The Lukewarm the Walking Dead are Thriving

Well, the other day I was forced to listen to conversations between someone close and their friends. In one of these conversations, I listened to the ultimate example of the lukewarm. Now let’s get the formula established that identifies who is amongst the “lukewarm” or more attuned to the present: the foolish bridesmaids.

Revelation 3:15-16 NKJV – “I know your works, that you are neither cold nor hot. I could wish you were cold or hot. So then, because you are lukewarm, and neither cold nor hot, I will vomit you out of My mouth.

So, a lukewarm is someone who acts hot for God. Praising God saying Hallelujah and then live totally and completely cold for God. Living in wealth and luxury.  How do I know this… check the next verse:

Revelation 3:17 NKJV – Because you say, ‘I am rich, have become wealthy, and have need of nothing’—and do not know that you are wretched, miserable, poor, blind, and naked—

Now, since we have the description established. Let’s continue. So, the person talking was an elderly lady. First thing out of her mouth was just having finished a Bible study about heaven. The details aren’t important for this post. Well soon after she started talking about her seven-year-old granddaughter. The lady mentioned not decorating that much for the holiday “Christmas.” However, she did mention the use of Satan Claus in her décor. Returning to the seven-year-old. She followed her grandma into the kitchen and whispered. “Haven’t you decorated for Christmas yet?” The lady said this with such pride in her voice describing her grandchild.

Then they started talking about nails and nail polish. Again, with extreme pride the lady announced that her granddaughter used a professional manicurist to paint the child’s nails. That the child noted her grandma’s nails needed to be painted and offered to take her grandma to her salon to get their nails painted together.

The hubris and ultimate worshipping of the world excreting from that conversation was just so damning and sad, especially for the seven-year-old.

Luke 17:2 NKJV – It would be better for him if a millstone were hung around his neck, and he were thrown into the sea, than that he should offend one of these little ones.

Offend – G4624 – skandalizó – To “scandalize”; from G4625; to entrap, that is, trip up (figuratively stumble [transitively] or entice to sin, apostasy or displeasure): – (make to) offend.

This seven-year-old granddaughter has been offended and hasn’t even reached the age of consent and is living in mammon-worship, thus sinning against God. Yet the grandparents and parents are proud of their sinfulness. It is beyond sad for all three generations. They are so blind to their sin because of the great falling away created during the Great Depression. That turned most of that generation into mammon-worshippers. Most actually believing that Christ has given them earthly treasures, which is 100% opposite the teachings of Jesus Christ Himself. Which is reinforced by the 1st letter of John the blessed.

1 John 2:15-16 NKJV – Do not love the world or the things in the world. If anyone loves the world, the love of the Father is not in him. For all that is in the world—the lust of the flesh, the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life—is not of the Father but is of the world.

Let’s define once more what it is to be a mammon worshipper.

Those that are mammon-worshippers seek after riches (jewelry, and fancy clothes), money (seeking after and hording earthly wealth beyond what is needed to make it to the next day), possessions (those objects that gather dust all over your houses and as well as luxury vehicles and any vehicle that goes beyond the basic need of transport to places you need to get to) and then property (a huge house beyond the basic need for shelter and/or multiple houses as well as empty land filled with nothing to help those in need.)

This includes allowing little girls to dress like grown women.

Leviticus 19:29 NKJV – ‘Do not prostitute your daughter, to cause her to be a harlot, lest the land fall into harlotry, and the land become full of wickedness.

Prostitute – chalal – H2490 – begin (X men began), defile, X break, defile, X eat (as common things), X first, X gather the grape thereof, X take inheritance, pipe, player on instruments, pollute, (cast as) profane (self), prostitute, slay (slain), sorrow, stain, wound

Which is exactly why most of the so-called 1st world countries ARE full of wickedness. Because people have basically turned their daughters into prostitutes by allow them to dress as grown women. Which is known as polluting the children.

They are polluted by not allowing them to grow in a nurturing environment. Not filled with the pollution caused by mammon worship. But in the instruction and knowledge of the Word of God.

Proverbs 22:6 NKJV – Train up a child in the way he should go, And when he is old he will not depart from it.

Ephesians 6:4 NKJV – And you, fathers, do not provoke your children to wrath, but bring them up in the training and admonition of the Lord.

Deuteronomy 6:6-7 NKJV – “And these words which I command you today shall be in your heart. You shall teach them diligently to your children, and shall talk of them when you sit in your house, when you walk by the way, when you lie down, and when you rise up.

Now I wish to make a note of something real quick. In Ephesians this is said:

“Do not provoke your children to wrath.”

You provoke your children when you beat them. Not spank, beat. A spanking is not beating. Beating is extreme violence. A spanking is restrained and is discipline, which we are required to do.

Proverbs 13:24 NKJV – He who spares his rod hates his son, But he who loves him disciplines him promptly.

A beating leaves damage. Not only physical, but mental which in turn chases the children away from God and salvation. Because the parent as provoked them to wrath.

Just as allowing them to turn into mammon worshippers leaves scars mentally. For they seek after more and more earthly objects which is totally opposite the teachings of Jesus Christ and leads them into darkness, that they think is light.

Matthew 6:19-24 NKJV – “Do not lay up for yourselves treasures on earth, where moth and rust destroy and where thieves break in and steal; but lay up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where neither moth nor rust destroys and where thieves do not break in and steal. For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also. “The lamp of the body is the eye. If therefore your eye is good, your whole body will be full of light. But if your eye is bad, your whole body will be full of darkness. If therefore the light that is in you is darkness, how great is that darkness! “No one can serve two masters; for either he will hate the one and love the other, or else he will be loyal to the one and despise the other. You cannot serve God and mammon.

Only evil and damnation are found in darkness and True followers of Christ are to bring light into the darkness:

Ephesians 5:1-21 NKJV – Therefore be imitators of God as dear children. And walk in love, as Christ also has loved us and given Himself for us, an offering and a sacrifice to God for a sweet-smelling aroma. But fornication and all uncleanness or covetousness, let it not even be named among you, as is fitting for saints; neither filthiness, nor foolish talking, nor coarse jesting, which are not fitting, but rather giving of thanks. For this you know, that no fornicator, unclean person, nor covetous man, who is an idolater, has any inheritance in the kingdom of Christ and God. Let no one deceive you with empty words, for because of these things the wrath of God comes upon the sons of disobedience. Therefore do not be partakers with them. For you were once darkness, but now you are light in the Lord. Walk as children of light (for the fruit of the Spirit is in all goodness, righteousness, and truth), finding out what is acceptable to the Lord. And have no fellowship with the unfruitful works of darkness, but rather expose them. For it is shameful even to speak of those things which are done by them in secret. But all things that are exposed are made manifest by the light, for whatever makes manifest is light. Therefore He says: “Awake, you who sleep, Arise from the dead, And Christ will give you light.” See then that you walk circumspectly, not as fools but as wise, redeeming the time, because the days are evil. Therefore do not be unwise, but understand what the will of the Lord is. And do not be drunk with wine, in which is dissipation; but be filled with the Spirit, speaking to one another in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing and making melody in your heart to the Lord, giving thanks always for all things to God the Father in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, submitting to one another in the fear of God.
