Very recently I had a young boy ask me: “Is there evidence God is real?”

I found it interesting how he posed the question. It is obvious that he was coached by someone that wishes to deny the existence of God.

It is amazing how this was addressed in the first chapter of Romans:

Romans 1:18-21 NKJV – For the wrath of God is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men, who suppress the truth in unrighteousness, because what may be known of God is manifest in them, for God has shown it to them. For since the creation of the world His invisible attributes are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even His eternal power and Godhead, so that they are without excuse, because, although they knew God, they did not glorify Him as God, nor were thankful, but became futile in their thoughts, and their foolish hearts were darkened.

God presents Himself it all manner of ways. The way a tree grows, and the way the veins in a leaf match those within a hand. The way the nervous system of the brain actually matches the construction of the universe.

However, the ultimate example that God is real is Jesus Christ Himself. The mere fact that there is evidence of His very existence for example. Now I don’t mean the Bible or the Gospels I mean people like Josephus for example in “The Antiquities” – 18.63-64:

“Now there was about this time Jesus, a wise man, if it be lawful to call him a man; for he was a doer of wonderful works, a teacher of such men as receive the truth with pleasure. He drew over to him both many of the Jews and many of the Gentiles. He was [the] Christ. And when Pilate, at the suggestion of the principal men amongst us, had condemned him to the cross, those that loved him at the first did not forsake him; for he appeared to them alive again the third day; as the divine prophets had foretold these and ten thousand other wonderful things concerning him. And the tribe of Christians, so named from him, are not extinct at this day.”

Then there was also Tacitus from his work called “Annals” – 15.55:

“Consequently, to get rid of the report, Nero fastened the guilt and inflicted the most exquisite tortures on a class hated for their abominations, called Christians by the populace. Christus, from whom the name had its origin, suffered the extreme penalty during the reign of Tiberius at the hands of one of our procurators, Pontius Pilatus, and a most mischievous superstition, thus checked for the moment, again broke out not only in Judæa, the first source of the evil, but even in Rome, where all things hideous and shameful from every part of the world find their centre and become popular.”

Since, Jesus was infused into Mary via the Holy Spirit He is what would be considered a demigod to those that study mythology. Even though that is a poor reference for when truly understanding so-called “mythology” we know per one of the letters in Revelation, that Zeus is in actuality Satan. So, therefore,  true “demigods” are in actuality Nephilim.

 Revelation 2:12-17 NKJV – “And to the angel of the church in Pergamos write, ‘These things says He who has the sharp two-edged sword: “I know your works, and where you dwell, where Satan’s throne is. And you hold fast to My name, and did not deny My faith even in the days in which Antipas was My faithful martyr, who was killed among you, where Satan dwells. But I have a few things against you, because you have there those who hold the doctrine of Balaam, who taught Balak to put a stumbling block before the children of Israel, to eat things sacrificed to idols, and to commit sexual immorality. Thus you also have those who hold the doctrine of the Nicolaitans, which thing I hate. Repent, or else I will come to you quickly and will fight against them with the sword of My mouth. “He who has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the churches. To him who overcomes I will give some of the hidden manna to eat. And I will give him a white stone, and on the stone a new name written which no one knows except him who receives it.” ‘

In Pergamos the Temple of Zeus had a huge statue of Zeus seated upon a throne. Therefore:

“I know your works, and where you dwell, where Satan’s throne is.” clear shows that Zeus IS Satan.

Additionally, who gave this description? The Glorified Jesus Christ. Who really exists.

In addition there is the archaeological evidence, but again the best evidence is the actual Godhood of Jesus Christ Himself when He is baptized:

Matthew 3:13-17 NKJV – Then Jesus came from Galilee to John at the Jordan to be baptized by him. And John tried to prevent Him, saying, “I need to be baptized by You, and are You coming to me?” But Jesus answered and said to him, “Permit it to be so now, for thus it is fitting for us to fulfill all righteousness.” Then he allowed Him. When He had been baptized, Jesus came up immediately from the water; and behold, the heavens were opened to Him, and He saw the Spirit of God descending like a dove and alighting upon Him. And suddenly a voice came from heaven, saying, “This is My beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased.”

What is clear. Jesus was a real person. Therefore, God is real. PERIOD!
