Daily Obedience That Is Required But Most Don’t Even Acknowledge

The greatest commandments:

Matthew 22:37-40 NKJV – Jesus said to him, ‘YOU SHALL LOVE THE LORD YOUR GOD WITH ALL YOUR HEART, WITH ALL YOUR SOUL, AND WITH ALL YOUR MIND.’  This is the first and great commandment. And the second is like it: ‘YOU SHALL LOVE YOUR NEIGHBOR AS YOURSELF.’ On these two commandments hang all the Law and the Prophets.”

When obeying these commandments notice the last verse:

Matthew 22:40 NKJV – On these two commandments hang all the Law and the Prophets.”

Now most when hearing the word “law” assume it has to do with the OT law, which is mainly correct. However, we are given these instructions within the NT:

Titus 3:1 NKJV – Remind them to be subject to rulers and authorities, to obey, to be ready for every good work,

Romans 13:1-2 NKJV – Let every soul be subject to the governing authorities. For there is no authority except from God, and the authorities that exist are appointed by God. Therefore whoever resists the authority resists the ordinance of God, and those who resist will bring judgment on themselves.

These last verses are reinforced from the OT with these verses:

Daniel 2:21 NKJV – And He changes the times and the seasons; He removes kings and raises up kings; He gives wisdom to the wise And knowledge to those who have understanding.

Daniel 4:17 NLT – For this has been decreed by the messengers; it is commanded by the holy ones, so that everyone may know that the Most High rules over the kingdoms of the world. He gives them to anyone he chooses—even to the lowliest of people.”

When God appoints evil people into governance over a nation it is to punish those that refuse to acknowledge Him as not only their Creator but their Sovereign Lord God Almighty.

When not only following the commandments within the Bible, but also when following those laws established by the governing body of a nation, which do not violate those commandments which are in the Word of God, we show our obedience to God through Jesus Christ.

This is something that must be done daily.

A prime example: Following the speed limit on the roads we drive upon, as well as knowing all other laws we must adhere to when driving. Like for another example when pedestrians have the right of way and when they do not. In the Florida law on this Pedestrians have the right of way ONLY in intersections with stop lights, or a four-way stop. In all other instances the vehicles on the road have the right of way.

Another example of right of way: When lanes merge. You will see signs or painted words stating for one lane to merge into another. The right of way, in other words the lane that must be allowed control of the road is the lane that is not marked as a merge lane. The one that is marked as a merge lane must allow all other vehicles in the non-marked lane to go first. The simple way to get around this is the enter the non-marked lane at your earliest and safest convenience.

These are laws that we must follow if we profess to being a follower of Christ.

Now along these lines of following laws. There has been an uproar form a group about allowing those that have entered into a country in a manner that is established by the law of the land as illegal. Those causing the uproar are in actuality not at war verbally or through action against the governing power in charge at this time. They are in actuality at war against God Himself as shown in the Bible verses shown earlier.

By going to war against God they show who it is they truly follow and it is obviously not God nor His Son Jesus Christ.

This is why it is so important to follow all the laws that do not go against the Word of God even down to the point of sharing the road with others. For by following the laws of the land we pay homage to our Creator God through His Son our Savior Jesus Christ. That is why we are required to know when to merge, when to turn and when to yield right of way to not only other drivers but pedestrians. As well as following those laws which remove those that have entered into this nation illegally.

For those that enter into a nation illegally are in actuality also at war with God and His Son our Savior Jesus Christ.

Since they are at war with God, they are not welcome into heaven or into the eternal service of God for billions upon billions of years. They and those that support them are welcome into the lake of fire for billions upon billions upon billions years in eternal agony of your own making.

The Parables to Those that are True Disciples of Christ

In Christ’s last teaching to His disciples, in what is now called the Olivet Discourse, He still told them three parables. His own chosen followers. Those that for the most part were most loyal to Him. Even though the next day one would betray Him and a few weeks later (just over 40 days) one would seek to usurp Him on earth by making Christ’s remaining followers to break one of His commandments, (that being not to pray where others can see them praying [Matthew 6:5-6]) and then make them choose a replacement for the betrayer with lots. The use of lots being a sin as well. Thus, introducing religion into the Christian belief. (Acts 1:12-26)

The first parable.

Matthew 24:32-35 NKJV – “Now learn this parable from the fig tree: When its branch has already become tender and puts forth leaves, you know that summer is near. So you also, when you see all these things, know that it is near—at the doors! Assuredly, I say to you, this generation will by no means pass away till all these things take place. Heaven and earth will pass away, but My words will by no means pass away.

“All these things” People standing on the dais and in pulpits stating they speak of and for Christ, yet they teach opposite the teachings found within the Word of God. When you hear of wars and rumor of wars. When you see races speak in hatred of other races and nation belittle other nations. When you see famine, plagues and earthquakes all over the world. When you see those that seek to follow Christ are insulted, attacked, imprisoned and killed. When you see sins that were once hidden proudly parade in the light. All the while the True Gospel is being preached unto the world.

These are what the parable of the fig tree is referring to. Therefore, we know for a fact per Christ Himself that within one generation He will return. It has been documented that one generation is 33 years. However, these signs have been occurring already for over twenty years. So, we are quickly approaching His return. Included in this time must be the seven-year period of the tribulation, which He also slightly describes, that precedes His return.

The second parable.

Matthew 25:1-13 NKJV – “Then the kingdom of heaven shall be likened to ten virgins who took their lamps and went out to meet the bridegroom. Now five of them were wise, and five were foolish. Those who were foolish took their lamps and took no oil with them, but the wise took oil in their vessels with their lamps. But while the bridegroom was delayed, they all slumbered and slept. “And at midnight a cry was heard: ‘Behold, the bridegroom is coming; go out to meet him!’ Then all those virgins arose and trimmed their lamps. And the foolish said to the wise, ‘Give us some of your oil, for our lamps are going out.’ But the wise answered, saying, ‘No, lest there should not be enough for us and you; but go rather to those who sell, and buy for yourselves.’ And while they went to buy, the bridegroom came, and those who were ready went in with him to the wedding; and the door was shut. “Afterward the other virgins came also, saying, ‘Lord, Lord, open to us!’ But he answered and said, ‘Assuredly, I say to you, I do not know you.’ “Watch therefore, for you know neither the day nor the hour in which the Son of Man is coming.

This is directed at those that profess to being follower of Christ: the “virgins.” Two groups are identified. The wise and the foolish. It also makes it very clear that all slumber, which fits the behavior of those within the Christian community. Why I say this is the fact that those that sin willfully parade their sins for all the world to see. This is due to Christians not pursuing their teachings and making those that sin run back into the darkness if not repenting outright.

Then the coming of the “midnight cry,” which states clearly that the “Bridegroom is coming; go out to meet Him!” The midnight cry has occurred on September 11th just after midnight in Israel, otherwise known as September 10th. The cry caused the foolish virgins or bridesmaids to return to seeking after Christ. The wise virgins told them to seek after their lack of oil from the merchants. The merchants by the way are the buildings called “churches.” Because they sell salvation not give it freely, nor show those seeking after salvation how to truly learn the Word of God. These foolish virgins will be left behind when the bridegroom, Jesus Christ, does return. Nearly all will most likely fully abandon their salvation at that time.

Now we come to the last parable:

Matthew 25:14-30 NKJV – “For the kingdom of heaven is like a man traveling to a far country, who called his own servants and delivered his goods to them. And to one he gave five talents, to another two, and to another one, to each according to his own ability; and immediately he went on a journey. Then he who had received the five talents went and traded with them, and made another five talents. And likewise he who had received two gained two more also. But he who had received one went and dug in the ground, and hid his lord’s money. After a long time the lord of those servants came and settled accounts with them. “So he who had received five talents came and brought five other talents, saying, ‘Lord, you delivered to me five talents; look, I have gained five more talents besides them.’ His lord said to him, ‘Well done, good and faithful servant; you were faithful over a few things, I will make you ruler over many things. Enter into the joy of your lord.’ He also who had received two talents came and said, ‘Lord, you delivered to me two talents; look, I have gained two more talents besides them.’ His lord said to him, ‘Well done, good and faithful servant; you have been faithful over a few things, I will make you ruler over many things. Enter into the joy of your lord.’ “Then he who had received the one talent came and said, ‘Lord, I knew you to be a hard man, reaping where you have not sown, and gathering where you have not scattered seed. And I was afraid, and went and hid your talent in the ground. Look, there you have what is yours.’ “But his lord answered and said to him, ‘You wicked and lazy servant, you knew that I reap where I have not sown, and gather where I have not scattered seed. So you ought to have deposited my money with the bankers, and at my coming I would have received back my own with interest. So take the talent from him, and give it to him who has ten talents. ‘For to everyone who has, more will be given, and he will have abundance; but from him who does not have, even what he has will be taken away. And cast the unprofitable servant into the outer darkness. There will be weeping and gnashing of teeth.’

The core of this parable is not to hide your salvation. But to go out into the world and share it. Bring others into the fold. Those that are loyal to Christ will be rewarded in the time to come. As for those that hide their salvation and refuse to spread the Word of God. Their fate is clearly shown:

Matthew 25:29-30 NKJV – ‘For to everyone who has, more will be given, and he will have abundance; but from him who does not have, even what he has will be taken away. And cast the unprofitable servant into the outer darkness. There will be weeping and gnashing of teeth.’

To those that hide their salvation and refuse to share it. They have their salvation striped from them and they are cast “into the outer darkness. There will be weeping and gnashing of teeth.”

As said these three parables were aimed at those that are True Disciples of Christ. Within the last two we see where those that are shown as special to Christ can fall away to damnation. This is all due to free-will. People make their own decisions and choices. Their actions either lead them toward Christ and eternal life or toward darkness and eternal damnation.

What is most important now is to keep being the watchmen on the parapets. Shouting out to those within the walls that the soon return of Jesus Christ is very near. Not years away, but months away if not weeks or even days away.

Hate is on the increase between races. All fueled by those that think they have the right to dominate and control others. Some from a political viewpoint. Others from a religious viewpoint. All because they believe they are smarter, wiser, and know more than those they see as lesser than them.

However, those that are truly Christian teach and follow this:

This means God must be first in all we do. Then to treat all others as we ourselves wish to be treated. This is accomplished by following the commandments not removed by the cross, for even Christ made it clear that these two commandments are the core of “all the Law and the Prophets.”

The True Church is No Longer Found in Buildings

The other day as seen across social media a Methodist minister proudly proclaimed to the world that this person has decided to announce to the world that they were a transgender.

This was not the first I had encountered lies from the Methodist denomination. When I was 18, I went to the Methodist church that was built right behind my home back then. You see I was starting to search for God through Jesus Christ back at that age. However, I had not yet accepted Christ or been filled with the Holy Spirit yet. That didn’t happen till a few years later, but that is a different story. Right now, I am talking about the Methodist. Well, I went to the Bible study part of the services that were held by this minister wearing robes. The first thing out of his mouth: “The Book of Revelation is nothing but a fairy tale.”

That was forty-seven years ago, and I still remember it to this day. Mainly because I was reading the book of Revelation at that time. Striving to make sense of it. Coming to understand this book within the Bible is still something I strive to do. But as we get closer to the soon return of Christ, I understand enough to just allow things to unfold on their own.

However, this little sojourn into my past has taken me off course a bit. So, I will get back on topic. The Word of God says this:

Romans 16:17-20 NKJV – Now I urge you, brethren, note those who cause divisions and offenses, contrary to the doctrine which you learned, and avoid them. For those who are such do not serve our Lord Jesus Christ, but their own belly, and by smooth words and flattering speech deceive the hearts of the simple. For your obedience has become known to all. Therefore I am glad on your behalf; but I want you to be wise in what is good, and simple concerning evil. And the God of peace will crush Satan under your feet shortly. The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you. Amen.

Denomination are divisions and offenses are what the first Methodist “minister” did at the beginning of today’s discussion. The True Body of Christ is not found in buildings called “churches” as I showed with the last message I posted. Churches are nothing but merchants trying to sell “salvation.” The True body of Christ is actually found on social media and the internet. It is here that I have been since 2014 striving to spread the True Gospel. Being a voice in the wilderness. I learned as time went on, that I wasn’t the only voice in the wilderness. This is why I know the True Body of Christ can be found no longer in buildings that create division and are led by people only seeking to fill their pockets with your money and never seeking to give you true salvation. Just as it was two thousand years ago when Christ first walked upon the earth.

Matthew 23:2-15 NKJV – saying: “The scribes and the Pharisees sit in Moses’ seat. Therefore whatever they tell you to observe, that observe and do, but do not do according to their works; for they say, and do not do. For they bind heavy burdens, hard to bear, and lay them on men’s shoulders; but they themselves will not move them with one of their fingers. But all their works they do to be seen by men. They make their phylacteries broad and enlarge the borders of their garments. They love the best places at feasts, the best seats in the synagogues, greetings in the marketplaces, and to be called by men, ‘Rabbi, Rabbi.’ But you, do not be called ‘Rabbi’; for One is your Teacher, the Christ, and you are all brethren. Do not call anyone on earth your father; for One is your Father, He who is in heaven. And do not be called teachers; for One is your Teacher, the Christ. But he who is greatest among you shall be your servant. And whoever exalts himself will be humbled, and he who humbles himself will be exalted. “But woe to you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! For you shut up the kingdom of heaven against men; for you neither go in yourselves, nor do you allow those who are entering to go in. Woe to you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! For you devour widows’ houses, and for a pretense make long prayers. Therefore you will receive greater condemnation. “Woe to you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! For you travel land and sea to win one proselyte, and when he is won, you make him twice as much a son of hell as yourselves.

All the buildings called “churches” do is turn those that attend into Pharisees. Damning them to the lake of fire and never truly to salvation. They prove this when they make statements like: “When you stand before God on Judgement Day.”

None, who are True Disciples of Christ will stand before God on “Judgment Day.” For THE Judgment Day is the Great White Throne Judgement and is the only Judgement. Any who are True Disciples of Christ will have been called into heaven before this and given white robes and then come down with Christ and joined Him during His thousand-year reign. Not to be judged but to judge.

Revelation 20:4-6 NKJV – And I saw thrones, and they sat on them, and judgment was committed to them. Then I saw the souls of those who had been beheaded for their witness to Jesus and for the word of God, who had not worshiped the beast or his image, and had not received his mark on their foreheads or on their hands. And they lived and reigned with Christ for a thousand years. But the rest of the dead did not live again until the thousand years were finished. This is the first resurrection. Blessed and holy is he who has part in the first resurrection. Over such the second death has no power, but they shall be priests of God and of Christ, and shall reign with Him a thousand years.

Those that will  partake in the raptures are those that ARE of the first resurrection.

Revelation 20:6 NKJV – Blessed and holy is he who has part in the first resurrection. Over such the second death has no power, but they shall be priests of God and of Christ, and shall reign with Him a thousand years.

“Blessed and holy is he who has part in the first resurrection. Over such the second death has no power.”

“Over such the second death has no power.”

This is a direct statement that those that are raptured will not be part of the Great White Throne Judgement. Therefore, any who teaches otherwise are false teachers and someone that needs to be avoided and shunned. These are those that sit upon the dais and stand behind the pulpit. In their expensive suits that those that sit in the pews paid for. For they have told those in the pews they can keep 90% of their earthly wealth as long as they get their 10%, which is opposite to what is taught in the Word of God. (1 Timothy 6:6-19, Matthew 6:19-24) They send off their missionaries who teach the same lies and then leave those they convert to fend for themselves. Just as they leave those that come to the buildings called “churches” to fend for themselves. Never truly teaching them the True Word of God to live a needs-only lifestyle and to follow the commandments which were not removed by Christ going to the cross. By the way only those commandments covering sacrifices were removed. No others. Like for example not to get tattoos (Leviticus 19:28) is still in effect for it is something that those of the world seek after. This is verified here:

Romans 12:1-2 NKJV – I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that you present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable to God, which is your reasonable service. And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what is that good and acceptable and perfect will of God.

Most that now go to the buildings called “churches” will not be part of the first resurrection. Christ Himself knew this and spoke of it in His way for the time that He spoke of it during the Sermon on the Mount:

Matthew 7:13-23 NKJV – “Enter by the narrow gate; for wide is the gate and broad is the way that leads to destruction, and there are many who go in by it. Because narrow is the gate and difficult is the way which leads to life, and there are few who find it. “Beware of false prophets, who come to you in sheep’s clothing, but inwardly they are ravenous wolves. You will know them by their fruits. Do men gather grapes from thornbushes or figs from thistles? Even so, every good tree bears good fruit, but a bad tree bears bad fruit. A good tree cannot bear bad fruit, nor can a bad tree bear good fruit. Every tree that does not bear good fruit is cut down and thrown into the fire. Therefore by their fruits you will know them. “Not everyone who says to Me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ shall enter the kingdom of heaven, but he who does the will of My Father in heaven. Many will say to Me in that day, ‘Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in Your name, cast out demons in Your name, and done many wonders in Your name?’ And then I will declare to them, ‘I never knew you; depart from Me, you who practice lawlessness!’

Stop seek after God in buildings called “churches” for they only teach division and cause offenses against the True Word of God. They teach to horde your earthly wealth and not to live a needs-only lifestyle. They teach you to keep and seek after mammon which is defined as:

Riches (jewelry and fancy clothes), money, possessions (objects that gather dust and vehicles [which include luxury cars, trucks, RVs if they are not your actual home, motorcycles, boats, jet skis etc.]) and property (owning huge houses and/or multiple houses [ once again RVs count as a house] as well as land filled with nothing useful to those in need).

Seek the Truth of the Word of God by STUDYING not just reading the Bible for yourself. Learn the meaning of the Words as they were originally placed upon parchment thousands of years ago and have only changed 2% in all that time. For there are well over 5000 ancient versions of the Word of God and shows that those mere 2% changes are mainly the use of different names for those found within the Bible.

Stop falling for the false propaganda that due to that fact that there were multiple human scribes of the Word of God there was only ONE author and that is God Himself.

2 Timothy 3:16-4:5 NKJV – All Scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness, that the man of God may be complete, thoroughly equipped for every good work. I charge you therefore before God and the Lord Jesus Christ, who will judge the living and the dead at His appearing and His kingdom: Preach the word! Be ready in season and out of season. Convince, rebuke, exhort, with all longsuffering and teaching. For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine, but according to their own desires, because they have itching ears, they will heap up for themselves teachers; and they will turn their ears away from the truth, and be turned aside to fables. But you be watchful in all things, endure afflictions, do the work of an evangelist, fulfill your ministry.

And know this final fact. Any who supports and commits to the alphabet club are not welcome into heaven per Romans 1:18-32. And if you look at those that do support them you will see this behavior within them:

Romans 1:26-32 NKJV – For this reason God gave them up to vile passions. For even their women exchanged the natural use for what is against nature. Likewise also the men, leaving the natural use of the woman, burned in their lust for one another, men with men committing what is shameful, and receiving in themselves the penalty of their error which was due. And even as they did not like to retain God in their knowledge, God gave them over to a debased mind, to do those things which are not fitting; being filled with all unrighteousness, sexual immorality, wickedness, covetousness, maliciousness; full of envy, murder, strife, deceit, evil-mindedness; they are whisperers, backbiters, haters of God, violent, proud, boasters, inventors of evil things, disobedient to parents, undiscerning, untrustworthy, unloving, unforgiving, unmerciful; who, knowing the righteous judgment of God, that those who practice such things are deserving of death, not only do the same but also approve of those who practice them.

They are not welcome into heaven by their own actions and choices especially when they say: “I am a Christian.”

For they will awaken to the Great White Throne Judgment and when they do so they will weep for they are subject to the second death unlike those that were part of the first resurrection.

Revelation 20:11-15 NKJV – Then I saw a great white throne and Him who sat on it, from whose face the earth and the heaven fled away. And there was found no place for them. And I saw the dead, small and great, standing before God, and books were opened. And another book was opened, which is the Book of Life. And the dead were judged according to their works, by the things which were written in the books. The sea gave up the dead who were in it, and Death and Hades delivered up the dead who were in them. And they were judged, each one according to his works. Then Death and Hades were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death. And anyone not found written in the Book of Life was cast into the lake of fire.

Your list of Godly Achievements Within the Building Called a “Church”

Recently I have been privy to hearing the “achievements” someone accomplished within the building called a “church.” Well, all the while the Holy Spirit kept placing these verses within my head as I heard these “accomplishments.”

Matthew 7:21-23 NKJV – “Not everyone who says to Me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ shall enter the kingdom of heaven, but he who does the will of My Father in heaven. Many will say to Me in that day, ‘Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in Your name, cast out demons in Your name, and done many wonders in Your name?’ And then I will declare to them, ‘I never knew you; depart from Me, you who practice lawlessness!’

Now why would the Holy Spirit place these verses in particular into my head?

For one. The people proudly proclaiming what they saw as what was required of them to be one with God through Jesus Christ.

Second, how these verses end: “I never knew you; depart from Me, YOU WHO PRATICE LAWLESSNESS!”

Christ made it very clear in John 14 what you are required to do if you truly love Him:

John 14:15-21 NKJV – “If you love Me, keep My commandments. And I will pray the Father, and He will give you another Helper, that He may abide with you forever— the Spirit of truth, whom the world cannot receive, because it neither sees Him nor knows Him; but you know Him, for He dwells with you and will be in you. I will not leave you orphans; I will come to you. “A little while longer and the world will see Me no more, but you will see Me. Because I live, you will live also. At that day you will know that I am in My Father, and you in Me, and I in you. He who has My commandments and keeps them, it is he who loves Me. And he who loves Me will be loved by My Father, and I will love him and manifest Myself to him.”

“If you love Me, keep My commandments.”

“He who has My commandments and keeps them, it is he who loves Me,

So, in this list of achievements within this building called a church do they include these commands given by Christ as the Sermon on the Mount:

When you give do so in a way where no one knows it is you giving the money to those in need. (Matthew 6:1-4)

When you pray. Pray in secret where no one can see you. Therefore, if you pray in public and especially in a church you are breaking this commandment. (Matthew 6:5-6)

When you fast do not make a show of it or let anyone know you are fasting. (Matthew 6:16-18)

Now the next one is one of the biggest commandments that most refuse to even accept, acknowledge or even attempt to do.:

Matthew 6:19-21 NKJV – “Do not lay up for yourselves treasures on earth, where moth and rust destroy and where thieves break in and steal; but lay up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where neither moth nor rust destroys and where thieves do not break in and steal. For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also.

You know what else is considered earthly treasures? Achievements within a building called a “church.”

1 John 2:15-17 NLT – Do not love this world nor the things it offers you, for when you love the world, you do not have the love of the Father in you. For the world offers only a craving for physical pleasure, a craving for everything we see, and pride in our achievements and possessions. These are not from the Father, but are from this world. And this world is fading away, along with everything that people crave. But anyone who does what pleases God will live forever.

These achievements you achieve through your own desires and wants makes you proud in what you have accomplished and don’t even see that you are walking in darkness.

Ephesians 5:1-10 NKJV – Therefore be imitators of God as dear children. And walk in love, as Christ also has loved us and given Himself for us, an offering and a sacrifice to God for a sweet-smelling aroma. But fornication and all uncleanness or covetousness, let it not even be named among you, as is fitting for saints; neither filthiness, nor foolish talking, nor coarse jesting, which are not fitting, but rather giving of thanks. For this you know, that no fornicator, unclean person, nor covetous man, who is an idolater, has any inheritance in the kingdom of Christ and God. Let no one deceive you with empty words, for because of these things the wrath of God comes upon the sons of disobedience. Therefore do not be partakers with them. For you were once darkness, but now you are light in the Lord. Walk as children of light (for the fruit of the Spirit is in all goodness, righteousness, and truth), finding out what is acceptable to the Lord.

Just because you go to a building called a “church” and you do activities made by and sponsored by this building does not place you in heaven. For they are not commandments offered by Jesus Christ, but by men. This is why Jesus says this right after telling those that are loyal to Him to not store up earthly treasures:

Matthew 6:22-24 NKJV – “The lamp of the body is the eye. If therefore your eye is good, your whole body will be full of light. But if your eye is bad, your whole body will be full of darkness. If therefore the light that is in you is darkness, how great is that darkness! “No one can serve two masters; for either he will hate the one and love the other, or else he will be loyal to the one and despise the other. You cannot serve God and mammon.

In churches people belief they are in the light, when in reality, since they are not imitating Christ they are actually walking in earthly darkness. Then Christ makes it clear that churches teach to seek after mammon.

Why do I say this? Because they teach you can keep 90% of your income as long as you give 10% to the church. This is not what is taught in Matthew 6 or 1 Timothy 6. In both of those locations within the Bible it is made clear that we are to live off 10%. Give 10% to those that are True representatives of Jesus Christ. Then have the rest ready at a moment’s notice to help those in need.

Just so you know mammon is defined as riches (jewelry and fancy clothes), money, possessions (objects that gather dust and vehicles [which include luxury cars, trucks, RVs if they are not your actual home, motorcycles, boats, jet skis etc.]) and property (owning huge houses and/or multiple houses [ once again RVs count as a house] as well as land filled with nothing useful to those in need).

This is all churches say you can keep thus canceling out any achievements you may think of to whitewash your filthy garments.

Revelation 3:1-5 NKJV – “And to the angel of the church in Sardis write, ‘These things says He who has the seven Spirits of God and the seven stars: “I know your works, that you have a name that you are alive, but you are dead. Be watchful, and strengthen the things which remain, that are ready to die, for I have not found your works perfect before God. Remember therefore how you have received and heard; hold fast and repent. Therefore if you will not watch, I will come upon you as a thief, and you will not know what hour I will come upon you. You have a few names even in Sardis who have not defiled their garments; and they shall walk with Me in white, for they are worthy. He who overcomes shall be clothed in white garments, and I will not blot out his name from the Book of Life; but I will confess his name before My Father and before His angels.

“He who overcomes shall be clothed in white garments, and I WILL NOT BLOT OUT HIS NAME FROM THE BOOK OF LIFE, but I will confess his name before My Father and before His angels.”

Revelation 3:15-20 NKJV – “I know your works, that you are neither cold nor hot. I could wish you were cold or hot. So then, because you are lukewarm, and neither cold nor hot, I will vomit you out of My mouth. Because you say, ‘I am rich, have become wealthy, and have need of nothing’—and do not know that you are wretched, miserable, poor, blind, and naked— I counsel you to buy from Me gold refined in the fire, that you may be rich; and white garments, that you may be clothed, that the shame of your nakedness may not be revealed; and anoint your eyes with eye salve, that you may see. As many as I love, I rebuke and chasten. Therefore be zealous and repent. Behold, I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears My voice and opens the door, I will come in to him and dine with him, and he with Me.

Those that wish to list their churchly achievements are blind and proud and have been vomited out of the Body of Christ and Christ Himself removed their names from the Book of Life.

Revelation 20:15 NKJV – And anyone not found written in the Book of Life was cast into the lake of fire.

You should know at first: Christianity loses

Here is one of the things that really surprises me about those that profess to being “Christian.” Their total lack of understanding the Word of God.

This is the fault of those that teach all you need is faith alone. Being a True Disciple of Christ means to STUDY the Word of God. Which will empower the person studying to spread the True Word of God and also live a needs-only existence by striving to follow what they learned when they studied the Bible.

Once they know the Word of God they learn a major fact. That those that Truly seek after Christ will be persecuted, hunted down and ultimately killed. Especially in the first half of the tribulation. For at the middle of the tribulation a great multitude will appear before the heavenly throne of God who purchased their robes by being true followers of Christ.

Revelation 7:9-14 NKJV  After these things I looked, and behold, a great multitude which no one could number, of all nations, tribes, peoples, and tongues, standing before the throne and before the Lamb, clothed with white robes, with palm branches in their hands, and crying out with a loud voice, saying, “Salvation belongs to our God who sits on the throne, and to the Lamb!” All the angels stood around the throne and the elders and the four living creatures, and fell on their faces before the throne and worshiped God, saying: “Amen! Blessing and glory and wisdom, Thanksgiving and honor and power and might, Be to our God forever and ever. Amen.” Then one of the elders answered, saying to me, “Who are these arrayed in white robes, and where did they come from?” And I said to him, “Sir, you know.” So he said to me, “These are the ones who come out of the great tribulation, and washed their robes and made them white in the blood of the Lamb.

They washed their robes by becoming martyrs.

Revelation 6:9-11 NKJV – When He opened the fifth seal, I saw under the altar the souls of those who had been slain for the word of God and for the testimony which they held. And they cried with a loud voice, saying, “How long, O Lord, holy and true, until You judge and avenge our blood on those who dwell on the earth?” Then a white robe was given to each of them; and it was said to them that they should rest a little while longer, until both the number of their fellow servants and their brethren, who would be killed as they were, was completed.

It is completed in chapter 7. For all of those that are True Christians must be removed from the face of the earth. Therefore, Christianity loses in the first half of the tribulation. They are starved and beheaded. Only one religion desires the beheading of Christians, and they will win the first half. Also, those that reject Christ and God will be left behind, and they all will have taken the mark of the beast.

There are those that are praying over a dead country that was once great and Holy in the sight of God. That being the United States of America. Yet note this from Chapter 6 of the book of Revelation right after the mention of the martyrs under the altar.

Revelation 6:12-17 NKJV – I looked when He opened the sixth seal, and behold, there was a great earthquake; and the sun became black as sackcloth of hair, and the moon became like blood. And the stars of heaven fell to the earth, as a fig tree drops its late figs when it is shaken by a mighty wind. Then the sky receded as a scroll when it is rolled up, and every mountain and island was moved out of its place. And the kings of the earth, the great men, the rich men, the commanders, the mighty men, every slave and every free man, hid themselves in the caves and in the rocks of the mountains, and said to the mountains and rocks, “Fall on us and hide us from the face of Him who sits on the throne and from the wrath of the Lamb! For the great day of His wrath has come, and who is able to stand?”

This correspondence to this:

Revelation 18:2-8 NKJV – And he cried mightily with a loud voice, saying, “Babylon the great is fallen, is fallen, and has become a dwelling place of demons, a prison for every foul spirit, and a cage for every unclean and hated bird! For all the nations have drunk of the wine of the wrath of her fornication, the kings of the earth have committed fornication with her, and the merchants of the earth have become rich through the abundance of her luxury.” And I heard another voice from heaven saying, “Come out of her, my people, lest you share in her sins, and lest you receive of her plagues. For her sins have reached to heaven, and God has remembered her iniquities. Render to her just as she rendered to you, and repay her double according to her works; in the cup which she has mixed, mix double for her. In the measure that she glorified herself and lived luxuriously, in the same measure give her torment and sorrow; for she says in her heart, ‘I sit as queen, and am no widow, and will not see sorrow.’ Therefore her plagues will come in one day—death and mourning and famine. And she will be utterly burned with fire, for strong is the Lord God who judges her.

This destruction in one day. The sky receding as a scroll, every mountain and island being moved will be caused by one thing. The eruption of a super volcano that will wipe the United Stated as well as parts of Canada and Mexico from the face of the earth. Leaving what is left covered in ash which will cause mourning and famine for what is left of these three nations.

So, stop trying to save the United States and start to save the people within these nations so that they may avoid these events. For Christ promised all that follow His commandments and strive to live a Holy live will avoid the tribulation all together:

Luke 21:34-36 NKJV – “But take heed to yourselves, lest your hearts be weighed down with carousing, drunkenness, and cares of this life, and that Day come on you unexpectedly. For it will come as a snare on all those who dwell on the face of the whole earth. Watch therefore, and pray always that you may be counted worthy to escape all these things that will come to pass, and to stand before the Son of Man.”

By the way. In this posting today it has been shown that there will be multiple raptures. The first was just shown in the verses just presented. The second rapture was mentioned in Revelation chapter seven. Therefore, Any who teach there is only one rapture. Those that teach there are no raptures. Those who teach these things are false teachers and need to be avoided. For we are instructed to remove ourselves from those that live in sin and teach false doctrine.

This is evident if you look at the way those within the United States now behave. They were spoken of in these verses which were inspired by the Holy Spirit:

2 Timothy 3:1-9 NKJV – But know this, that in the last days perilous times will come: For men will be lovers of themselves, lovers of money, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy, unloving, unforgiving, slanderers, without self-control, brutal, despisers of good, traitors, headstrong, haughty, lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God, having a form of godliness but denying its power. And from such people turn away! For of this sort are those who creep into households and make captives of gullible women loaded down with sins, led away by various lusts, always learning and never able to come to the knowledge of the truth. Now as Jannes and Jambres resisted Moses, so do these also resist the truth: men of corrupt minds, disapproved concerning the faith; but they will progress no further, for their folly will be manifest to all, as theirs also was.

Time is nearly up till the first rapture occurs. Then there will be nearly three and a half years of true physical suffering which will include be-headings. All because most would rather have their luxuries aka mammon and they refused to leave the city of Babylon by downsizing and living a needs-only lifestyle. This is the majority that now profess to being “Christian” and they will have to suffer through the tribulation till every single person that confesses Christ as their Savior and is then filled with the Holy Spirit is removed from the face of the earth. Which means Christianity loses……….. at first.

Again, I was looking at videos on social media and two of them stuck out.

In the second video an ill-prepared street preacher was confronted by an alphabet false teacher aka a woman wearing a minister’s attire.

She confronted him saying “what is the core premise of the Bible.” Paraphrased for the record.

She stated it was “Love,” which is a lie, a falsehood, a false teaching. The actual answer is this:

Matthew 22:37-40 NKJV – Jesus said to him, ‘YOU SHALL LOVE THE LORD YOUR GOD WITH ALL YOUR HEART, WITH ALL YOUR SOUL, AND WITH ALL YOUR MIND.’ This is the first and great commandment. And the second is like it: ‘YOU SHALL LOVE YOUR NEIGHBOR AS YOURSELF.’ On these two commandments hang all the Law and the Prophets.”

You shall LOVE GOD is the actual answer to what is the core premise of the Word of God.

God must be first in ALL that we seek after, even if that means we must abandon something that gives us personal pleasure.

Then we are to treat all as we would like to be treated. The Golden Rule: Do unto others as you would have done unto to you.

But finally we see this from Jesus Christ Himself:

“On these two commandments hang all the Law and the Prophets.”

This means all the laws and the prophets must still be listened to and followed. The only thing removed by Christ going to the cross was the act of having to commit sacrifices. This  means that this is still law:

Leviticus 18:22 NKJV – You shall not lie with a male as with a woman. It is an abomination.

This brings us to the book of Romans:

First, I wish to show this:

Romans 1:16-17 NKJV – For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ, for it is the power of God to salvation for everyone who believes, for the Jew first and also for the Greek. For in it the righteousness of God is revealed from faith to faith; as it is written, “THE JUST SHALL LIVE BY FAITH.”

“The Just shall LIVE by Faith. To live is considered works. How you live your daily life must fall into doing what Christ commanded, which are works:

John 14:15 NKJV – “If you love Me, keep My commandments.

As you see by the verse just stated we return to LOVING GOD FIRST AND FOREMOST.

But let’s continue into Romans 1:

Romans 1:18-32 NKJV – For the wrath of God is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men, who suppress the truth in unrighteousness, because what may be known of God is manifest in them, for God has shown it to them. For since the creation of the world His invisible attributes are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even His eternal power and Godhead, so that they are without excuse, because, although they knew God, they did not glorify Him as God, nor were thankful, but became futile in their thoughts, and their foolish hearts were darkened. Professing to be wise, they became fools, and changed the glory of the incorruptible God into an image made like corruptible man—and birds and four-footed animals and creeping things. Therefore God also gave them up to uncleanness, in the lusts of their hearts, to dishonor their bodies among themselves, who exchanged the truth of God for the lie, and worshiped and served the creature rather than the Creator, who is blessed forever. Amen. For this reason God gave them up to vile passions. For even their women exchanged the natural use for what is against nature. Likewise also the men, leaving the natural use of the woman, burned in their lust for one another, men with men committing what is shameful, and receiving in themselves the penalty of their error which was due. And even as they did not like to retain God in their knowledge, God gave them over to a debased mind, to do those things which are not fitting; being filled with all unrighteousness, sexual immorality, wickedness, covetousness, maliciousness; full of envy, murder, strife, deceit, evil-mindedness; they are whisperers, backbiters, haters of God, violent, proud, boasters, inventors of evil things, disobedient to parents, undiscerning, untrustworthy, unloving, unforgiving, unmerciful; who, knowing the righteous judgment of God, that those who practice such things are deserving of death, not only do the same but also approve of those who practice them.

By teaching the core premise of the Bible is love alone those that did this fulfilled these verses:

“For since the creation of the world His invisible attributes are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even His eternal power and Godhead, so that they are without excuse, because, although they knew God, they did not glorify Him as God, nor were thankful, but became futile in their thoughts, and their foolish hearts were darkened. Professing to be wise, they became fools, and changed the glory of the incorruptible God into an image made like corruptible man—and birds and four-footed animals and creeping things. Therefore God also gave them up to uncleanness, in the lusts of their hearts, to dishonor their bodies among themselves, who exchanged the truth of God for the lie, and worshiped and served the creature rather than the Creator, who is blessed forever. Amen.”

This resulted in this:

Romans 1:26-27 NKJV – For this reason God gave them up to vile passions. For even their women exchanged the natural use for what is against nature. Likewise also the men, leaving the natural use of the woman, burned in their lust for one another, men with men committing what is shameful, and receiving in themselves the penalty of their error which was due.

This clearly shows that the alphabet club exists because they rejected the True God and His True Son Jesus Christ. Therefore, any who embraces and support the alphabet club are not welcome in heaven, which is what the second person in the videos did. They must end these sins and repent. This is made clear here:

Romans 1:32 NKJV – who, knowing the righteous judgment of God, that those who practice such things are deserving of death, not only do the same but also approve of those who practice them.

Now as to those that call themselves “Christian:”

Romans 2:1-11 NLT – You may think you can condemn such people, but you are just as bad, and you have no excuse! When you say they are wicked and should be punished, you are condemning yourself, for you who judge others do these very same things. And we know that God, in his justice, will punish anyone who does such things. Since you judge others for doing these things, why do you think you can avoid God’s judgment when you do the same things? Don’t you see how wonderfully kind, tolerant, and patient God is with you? Does this mean nothing to you? Can’t you see that his kindness is intended to turn you from your sin? But because you are stubborn and refuse to turn from your sin, you are storing up terrible punishment for yourself. For a day of anger is coming, when God’s righteous judgment will be revealed. He will judge everyone according to what they have done. He will give eternal life to those who keep on doing good, seeking after the glory and honor and immortality that God offers. But he will pour out his anger and wrath on those who live for themselves, who refuse to obey the truth and instead live lives of wickedness.  There will be trouble and calamity for everyone who keeps on doing what is evil—for the Jew first and also for the Gentile. But there will be glory and honor and peace from God for all who do good—for the Jew first and also for the Gentile. For God does not show favoritism.

Key Statement in these verses: “You may think you can condemn such people, but you are just as bad, and you have no excuse! When you say they are wicked and should be punished, you are condemning yourself, for you who judge others do these very same things.”

“For you who judge others do these very same things.”

This is what it means when it says not to judge. If you commit the same sins, you condemn yourself. For God will judge ALL that stand before the Great White Throne Judgement.

The goal of a True Christian is to spread the True Word of God and to live a needs-only lifestyle and follow the teachings found within the Word of God and to end their personal sins and repent.

As shown from the Word of God, the core of which is to LOVE GOD is to end ALL sins especially those that will not allow us to be part of the raptures. For only by being part of the raptures can someone avoid standing being God at the Great White Throne Judgement.

Any who calls themselves “Christian” now and finds themselves at this Judgement must weep for they will most likely enter into the lake of fire for billion upon billion upon billions of year in eternal agony.

Intro

What many do not understand. Is that even though the Roman Empire itself ceased to exist in 476 A.D. it influence and effect is still present and is still seen within the dream of Nebuchadnezzar’s dream. So let’s look at the interpretation by Daniel to the king:

Daniel 2:40-43 – Following that kingdom, there will be a fourth one, as strong as iron. That kingdom will smash and crush all previous empires, just as iron smashes and crushes everything it strikes. 41 The feet and toes you saw were a combination of iron and baked clay, showing that this kingdom will be divided. Like iron mixed with clay, it will have some of the strength of iron. 42 But while some parts of it will be as strong as iron, other parts will be as weak as clay. 43 This mixture of iron and clay also shows that these kingdoms will try to strengthen themselves by forming alliances with each other through intermarriage. But they will not hold together, just as iron and clay do not mix.

The first imagery that needs to be understood is the fact that there are two legs of iron. Roman itself divided into two parts. One based in Rome the other in Constantinople. This causes this prophecy to be fulfilled and accurate. Then we need to look into the further description.

Next as we go on we see that the feet and the ten toes are a mixture of clay and iron. This mere implication speaks of further division within the two separate parts of what was once one empire. That parts of this even more fractured group are stronger than other parts, yet still they work together in some form. This is an accurate description of this very world we now live within. Especially from those on the left that seek to once again establish one world government under the control of the few in power. Again I quote from Dr. John F. Walvoord:

“What Daniel implied is simply that the material that forms the feet portion of the image is not all one kind but is composed of iron and pottery, which do not adhere well to one another. This is what Daniel himself brought out…………….. A clear interpretation of the meaning of iron and clay, apart from the inherent weakness, is not given except as indicated in verse 43. Here the statement is made that the two materials will not hold together even though ‘they will mix with one another in marriage.’ This reference to marriage has given rise to several interpretations, from actual intermarriage among people in the fourth kingdom to the mixing of diverse peoples in the empire. Some also feel this is a reference to the attempted political ‘marriage’ between imperialism and democracy.”

Another name of this political marriage is called Socialism, just for the record.

Another point of note is that the western empire, that being which was controlled by Rome is Europe and the Eastern controlled by Constantinople is now the Middle East. Between 2009 and 2017 there had been a huge influx of those from the Eastern side moving into the Western side. This has seen a rise in tensions and conflicts between the two cultures. Like for example the large rape parties by those from the east that attacked several women from the west in Germany on New Year’s Eve 2016. This example clearly shows the imagery represented in this prophecy and shows that it is still being fulfilled at this very time.

So as you can see we are in the fourth kingdom as you read this. This is also confirmed when you look at the calendar, for it is based upon a calendar made by a Roman emperor and so we are still under the influence of its affect in the world, which confirms and conforms to the dream of Nebuchadnezzar.

The book of Daniel as I related in part one of this series was written approximately around 530 B.C. which is close to 2555 years ago. Some of the visions shown actually came true during Daniel’s lifetime as was recorded within the book of Daniel itself upon the fall of the Babylonian Empire to the Medo-Persian Empire in 619 B.C.

Why this book is so important to Judaism and Christianity is that it first shows that prophecies that come from God are fulfilled. It shows that God’s Word is accurate and true. So none can question it if they translate it correctly. This is why when you look to Galatians 1 it is extremely important to heed this warning.

Galatians 1:6-9 – I am shocked that you are turning away so soon from God, who called you to himself through the loving mercy of Christ. You are following a different way that pretends to be the Good News 7 but is not the Good News at all. You are being fooled by those who deliberately twist the truth concerning Christ. 8 Let God’s curse fall on anyone, including us or even an angel from heaven, who preaches a different kind of Good News than the one we preached to you. 9 I say again what we have said before: If anyone preaches any other Good News than the one you welcomed, let that person be cursed.

In the perfect world we would be reading the Word of God in Hebrew, Greek and Aramaic. In a perfect world the Latin version of the word of God would not have been perverted and changed so badly that the scholars throughout the centuries would turn to the Greek version for its purity to the original translations of the Word of God.

But back on topic:

The book of Daniel even though prophecy in 530 B.C. become history when first Medo-Persia conquered Babylon. It became history when Alexander the Greek swooped through Medo-Persia and then died at thirty-two. Leaving his conquest to be broken up between four of his generals.

It became history upon the rise of Antiochus Epiphanies to come into power and adopted not only the name “Antiochus” after his father who was the third of that name, but also “Epiphanies” meaning “manifest god.” The telling of his story is covered as a prophecy in chapter 8 and chapter 11 of the book of Daniel.

Now it is history. Yes there are parts of the book of Daniel that are not yet fulfilled and that in itself should serve as a warning. This book above all other books within the Bible shows that the Word of God was true, is true and so will be true. The fact that we can look back into history and say yes there was a Nebuchadnezzar, yes there was a Daniel known as Belteshazzar. That there was a man that thought himself as a living god that defiled the first temple in the 160s B.C.

Yet when this last was first mentioned he would not be alive for almost another four hundred years. Shows that the Bible is true and accurate. Not only as a historical document, but as the word of God. So when we are told to study the Bible. To come to know the Word of God we are doing so to not only know what was, and what is, but what will be. And we will know that God is real. That His Son is real, and that His sacrifice upon the cross was for our salvation. So when what was prophesied by Daniel, by Isaiah, by Ezekiel and by Jesus Christ Himself will be. For even now we live within the last days of this world as we now know it. For Israel is once again a nation and His soon return was foretold to be preceded by Israel’s return to this status.

Beginning with Daniel Chapter 11 verse 36 we enter into the end time prophecies. It is important to note that these verses are reserved for the Jewish and Christians. This is shown by the fact that beginning with chapter 8 we return to the Hebrew and leave the Aramaic behind. Showing that these chapters were designed for those that profess to be the children of God.

So with verse 36 you see that antichrist will describe himself as the greatest being to exist and will exalt himself as even greater than God Himself.

The end of chapter 11 of Daniel ends with the last battle at the end of the age of the Gentiles. However it does not reach its full conclusion until chapter 12 verse 3.

What is important to note is verse 2 of chapter 12:

“Many of those whose bodies lie dead and buried will rise up, some to everlasting life and some to shame and everlasting disgrace.”

Here is shown the third rapture. This one exclusive to the nation of Israel, for there will be no Christians left during the last half of the tribulation. This rapture will include the division of those that were loyal to God and those that were not in the tribes of Israel and is not the Great White Throne Judgement. For note it says “many” and “some.” The first rapture will be to those promised not to suffer in the tribulation and the dead that were loyal Christians (1 Thessalonians 1:10). The 2nd rapture will be the white robed that are uncountable. However, it is made clear that these will have suffered and be martyred during first part of the tribulation and will include the lukewarm that return to Christ as well as those that see and hear the truth and welcome their beheadings, which will be required for them to stand before the Throne of God purified (Revelation 7:9-14). This second rapture will result in the removal of the Holy Spirit from the world, which is restraining the antichrist from fully revealing himself.

In verse 4 we are given signs of what to look for to know that we are in the end time:

“But you, Daniel, keep this prophecy a secret; seal up the book until the time of the end, when many will rush here and there, and knowledge will increase.”

I will end this study with Daniel 12:9-10

“But he said, ‘Go now, Daniel, for what I have said is kept secret and sealed until the time of the end. 10 Many will be purified, cleansed, and refined by these trials. But the wicked will continue in their wickedness, and none of them will understand. Only those who are wise will know what it means.’”

So in Summary:

In part one of this series. We established that the book of Daniel was written in his lifetime. We also showed that it was meant for Judaism and Christianity alike. We also established that it deals within the lands of the Middle East exclusively. However since the Greeks and Romans conquered these lands they were and are involved to this day.

In part two of this series. We identified the little horn of chapter 8 of the book of Daniel. As well as reinforce the identity of the four gentile nations involved in Daniels interpretations of the dreams. We also went into how the 2300 days were fulfilled from the time that Antiochus Epiphanes ended the sacrifices within the first temple and then deviled it. Until Judas Maccabaeus rededicated the temple.

Today, we concluded this what can be called an introductory study into the book of Daniel. By showing that the Roman Empire is the forth gentile nation to have rule over the world and its influence is still in effect at this very time. As well that all evidence shows that we are truly in the last days prophesied by Jesus Christ just two days before His crucifixion upon the cross. In His teachings to the disciples in the Olivet Discourse.

We also showed that we must get ourselves right with God. We must seek to live our lived per the teachings of the Bible. And not to live in or of the world. For only those that are right with the Lord will be included in the first rapture promised in 1 Thessalonians 1:10:

“And they speak of how you are looking forward to the coming of God’s Son from heaven—Jesus, whom God raised from the dead. He is the one who has rescued us from the terrors of the coming judgment.”

So if you wish to fully escape the tribulation. Get right with God. And turn away from the world and the sins it offers. Live a righteous life with God always upon our minds. First and foremost in everything we do.

This said, I would warn those using it that it has one major flaw. The fact that he was Baptist and was of the group that believes in faith alone, grace alone, once saved always saved mentality.

Why recommend it at all then? Because it gives multiple views and is not limited to him being Baptist even though some text within it you can see that influence.

When weeding this out. Those using it get an overall image of prophecy. Prophecy that is now and already has been fulfilled.

Therefore, take it with a grain of salt and seek to discern the Truth that can be seen when using these commentaries as a aid to understanding the Word of God.

Today we continue into our study of the book of Daniel and the dilemma it has caused throughout the centuries. Today we will look to identify the little horn of Daniel chapter 8.

Discussion

Daniel 8:3-4 – As I looked up, I saw a ram with two long horns standing beside the river. One of the horns was longer than the other, even though it had grown later than the other one. 4 The ram butted everything out of his way to the west, to the north, and to the south, and no one could stand against him or help his victims. He did as he pleased and became very great.

This imagery re-enforces the case for Medo-Persia as the next power to follow Babylon. For the Median Empire was first yet weak, while the Persian part came later took control of the Median part and was stronger. To quote Dr. John F. Walvoord once again:

“This prophecy is so accurate that it is embarrassing to the critic who does not want to accept a sixth-century Daniel who wrote genuine prophecy.”

Continuing:

“Not only are both the ram and the goat mentioned in the Old Testament as symbols of power, but Cumont has noted that different lands were assigned to the signs of the Zodiac according to astronomical geography. In this view. Persia is thought of as under the zodiacal sign of Aries, the “ram,” and Greece as sharing with Syria – the principal territory of the Seleucid monarchy – the zodiacal sign of Capricorn, the “goat.” The word “Capricorn” is derived from the Latin, “caper,” a goat and “cornu,” a horn. Taken as a whole. As Driver states. ‘The verse describes the irresistible advances of the Persian army, especially in the direction of Palestine, Asia Minor, and Egypt, with particular allusion to the conquest of Cyrus and Cambyses.’”

So any that state chapter eight has to do with the present era have not fully studied the Bible. They wish to cling to a fantasy that enables them to deny God and the true teachings of Jesus Christ. Those teachings that clearly state that we are in the end time we now live within. That those that do not conform to obedience of the teaching of the Bible are in actuality living in sin, and are not one with God. Even those that say they are with God, for they are showing themselves to be like the Pharisees. Living in their own version of the Bible that does not resemble Jesus Christ in any way shape or form.

Daniel 8:5-7 – While I was watching, suddenly a male goat appeared from the west, crossing the land so swiftly that he didn’t even touch the ground. This goat, which had one very large horn between its eyes, 6 headed toward the two-horned ram that I had seen standing beside the river, rushing at him in a rage. 7 The goat charged furiously at the ram and struck him, breaking off both his horns. Now the ram was helpless, and the goat knocked him down and trampled him. No one could rescue the ram from the goat’s power.

Again I quote from the commentary on the book of Daniel by John F. Walvoord:

“There is no discrepancy between history, which records a series of battles, and Daniel’s representation that the Medo-Persian Empire fell with one blow. Daniel was obviously describing the result rather than the details. That the prophecy is accurate, insofar as it goes, most expositors concede. Here again, the correspondence of the prophecy to later history is so accurate that liberal critics attempt to make it history instead of prophecy.”

It is clear from those who really study that the leopard with the four wing and four heads, and the goat are one and the same. This is made crystal clear in the next verse of chapter eight:

“The goat became very powerful. But at the height of his power, his large horn was broken off. In the large horn’s place grew four prominent horns pointing in the four directions of the earth.”

From one of the four generals rises a forerunner of the antichrist, Antiochus Epiphanes ruler of Syria from 175 B.C. to 164 B.C. He is the reason for the Maccabean rebellion. Now if you remember in part one of this series I layout the geographical boundaries of these prophecies. Now you will see this come into play at this time.

Daniel 8:9-10 – Then from one of the prominent horns came a small horn whose power grew very great. It extended toward the south and the east and toward the glorious land of Israel. 10 Its power reached to the heavens, where it attacked the heavenly army, throwing some of the heavenly beings and some of the stars to the ground and trampling them.

South of Syria is Egypt, east was Medo-Persia or Armenia. As for the heavenly army. It is well established within the Bible that even though we live within a physical temporal domain. We are instructed to pray to give strength to the heavenly armies which fight in the domain of heaven. There is a spiritual battle taking place that is beyond our ability to see now, however it is noted and mentioned in the Bible many times.

Ephesians 6:10 – 20 – A final word: Be strong in the Lord and in his mighty power. 11 Put on all of God’s armor so that you will be able to stand firm against all strategies of the devil. 12 For we are not fighting against flesh-and-blood enemies, but against evil rulers and authorities of the unseen world, against mighty powers in this dark world, and against evil spirits in the heavenly places. 13 Therefore, put on every piece of God’s armor so you will be able to resist the enemy in the time of evil. Then after the battle you will still be standing firm. 14 Stand your ground, putting on the belt of truth and the body armor of God’s righteousness. 15 For shoes, put on the peace that comes from the Good News so that you will be fully prepared. 16 In addition to all of these, hold up the shield of faith to stop the fiery arrows of the devil. 17 Put on salvation as your helmet, and take the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God. 18 Pray in the Spirit at all times and on every occasion. Stay alert and be persistent in your prayers for all believers everywhere. 19 And pray for me, too. Ask God to give me the right words so I can boldly explain God’s mysterious plan that the Good News is for Jews and Gentiles alike. 20 I am in chains now, still preaching this message as God’s ambassador. So pray that I will keep on speaking boldly for him, as I should.

Part of wearing the armor of God is truly studying the Bible and coming to a true understanding of the teachings of Jesus Christ and His Father: God. As well as accepting the prophecies given to Daniel in the 600s and 500s B.C.

Now that we have established who the little horn is in chapter eight of the book of Daniel. As well as fortified that Alexzander the Great is the leopard and goat. We will now look at the controversy of the 2300 days. 

The 2300 days is a key element in which much debate has been taken and many take to be part of a Tribulation prophecy. That would be taking Daniel chapter eight entirely out of context and thus twisting the Word of God to fit the desires and needs of those reading, thus causing false teachings.

What needs to be understood that at the point in chapter eight this reference is made is during the time of the little horn that rose from one of the four horns that took the place of the goat’s horn. As was discussed earlier in this study. That goat’s horn was Alexander the Great, as he is called. Upon his death four of his generals took equal parts of power and territory for the most part. From one of these generals rose the little horn. Who as was pointed out was Antiochus Epiphanes. Who in turn defiled the temple and placed the statue of Zeus within it as well as the sacrifice of pigs upon the altar of God. In Daniel a specific amount of time was listed which would identify how long the desolation was to occur.

Daniel 8:14 – The other replied, “It will take 2,300 evenings and mornings; then the Temple will be made right again.”

“2,300 evenings and mornings.” The wording here is extremely important, and it is here that many twist the words of an angelic reply to meet their own needs, wishes and desires.

When you understand the ways of the temple then you understand how this wording was made in such a way. This is why it is so important to study history, and the very cultures involved within the Bible. The most important and the most key culture is Judaism. So understanding the ways of this people and their lifestyles, especially in their worship of God is of the utmost import.

The words “evenings and mornings” correspond to the evening and morning sacrifices performed within the temple. Since the day begins when the sun sets as the Jewish people originally followed. Thus why evening is placed first. What this means is both the sacrificial sessions in one day. So in actuality it is 1150 days. Gleason L. Archer Jr. states this from “The Expositor’s Bible Commentary vol. 7” (1985):

“Consequently we are to understand v. 14 as predicting the rededication of the temple by Judas Maccabaeus on 25 Chislev (or 14 December) 164 B.C.; 1,150 days before that would point to a terminus a quo of three years, one month, and 25 days earlier or in Tishri 167 B.C. While the actual erection of the idolatrous altar in the temple took place in Chislev 167, or one month and 15 days later, there is no reason to suppose the Antiochus Epiphanes’ administration may not have abolished the offering of the tamid itself at that earlier date.”

To quote from Dr. John F. Walvoord when looking at both theories of it being 2300 days or 1150 days he says this:

“In looking at all the evidence it appears both interpretations have the potential to fit the historical record. At this point we simply don’t have sufficient historical data to know which is correct. But in either case this prophecy may safely be said to have been fulfilled and does not have any other eschatological significance in the sense of anticipating a future fulfillment. It is adequately explained in the history of the Medo-Persian and Greek Empires, and specially, in the activities of Antiochus Epiphanes.”

Simply this use of the 2300 or 1150 days is exclusive to the 160s B.C., and the use of this in any contemporary, modern or future context is a violation of the word of God and any that teach such a message should be turned away from and the true and actuate study of the Word of God should be sought after.

NOTE: in the first part of this series and again this week I made mention to a statue of Zeus being placed in the Holy of Holies.

In Revelation chapter 2. The Glorified Jesus Christ sent a letter to Pergamum. This city was a religious center of this part of the world at the time this letter was written in the 90s A.D.

The focal point of this religious center was a temple to Zeus in which a statue showed Zeus seating in a throne. Verse 13 says this:

“I know where you dwell, where Satan’s throne is. Yet you hold fast my name, and you did not deny my faith even in the days of Antipas my faithful witness, who was killed among you, where Satan dwells.”

The implication that Antiochus Epiphanes placed a statue of Zeus within the temple when taken in context with the above verse shows that Zeus is Satan, and shows just how the temple was desecrated. Ponder upon this as we end this week’s study in to the book of Daniel.

Just saying “I am a Christian” doesn’t necessarily mean you are a disciple of Christ

The other day I watched one of those videos on social media. In it a woman berated a street preacher. She insisted that the Bible doesn’t say anything about the alphabet soup club. Then when he tried to read the Truth from the Bible, she attacked him again before he even got a word out. Claiming that the KJV of the Bible is corrupt and inaccurate. Again, insisting that she was right and she was holy all the time wearing a rainbow skirt from a tutu.

One of the greatest travesties that has occurred is those that have changed the Word of God into a people pleasing, watered down verses of the Truth. AKA they twisted the Word of God into lies. The Bible says this about those that turn the Word of God into a people pleasing document:

Galatians 1:6-10 NKJV – I marvel that you are turning away so soon from Him who called you in the grace of Christ, to a different gospel, which is not another; but there are some who trouble you and want to pervert the gospel of Christ. But even if we, or an angel from heaven, preach any other gospel to you than what we have preached to you, let him be accursed. As we have said before, so now I say again, if anyone preaches any other gospel to you than what you have received, let him be accursed. For do I now persuade men, or God? Or do I seek to please men? For if I still pleased men, I would not be a bondservant of Christ.

Those that say the alphabet club is not mentioned in the Word of God and are welcomed into heaven are reading and teaching lies. Which is exactly what the father of all lies wants. For he has no desire to enter into the lake of fire. So, he thinks of bringing as many as possible along with him into that place of eternal pain. He will be able to look around him and get a sense of relief as he does so. He even lies to himself.

Does this mean those that profess to being true disciples of Christ hate those of the alphabet club? This is the furthest thing from the Truth. It is only through True love that we teach the Truth which is painful to hear and even more painful to strive and overcome these sins.

Proverbs 13:24 NKJV – He who spares his rod hates his son, But he who loves him disciplines him promptly.

Sparing the rod is saying that the alphabet club is welcome into heaven. Which clearly shows that those that do this show true hatred for those that do these things. Thus, allowing them to remain in a sin which will exclude them from the Glorious presence of God.

Now, we will hear those protesting talking about churches that have alphabet club people standing upon the dais or behind the pulpit. These are just social clubs. They even have yoga classes, which are teachings of another religion. How can a building that teachs multiple religions be a building that teaching that only through Christ alone can someone be welcomed into heaven?

Now, don’t get a swelled head if going to a building called a “church” that does teach that the alphabet club is full of sinners who refuse to repent. For most within all churches live in sins that they refuse to let go of. They prove this when they seek after expensive clothes and wear them to these buildings. They prove this by living in luxuries and expensive homes and driving expensive vehicles. This is all sin, For we are to live a needs-only lifestyle. If God has cursed us with earthly wealth we are to have it available at a moments notice to help those in need.

1 Timothy 6:6-10 NKJV – Now godliness with contentment is great gain. For we brought nothing into this world, and it is certain we can carry nothing out. And having food and clothing, with these we shall be content. But those who desire to be rich fall into temptation and a snare, and into many foolish and harmful lusts which drown men in destruction and perdition. For the love of money is a root of all kinds of evil, for which some have strayed from the faith in their greediness, and pierced themselves through with many sorrows.

1 Timothy 6:17-19 NKJV – Command those who are rich in this present age not to be haughty, nor to trust in uncertain riches but in the living God, who gives us richly all things to enjoy. Let them do good, that they be rich in good works, ready to give, willing to share, storing up for themselves a good foundation for the time to come, that they may lay hold on eternal life.

Those that keep their earthly wealth unto themselves sin against God and defy His commandments. They place themselves above God. They worship themselves above God and so are not welcome into heaven. Even though they call themselves “Christian” they live in haughtiness and believe they are special, exempt and rewarded by God, when this is the furthest thing from the Truth.

1 John 2:15-16 NLT – Do not love this world nor the things it offers you, for when you love the world, you do not have the love of the Father in you. For the world offers only a craving for physical pleasure, a craving for everything we see, and pride in our achievements and possessions. These are not from the Father, but are from this world.

Since all they have and seek after comes from the world who is it they truly worship?

2 Corinthians 4:4 NLT – Satan, who is the god of this world, has blinded the minds of those who don’t believe. They are unable to see the glorious light of the Good News. They don’t understand this message about the glory of Christ, who is the exact likeness of God.

These last two groups of verses bring up another point which was hit upon at the beginning of this message. The versions of Bibles and calling them a lie. To start with: the NIV is a recent translation, and one filled with a people pleasing message. Thus, those that wrote it per Galatians chapter 1 are twice cursed to damnation. As for the KJV it is the closest to the True writing of the original words written in Hebrew, Greek and Aramaic. Any and all translations have errors, which must be addressed. This is accomplished through STUDYING the Word of God. Studying means to find the way the words were written down upon parchment in the first place in these original languages. Even down to their meaning at the time they were written down. Simply the KJV is a guide into the Truth and is the closest we have to knowing the Truth of the Word of God. Therefore, if it says that the alphabet club Is not welcome into heaven then accept the pain and end the sin. For those that keep their earthly wealth. Accept that pain and downsize quickly because it is already too late for most since the midnight cry has already come and gone.

Today we begin a look into the book of Daniel. This was originally published on my blog site in 2016, and once again contains references to the John Walvoord Prophecy Commentaries, which I once again recommend.

Discussion

The main challenge that the book of Daniel encountered. Came from those that believed the book was not first written by Daniel and in turn was not written in 540 to 530 B.C. Many imply the book was written in the 200 B.C. time frame.

Why is this so important? Why must we accept and understand that the Book of Daniel was written by Daniel and was complete before his death which is stated to have occurred in 530 B.C.?

This is the dilemma.

First off you need to understand that this book was not just written for the Jewish people as all the other book of the Old Testament (OT) were originally written for. This book was also written for the Gentiles and signaled the beginning of the rule of the Gentile nations over the world. This is seen in the way Daniel wrote this book. The beginning and the end of the book is written in Hebrew. As all other books of the OT were written, with the exception of Ezra. The middle of the book though is written in Aramaic (2:4 – 7:28). This is the common tongue at the time throughout the Middle East. It also stayed this way well into the time of the Roman Empire. It is still used in some form by many Middle Eastern Christian Churches. This also foreshadows the fact that the entire book, we now call the Bible, would come to be, and designed for all of humanity. That were and are willing to learn and listen to what is within it.

These parts of the Book of Daniel that were written in Aramaic deal specifically with Gentile nations within the Middle East. For the focal point is the nation of Israel, so it deals only with those nations that will have an effect upon it, which included Greece and the Roman Empire. This is something that really needs to be understood. Many in today’s Christian culture reject in some part the Judaism of the OT. They feel that only Christianity is the focal point of the Bible. This is the furthest thing from the truth.

Abraham is the father of the Jewish and as well as the Islamic nations. Jesus, the Son of God, was born to a descendant of David. Both Joseph and Mary have a direct lineage to David, the first king of the united tribes of Israel. Christianity came from Jesus Christ who was raised upon the books of the OT. At the age of twelve His knowledge of these books, which included Daniel. Far exceeded the understanding of the Tanakh by the Pharisees and Sadducees at that time and was noted as such in Luke 2:46-47. So Christianity is the “grandchild” of Abraham. And the Bible teaches that we must honor our fathers and mothers, even to the point of the source of our faith. So any that deny Israel, and the Jewish people, deny God.

This non-focus on Israel as the focal-point has led to many misinterpretations of this book by those that have not taken the time to truly study the Bible and history itself. This is why it is extremely important to study the Bible. Not just read it. As is the case of the book of Daniel, knowing history is extremely important as well. For within the book of Daniel is facts related to not only Israel, but Babylon, Medo-Persia, Greece, and the Roman Empire. Without knowledge of this history of these nations, misunderstanding the book of Daniel comes into play and so causes the rise of false teachings and teachers, which is predicted by Jesus Christ in the Olivet discourse.

First we need to understand the four Gentile world dominant kingdoms. As mentioned before these are Babylon, Medo-Persia, Greece and Rome. The last of these is the most complicated to understand, but when taken in context with the statute of four layers you come to a better understanding, and once again see that Israel is the focal point as well.

Babylon is the first major Empire of any true note that affected the Middle Eastern area. Many times this empire changed hands, but the one that dealt with Israel was the Assyrian rule which began in 911 B.C. and ended during the book of Daniel in 619 B.C. This version of the empire at its apex, which is approximately 671 B.C. reached from the Persian Gulf to the Mediterranean and down into Egypt itself. The boarder cities were Susa, Ecbatana, Musasir, Tushpa, Kanish, Tarsus, and Dumah and reached down to Jeb in Egypt. To give you a more up to date imagery, the eastern boarder would conform, for the most part, to the border between Iraq and Iran. Its northern border went from Van, Turkey to the Lake Tuz just south, southeast of Ankara. The western border starts at the north at this lake down to between Silifke and Adana, along the entire eastern coast of the Mediterranean. It then extended into Egypt just west of Al Hammam down south to Mut and then met the Red Sea near Halaib. Its southern border extended from the Gulf of Aqaba in a near straight line to the Persian Gulf.

Why have I went into so much detail describing this area? Is due to the fact that this area is all the land mass that the book of Daniel deals with. Even though Greece and Rome are not in this area today. At one point during their conquests they held domain over this area, which is why they are a part of the prophecies within the book of Daniel. The land mass within these prophecies never changes. However the effects to each of these empires especially the last does constitute the overall lands, and cultures they have affected, due to their existence within the Gentile world. So to make this clear. The prophecies within the book of Daniel deal exclusively within the lands of the Middle East, that deal with the original boarders of the Babylonian/Assyrian Empire. In today’s terms that means Egypt, Israel, Jordan, Lebanon, Syria, Iraq, Kuwait and parts of Saudi Arabia and Turkey. So when a direction is mentioned within the prophecies it conforms to an area within these boundaries. In the book of Revelation this area also conforms to the boundaries of the city of New Jerusalem.

In the prophecy of the statue. Four nations are given reference to, but not truly identified. The head however, is shown to be Babylon. Yet the others, even though described, are not given identity. This changes in chapter seven. Here the nations are given identification for those that have the eyes to see and the ears to hear.

So let us start to explore this part of the book of Daniel and see if we can start to work our way through the dilemma this book has caused throughout the centuries. So we shall look at the four kingdoms that are first shown in the Statue dream of Daniel chapter two.

Daniel 7:4 – The first beast was like a lion with eagles’ wings. As I watched, its wings were pulled off, and it was left standing with its two hind feet on the ground, like a human being. And it was given a human mind.

At the time of this prophecy the royal palace had statues of winged lions at its gate, which was one of the factors in agreement that this is a representation of at the least Nebuchadnezzar and the most an imagery of Babylon itself. To quote the commentary by John F. Walvoord:

“In spite of the power indicated in this symbolism, Daniel saw the beast become man-like. This is most commonly interpreted as the symbolic representation of Nebuchadnezzar’s experience in chapter 4 when he was humbled before God and made to realize that, even though he was a great ruler, he was only a man. His lion-like character, or royal power, was his only at God’s pleasure. The symbolism is accurate and corresponds to the historical facts.”

So in all scholarly studies of this verse. It is agreed that this is an image of Babylon and the first empire of the Gentiles. Then the next verse should describe the next empire in the chain.

Daniel 7:5 – Then I saw a second beast, and it looked like a bear. It was rearing up on one side, and it had three ribs in its mouth between its teeth. And I heard a voice saying to it, “Get up! Devour the flesh of many people!”

The imagery suggested by this verse shows a strong yet less refined empire that has one side stronger than the other. The Persian side being stronger than the Median part which the former had taken over from the latter before its move against other kingdoms. This is shown in the imagery of defeating and devouring three kingdoms, thus the three ribs. That being Lydia, Babylon and Egypt. The bear is also known to be a more ferocious animal than other animals in the animal kingdom as seen within biblical times.

Daniel 7:6 – Then the third of these strange beasts appeared, and it looked like a leopard. It had four bird’s wings on its back, and it had four heads. Great authority was given to this beast.

Starting with the image of a leopard. It is an imagery within the Bible of something not as grand as the lion, but is known for its swiftness. This is amplified by the four wings upon its back. The four heads indicate a division into four parts but of equal power and control. The conquest of Alexander was extremely swift. Upon his death at thirty-two the Greek Empire was given to his four top generals and their power was divided equally.

Daniel 7:7-8 – Then in my vision that night, I saw a fourth beast—terrifying, dreadful, and very strong. It devoured and crushed its victims with huge iron teeth and trampled their remains beneath its feet. It was different from any of the other beasts, and it had ten horns. 8 As I was looking at the horns, suddenly another small horn appeared among them. Three of the first horns were torn out by the roots to make room for it. This little horn had eyes like human eyes and a mouth that was boasting arrogantly.

One of the main tendencies of the Roman Empire was to remove the cultural from those it dominate. This was accomplished through death, destruction and an insistence of following Roman law. In some areas they tried different tactics, but in the end it resulted in their mainstay as mentioned above. This is clearly seen in 70 A.D. when the last temple was destroyed and the Israeli nation scattered throughout the Roman Empire and then the world.

A great debate still continues into the description as to who or what the little horn is that replaces three of the ten horns. Has it happened or will it happen? At this time it is still open for debate. What is made clear is that it is not the little horn of chapter eight.

That little horn has been identified as Antiochus Epiphanes. He is called this due to his representation of the little horn still to come, that being the antichrist. What is known for sure is that Antiochus IV Epiphanes did abolish the worship of God by the Jewish people and he did defile the temple in the 160s B.C. by establishing the worship of Zeus within the Temple and the sacrifice of pigs upon the alter. Antiochus Epiphanes is described by many to be an image of the antichrist that is yet to come during the time of the Tribulation.

In recent times another foreshadowing of the coming antichrist appeared. That being the Obama presidency of the United States. This image of the little horn came to power and brought devastation to this Christian nation, by making it possible to fulfill these words of Jesus Christ:

Matthew 24:10-12 – And many will turn away from me and betray and hate each other. 11 And many false prophets will appear and will deceive many people. 12 Sin will be rampant everywhere, and the love of many will grow cold.

Again a fore image of the true antichrist yet to appear.

This said, I would warn those using it that it has one major flaw. The fact that he was Baptist and was of the group that believes in faith alone, grace alone, once saved always saved mentality.

Why recommend it at all then? Because it gives multiple views and is not limited to him being Baptist even though some text within it you can see that influence.

When weeding this out. Those using it get an overall image of prophecy. Prophecy that is now and already has been fulfilled.

Therefore, take it with a grain of salt and seek to discern the Truth that can be seen when using these commentaries as a aid to understanding the Word of God.
