by those that wish to impose what they want you to do and think. No other way of thinking is right.
On the inverse are those that truly follow their faith in God. They tolerate sin. They tolerate other people demanding this or that. They are following the teaching of Christ that is how true love of your neighbor or enemy really works.
When those that wish to silence others rear their head they are actually showing that all they care for is themselves, their believes and their cause. They are missing out on so much it is truly saddening, for it is their intolerance and hatred that causes so much strife and anger.
Why does it take place, because those before them through their intolerance removed God from places where His presence caused there to be true tolerance and love for others. God should be once again seen in schools and in public. Due to His removal chaos has erupted in this nation to the point that those the teach intolerance has now caused the death of two truly innocent men to die a death they did not deserve.

Sad facts about those that call themselves “Christian”

Many live with the delusion that they are Christian. Yes, I said delusion. I have lived this lie. Thinking I was Christian and yet living in and of the world.
What does it mean to live in and of the world?
The best way I can describe it is all your actions and behavior lead you to think of yourself, that all there is to life is the life you now live. You are more concerned with sports, fashion, television, the latest gadget or game. This is in and of the world.
It is true that you still need some diversions. We all need that, but when the diversion becomes the main focus of your life then it is as I said before living in and of the world.
We are told in the Bible that we are to place God first and always, day and night every day. It can be done, because I am living it right this moment. Am I perfect? By all means no no no, but I am at least making a major effort at trying.
I literally had to lose most of my possessions to finally come to understand that God must be the focus of our everyday life. Questions like: “Does this reflect God?” “Would Jesus do this?” “Am I saying the right thing to glorify God?” Are only a small example of questions I ask myself every single day.
Can you say you do this? Are you for example driving the speed limit? Yes the speed limit, which is actually something we are instructed to do in the Bible (Titus 3:1). We are instructed to honor the laws set forth by man and when we do so we honor God. When these laws go against God we are also instructed to work to change them to where God is honored. Yet today more and more of God is being forced out of public view.
We are entering into a new dark age. A time of ignorance and strife, but why do I say ignorance? Do you know that most people have never read the Bible and nearly as much have no desire to. Yet they listen to people that parade themselves as preachers of God’s truth yet they lie manipulate, cause fear, anger, destruction as well as false hope and contribute to the believe that this world has all you will ever need. Since no one has read the Bible they think it is fact and given by God, this is totally opposite of the teachings of the Bible.
Love and honor God first and foremost. Then love your neighbor as you would love yourself. The only time you are mentioned is to emulate how you would like to be treated and to treat your neighbor that way. Oh and by the way, everyone about you is your neighbor. When you can do this most of the time, then you can call yourself a Christian and it will be the truth.

Review: It’s a Wonderful Life (1946)

This is the quintessential Christmas movie. In recent years, it and other movies that deal with a religious theme have had a hard time being seen on television. In a nation that says it is open to all views has been systematically shutting down the voice of religion. As a result, this nation is turning into Pottersville.
The movie shows the life of George Bailey (James Stewart) and how time after time he must choose between what he wants and what is good for his fellow town’s people. The fact that heaven steps into the situation shows that George is a Christian and is showing you the viewer how all should think and behave. Placing the self last and all others first a core element in the teachings of Jesus Christ. As a result, he becomes the most loved person in the little town of Bedford Falls.

Review: A Christmas Carol (1938, 1951, 1984)

A true classic of the holiday season. The weakest of the years listed is the 1938. Originally supposed to star Lionel Barrymore he injured his leg which effectually led to him being wheelchair bound, instead stared Reginald Owen. The main redeeming factor of this film was the Lockhart family. Gene Lockhart (the judge from the 1947 version of “Miracle on 34th Street” [another true classic]) his wife Kathleen and uncredited was June Lockhart (Lassie [1954], Lost in Space [1965]) their daughter who played “Belinda.”
1951 and 1984 had the better scripts, but to me the 1984 version is the best of the all of them. Starring George C. Scott, I highly recommend they all be watched and each person seriously think about their own behavior and actions as they do, because there are a lot of Scrooges out there in the real world today and it is saddening.

Why Christians Ruin Christmas

I agree and support this post

ethancmay

As my favorite time of the year approaches I tend to subconsciously cringe at some of the things I know I will have to inevitably experience throughout this most wonderful time of the year. I absolutely love colder weather, Starbucks donning the red cup, time with family, and crying from laughter as Grandma Griswald recites the pledge of allegiance.

But, what I don’t like is the amount of times I will have to read some angry mom’s social media post ranting about “Keep Christ in Christmas” or the ever so painful manger depiction that everyone knows too well. There it is though, everyone knows too well. Who doesn’t know the story of the birth of Christ Jesus? Atheist, agnostic and Christian alike all know this story. It’s in at least a tenth of the yards in America (or has been at one point) and as majority of people venture in…

Scrooge’s real sin

Most associate Scrooge with greed. It is true that is a system of his real sin, but what Scrooge was guilty of was selfishness. Everything had to revolve about him and he thought that he could control all through having it. If you notice, he is friendless and very alone at the beginning of the story “A Christmas Carol.” He alienates all about him, because he cannot control them. What he can control he does through his money, which he clings to because it is all that he has left in the world.
Many in today’s world are heading down this same road, but most are unaware just how hideous they appear to other humans. They are blind to what is going on about them as they think themselves better then Ebenezer Scrooge. He is a product of a broken home. His father hated him for being born since his birth caused the death of his mother. He had no true positive influence during his informative years and so the foundation was laid for his eventual fall into the selfishness since all he truly knew was loneliness he never knew there was more to the world.
I can relate to this in a degree. I am what is called an “Army brat” even though my father was not in the military when I was around. Part of the meaning of this phrase was to be moved about from post to post every few years. This did happen to me and so making friends became more and more difficult. This in time got me to the point of feeling more comfortable alone then with people. Therefore, in this I can see how being alone did not phase Scrooge, but it did enable him to fall into the trap of selfishness more easily.
Jacob Marley makes this statement in his discussion with Scrooge “charity, mercy, forbearance and benevolence was my business.” Simply to be humble, a servant to humankind, which is the inverse of selfishness.
Most, especially those that have turned their back upon the Bible and the teachings of Christ, display daily acts of selfishness yet most cannot even see it. They are blinded by their ignorance of the Bible and so they are intolerant of not only things those that those that know the Bible realize is wrong. They also are so narrow-minded that most things are not acceptable to them. You see this behavior given life in the per-visitation version of Mr. Scrooge, yet many just see this movie as entertainment and do not truly dwell upon the message. Mainly, as stated before, because they associate his actions solely to greed not seeing the bigger picture of selfishness.
Look at your actions. Think if your behavior in anyway shape or form echoes the “Humbug” version of Scrooge. If it does see if you can find your own redemption for you will not be given the luxury of being visited upon by four spirits. All you have to count on is the teaching of Christ within the Bible.
