I am reluctantly listening, when able to the RNC convention in Cleveland, Ohio.
So far most of those that have made it to the airwaves, and also the on air hosts have, for the most part, joined in the sale pitch to push and to glamorize and glorify the presumptive RNC nominee.
Now I have regrettably been forced, mainly due to the actions of the other party’s nominee and those in the current government, to already vote for this man. Again I hate that I have been forced into this predicament, due to the weak minds and gullibility, due to improper education of most of the voting majority of this nation.
The biggest failure has been with the so-called “church” itself. Those that profess to be “Christian” yet have no true understanding of true belief and of God, Jesus and the Bible. These were those that voted for this man.
They have seen a showman and have swallowed his used car salesman pitch hook line and sinker. And I do truly mean “sinker.” A weight that will pull them even further into turmoil.
I hear the salespersons on the radio and on the TV. They sing his praises as if they are sing a psalm to and about God.
He is a man. He is a human. He is not Jesus the Son of God who took human form.
He will let you down. He will disappoint you.
Has this not been proven a reality with Barak Obama? Yes it has.
I still remember hearing my co-workers in 2008 singing that man’s praises. Yet today you will not hear one even admit they voted for the man.
Christians are not to vote as looking to humanity for an answer. The Israelites did this. They begged and pleaded from God for a king. God held off as long as He could. He gave the Israelites the judges. One of these judges was Samson. A man who became vain and self-centered. A man who did not realize the errors of his ways till God cast him down to the level of an ox and allowed his blinding. It was not until he had no sight that he saw the truth.
How did he redeem himself? Destroyed a temple and the pagans within it as well as himself.
When the nation finally united under one king. That king, committed adultery and murder. Yet he too saw the truth, but at great cost to himself. He lost his son, he had his blessing from God removed and was not allowed to build a temple to God.
Humanity needs to stop seeking salvation from other humans.
Humanity will ALWAYS fail you. Humanity will always fall for corruption and destruction.
There is only one way to salvation and that is through asking Jesus Christ to be your Savior. Then once that is done, to fully read and seek to truly understand the entire Bible. Not a verse here or there, which can be misunderstood when stated out of context.
You must come to learn the Bible in context and with full understanding for only then can you learn the true way to full and complete salvation.
Don’t listen to the sales pitch, look to the quality of the product you are “buying.” If the quality is flawed and breaks then it is not worthy of your investment.
