They must question the way they think and live. So, they can seek to follow Christ and not the world.

Discussion

We must come to an understanding of the biblical meaning of the word “works.” However, to do that we need to hear these verses:

Revelation 20:11-12 NKJV – Then I saw a great white throne and Him who sat on it, from whose face the earth and the heaven fled away. And there was found no place for them. And I saw the dead, small and great, standing before God, and books were opened. And another book was opened, which is the Book of Life. And the dead were judged according to their works, by the things which were written in the books.

Matthew 16:24-27 NKJV – Then Jesus said to His disciples, “If anyone desires to come after Me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross, and follow Me. For whoever desires to save his life will lose it, but whoever loses his life for My sake will find it. For what profit is it to a man if he gains the whole world, and loses his own soul? Or what will a man give in exchange for his soul? For the Son of Man will come in the glory of His Father with His angels, and then He will reward each according to his works.

It must also be said that in every single letter to the seven churches in chapters two and three in the book of Revelation the statement of “I know your works” makes it very clear that “works” are the measure we are to be judged upon for our placement within either the service of God through Jesus Christ or the lake of fire and eternal damnation.

Any who say that “works” are not required just called Jesus Christ Himself a liar at least eight times over. Any who calls Christ a liar have listened to the true lair: Satan and it is he that they worship and follow, not God and especially not Jesus Christ.

How is the word “works” defined within the Word of God:

Works – G4234 – praxis – deeds, practices, action, function, an act.

Simply put behavior.

We are all given free will. This is the core of works, action, behavior. There are two extremes of works going on at this time. The religious works which cause parent to kick their children out of their lives because their religious behavior drove their offspring into the arms of Satan.

1 Timothy 3:2-5 NKJV – A bishop then must be blameless, the husband of one wife, temperate, sober-minded, of good behavior, hospitable, able to teach; not given to wine, not violent, not greedy for money, but gentle, not quarrelsome, not covetous; one who rules his own house well, having his children in submission with all reverence (for if a man does not know how to rule his own house, how will he take care of the church of God?);

Now yes I know this describes the requirement of a bishop. However, does this diminish he who is head of a so-called “Christian” household? As I have shown and taught in the past. The answer is no. Therefore, a parent shouldn’t without a concerted effort cast out a child they themselves led astray with their own overly strict and most time incorrect behavior.

Once they are forced to cast them out. For it is made clear we are not to associate with those that live in sin per 2 Timothy 3:1-5. The parents are to then turn to themselves and seek repentance from God for it is THEY that have sinned against God for being poor parents. Which resulted in their children to fall away from salvation and chose damnation instead.

For each person is responsible for their own behavior. If they embrace sin and say sin is welcome within their lives and they make no effort to leave those sins which will result in damnation. Especially once they achieve the age of consent, then their fate is their own responsibility to address.

On the other extreme we have those that willfully embrace damnation. Actually fully aware that they are following and worshipping the fallen one: Satan. Their goal is to seek after worldly wealth and earthly recognition. For they honestly believe that their names will be known by all for thousands of years. They hear the names Alexsander, Napolean, Stalin, and yes even Hitler and believe their names will be remembers as well.

Well the Bible says this:

Isaiah 65:17 NKJV – “For behold, I create new heavens and a new earth; And the former shall not be remembered or come to mind.”

Many, that even call themselves “Christian” have fallen into this trap of continuing a name. I once encountered a man that was extremely disappointed that his last name would not continue because he had no male offspring and begged people to pray for him to help him to achieve the birth of a boy. Most that replied to him were in agreement with him. This is sin. This is against God and wishing to be worshipped by your children. Those that do this are making themselves a “god.” Truly sad. Only one name deserves to be known by all and forever: Jesus Christ. For none other than Jesus Christ and God  will be remembered.

Those seeking to be remembered as well as following other traditions of men are displaying works, behavior, actions, which we are to be judged by. This is why it is so very important that each and every person STUDY the Word of God for themselves. That way they can learn which sins will deny them from eternal joy in the service of God through Jesus Christ. For it is made extremely clear that there are some sins that will never be allowed to enter into the kingdom of God. Therefore, any who embraces these sins in their everyday live shows that this is their actions, their behavior, their works.

Most have willfully excepted damnation even as they say the name “Jesus” on their lips, defiling it and taking them even further away from God.

Then we come to the middle of the road folks. Those that go about their lives as if all is as it should be. They go to a job. They plan and seek after worldly wants and desires. Like for example. A fancy house, a luxury vehicle, fancy clothes. They think they are followers of Jesus Christ. But in reality they are worshipers of mammon. They live in darkness, thinking they are in the light of God, when this is the furthest thing from the Truth.

Matthew 6:19-24 NKJV – “Do not lay up for yourselves treasures on earth, where moth and rust destroy and where thieves break in and steal; but lay up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where neither moth nor rust destroys and where thieves do not break in and steal. For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also. “The lamp of the body is the eye. If therefore your eye is good, your whole body will be full of light. But if your eye is bad, your whole body will be full of darkness. If therefore the light that is in you is darkness, how great is that darkness! “No one can serve two masters; for either he will hate the one and love the other, or else he will be loyal to the one and despise the other. You cannot serve God and mammon.”

When people do this. This planning and seeking after fine houses and places to retire. They show where their heart is, and it is not with God, but here in this world. This again is behavior, actions, and works. They have willfully chosen to make themselves enemies of God.

James 4:4 NKJV – Adulterers and adulteresses! Do you not know that friendship with the world is enmity with God? Whoever therefore wants to be a friend of the world makes himself an enemy of God.

For what they seek after doesn’t come from God at all.

1 John 2:15-16 NLT – Do not love this world nor the things it offers you, for when you love the world, you do not have the love of the Father in you. For the world offers only a craving for physical pleasure, a craving for everything we see, and pride in our achievements and possessions. These are not from the Father, but are from this world.

“Pride in our achievements and possessions.” All is of the world and of Satan. And people through their actions and behavior aka works have made their eternal choice. Which is not what most believe is or will be, to their sorrow.

2 Peter 2:20-22 NKJV – For if, after they have escaped the pollutions of the world through the knowledge of the Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, they are again entangled in them and overcome, the latter end is worse for them than the beginning. For it would have been better for them not to have known the way of righteousness, than having known it, to turn from the holy commandment delivered to them. But it has happened to them according to the true proverb: “A DOG RETURNS TO HIS OWN VOMIT,” and, “a sow, having washed, to her wallowing in the mire.”

It is our daily live, our daily attitude, our daily choices, which are all written down in the books of our lives. Books that will be opened for those of the second and saddest resurrection. For Christ makes it VERY clear how we are to live and act.

Luke 16:13-17 NKJV – “No servant can serve two masters; for either he will hate the one and love the other, or else he will be loyal to the one and despise the other. You cannot serve God and mammon.” Now the Pharisees, who were lovers of money, also heard all these things, and they derided Him. And He said to them, “You are those who justify yourselves before men, but God knows your hearts. For what is highly esteemed among men is an abomination in the sight of God. “The law and the prophets were until John. Since that time the kingdom of God has been preached, and everyone is pressing into it. And it is easier for heaven and earth to pass away than for one tittle of the law to fail.

Matthew 5:17-19 NKJV – “Do not think that I came to destroy the Law or the Prophets. I did not come to destroy but to fulfill. For assuredly, I say to you, till heaven and earth pass away, one jot or one tittle will by no means pass from the law till all is fulfilled. Whoever therefore breaks one of the least of these commandments, and teaches men so, shall be called least in the kingdom of heaven; but whoever does and teaches them, he shall be called great in the kingdom of heaven.

From Mathew five verse twenty-one through chapter 6 verse twenty-four. We are given commandments to follow:

  1. Make peace with those you trespass against you and quickly. (Matthew 5:21-26)
  2. Do not even look at a person of the opposite or even same sex with lust in your mind. (Matthew 5:27-30)
  3. You can only divorce due to sexual immorality. Otherwise, you cause yourself and the other to enter into adultery. (Matthew 5:31-32)
  4. Do not swear an oath upon God or anything else for that matter. Let your yes be yes and your no be no. (Matthew 5:33-37)
  5. Do not seek revenge. If someone slaps you turn the other cheek. If someone sues you concede and give him double what he asks for. If someone insists you go with him for a mile go two miles with him. If someone borrows from you do not expect it to return it. (Matthew 5:38-42)
  6. You shall love your enemies, bless those that curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those that spitefully use you and persecute you. (Matthew 5:43-48)
  7. Give in secret (Matthew 6:1-4)
  8. Pray in secret and how to pray (Matthew 6:5-15)
  9. Fast in secret (Matthew 6:16-18)
  10. Live a needs-only lifestyle and reject mammon (Matthew 6:19-24)

These are all the commandments we are to follow as best we can daily. This is our actions, our behavior, our works, and it is upon these we will be judged. If we stay within them we will not face judgement and be welcomed in the first and greatest of resurrection. Where we will serve with our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ for one thousand years. If people don’t do them and fail in their actions to follow God and instead embrace and follow lies, they will awaken to the second resurrection where those that do, will stand before the Great White Throne crying and weeping for then the books of their lives will be opened for all to see, and all will be judged accordingly. Pray that the heavenly treasures outweigh the chaff. For if the latter is all that is left then they will know that their name is not written in the Book of Life.

Revelation 20:15 NKJV – And anyone not found written in the Book of Life was cast into the lake of fire.

Revelation 21:8 NKJV – But the cowardly, unbelieving, abominable, murderers, sexually immoral, sorcerers, idolaters, and all liars shall have their part in the lake which burns with fire and brimstone, which is the second death.”

Know that idolatry includes mammon worshippers:

Ephesians 5:3-5 NKJV – But fornication and all uncleanness or covetousness, let it not even be named among you, as is fitting for saints; neither filthiness, nor foolish talking, nor coarse jesting, which are not fitting, but rather giving of thanks. For this you know, that no fornicator, unclean person, nor covetous man, who is an idolater, has any inheritance in the kingdom of Christ and God.

Discussion

One of the things that causes most that profess to being “Christian” confusion and misunderstanding is the upcoming tribulation. What is worse is that many insist that they are right and everyone else is wrong. Most don’t read the “fine print” in the book of Revelation.

Revelation 22:18-19 NKJV – For I testify to everyone who hears the words of the prophecy of this book: If anyone adds to these things, God will add to him the plagues that are written in this book; and if anyone takes away from the words of the book of this prophecy, God shall take away his part from the Book of Life, from the holy city, and from the things which are written in this book.

This is why I am careful when it comes to discussing the Tribulation. The only thing I have been led to fully understand is the upcoming rapture. There are those that insist there will be only a pre-tribulation rapture. On the other hand, there are those that insist there will be no rapture if any till the end of the tribulation. When they insist things like this and say all else is a false teaching it shows they haven’t read the verses you just heard or read a bit ago.

For the ones that insists there will be only a pre-tribulation rapture discounts Jesus Christ own parable.

Matthew 25:1-13 NKJV – “Then the kingdom of heaven shall be likened to ten virgins who took their lamps and went out to meet the bridegroom. Now five of them were wise, and five were foolish. Those who were foolish took their lamps and took no oil with them, but the wise took oil in their vessels with their lamps. But while the bridegroom was delayed, they all slumbered and slept. “And at midnight a cry was heard: ‘Behold, the bridegroom is coming; go out to meet him!’ Then all those virgins arose and trimmed their lamps. And the foolish said to the wise, ‘Give us some of your oil, for our lamps are going out.’ But the wise answered, saying, ‘No, lest there should not be enough for us and you; but go rather to those who sell, and buy for yourselves.’ And while they went to buy, the bridegroom came, and those who were ready went in with him to the wedding; and the door was shut. “Afterward the other virgins came also, saying, ‘Lord, Lord, open to us!’ But he answered and said, ‘Assuredly, I say to you, I do not know you.’ “Watch therefore, for you know neither the day nor the hour in which the Son of Man is coming.”

Let us key in on the important areas of this verse:

“And at midnight a cry was heard: ‘Behold, the bridegroom is coming; go out to meet him!’ Then all those virgins arose and trimmed their lamps. And the foolish said to the wise, ‘Give us some of your oil, for our lamps are going out.’ But the wise answered, saying, ‘No, lest there should not be enough for us and you; but go rather to those who sell, and buy for yourselves.’ And while they went to buy, the bridegroom came, and those who were ready went in with him to the wedding; and the door was shut. “Afterward the other virgins came also, saying, ‘Lord, Lord, open to us!’ But he answered and said, ‘Assuredly, I say to you, I do not know you.’”

I have gone into detail about all the meanings of this in an earlier podcast (Podcast #29 -Olivet Discourse 5/6). What it boils down to in this discussion is that the majority that profess to being “Christian” are the foolish bridesmaids and find themselves left behind. Why do I say majority? Again, Christ Himself shed light upon this:

Matthew 7:13-14 NKJV – “Enter by the narrow gate; for wide is the gate and broad is the way that leads to destruction, and there are many who go in by it. Because narrow is the gate and difficult is the way which leads to life, and there are few who find it.

Now what is it that made so many foolish? For that we need to understand the mentality that created the original Pharisees. Between the time Moses received the Ten Commandments till Jesus is approximately one thousand four hundred and fifty years.

Now for understanding. Two thousand years ago Jesus was actually around doing things. In five years He will start His ministry.

Now that we have established that several hundred years happened between both examples we start to see how false teachings and people turning to traditions of men and listening to false teachings can corrupt people when they don’t actually study the Word of God for themselves.

But let us start to look at those that state there will be no rapture till after the seven years of the tribulation. For those that teach this are those that teach damnation to those that listen to such a teaching.

Now how can I say this? First we must have a full understanding of the Holy Spirit.

Romans 8:9 NKJV – But you are not in the flesh but in the Spirit, if indeed the Spirit of God dwells in you. Now if anyone does not have the Spirit of Christ, he is not His.

1 Corinthians 6:19-20 NKJV – Or do you not know that your body is the temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from God, and you are not your own? For you were bought at a price; therefore glorify God in your body and in your spirit, which are God’s.

Now why point out that the Holy Spirit dwells within the followers of Jesus Christ? Because of this:

2 Thessalonians 2:7-8 NKJV – For the mystery of lawlessness is already at work; only He who now restrains will do so until He is taken out of the way. And then the lawless one will be revealed, whom the Lord will consume with the breath of His mouth and destroy with the brightness of His coming.

No one will know fully who the antichrist is until the Holy Spirit is removed from this world. However, we know exactly when the antichrist WILL be revealed.

Daniel 9:27 NKJV – Then he shall confirm a covenant with many for one week; But in the middle of the week He shall bring an end to sacrifice and offering. And on the wing of abominations shall be one who makes desolate, Even until the consummation, which is determined, Is poured out on the desolate.”

“But in the middle of the week he shall bring an end to sacrifice and offerings. And on the wing of abominations shall be one who makes desolate.”

Christ speaks of making something an abomination and desolate as well, which has bearing with our topic:

Matthew 24:15-21 NKJV – “Therefore when you see the ‘ABOMINATION OF DESOLATION,’ spoken of by Daniel the prophet, standing in the holy place” (whoever reads, let him understand), “then let those who are in Judea flee to the mountains. Let him who is on the housetop not go down to take anything out of his house. And let him who is in the field not go back to get his clothes. But woe to those who are pregnant and to those who are nursing babies in those days! And pray that your flight may not be in winter or on the Sabbath. For then there will be great tribulation, such as has not been since the beginning of the world until this time, no, nor ever shall be.

This is a clear teaching of the antichrist being revealed, which per Daniel occurs in the middle of the tribulation since it states “in the middle of the week.”

Since we are in Matthew twenty-four. Let us look a little later in this teaching from Christ. Understand that he end his tribulation prophecy at verse thirty-one. He then follows it with the parable of the fig tree as to look for the warning signs, which by the way are now present.

Starting in verse thirty-six this is said:

Matthew 24:36-42 NKJV – “But of that day and hour no one knows, not even the angels of heaven, but My Father only. But as the days of Noah were, so also will the coming of the Son of Man be. For as in the days before the flood, they were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, until the day that Noah entered the ark, and did not know until the flood came and took them all away, so also will the coming of the Son of Man be. Then two men will be in the field: one will be taken and the other left. Two women will be grinding at the mill: one will be taken and the other left. Watch therefore, for you do not know what hour your Lord is coming.

This again speaks of a pre-tribulation rapture. Yet the Holy Spirit is not removed for the antichrist has yet to be revealed. Since this begins the first three and a half years. Why is the Holy Spirit required? That was answered in the parable of the bridesmaids. Those foolish bridesmaids that were left behind.

We live under free will. We can make choices. We can choose to follow God or follow damnation. Those that insisted that we must wait till the end of the seven years as hinted at by the verses about the Holy Spirit shows that those that follow Christ have the Holy Spirit within them. Therefore, we now go to what happens in the middle of the tribulation in the book of Revelation. We begin after the 144,000 of the tribes of Israel are given a special seal which actually allows them to retain the Holy Spirit within them. These, save the two witnesses are the only beings that will have the Holy Spirit within them beyond the Holy Spirits removal. No others will receive, retain or be welcome to the Holy Spirit. This said, no one that calls themselves “Christian” will exist. But where did they go?

Revelation 7:9-14 NKJV – After these things I looked, and behold, a great multitude which no one could number, of all nations, tribes, peoples, and tongues, standing before the throne and before the Lamb, clothed with white robes, with palm branches in their hands, and crying out with a loud voice, saying, “Salvation belongs to our God who sits on the throne, and to the Lamb!” All the angels stood around the throne and the elders and the four living creatures, and fell on their faces before the throne and worshiped God, saying: “Amen! Blessing and glory and wisdom, Thanksgiving and honor and power and might, Be to our God forever and ever. Amen.” Then one of the elders answered, saying to me, “Who are these arrayed in white robes, and where did they come from?” And I said to him, “Sir, you know.” So he said to me, “These are the ones who come out of the great tribulation, and washed their robes and made them white in the blood of the Lamb.

This is the middle tribulation rapture. Here also as established the Holy Spirit is removed from the earth, this explains why this rapture is uncountable for all that have the Holy Spirit within them is removed from the face of the earth.

Yet Daniel speaks of the rapture as well and does not fit the mold of the pretribulation nor the middle tribulation rapture. In the eleventh chapter of Daniel the gathering of the forces of the antichrist is described. Then chapter twelve begins:

Daniel 12:1-3 NKJV – “At that time Michael shall stand up, The great prince who stands watch over the sons of your people; And there shall be a time of trouble, Such as never was since there was a nation, Even to that time. And at that time your people shall be delivered, Every one who is found written in the book. And many of those who sleep in the dust of the earth shall awake, Some to everlasting life, Some to shame and everlasting contempt. Those who are wise shall shine Like the brightness of the firmament, And those who turn many to righteousness Like the stars forever and ever.

This is a pre-wrath rapture. Since the Bible does not contradict itself. Then there are three. Let me say that again three separate raptures. Also. Since none that calls themselves “Christian” no longer walk the surface of the earth. Who is being raptured? The answer to this comes from how the book of Daniel was originally written down. The first chapter and part of the second were written in Hebrew. From chapter eight till the end, it was also originally written in Hebrew. The middle of the book of Daniel was written in Aramaic. Therefore, with this in mind. Chapter twelve is aimed directly at the tribes of Israel, and no one else. Therefore, this is showing a rapture of the tribes of Israel.

It is time to let go of false teachings. It is time to stop being Pharisees saying to other they are in the wrong if they do not embrace the lie you yourselves have embraced.  Will there be a pre-tribulation rapture? Yes. However, it will be very small, for the majority still live in sin, no matter how they profess to follow God. Any who insist there will be no rapture also embrace a lie. Except their belief will lead to billion upon billions, upon billions of years is the lake of fire. Where their worm that eats their flesh does not die, nor does the fire which burns their skin is not quenched.

Start to STUDY the Word of Christ for yourselves. Take no one’s word for it. Don’t read commentaries because they add to or take away from the Word of God.

Deuteronomy 4:2 NKJV – You shall not add to the word which I command you, nor take from it, that you may keep the commandments of the LORD your God which I command you.

Don’t even listen to me, but study on your own. For I do not seek fame or glory. I only seek to glorify Jesus Christ my Savior.

God Bless

Discussion

What is perplexing to most of humanity is they have no True understanding of what life is. To most, even those that call themselves “Christian” all they can see is this life. They can’t even image God’s promise even though they say they are a follower of Jesus Christ.

Why do a say this?

Because they prove it every single day. Their own actions. Their own behavior shows the truth. This is the fruit which Christ talks about. Works through faith are our fruit. Yet, the fruit they bear is anything but faithful to God. It is faithful to themselves and themselves alone.

This is shown by where they store their treasures. Just as Christ said it would be.

You cannot serve God and mammon.

Because they have chosen mammon over God they live in darkness and can’t see into eternity. This is seen clearly in these verses. The world where their heart is, is darkness. They think they are holy, special, exempt from damnation.

However, Jesus Christ makes it extremely clear. You cannot serve God and mammon. Therefore, even though they play like they are “Christian” they in reality aren’t. It is made clear. Mammon is of the world. Who are those that are friends of the world?

James 4:4 NKJV – Adulterers and adulteresses! Do you not know that friendship with the world is enmity with God? Whoever therefore wants to be a friend of the world makes himself an enemy of God. They think they can go to a building called a “church” and they are His friend. This isn’t the Truth. They are still His enemy.

As a result, they have no concept of eternity. For if they did, they would have chosen God not mammon.

Once again for clarity. Mammon is riches (jewelry and fancy clothes), money (hording earthly wealth, which goes above and beyond what is needed to live a needs-only lifestyle). Possessions (those objects that clutter up houses and walls, as well as expensive furniture. Also vehicles, especially luxuries vehicles, that go beyond what is needed to get from one place to another.) Then we come to property (huge houses and/or multiple houses. Again, above the necessary need to shelter from the weather. As well as land filled nothing useful to anyone, especially those in need.)

This is all mammon and most that now profess to being “Christian” own and worship all this and believe they are still welcome into eternity for billions upon billions upon billions of years. But, how can they if they are God’s enemies?

Wait, there it is. Those reading or listening who call themselves “Christian” just said they aren’t. Well let’s look at this from other verses found within the Word of God.

Revelation 3:15-17 NKJV – “I know your works, that you are neither cold nor hot. I could wish you were cold or hot. So then, because you are lukewarm, and neither cold nor hot, I will vomit you out of My mouth. Because you say, ‘I am rich, have become wealthy, and have need of nothing’—and do not know that you are wretched, miserable, poor, blind, and naked—

“I am rich, have become wealthy, and have need of nothing.” That translates to mammon worshippers. That equals enemies of God. That means they were vomited quickly and violently out of the Body of Christ. This means they are not welcome in the joyous eternity in the service of God through Jesus Christ.

Here is the other side of eternity. Which again proves they are blinded to the Truth. You see every single person, that is a son or daughter of Adam. Before and after the flood. All will have eternal bodies. Yes, every single person that has ever been conceived, and yes, I used the word “conceived” on purpose. For billions have been murdered since 1972 when they legalized abortion.

But. To get back on track. All humanity that has ever lived, that is alive, and per-chance may be born. Will have eternal bodies. Bodies that will live for billons of years not just a mere one hundred if they’re lucky.

It won’t be in heaven walking on clouds. It will be in eternal bodies that feel like the bodies you have now. You can touch them. You can feel. You can talk. You can actually have a conversation. But here’s the trick. Only those that Truly follow God will have time to actually come to this realization.

Those that are friends of the world will only know agony and pain for billions upon billions upon billions of years. As is promised us in this Bible verse:

Isaiah 66:24 NKJV – “And they shall go forth and look Upon the corpses of the men Who have transgressed against Me. For their worm does not die, And their fire is not quenched. They shall be an abhorrence to all flesh.

Within this verse is the verification that I am speaking the Truth. Note the wording.

“And they shall go forth and look upon.” This shows physical form and behavior. For those that follow Christ and not mammon and the world that is. The latter are the ones being observed.

Those that have chosen the world and mammon, no matter who they profess to be, will be in the lake of fire, where their worm does not die and their fire is not quenched.

This is why Jesus Christ says this:

Matthew 7:21-23 NKJV – “Not everyone who says to Me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ shall enter the kingdom of heaven, but he who does the will of My Father in heaven. Many will say to Me in that day, ‘Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in Your name, cast out demons in Your name, and done many wonders in Your name?’ And then I will declare to them, ‘I never knew you; depart from Me, you who practice lawlessness!’

How can we seek eternity?

We do as Jesus commanded and taught.

John 14:15 NKJV – “If you love Me, keep My commandments.”

In the Sermon on the Mount, we are given commands by Christ. One we already heard. Do not seek after mammon and choose God. This means live a need-only lifestyle as reinforced in 2 Timothy 6:6-19.

Before the verses in Matthew we hear this from Christ. Give in secret. Pray in secret. Fast in secret. These are His commands. Yet, those that embrace mammon make a show of giving. Make a show of praying, especially in the buildings called “churches.” They make a big deal about fasting. They exalt in bringing attention to themselves. For because of mammon, they seek to be seen and recognized and may I say being glorified.

Only one being is to be glorified ….. that is God.

Yet, mammon makes people desire to be glorified to be worshipped by others. This is also seen in Matthew six. Here we are told how to act when not seeking after mammon, but we also see the behavior of those that do seek after mammon.

Matthew 6:25-34 NKJV  “Therefore I say to you, do not worry about your life, what you will eat or what you will drink; nor about your body, what you will put on. Is not life more than food and the body more than clothing? Look at the birds of the air, for they neither sow nor reap nor gather into barns; yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not of more value than they? Which of you by worrying can add one cubit to his stature? “So why do you worry about clothing? Consider the lilies of the field, how they grow: they neither toil nor spin; and yet I say to you that even Solomon in all his glory was not arrayed like one of these. Now if God so clothes the grass of the field, which today is, and tomorrow is thrown into the oven, will He not much more clothe you, O you of little faith? “Therefore do not worry, saying, ‘What shall we eat?’ or ‘What shall we drink?’ or ‘What shall we wear?’ For after all these things the Gentiles seek. For your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things. But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you. Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about its own things. Sufficient for the day is its own trouble.

”Therefore do not worry, saying, ‘What shall we eat?’ or ‘What shall we drink?’ or ‘What shall we wear?’ For after all these things the Gentiles seek. For your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things.”

Those that seek after mammon ask these questions. Therefore, they are gentiles not followers of Christ. Yet. Most that go to buildings called “churches” ask these questions and even believe they are destine to a joyous eternity with God through Jesus Christ. However, they are not. They are more than likely destine to the lake of fire.

How can those that profess to following Christ fix their relationship with God through Jesus Christ?

As stated earlier follow the commandments. Now as to this. There are those that say there is no longer any commandments to follow. We are under God’s grace. Then why did Jesus say to follow His commandments. He also said this too:

Matthew 5:17-19 NKJV – “Do not think that I came to destroy the Law or the Prophets. I did not come to destroy but to fulfill. For assuredly, I say to you, till heaven and earth pass away, one jot or one tittle will by no means pass from the law till all is fulfilled. Whoever therefore breaks one of the least of these commandments, and teaches men so, shall be called least in the kingdom of heaven; but whoever does and teaches them, he shall be called great in the kingdom of heaven.

Those that say there is no longer commandments to follow are breaking commandments and teaching other to do the same. Therefore, they are seen as the least in the kingdom of heaven, or more accurately not even welcome into the kingdom of heaven at all.

Follow the commandments and teach others to follow them as well. That way you can be counted as great in the kingdom of heaven and therefore welcome within the first resurrection. Study the Word of God for yourself. Live a needs-only lifestyle and use the majority of your earthly wealth to help those in need and to spread the True Gospel.

They must question the way they think and live. So, they can seek to follow Christ and not the world.

Discussion

To start today I must turn to John fourteen:

John 14:15 NKJV – “If you love Me, keep My commandments.”

I wish to key in on the last word: “commandments.”

Commandments – G1785 – entolé – command, instructions, orders, requirement; commandment, precept

  1. Precept – a rule for action or behavior, especially obtained from moral thought

Why I start with this definition of the word: “commandment” is I wish to pose a question.

Which has more governance over a person? A direct command given by someone in authority, in this case Jesus Christ who will in time sit upon the Throne of Heaven, or a description of an action of behavior. Please ponder that for a second.

If you say the commandment given by Christ Jesus. That is the response I would say all that call themselves “Christian” would answer. However, I ran into an encounter with a Pharisee upon social media the other day that turned this person into a liar. For they insisted they follow Christ, however they refused and even argued with a command spoken by Jesus Christ Himself. Why, because the verses describing the acts of faith through works on the day of Pentecost were not in agreement with Christ Jesus’s command.

Three times Peter denied Christ the night Jesus Christ was arrested. This is reflected also in Peter’s leadership of the early Christian Body of Christ. The first time on the day of Pentecost. The Second was Peter leading the other apostles to pick another. When they picked Matthias, other than he died a martyr’s death do we know anything about this man? The answer is no. The last time Peter messed up was when he was forcing Gentiles to get circumcised and Paul confronted him about this in Galatians.

Therefore, Peter, having all praying together on the day of Pentecost was again Peter denying His Savior. However, Christ Jesus was not going to hold this against the rest of humanity. For He made a promise to all humanity that He would send them a comforter. Therefore, Pentecost came to be. Any taking Peter’s actions as a way of governing all Christianity as has been shown in the Word of God to be faulty and human and therefore should not be considered.

Especially when God showed His power by have fire descend from heaven and having those in the room speaking multiple languages found throughout the known world.

Within the NT there are only two letters from Peter. Thirteen books are definitely written by Paul. Hebrew’s authorship is questioned.

Paul is the official replacement of Judas Iscariot. Any actions Peter allowed should be questioned for they go against God and glorify humans. Therefore, Peter allowing group prayer at Pentecost was an act allowing human glorification. Once again, God sending flames descending from heaven and making people speak in various human tongues showed glorification of God through the Holy Spirit Whose name is Jesus Christ. Therefore, any who supports and pushing open group prayer. Who is being glorified? Ponder upon that.

Special note: Every time Christ removes Himself from the apostles what is the purpose for this?  The answer: To pray to His Father.

Now we are ready for the commandment given by Christ Jesus. At the Sermon on the Mount Jesus gave out several commandments that we are required to pursue. One of which is how we are to pray.

Matthew 6:5-7 NKJV – “And when you pray, you shall not be like the hypocrites. For they love to pray standing in the synagogues and on the corners of the streets, that they may be seen by men. Assuredly, I say to you, they have their reward. But you, when you pray, go into your room, and when you have shut your door, pray to your Father who is in the secret place; and your Father who sees in secret will reward you openly. And when you pray, do not use vain repetitions as the heathen do. For they think that they will be heard for their many words.

Now let me rephrase this so it will be totally understood, by even a  modern-day Pharisee. We are told by the Son of God that when we pray we are to do it in private behind closed doors where no one will hear or see the person praying, just as He did.

He begins with an example of open sin by those that are hypocrites, which He also made clear applies to those that are Pharisees. They are not to pray in public. So those that pray in restaurants, on street corners across from abortions clinics. Those that go into churches and begin and close their services in pray are ALL hypocrites and openly sinning against God by defying a direct command given to them by Christ Jesus. And are even living in defiance of His own example.

I can hear it now. Those that just had their precious toes step upon. The other Pharisees that profess to being “Christian,” however they insist they are right and Jesus Christ, not me, is wrong. Didn’t you just hear the commandment given by Jesus a bit ago? I will restate it just as I had to do with the other Pharisee.

Matthew 6:5-6 NKJV – “And when you pray, you shall not be like the hypocrites. For they love to pray standing in the synagogues and on the corners of the streets, that they may be seen by men. Assuredly, I say to you, they have their reward. But you, when you pray, go into your room, and when you have shut your door, pray to your Father who is in the secret place; and your Father who sees in secret will reward you openly.”

“When you pray, you shall not be like the hypocrites……. that they may be seen by men.”

What promoted this original modern-day Pharisee to argue was a picture of a small group of politicians kneeling in prayer upon the floor of congress. All dressed up in their expensive suits aka mammon in plain view of the cameras and anyone in the gallery. Hypocrites.

When we pray it shall never be in public. Anyone who insists we are to do so in public is seeking to turn those that follow their demand into sinners against God through Jesus Christ.

I have to say this. I have just re-read the thread to see if I can show any other signs of the mentality of a modern-day Pharisee. I was surprised by what I found. Gone were the persons insistence that they will continue to pray in a group. However, the person added another reference to a commentary. Has I have established in the past. Commentaries for the most part just show how men insist their views of the Word of God are greater than the direct commands given by God or His Son our Savior: Jesus Christ.

Additionally, it is adding to or taking away from the Word of God, which is a sin.

What is even more funny was that the person accused me of deleting and changing what I had posted in the thread to this person. Just for the record: I didn’t because I stand upon the Word of God and see no reason to turn it into shifting sand. However, it was they that did all the deleting and changing trying to make themselves look righteous and me to look to be the heathen. When in reality this person was actually trying to turn Jesus Christ into the heathen. I have never felt so blessed. Even though I can no longer visually prove the Truth, because of this Pharisees attempts to conceal the Truth. I know that when the book of this person’s life is opened at the Great White Throne Judgement, Christ Jesus will be vindicated for it is He this Pharisee was and as a matter of fact still is attacking.

Any who place the words of men over that of God shows they follow the traditions of men and not the will of God. This shows they are still religious Pharisees and not True Disciples of Jesus Christ. If you have been reading or listening to these podcasts. You will know that most professing to being “Christian” are to the extreme very religious people, which means these Words spoken by the Glorified Jesus Christ applies to them:

Revelation 3:1-5 NKJV – “And to the angel of the church in Sardis write, ‘These things says He who has the seven Spirits of God and the seven stars: “I know your works, that you have a name that you are alive, but you are dead. Be watchful, and strengthen the things which remain, that are ready to die, for I have not found your works perfect before God. Remember therefore how you have received and heard; hold fast and repent. Therefore if you will not watch, I will come upon you as a thief, and you will not know what hour I will come upon you. You have a few names even in Sardis who have not defiled their garments; and they shall walk with Me in white, for they are worthy. He who overcomes shall be clothed in white garments, and I will not blot out his name from the Book of Life; but I will confess his name before My Father and before His angels.

“I know you works, that you have a name that you are alive, but you are dead.”

Again let me translate: Those that call themselves “Christian” believe they are alive in Christ, but they have chosen eternal death.

Once again the most important teaching from these verses:

“He who overcomes shall be clothed in white garments, and I will not blot out his name from the Book of Life; but I will confess his name before My Father and before His angels”

“I will not blot out his name from the Book of Life.”

This shows that they were saved. They had received salvation. Yet their works through faith ended and they stopped abiding in Christ so as well did their salvation. Therefore, Christ Himself removed their names from the Book of Life. This shows that most that now profess to being “Christian” are not worthy to be counted as part of the first resurrection.

I have shown through the Bible that there will be multiple raptures. This is from those that have taught throughout the centuries what is called the “partial rapture theory.” When truly studying the Word of God it will become clear that there will be multiple raptures. The rapture that comes as a thief in the night. This is the pre-tribulation and the smallest of all the raptures. All due to most being religious, most being Pharisees. The second will be the largest rapture which occurs at the midpoint of the tribulation. It will be so large it will be uncountable. Beyond this point there will be no one that calls themselves “Christian.” Why this is, is 1) the Holy Spirit will be removed from the earth, and without the Holy Spirit no one can be saved. 2) all that refuse to take the mark will by this time have already been killed. 3) only those left will have taken the mark of the beast, and those of the tribes of Israel. Then the last rapture occurs, the pre-wrath rapture which removes those of the tribes of Israel. All of these are part of the first and greatest resurrection. Those who will be called to judge and to serve with Christ during the thousand years reign.

But this brings me to something else that occurred within my confrontation with the modern-day Pharisee. This Pharisee accused me of judging them. What does the Word of God say:

1 Corinthians 2:13-16 NLT – When we tell you these things, we do not use words that come from human wisdom. Instead, we speak words given to us by the Spirit, using the Spirit’s words to explain spiritual truths. But people who aren’t spiritual can’t receive these truths from God’s Spirit. It all sounds foolish to them and they can’t understand it, for only those who are spiritual can understand what the Spirit means. Those who are spiritual can evaluate all things, but they themselves cannot be evaluated by others. For, “Who can know the LORD’s thoughts? Who knows enough to teach him?” But we understand these things, for we have the mind of Christ.

1 Corinthians 6:1-3 NLT – When one of you has a dispute with another believer, how dare you file a lawsuit and ask a secular court to decide the matter instead of taking it to other believers! Don’t you realize that someday we believers will judge the world? And since you are going to judge the world, can’t you decide even these little things among yourselves? Don’t you realize that we will judge angels? So you should surely be able to resolve ordinary disputes in this life.

This means that we have the right to judge those that sin against and even attack our Savior that call themselves members of the Body of Christ. If we stay within the Word of God and not our own vain pride we may actually be worthy of being included within the first and greatest resurrection when we will be given a throne to set upon and given the power to judge all within our assigned province by Jesus Christ Himself. This also includes pointing out those that call themselves “Christian,” when their works shows them to be religious Pharisees. Only being worthy of being called frauds, phonies, hypocrites. May there be enough heavenly treasures to outweigh their earthly chaff. For if the latter is all that is left they will find themselves where the worm does not die and the fire that burns their skin is never quenched, for their names would have been blotted from the Book of Life.

To make it simple. Just because that’s the way everyone has done it for centuries, doesn’t mean it is right with God. Jesus makes it very simple.

John 14:15 NLT  “If you love me, obey my commandments.”

If you profess to love God don’t pray where ANYONE can see you especially in the buildings called “churches.”

Discussion

One of the greatest sorrows of being a follower of Christ is seeing the Truth.

Now there will be those that are now confused and bewildered by these words. However, they are the Truth. It is a sorrow that God Himself feels for His lost children, and coming to feel it and understand why it exists can be overwhelming. Therefore, to address it I must use my Spiritual gift given to me through the Holy Spirit to make others aware of why it exists.

In the first chapter of Romans the Holy Spirit gave Paul the building blocks of this understanding that leads to this sorrow. For once you understand the Truth the sorrow should fill those that wish to follow Christ as well. If you doubt, If you question. If you deny. You actually deny Jesus Christ who then denies you to His Father, our Creator: God.

Let us now look to the verses of the first chapter of Romans:

Romans 1:18-32 NKJV – For the wrath of God is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men, who suppress the truth in unrighteousness, because what may be known of God is manifest in them, for God has shown it to them. For since the creation of the world His invisible attributes are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even His eternal power and Godhead, so that they are without excuse, because, although they knew God, they did not glorify Him as God, nor were thankful, but became futile in their thoughts, and their foolish hearts were darkened. Professing to be wise, they became fools, and changed the glory of the incorruptible God into an image made like corruptible man—and birds and four-footed animals and creeping things. Therefore God also gave them up to uncleanness, in the lusts of their hearts, to dishonor their bodies among themselves, who exchanged the truth of God for the lie, and worshiped and served the creature rather than the Creator, who is blessed forever. Amen. For this reason God gave them up to vile passions. For even their women exchanged the natural use for what is against nature. Likewise also the men, leaving the natural use of the woman, burned in their lust for one another, men with men committing what is shameful, and receiving in themselves the penalty of their error which was due. And even as they did not like to retain God in their knowledge, God gave them over to a debased mind, to do those things which are not fitting; being filled with all unrighteousness, sexual immorality, wickedness, covetousness, maliciousness; full of envy, murder, strife, deceit, evil-mindedness; they are whisperers, backbiters, haters of God, violent, proud, boasters, inventors of evil things, disobedient to parents, undiscerning, untrustworthy, unloving, unforgiving, unmerciful; who, knowing the righteous judgment of God, that those who practice such things are deserving of death, not only do the same but also approve of those who practice them.

The Key elements of these verses are as follows:

“For the wrath of God is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men, who suppress the truth in unrighteousness, because what may be known of God is manifest in them, for God has shown it to them. For since the creation of the world His invisible attributes are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even His eternal power and Godhead, so that they are without excuse, because, although they knew God, they did not glorify Him as God, nor were thankful, but became futile in their thoughts, and their foolish hearts were darkened.”

God has shown Himself to every single human that has ever been born. However, they chose to worship themselves instead of God. They turn themselves over to their own wants and lusts.

“Professing to be wise, they became fools, and changed the glory of the incorruptible God into an image made like corruptible man—and birds and four-footed animals and creeping things. Therefore God also gave them up to uncleanness, in the lusts of their hearts, to dishonor their bodies among themselves, who exchanged the truth of God for the lie, and worshiped and served the creature rather than the Creator.”

Therefore, they turn to unnatural lusts:

“For this reason God gave them up to vile passions. For even their women exchanged the natural use for what is against nature. Likewise also the men, leaving the natural use of the woman, burned in their lust for one another, men with men committing what is shameful, and receiving in themselves the penalty of their error which was due. And even as they did not like to retain God in their knowledge, God gave them over to a debased mind, to do those things which are not fitting; being filled with all unrighteousness, sexual immorality, wickedness, covetousness, maliciousness; full of envy, murder, strife, deceit, evil-mindedness; they are whisperers, backbiters, haters of God, violent, proud, boasters, inventors of evil things, disobedient to parents, undiscerning, untrustworthy, unloving, unforgiving, unmerciful; who, knowing the righteous judgment of God, that those who practice such things are deserving of death, not only do the same but also approve of those who practice them.”

It is made clear. The reason we have lesbians. The reason we have homosexuals is because at their core their own lusts govern them. They deny the True God and His Son Jesus Christ. No matter what other actions they do. They may go to buildings called “churches.” They may even stand upon the dais and give teachings they say comes from God. However, as long as the woman lusts for a woman, and a man lusts for a man. They are not welcome in heaven.

1 Corinthians 6:9-11 NKJV – Do you not know that the unrighteous will not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived. Neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor homosexuals, nor sodomites, nor thieves, nor covetous, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor extortioners will inherit the kingdom of God. And such were some of you. But you were washed, but you were sanctified, but you were justified in the name of the Lord Jesus and by the Spirit of our God.

But we must continue with the verses of Romans right now. For what is said next:

“And even as they did not like to retain God in their knowledge, God gave them over to a debased mind, to do those things which are not fitting; being filled with all unrighteousness, sexual immorality, wickedness, covetousness, maliciousness; full of envy, murder, strife, deceit, evil-mindedness; they are whisperers, backbiters, haters of God, violent, proud, boasters, inventors of evil things, disobedient to parents, undiscerning, untrustworthy, unloving, unforgiving, unmerciful; who, knowing the righteous judgment of God, that those who practice such things are deserving of death, not only do the same but also approve of those who practice them.”

Now before I make my next statement. I need to make a declaration. I believe all humanity sins, including myself. The Bible states that all sins are equal. However, true this may be. Those described just a moment ago are the worst of imaginable sins. Those that will actually never truly accept God through the Son of God: Jesus Christ.

When someone professes to follow God yet mentions and degrades another group because of their political beliefs. In addition they look down upon those they just named as being lesser than themselves has just in that moment denied Jesus Christ publicly.

We are to look to their behavior. We look to their actions, their works. Are their works of the Spirit, or are their works of the flesh? They may say they follow God. They say they feed those in need. However, if they or those they support live in the sins listed earlier, including homosexuality as well as human sacrifice in the guise of the term “abortion,” they in no way follow the Creator, nor His Son Jesus Christ.

There as been an uptick in violence in the United States. There have been those that side with and encourage this violence. Let’s hear this list of sins once again:

And again, the last sentence:

“That those who practice such things are deserving of death, not only do the same but also approve of those who practice them.”

They have chosen eternal death in the lake of fire.

Now does this excuse those that do not behave like this yet they refuse to follow the commandments? They refuse to follow the teachings from Jesus Christ who said to stop sinning. To live a needs-only lifestyle, to choose God over mammon, yet do they? No. Then they too have chosen eternal death in the lake of fire. They may sin less violently, however, they still live in sin.

However, those that are violent and behavior in ways that would sicken even the normal sinner may think themselves righteous in their own minds. This shows how truly and completely blind they are, and will remain. For there are those that will willingly embrace the mark of the beast. All the time thinking they are destined to happiness. However, in their minds their happiness can and will only be achieved in this short one hundreds years of earthly life. Which for them will be true.

As Dostoevsky stated: “If there is no God, everything is permitted.” Those of Romans chapter one, believes there is no God so they do anything. Behavior that would make most  of the average people want to vomit. However, they do it anyway. All because they are righteous and better than anyone else, especially those that truly believe in the One True God and His Son Jesus Christ.

It is truly sad. Because they deny eternity. They say we only have this short life, yet even then, they ignore what is required to truly be wise and truly live a righteous existence. Opting instead to think themselves as those that must govern those that are lesser than themselves.

They won’t realize until it is too late. For God Himself has now blinded them and they will never awaken to the Truth until they enter into the lake of fire for billions upon billions upon billions of years. Where the worm that eats their flesh does not die, nor is the fire quenched that will burn their skin for all eternity.

If you awaken to the Truth. You must act quickly. You must downsize and live a needs-only lifestyle and then use your excess money to help those in need and spread the Holy Gospel.

Discussion

In last week’s podcast. I began to answer the question someone asked. Let me restate their question once again.

“Your words raise a serious theological concern: Are many within the church today unaware of which judgment they are headed for?

That’s a vital question. It goes to the core of what the Gospel is—not just moral improvement or church attendance, but actual spiritual rebirth (John 3), and a living faith that aligns with Christ’s resurrection (Romans 6, Philippians 3:10–11)”

Last week I started my response with John 3. Within this chapter we found Jesus Christ’s response which actually answered the very question poised by the person asking the question. Today we will continue on to at least the next Biblical reference. That being Romans chapter six. Before we look to this chapter though. We must come to an understanding. The full context of what is shown in Romans six begins in Romans 4 and chapter six is the climax of this teaching. From chapter four of Romans we see that faith is a major teaching. However, when you look at what transpires you also see works. Not works of the law, but works of faith in Jesus Christ and God. However, let us now look to Romans 6:

Romans 6:1-23 NKJV – What shall we say then? Shall we continue in sin that grace may abound? Certainly not! How shall we who died to sin live any longer in it? Or do you not know that as many of us as were baptized into Christ Jesus were baptized into His death? Therefore we were buried with Him through baptism into death, that just as Christ was raised from the dead by the glory of the Father, even so we also should walk in newness of life. For if we have been united together in the likeness of His death, certainly we also shall be in the likeness of His resurrection, knowing this, that our old man was crucified with Him, that the body of sin might be done away with, that we should no longer be slaves of sin. For he who has died has been freed from sin. Now if we died with Christ, we believe that we shall also live with Him, knowing that Christ, having been raised from the dead, dies no more. Death no longer has dominion over Him. For the death that He died, He died to sin once for all; but the life that He lives, He lives to God. Likewise you also, reckon yourselves to be dead indeed to sin, but alive to God in Christ Jesus our Lord. Therefore do not let sin reign in your mortal body, that you should obey it in its lusts. And do not present your members as instruments of unrighteousness to sin, but present yourselves to God as being alive from the dead, and your members as instruments of righteousness to God. For sin shall not have dominion over you, for you are not under law but under grace. What then? Shall we sin because we are not under law but under grace? Certainly not! Do you not know that to whom you present yourselves slaves to obey, you are that one’s slaves whom you obey, whether of sin leading to death, or of obedience leading to righteousness? But God be thanked that though you were slaves of sin, yet you obeyed from the heart that form of doctrine to which you were delivered. And having been set free from sin, you became slaves of righteousness. I speak in human terms because of the weakness of your flesh. For just as you presented your members as slaves of uncleanness, and of lawlessness leading to more lawlessness, so now present your members as slaves of righteousness for holiness. For when you were slaves of sin, you were free in regard to righteousness. What fruit did you have then in the things of which you are now ashamed? For the end of those things is death. But now having been set free from sin, and having become slaves of God, you have your fruit to holiness, and the end, everlasting life. For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.

A key statement found in these verses:

“Therefore do not let sin reign in your mortal body, that you should obey it in its lusts. Do you not know that to whom you present yourselves slaves to obey, you are that one’s slaves whom you obey, whether of sin leading to death, or of obedience leading to righteousness?”

Let’s focus in further:

“Do you not know that to whom you present yourselves slaves to obey, you are that one’s slaves whom you obey, whether of sin leading to death, or of obedience leading to righteousness?”

As pointed out in the last podcast those that are religious have made mammon their master. Therefore, the majority that goes into the buildings called “churches” continue to live in sin. Making their salvation void. For these verses make it abundantly clear that those that continue in sin reject their grace of salvation for their worldly comforts.

The Holy Spirit also brings into play the bearing of Holy fruit, which is also known as works through faith:

“And having been set free from sin, you became slaves of righteousness. For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.”

Since fruits have been given in these verses. Let us look to the original time “fruits” were talked about by Jesus Christ Himself:

John 15:1-6 NKJV – “I am the true vine, and My Father is the vinedresser. Every branch in Me that does not bear fruit He takes away; and every branch that bears fruit He prunes, that it may bear more fruit. You are already clean because of the word which I have spoken to you. Abide in Me, and I in you. As the branch cannot bear fruit of itself, unless it abides in the vine, neither can you, unless you abide in Me. “I am the vine, you are the branches. He who abides in Me, and I in him, bears much fruit; for without Me you can do nothing. If anyone does not abide in Me, he is cast out as a branch and is withered; and they gather them and throw them into the fire, and they are burned.

What are the True Fruits?

Galatians 5:22-23 NKJV – But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, self-control. Against such there is no law.

Additionally, we are told to do this:

Mark 10:21 NKJV – Then Jesus, looking at him, loved him, and said to him, “One thing you lack: Go your way, sell whatever you have and give to the poor, and you will have treasure in heaven; and come, take up the cross, and follow Me.”

These are the True fruits as well as following all the commandments both old and new that were not removed by the cross. For Christ makes it very clear that the laws of the Moses and the prophets were not ended.

Matthew 5:17-20 NKJV – “Do not think that I came to destroy the Law or the Prophets. For I say to you, that unless your righteousness exceeds the righteousness of the scribes and Pharisees, you will by no means enter the kingdom of heaven.

Now again, a key statement is made:

“For I say to you, that unless your righteousness exceeds the righteousness of the scribes and Pharisees, you will by no means enter the kingdom of heaven.”

Those that go to the buildings called “churches” are on par aka equal to the scribes and Pharisees. Therefore they “will buy no means enter the kingdom of heaven.”

But to get back on track. Fruits are living a needs-only lifestyle as well as following those laws not removed by the cross. Just so there is no misunderstanding. The only laws that ended were those about sacrifices, no others. Therefore as shown here:

Romans 12:1-2 NKJV – I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that you present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable to God, which is your reasonable service. And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what is that good and acceptable and perfect will of God.

This shows that this law:

Leviticus 19:28 NKJV – You shall not make any cuttings in your flesh for the dead, nor tattoo any marks on you: I am the LORD.

In fact, this verse is surrounded by verses that are still in effect:

Leviticus 19:26-32 NKJV – ‘You shall not eat anything with the blood, nor shall you practice divination or soothsaying. You shall not shave around the sides of your head, nor shall you disfigure the edges of your beard. You shall not make any cuttings in your flesh for the dead, nor tattoo any marks on you: I am the LORD. ‘Do not prostitute your daughter, to cause her to be a harlot, lest the land fall into harlotry, and the land become full of wickedness. ‘You shall keep My Sabbaths and reverence My sanctuary: I am the LORD. ‘Give no regard to mediums and familiar spirits; do not seek after them, to be defiled by them: I am the LORD your God. ‘You shall rise before the gray headed and honor the presence of an old man, and fear your God: I am the LORD.

Actually, there are several throughout Exodus, Deuteronomy and Leviticus, which are still in effect. Most of which most are not even given a second though these days leaving many living in sin. Including myself.

As has been established and these verses verify most that now profess to being “Christian” don’t follow the commands given by God through Jesus Christ.

Most believe all they need do is go to church and they will be saved. As have been shown, and especially verified by how they go into those buildings called “churches.” Also, in how they participate within these buildings. Many of the actions actually considered sins like praying within these buildings. They also have stopped teaching their children about God and delegated to others to accomplish, which is also sin.

As for the Philippians reference. It doesn’t seem to have any context to this discussion since the verses listed are not in full context. Accept per chance with “by faith alone” once again which as established there must be fruits which is works through faith.

Therefore, we come to an end of this teaching. Which firmly shows that most that now call themselves “Christian.“ Especially those that go into the buildings called “churches” are actually not welcome in the first and blessed resurrection. That they must endure standing before the Great White Throne Judgement. That they must pray that they have treasure enough in heaven to offset their earthly chaff. However, most will hear this from Jesus Christ:

“I never knew you; depart from Me, you who practice lawlessness!”

Then they will go into the lake of fire:

Revelation 20:15 NKJV – And anyone not found written in the Book of Life was cast into the lake of fire.

Before I go I wish to make a final clear point. In the persons question they say:

“Are many within the church today unaware of which judgment they are headed for?”

As was stated in last weeks podcast if not outright made clear. There is only ONE judgment. That being the Great White Throne Judgement. In the first resurrection none are judged, but become judges and serve with Christ Jesus for one thousand years. Therefore, this person’s question actually shows a true ignorance of the Word of God and God’s promises to those that strive to live as Jesus did in a needs-only lifestyle as well as spreading the Word of God and helping those in need.

Discussion

The other day I made a simple statement on social media. It was actually the last paragraph from one of my previous messages reworded. However, slightly reworded to make it legible for that moment in time. Therefore, I will restate it here and then get into the discussion it caused from a source I didn’t expect. Here it is:

When someone on a dais in a building called a “church” say the words: “When you stand before God on Judgement Day.” That is the only time they speak the Truth. For they are admitting to all that they are damning those that listen to them as well as themselves to have to stand before the Great White Throne Judgement. This is something to weep over, not to celebrate. For they will have missed the first and greatest resurrection and are willingly joining the second resurrection which will lead most likely to the lake of fire. Where their worm will not die and the fire is not quenched.

This caused someone I never expected to respond with this:

Your words raise a serious theological concern: Are many within the church today unaware of which judgment they are headed for?

That’s a vital question. It goes to the core of what the Gospel is—not just moral improvement or church attendance, but actual spiritual rebirth (John 3), and a living faith that aligns with Christ’s resurrection (Romans 6, Philippians 3:10–11)

Well let’s look at these verses referred to here:

John 3:1-21 NKJV – There was a man of the Pharisees named Nicodemus, a ruler of the Jews. This man came to Jesus by night and said to Him, “Rabbi, we know that You are a teacher come from God; for no one can do these signs that You do unless God is with him.” Jesus answered and said to him, “Most assuredly, I say to you, unless one is born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.” Nicodemus said to Him, “How can a man be born when he is old? Can he enter a second time into his mother’s womb and be born?” Jesus answered, “Most assuredly, I say to you, unless one is born of water and the Spirit, he cannot enter the kingdom of God. That which is born of the flesh is flesh, and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit. Do not marvel that I said to you, ‘You must be born again.’ The wind blows where it wishes, and you hear the sound of it, but cannot tell where it comes from and where it goes. So is everyone who is born of the Spirit.” Nicodemus answered and said to Him, “How can these things be?” Jesus answered and said to him, “Are you the teacher of Israel, and do not know these things? Most assuredly, I say to you, We speak what We know and testify what We have seen, and you do not receive Our witness. If I have told you earthly things and you do not believe, how will you believe if I tell you heavenly things? No one has ascended to heaven but He who came down from heaven, that is, the Son of Man who is in heaven. And as Moses lifted up the serpent in the wilderness, even so must the Son of Man be lifted up, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have eternal life. For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life. For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world, but that the world through Him might be saved. “He who believes in Him is not condemned; but he who does not believe is condemned already, because he has not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God. And this is the condemnation, that the light has come into the world, and men loved darkness rather than light, because their deeds were evil. everyone practicing evil hates the light and does not come to the light, lest his deeds should be exposed. But he who does the truth comes to the light, that his deeds may be clearly seen, that they have been done in God.”

Within these verses is the very answer to this person’s question. Christ spells it out and yet he was blind to the Truth. Jesus poised this to Nicodemus:

“Are you the teacher of Israel, and do not know these things? Most assuredly, I say to you, We speak what We know and testify what We have seen, and you do not receive Our witness. If I have told you earthly things and you do not believe, how will you believe if I tell you heavenly things? No one has ascended to heaven but He who came down from heaven, that is, the Son of Man who is in heaven. And as Moses lifted up the serpent in the wilderness, even so must the Son of Man be lifted up, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have eternal life.”

How does this conversation end though? We see the verses of promise, but then Christ says this:

“He who believes in Him is not condemned; but he who does not believe is condemned already, because he has not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God. And this is the condemnation, that the light has come into the world, and men loved darkness rather than light, because their deeds were evil. For everyone practicing evil hates the light and does not come to the light, lest his deeds should be exposed. But he who does the truth comes to the light, that his deeds may be clearly seen, that they have been done in God.”

In my statement that started this discussion I made this statement:

“When someone on a dais in a building called a “church” say the words: “When you stand before God on Judgement Day.” That is the only time they speak the Truth. For they are admitting to all that they are damning those that listen to them as well as themselves to have to stand before the Great White Throne Judgement.”

Now let’s remember the word’s spoken by Jesus in John about those that are evil?

“And this is the condemnation, that the light has come into the world, and men loved darkness rather than light, because their deeds were evil. For everyone practicing evil hates the light and does not come to the light, lest his deeds should be exposed. But he who does the truth comes to the light, that his deeds may be clearly seen, that they have been done in God.”

How best to hide then in plain sight. In churches they pray yet Christ made it clear:

Matthew 6:5-6 NKJV – “And when you pray, you shall not be like the hypocrites. For they love to pray standing in the synagogues and on the corners of the streets, that they may be seen by men. Assuredly, I say to you, they have their reward. But you, when you pray, go into your room, and when you have shut your door, pray to your Father who is in the secret place; and your Father who sees in secret will reward you openly.”

They encourage all to seek after mammon and to seek after what those of the world esteem and seek after. When Jesus said this clearly about seeking after mammon and what is esteemed by the world:

Luke 16:13-15 NKJV – “No servant can serve two masters; for either he will hate the one and love the other, or else he will be loyal to the one and despise the other. You cannot serve God and mammon.” Now the Pharisees, who were lovers of money, also heard all these things, and they derided Him. And He said to them, “You are those who justify yourselves before men, but God knows your hearts. For what is highly esteemed among men is an abomination in the sight of God.

Churches encourage people to dress in their finest. This is sin. This is darkness

Churches do not tell you downsize and to live off the least of your income and to use the most to spread the gospel and help those in need. This is sin. This is darkness.

Those that seek after what is highly esteemed by the world. The luxury vehicles. The huge house. Possessions, possessions and even more possessions. Sin, sin, sin and darkness.

There is no love for God. There is no focus upon God. There is only the world. The darkness.

Those that stand upon the dais are giving you encouragement and try to make you feel comfortable in your own way of life are teaching a people pleasing message, which is so much darkness that those that teach it are twice cursed to damnation (Galatians 1:6-10).

Most live their lives in darkness and believe it is the light just as Christ made mention:

Most of the people have made their choice. They have chosen mammon. Just for clarity I will describe what mammon is once again:

Riches (jewelry, and fancy clothes), money (seeking after and hording earthly wealth beyond what is needed to make it to the next day), possessions (those objects that gather dust all over your houses and as well as luxury vehicles and any vehicle that goes beyond the basic need of transport to places you need to get to) and then property (huge house beyond the basic need for shelter and/or multiple houses as well as empty land filled with nothing to help those in need.

That is mammon and that is what the majority in this world seeks after. Especially those that go into churches. The Glorified Christ described those that call themselves “Christian” and seek after mammon.

“I will vomit you out of My mouth.”

This means they have been quickly and violently removed from the Body of Christ. They are not welcome in the first resurrection and MUST stand before God when the Great White Throne Judgement occurs.

This is how most have chosen to live their earthly lives. Thinking they are going to heaven, while all the time they refuse to stop living in sin. They refuse to follow Christ and God’s commandments which Christ made very clear we are to follow if we place God at the center of our existence.

Yet who is the true center of their existence? They themselves and how they wish to live their earthly lives. Their way, their rules with a dash of morality that they call “Christianity” when it is really just being religious.

Being religious is being equal to the Pharisees and the Scribes. Who Christ made it clear are the hypocrites.

Matthew 23:27-28 NKJV – “Woe to you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! For you are like whitewashed tombs which indeed appear beautiful outwardly, but inside are full of dead men’s bones and all uncleanness. Even so you also outwardly appear righteous to men, but inside you are full of hypocrisy and lawlessness.

Know this full well. Most that now call themselves “Christian” are NOT making it to the first resurrection, which is where they should be striving to achieve. They are, however, going to make it to the second resurrection.

Revelation 20:4-6 NKJV – And I saw thrones, and they sat on them, and judgment was committed to them. Then I saw the souls of those who had been beheaded for their witness to Jesus and for the word of God, who had not worshiped the beast or his image, and had not received his mark on their foreheads or on their hands. And they lived and reigned with Christ for a thousand years. But the rest of the dead did not live again until the thousand years were finished. This is the first resurrection. Blessed and holy is he who has part in the first resurrection. Over such the second death has no power, but they shall be priests of God and of Christ, and shall reign with Him a thousand years.

Revelation 20:11-15 NKJV – Then I saw a great white throne and Him who sat on it, from whose face the earth and the heaven fled away. And there was found no place for them. And I saw the dead, small and great, standing before God, and books were opened. And another book was opened, which is the Book of Life. And the dead were judged according to their works, by the things which were written in the books. The sea gave up the dead who were in it, and Death and Hades delivered up the dead who were in them. And they were judged, each one according to his works. Then Death and Hades were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death. And anyone not found written in the Book of Life was cast into the lake of fire.

Like I stated at the beginning. Every single time you hear: “When you stand before God on Judgement Day.” This is the Great White Throne Judgement and it occurs in the second resurrection and none are blessed to be part of it. It is a time to weep and cry for most likely Christ will deny you and you will not be found in the Book of Life and then sent into the lake of fire. Where the worm that eats your flesh does not die and the flames that burn your skin are never quenched.

They must question the way they think and live. So, they can seek to follow Christ and not the world.

Discussion

Part of coming out of her per:

Revelation 18:2-5 NKJV – And he cried mightily with a loud voice, saying, “Babylon the great is fallen, is fallen, and has become a dwelling place of demons, a prison for every foul spirit, and a cage for every unclean and hated bird! For all the nations have drunk of the wine of the wrath of her fornication, the kings of the earth have committed fornication with her, and the merchants of the earth have become rich through the abundance of her luxury.” And I heard another voice from heaven saying, “Come out of her, my people, lest you share in her sins, and lest you receive of her plagues. For her sins have reached to heaven, and God has remembered her iniquities.

Is the awakening to verse 3 so I will repeat it:

Revelation 18:3 NKJV – For all the nations have drunk of the wine of the wrath of her fornication, the kings of the earth have committed fornication with her, and the merchants of the earth have become rich through the abundance of her luxury.”

“Through the abundance of her luxury.”

Jesus Christ Himself made reference to this mentality in Luke:

Luke 16:13-15 NKJV – “No servant can serve two masters; for either he will hate the one and love the other, or else he will be loyal to the one and despise the other. You cannot serve God and mammon.” Now the Pharisees, who were lovers of money, also heard all these things, and they derided Him. And He said to them, “You are those who justify yourselves before men, but God knows your hearts. For what is highly esteemed among men is an abomination in the sight of God.

I had an encounter with someone in social media the other day. An article appeared stating that to paraphrase – Miss America praised God for her success.

I made a statement that she actually showed everything opposite the teachings of the Bible, which is the Truth. For the Bible states what I just read in Luke, but also this:

1 John 2:15-16 NLT – Do not love this world nor the things it offers you, for when you love the world, you do not have the love of the Father in you. For the world offers only a craving for physical pleasure, a craving for everything we see, and pride in our achievements and possessions. These are not from the Father, but are from this world.

Since becoming “Miss America” is an achievement and she took pride in receiving it. Then per the Word of God it is of the world and not of the Father and thus sin. Therefore “Miss America” making this statement:

“I think our world is broken. I think it is polarized and divided, and I want to be a light. I want to be an inspiration, and I want to make every single person feel seen and valued and appreciated because that is who the Lord is.”

This statement is actually the most self-focused, self-aggrandizing, self-worshipping statement I have ever encountered.

Therefore, we can quickly identify who her “lord” is per the Word of God.

Luke 4:5-7 NKJV – Then the devil, taking Him up on a high mountain, showed Him all the kingdoms of the world in a moment of time. And the devil said to Him, “All this authority I will give You, and their glory; for this has been delivered to me, and I give it to whomever I wish. Therefore, if You will worship before me, all will be Yours.”

When following Jesus Christ, we are to what?

Matthew 22:37-40 NKJV – Jesus said to him, ‘YOU SHALL LOVE THE LORD YOUR GOD WITH ALL YOUR HEART, WITH ALL YOUR SOUL, AND WITH ALL YOUR MIND.’ This is the first and great commandment. And the second is like it: ‘YOU SHALL LOVE YOUR NEIGHBOR AS YOURSELF.’ On these two commandments hang all the Law and the Prophets.”

In her statement she stated the word “I” five time. Her “lord” once and we have identified him as not God, but Satan due to that fact that she is covered in mammon. Seeks after mammon and glorifies herself and not God through Jesus Christ.

As has been shown. To truly worship God, we are to focus solely upon God through Jesus Christ. We are to choose between God or mammon; we cannot have both. It has been shown that what the world esteems like crowns upon heads and fancy shiny clothing is an abomination in the sight of God. Therefore, if she truly sought after glorifying God. She would never have even entered the “Miss America” pageant but instead sought after anonymity and every “I” in her statement would have been the Words “God” and “Jesus,” and “I” would have never crossed her lips once.

Not once did “Miss America” state the name Jesus Christ. She did say things to glorify herself and to have herself worshipped as a goddess.

Therefore, this statement that was made in the comments section was the Truth:

Miss America depicts everything opposite the teachings of Jesus Christ and thus is Satanic. Saying this gives honor to God through Christ shows just how far people have fallen away from God and are not destined to a place in heaven, but the lake of fire in eternal damnation.

In reply a person said this in response:

“Even if you think this is true, she is bold enough to speak of the Lord’s love to all who will listen. What are you doing to spread God’s word? It is easy to criticize.”

My response was to give a link to my latest message at that time. In addition, I also stated this:

Talking about God while wearing expensive clothes equals:

Revelation 3:14-16 NKJV – “And to the angel of the church of the Laodiceans write, ‘These things says the Amen, the Faithful and True Witness, the Beginning of the creation of God: “I know your works, that you are neither cold nor hot. I could wish you were cold or hot. So then, because you are lukewarm, and neither cold nor hot, I will vomit you out of My mouth.

“I will vomit you out of my mouth.”

Which means violently removed from the Body of Christ QUICKLY and sentenced to damnation.

Because the next verse says this:

Revelation 3:17 NKJV – Because you say, ‘I am rich, have become wealthy, and have need of nothing’—and do not know that you are wretched, miserable, poor, blind, and naked—

Other things occurred, but are not necessary  to talk about and deal specifically to the person I was having that interchange with so is of no consequence to this podcast at this time.

What is of import is what has been shown here. However, we can expand upon this. It is not only this poor misguided woman that has reached the earthly achievement of “Miss America.” This also goes to those others in places of fame and popularity that point to the sky or make basically the same statements as this young woman have done.

Giving glory to their god who has rewarded them richly with earthly rewards. Rewards we have shown in 1 John do not come from God in any way shape or form. Encouraging millions to seek after wealth and luxuries. All of which is a sin against God. For it is made clear that if we truly seek to follow God we are to live a needs-only lifestyle:

1 Timothy 6:6-19 NKJV – Now godliness with contentment is great gain. For we brought nothing into this world, and it is certain we can carry nothing out. And having food and clothing, with these we shall be content. But those who desire to be rich fall into temptation and a snare, and into many foolish and harmful lusts which drown men in destruction and perdition. For the love of money is a root of all kinds of evil, for which some have strayed from the faith in their greediness, and pierced themselves through with many sorrows. But you, O man of God, flee these things and pursue righteousness, godliness, faith, love, patience, gentleness. Fight the good fight of faith, lay hold on eternal life, to which you were also called and have confessed the good confession in the presence of many witnesses. I urge you in the sight of God who gives life to all things, and before Christ Jesus who witnessed the good confession before Pontius Pilate, that you keep this commandment without spot, blameless until our Lord Jesus Christ’s appearing, which He will manifest in His own time, He who is the blessed and only Potentate, the King of kings and Lord of lords, who alone has immortality, dwelling in unapproachable light, whom no man has seen or can see, to whom be honor and everlasting power. Amen. Command those who are rich in this present age not to be haughty, nor to trust in uncertain riches but in the living God, who gives us richly all things to enjoy. Let them do good, that they be rich in good works, ready to give, willing to share, storing up for themselves a good foundation for the time to come, that they may lay hold on eternal life.

“That you keep this commandment without spot, blameless until our Lord Jesus Christ’s appearing.”

Which commandment was given?

“Now godliness with contentment is great gain. For we brought nothing into this world, and it is certain we can carry nothing out. And having food and clothing, with these we shall be content.”

In Miss America’s statement she said: “I want to be a light.”

This was a direct rejection of Jesus Christ who states:

John 8:12 NKJV – Then Jesus spoke to them again, saying, “I am the light of the world. He who follows Me shall not walk in darkness, but have the light of life.”

She stated she is the light not Jesus Christ.

Later Paul was inspired by the Holy Spirit to write this:

Ephesians 5:1-13 NKJV – Therefore be imitators of God as dear children. And walk in love, as Christ also has loved us and given Himself for us, an offering and a sacrifice to God for a sweet-smelling aroma. But fornication and all uncleanness or covetousness, let it not even be named among you, as is fitting for saints; neither filthiness, nor foolish talking, nor coarse jesting, which are not fitting, but rather giving of thanks. For this you know, that no fornicator, unclean person, nor covetous man, who is an idolater, has any inheritance in the kingdom of Christ and God. Let no one deceive you with empty words, for because of these things the wrath of God comes upon the sons of disobedience. Therefore do not be partakers with them. For you were once darkness, but now you are light in the Lord. Walk as children of light (for the fruit of the Spirit is in all goodness, righteousness, and truth), finding out what is acceptable to the Lord. And have no fellowship with the unfruitful works of darkness, but rather expose them. For it is shameful even to speak of those things which are done by them in secret. But all things that are exposed are made manifest by the light, for whatever makes manifest is light.

“And have no fellowship with the unfruitful works of darkness, but rather expose them.”

Participating in the Miss America pageant IS having “fellowship with the unfruitful works of darkness.”

She has embraced it for if her light were truly the light of Christ she would expose it not followship with it.

Matthew 6:22-24 NKJV – “The lamp of the body is the eye.

Her “lord” is wrapped in mammon and therefore is not God through Jesus Christ.

Discussion

In the last Podcast I made mention that people need to avoid commentaries and to actually STUDY the Word of God for themselves.

Most in their busy lives actually don’t even take the time to read the Bible let alone study it. However, studying the Bible is mandatory. Because if people actually studied, they would be surprised by what they have gotten wrong and why they may still live in sin. Most of these actually thinking they aren’t sinning, which is actually worse off for them.

In today’s study I will actually take one verse and show how it can be misinterpreted. The verse of choice:

Matthew 7:23 NKJV – And then I will declare to them, ‘I never knew you; depart from Me, you who practice lawlessness!’

Now let us look at it in the KJV:

Matthew 7:23 KJV – And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity.

Now the NLT:

Matthew 7:23 NLT – But I will reply, ‘I never knew you. Get away from me, you who break God’s laws.’

Then the NIV.

Matthew 7:23 NIV – Then I will tell them plainly, ‘I never knew you. Away from me, you evildoers!’

Well, Let us look at the word “iniquity” from the KJV.

Iniquity from the dictionary – the Marrion Webster – 1: gross injustice : wickedness; 2: a wicked act or thing : sin.

From the Cambridge Dictionary – a very wrong and unfair action or situation.

From Dictionary.com – gross injustice or wickedness. Synonyms: evildoing, knavery, depravity, infamy.     a violation of right or duty; wicked act; sin.

So, from how people now interpret the word “iniquity:” We come to this meaning those that practice evil and live in sin.

Now let us look at how the word is translated when related to the Bible.

Iniquity – In Strong’s Exhaustive Concordance this word is identified as “G458” or Greek 458. The Strong’s definition is worded this way:

“Illegality, that is, violation of the law or (generally) wickedness, iniquity X transgress ( -ion of) the law, unrighteousness.”

From a website called “Bible Hub.” This is the information we glean from it:

“anomia” – Lawlessness, iniquity, transgression, disobedience, sin.

There seem to be some difference between the modern meaning and the Biblical meaning. So, therefore, let’s dig a bit deeper.

For this I will look to the Theological Dictionary of the New Testament:

In the NT ἀνομία has the same range of use as elsewhere. In the plur. (found only in quotations) it is the “sinful act,” though the connection with the Law, measured by which the act in question is shown to be sin, is not directly in view….

ἀνομία may have a stronger connection with the Law and its transgression in Mt; this at least appears to be true in 23:28, where the words ἔσωθεν δέ ἐστε μεστοὶ ὑποκρίσεως καὶ ἀνομίας are addressed specifically to the pious who strictly observe the Law. The connection is less close, however, in 7:23.

Matthew 23:28 KJV – Even so ye also outwardly appear righteous unto men, but within ye are full of hypocrisy and iniquity.

Matthew 23:28 NKJV – Even so you also outwardly appear righteous to men, but inside you are full of hypocrisy and lawlessness.

So, per the Bible’s original meaning of the word “iniquity” is not “evildoers” but those that disobey God’s laws, the commandments. Yes, they are evildoers, however as emphasized by Matthew 23:28 they are those that appear to be righteous and loyal to God when they are loyal to only themselves. Thus, making them lawless. Which also corresponds with the way the verses of Matthew 7:21-23 are presented.

Therefore, those that made the NIV have created a lie, thus they follow the father of all lies. To show this point let us study a different part of the Bible:

Mark 9:38-50 NKJV – Now John answered Him, saying, “Teacher, we saw someone who does not follow us casting out demons in Your name, and we forbade him because he does not follow us.” But Jesus said, “Do not forbid him, for no one who works a miracle in My name can soon afterward speak evil of Me. For he who is not against us is on our side. For whoever gives you a cup of water to drink in My name, because you belong to Christ, assuredly, I say to you, he will by no means lose his reward. “But whoever causes one of these little ones who believe in Me to stumble, it would be better for him if a millstone were hung around his neck, and he were thrown into the sea. If your hand causes you to sin, cut it off. It is better for you to enter into life maimed, rather than having two hands, to go to hell, into the fire that shall never be quenched— where ‘THEIR WORM DOES NOT DIE AND THE FIRE IS NOT QUENCHED.’ And if your foot causes you to sin, cut it off. It is better for you to enter life lame, rather than having two feet, to be cast into hell, into the fire that shall never be quenched— where ‘THEIR WORM DOES NOT DIE AND THE FIRE IS NOT QUENCHED.’ And if your eye causes you to sin, pluck it out. It is better for you to enter the kingdom of God with one eye, rather than having two eyes, to be cast into hell fire— where ‘THEIR WORM DOES NOT DIE AND THE FIRE IS NOT QUENCHED.’ “For everyone will be seasoned with fire, and every sacrifice will be seasoned with salt. Salt is good, but if the salt loses its flavor, how will you season it? Have salt in yourselves, and have peace with one another.”

Missing from the NIV is verses Mark 9:44 and 46.

“Where ‘THEIR WORM DOES NOT DIE AND THE FIRE IS NOT QUENCHED.’”

Did they remove them because they thought they were too repetitive? I don’t know. One of the main issues is that it reinforces that if you sin you shall suffer damnation in the lake of fire per Isaiah:

Isaiah 66:24 NKJV – “And they shall go forth and look Upon the corpses of the men Who have transgressed against Me. For their worm does not die, And their fire is not quenched. They shall be an abhorrence to all flesh.

Christ’s point of being repetitive is that it is made three times. When something is stated three times in the Word of God is it something that cannot be revoked or overturned.

2 Corinthians 13:1 NKJV – This will be the third time I am coming to you. “BY THE MOUTH OF TWO OR THREE WITNESSES EVERY WORD SHALL BE ESTABLISHED.”

This is why Christ said it three times. So, deleting this diminishes Jesus Christ and in turn diminishes God.

This is also why the story of the young rich man is repeated in three gospels. Because we are to consider this interaction between Christ and this young man as what it is intended to be for all that desire to be a disciple of Jesus Christ. Something that is mandatory for all to pursue. Yet most will respond as the young rich man did and Christ knew this even then.

Mark 10:17-22 NKJV – Now as He was going out on the road, one came running, knelt before Him, and asked Him, “Good Teacher, what shall I do that I may inherit eternal life?” So Jesus said to him, “Why do you call Me good? No one is good but One, that is, God. You know the commandments: ‘DO NOT COMMIT ADULTERY,’ ‘DO NOT MURDER,’ ‘DO NOT STEAL,’ ‘DO NOT BEAR FALSE WITNESS,’ ‘Do not defraud,’ ‘HONOR YOUR FATHER AND YOUR MOTHER.'” And he answered and said to Him, “Teacher, all these things I have kept from my youth.” Then Jesus, looking at him, loved him, and said to him, “One thing you lack: Go your way, sell whatever you have and give to the poor, and you will have treasure in heaven; and come, take up the cross, and follow Me.” But he was sad at this word, and went away sorrowful, for he had great possessions.

So, therefore, once again we note that those that made the NIV try to diminish God, to weaken the teachings of Jesus Christ. Therefore, those that made this book are twice cursed to where their worm does not die and the fire is not quenched.

Throw the NIV in the garbage and get a real Bible. Then use it to STUDY the Word of God. This means not to take the words printed there verbatim, but use it to guide you to the Hebrew, Greek and Aramaic. Understanding the Bible as written down originally gives you the Ture Gospel.

Knowing the True Gospel then makes you understand why you must be a bondservant to God and teach it without seeking compensation. For that is what being a bondservant means. Because you will come to realize that most have never heard the real Gospel, which is why they live in sin and are not going to heaven, but to that place where their worm does not die and the fire is not quenched.

All because they listen to others. They read commentaries that give men’s opinions and don’t reflect what is truly taught in the Word of God.

I say once again, as I have said many times before. STUDY the Word of God for yourself. DO not take my word, do not take any man’s word. You MUST learn it for yourselves in the Greek. In the Hebrew. In the Aramaic. For only then will you know the Truth.

Many times, people say I have misinterpreted the Word of God. In reality it is they that listen to lies. Lies from the commentaries. Lies from those that stand before them on the dais.

Lies that have blinded them as well as most others to the Truth. When they say the words: “When you stand before God on Judgement Day.” That is the only time they speak the Truth. For they are admitting to all that they are damning those that listen to them as well as themselves to have to stand before the Great White Throne Judgement. This is something to weep over not to celebrate. For they will have missed the first and greatest resurrection, and are willingly joining the second resurrection which will lead most likely to the lake of fire. Where their worm will not die and the fire is not quenched.

God Bless

Discussion

The Bible tells us this:

Matthew 22:37-40 NKJV – Jesus said to him, ‘YOU SHALL LOVE THE LORD YOUR GOD WITH ALL YOUR HEART, WITH ALL YOUR SOUL, AND WITH ALL YOUR MIND.’ This is the first and great commandment. And the second is like it: ‘YOU SHALL LOVE YOUR NEIGHBOR AS YOURSELF.’ On these two commandments hang all the Law and the Prophets.”

I wish to focus upon the first commandment:

“You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your mind.”

“With all your mind.”

The only way to focus our minds upon God is to actually STUDY the Word of God. Just after Jesus Christ received the Holy Spirit and then Satan tried to temped Him. Jesus’ very first response to being tempted was this:

Matthew 4:4 NKJV – But He answered and said, “It is written, ‘MAN SHALL NOT LIVE BY BREAD ALONE, BUT BY EVERY WORD THAT PROCEEDS FROM THE MOUTH OF GOD.’ “

This came from Deuteronomy 8:3. In full context:

Deuteronomy 8:1-3 NKJV – “Every commandment which I command you today you must be careful to observe, that you may live and multiply, and go in and possess the land of which the LORD swore to your fathers. And you shall remember that the LORD your God led you all the way these forty years in the wilderness, to humble you and test you, to know what was in your heart, whether you would keep His commandments or not. So He humbled you, allowed you to hunger, and fed you with manna which you did not know nor did your fathers know, that He might make you know that man shall not live by bread alone; but man lives by every word that proceeds from the mouth of the LORD.

This is the direct teaching that the Bible. The Word of God is to be our focus. Throughout the centuries though people have drifted away from the Bible as the center. Instead, they turn to what as been called commentaries. People turn to commentaries like the Matthew Henry commentary, The New Interpreter’s Bible, The Expositor’s Bible commentary to name a few.

I have found that that adds to or takes away from the Word of God, which means they are sin and a turning away from the Word of God, but to the word’s of men.

To be upfront and honest, I have and still use a commentary series. However, I take it with a grain of salt and do my best to weed out the corruption of man with the series. It is the John Walvoord Prophecy Commentaries. They have a clear and visible Baptist leaning to them. However, when you weed out this aspect of them, I found them very informative. Why? Because they give you multiple views, from several scholars throughout the centuries.

Unlike most commentaries, which basically force the reader into thinking as the writer of the commentary believes. The Walvoord books show and teach multiple insights that have been established throughout the centuries.

As an example. This being that there are multiple rapture theories that are taught and listened to. The no rapture theory, the pre-tribulation rapture theory. The pre-wrath rapture theory. The partial-rapture theory.

This is not how we are told to study the Word of God. Not just reading but studying. To truly Study the Word of God. Each and every person must break down the words as they were first written down upon parchment.

It is this lack of study that caused many of these commentaries to become the core of false teachings and false doctrine that has led millions down the wrong path.

Time and again I run into those that say to me, that I have misread the Word of God. However, since they refuse to listen and to continue to live in and of the world it is obvious that it is they that have misread the Word of God. Why? Because they have not broken down the words to their original meanings.

Many words do not carry the same meaning they did two thousand years ago and so give a false meaning, which is why it is so important to STUDY the Word of God.

Then there are words like “mammon,” which one woman who professed to being a “Christian” said I was speaking gibberish.

Plus, when studying we come to learn that at times like once again the word “mammon” words have multiple meanings that apply all at the same time. Therefore, so you can understand I will break down the word “mammon” once again.

This word that shows up as a choice of either God or mammon. A choice of one or the other is defined as this:

Riches, which is jewelry and fancy clothes. It is the accumulation of money. It is possessions, like for example all the objects that people collect and hang on their walls and place them around their houses. As well as vehicles that go beyond a need to get from one place to another. It is property that goes beyond our basic protection from the weather, like a huge house and/or multiple houses. As well as unused land for selfish self-pleasing usage.

All of that is mammon and most seek after it and refuse to get rid of it. Which is why this is taught within three gospels:

Mark 10:17-31 NKJV – Now as He was going out on the road, one came running, knelt before Him, and asked Him, “Good Teacher, what shall I do that I may inherit eternal life?” So Jesus said to him, “Why do you call Me good? Then Jesus looked around and said to His disciples, “How hard it is for those who have riches to enter the kingdom of God!” And the disciples were astonished at His words. But Jesus answered again and said to them, “Children, how hard it is for those who trust in riches to enter the kingdom of God! It is easier for a camel to go through the eye of a needle than for a rich man to enter the kingdom of God.” And they were greatly astonished, saying among themselves, “Who then can be saved?” But Jesus looked at them and said, “With men it is impossible, but not with God; for with God all things are possible.” Then Peter began to say to Him, “See, we have left all and followed You.” So Jesus answered and said, “Assuredly, I say to you, there is no one who has left house or brothers or sisters or father or mother or wife or children or lands, for My sake and the gospel’s, who shall not receive a hundredfold now in this time—houses and brothers and sisters and mothers and children and lands, with persecutions—and in the age to come, eternal life. But many who are first will be last, and the last first.”

Now, don’t get confused. The houses and brothers and sisters and mothers and children and lands is not promised in this life, but our eternal life that is to come.

“For the Son of Man will come in the glory of His Father and His angels. AND THEN HE WILL REWARD EACH ACCORDING TO HIS WORKS!”

Anything, houses, or vehicles and any other earthly rewards NEVER come from God. This is made very clear in the Bible:

1 John 2:15-16 NLT – Do not love this world nor the things it offers you, for when you love the world, you do not have the love of the Father in you. For the world offers only a craving for physical pleasure, a craving for everything we see, and pride in our achievements and possessions. These are not from the Father, but are from this world.

“Pride in our achievements and POSSESSIONS! These are not from the Father, but are from this world.”

Meaning we are to do without them.

1 Timothy 6:6-8 NKJV – Now godliness with contentment is great gain. For we brought nothing into this world, and it is certain we can carry nothing out. And having food and clothing, with these we shall be content.

Now I want people to take notice. In the last two groups of verses, I used two different versions of the Bible. In 1 John I used the New Living Translation and in the 1 Timothy I used the New King James. This is because I studied the Word of God and found the that NTL of 1 John is more accurate and true to the original meaning of the words as they were placed upon parchment nearly two thousand years ago.

However, this is not true for all of the NLT, which is why I use the NKJV when sharing the Word of God for the most part. It is also through studying the Word of God that I found the NIV “bible” is actually a people pleaser book and so needs to be thrown in the garbage ASAP. I really feel sorry for those folks that wrote that book for they have cursed themselves to damnation. Truly sad. But that book actually makes these verses make sense when you think about how they changed the Word of God and even removed important verses all to make people feel good.

Galatians 1:6-10 NKJV – I marvel that you are turning away so soon from Him who called you in the grace of Christ, to a different gospel, which is not another; but there are some who trouble you and want to pervert the gospel of Christ. But even if we, or an angel from heaven, preach any other gospel to you than what we have preached to you, let him be accursed. As we have said before, so now I say again, if anyone preaches any other gospel to you than what you have received, let him be accursed. For do I now persuade men, or God? Or do I seek to please men? For if I still pleased men, I would not be a bondservant of Christ.

“I marvel that you are turning away so soon from Him who called you in the grace of Christ, to a different gospel, which is not another.”

“To a different gospel, which is not another.” That is the NIV. Something that is twice cursed and has led millions not to salvation, but damnation. Very sad.

All because they refused to STDUY the Word of God for themselves. Breaking down the word as they were written two thousand years ago with the aid of a Strong’s Exhaustive Concordance as well as the Theological dictionaries of both the OT and the NT. These are not commentaries especially the dictionary. Even though there is some paragraphs to read. It is mainly an explanation of what the words meant when they were written down not only in the Greek, Hebrew and Aramaic, but their actual meanings when the were placed upon parchment.

Again, STUDY the Word of God for yourselves. Don’t take my word for anything I actually challenge you to prove me wrong and thus a false teacher. I dare you too.

God Bless
