As we come ever closer to the return of Jesus Christ. I see more and more how the Jewish people in the time our Savior walked amongst us being reflected in those that profess to being so called “Christians” at this very time.

Any time Christ scolds the Pharisees and or the Jewish people. It can be said that whenever there is any condemnation of the Jewish nation in the Bible, it now applies on wholesale to those that profess to follow Him, yet they only do this through what can be called lip service.

Matthew 15:1-9 NKJV – Then the scribes and Pharisees who were from Jerusalem came to Jesus, saying, “Why do Your disciples transgress the tradition of the elders? For they do not wash their hands when they eat bread.” He answered and said to them, “Why do you also transgress the commandment of God because of your tradition? For God commanded, saying, ‘HONOR YOUR FATHER AND YOUR MOTHER’; and, ‘HE WHO CURSES FATHER OR MOTHER, LET HIM BE PUT TO DEATH.’ But you say, ‘Whoever says to his father or mother, “Whatever profit you might have received from me is a gift to God”— then he need not honor his father or mother.’ Thus you have made the commandment of God of no effect by your tradition. Hypocrites! Well did Isaiah prophesy about you, saying: ‘THESE PEOPLE DRAW NEAR TO ME WITH THEIR MOUTH, AND HONOR ME WITH THEIR LIPS, BUT THEIR HEART IS FAR FROM ME. AND IN VAIN THEY WORSHIP ME, TEACHING AS DOCTRINES THE COMMANDMENTS OF MEN.’ “

I wish to zero in on something else here other than the last two verses.

“Why do you also transgress the commandment of God because of your tradition?”

Tradition – G3862 – paradosis – precept, ordinance, an instruction, a handing down or over

  1. precept – a rule for action or behavior, especially obtained from moral thought.

“Obtained from moral thought.”

Note that wording. Not from the Bible but from moral thought. AKA from the minds of humans. This is how many that profess to being of one denomination or another exists. They do not follow the true commandments but traditions. That is why those that insist on going into buildings once a week at the least. Sing a few songs and say a few prayers then leave in their fancy expensive vehicles of the world and go to their wastefully huge houses of the world. Filled with their worldly possessions which professes to the world that they are idolators. Then they return to their daily lives in and part of the world. This was said by Jeremiah.

Jeremiah 23:9-17 NKJV – My heart within me is broken Because of the prophets; All my bones shake. I am like a drunken man, And like a man whom wine has overcome, Because of the LORD, And because of His holy words. For the land is full of adulterers; For because of a curse the land mourns. The pleasant places of the wilderness are dried up. Their course of life is evil, And their might is not right. “For both prophet and priest are profane; Yes, in My house I have found their wickedness,” says the LORD. “Therefore their way shall be to them Like slippery ways; In the darkness they shall be driven on And fall in them; For I will bring disaster on them, The year of their punishment,” says the LORD. “And I have seen folly in the prophets of Samaria: They prophesied by Baal And caused My people Israel to err. Also I have seen a horrible thing in the prophets of Jerusalem: They commit adultery and walk in lies; They also strengthen the hands of evildoers, So that no one turns back from his wickedness. All of them are like Sodom to Me, And her inhabitants like Gomorrah. “Therefore thus says the LORD of hosts concerning the prophets: ‘Behold, I will feed them with wormwood, And make them drink the water of gall; For from the prophets of Jerusalem Profaneness has gone out into all the land.’ ” Thus says the LORD of hosts: “Do not listen to the words of the prophets who prophesy to you. They make you worthless; They speak a vision of their own heart, Not from the mouth of the LORD. They continually say to those who despise Me, ‘The LORD has said, “You shall have peace” ‘; And to everyone who walks according to the dictates of his own heart, they say, ‘No evil shall come upon you.’ “

Is this not now how most that stand upon the dais now act and behave? Is not the time for the soon return of our Savior near? Do any remember the small one-chapter book in the Bible entitled “Jude?” Well Let us look at what was said there.

Jude 1:3-16 NKJV – Beloved, while I was very diligent to write to you concerning our common salvation, I found it necessary to write to you exhorting you to contend earnestly for the faith which was once for all delivered to the saints. For certain men have crept in unnoticed, who long ago were marked out for this condemnation, ungodly men, who turn the grace of our God into lewdness and deny the only Lord God and our Lord Jesus Christ. But I want to remind you, though you once knew this, that the Lord, having saved the people out of the land of Egypt, afterward destroyed those who did not believe. And the angels who did not keep their proper domain, but left their own abode, He has reserved in everlasting chains under darkness for the judgment of the great day; as Sodom and Gomorrah, and the cities around them in a similar manner to these, having given themselves over to sexual immorality and gone after strange flesh, are set forth as an example, suffering the vengeance of eternal fire. Likewise also these dreamers defile the flesh, reject authority, and speak evil of dignitaries. Yet Michael the archangel, in contending with the devil, when he disputed about the body of Moses, dared not bring against him a reviling accusation, but said, “The Lord rebuke you!” But these speak evil of whatever they do not know; and whatever they know naturally, like brute beasts, in these things they corrupt themselves. Woe to them! For they have gone in the way of Cain, have run greedily in the error of Balaam for profit, and perished in the rebellion of Korah. These are spots in your love feasts, while they feast with you without fear, serving only themselves. They are clouds without water, carried about by the winds; late autumn trees without fruit, twice dead, pulled up by the roots; raging waves of the sea, foaming up their own shame; wandering stars for whom is reserved the blackness of darkness forever. Now Enoch, the seventh from Adam, prophesied about these men also, saying, “Behold, the Lord comes with ten thousands of His saints, to execute judgment on all, to convict all who are ungodly among them of all their ungodly deeds which they have committed in an ungodly way, and of all the harsh things which ungodly sinners have spoken against Him.” These are grumblers, complainers, walking according to their own lusts; and they mouth great swelling words, flattering people to gain advantage.

Those spoken of here are those that fill the majority of the complement that profess to being called not only “Christian,” but also leaders of these various denominations that plague the community that calls itself followers of Jesus Christ. The buildings called churches are a dead wasteland that must be abandoned now.

They teach you to only give 10% and to keep the rest for yourselves. Yet the Bible teaches this:

1 Timothy 6:6-10 NKJV – Now godliness with contentment is great gain. For we brought nothing into this world, and it is certain we can carry nothing out. And having food and clothing, with these we shall be content. But those who desire to be rich fall into temptation and a snare, and into many foolish and harmful lusts which drown men in destruction and perdition. For the love of money is a root of all kinds of evil, for which some have strayed from the faith in their greediness, and pierced themselves through with many sorrows.

and this:

1 Timothy 6:17-19 NKJV – Command those who are rich in this present age not to be haughty, nor to trust in uncertain riches but in the living God, who gives us richly all things to enjoy. Let them do good, that they be rich in good works, ready to give, willing to share, storing up for themselves a good foundation for the time to come, that they may lay hold on eternal life.

Yet churches teach people to be haughty and to trust in uncertain riches. Not to personally do good works in faith. Yet the Bible says this about what is seen as the perfect religion.

James 1:27 NKJV – Pure and undefiled religion before God and the Father is this: to visit orphans and widows in their trouble, and to keep oneself unspotted from the world.

How many help those in need or seek to?

How many know what it truly means to be “unspotted from the world?” When people seek to have and keep items of the world, they show who they worship.

1 John 2:15-16 NLT – Do not love this world nor the things it offers you, for when you love the world, you do not have the love of the Father in you. For the world offers only a craving for physical pleasure, a craving for everything we see, and pride in our achievements and possessions. These are not from the Father, but are from this world.

Those that go to churches crave physical pleasures like going to Super Bowl parties and watching sporting events or participating in them. They seek after earthly beauty in all its forms be it how people look through clothes or makeup or the lack of clothing. They take pride in their own goals in life and take pride in seeking after spending God’s money on ever more expensive possessions in any form they take.

Now why did I just say, “God’s money?”

Let us go proverbs to start.

Proverbs 30:7-9 NKJV – Two things I request of You (Deprive me not before I die): Remove falsehood and lies far from me; Give me neither poverty nor riches—Feed me with the food allotted to me; Lest I be full and deny You, And say, “Who is the LORD?” Or lest I be poor and steal, And profane the name of my God.

Any who does not teach true stewardship of what God had given unto you. Like living a life in which we only seek to meet our needs and anything above and beyond that is God’s and for His service and His service alone teach sin.

Any who teach and support sin do not serve God nor His Son, but their god is the god of this world.

2 Corinthians 4:4 NLT – Satan, who is the god of this world, has blinded the minds of those who don’t believe. They are unable to see the glorious light of the Good News. They don’t understand this message about the glory of Christ, who is the exact likeness of God.

For they have accepted the ruler of this world as their savior, and he rewards them as he was given power to do.

Luke 4:6 NKJV – And the devil said to Him, “All this authority I will give You, and their glory; for this has been delivered to me, and I give it to whomever I wish.

And they accept his gifts willingly with greed and joy reflected within their eyes.

Seek true redemption. Seek true repentance.

Downsize now and quickly and then start to help the homeless, those in true need. Live off the least and give the most to God not a church, GOD! For time is running out. Christ is soon to come as a thieve in the night. The night we are now deep within. For sin runs rampant and what is evil is seen as good and what is holy is seen as evil. All because most that profess to being “Christian” deny their Savior, and in turn He denies them (Matthew 10:33).

These words were written on the day Christ left the tomb. There is no lie within them. Too many believe they follow Christ when they truly worship Satan. Woe unto those that deny these words, for the first rapture draws ever near, and they will find themselves left behind. Many say this is as it should be. Why? Because they do not follow the Truth nor God. Woe unto those that say there is no rapture for they show who they worship, and it is just as our Savior Jesus Christ said it would be for He said these Words:

Luke 21:29-36 NKJV – Then He spoke to them a parable: “Look at the fig tree, and all the trees. When they are already budding, you see and know for yourselves that summer is now near. So you also, when you see these things happening, know that the kingdom of God is near. Assuredly, I say to you, this generation will by no means pass away till all things take place. Heaven and earth will pass away, but My words will by no means pass away. “But take heed to yourselves, lest your hearts be weighed down with carousing, drunkenness, and cares of this life, and that Day come on you unexpectedly. For it will come as a snare on all those who dwell on the face of the whole earth. Watch therefore, and pray always that you may be counted worthy to escape all these things that will come to pass, and to stand before the Son of Man.”

The siren song of the false prophets and teachers

So I learned something recently. Appears that we have been in the tribulation since 1998. Funny, this is the longest seven years I have ever encountered.
Wow, another tidbit I didn’t know. The “select” are all that will be redeemed, the rest are screwed. No others even have a change to make things right between themselves and God. Interesting, so the uncountable number that stands before the throne of God dressed all in white are not the “select.” I am flabbergasted. These “select” can even be a friend to the world and God will not see them as the enemy. That is just amazing.
This is the most surprising thing of all. God broke His promise. The Creator of the universe who has never broken any promises, broke one. I ….. I ……. I …… just don’t know what to say. What is even more shocking, that shattered promise was to Israel. I am speechless.

All these shocking things I have just mentioned. The “select,” the broken promise, the long time frame for the so called “tribulation.” These are the words of a false prophet, a false teacher, and these are real words that have been spoken, and there are those that believe and feel they are these “select.”
What we are warned to be alert for and to avoid, yet there are those that do not know the word well enough and have fallen prey to these teachings that are leading them into damnation.
The Bible when read in context and the correct research is a wondrous book. It teaches to humble ourselves and to love other, but at the same time it does not tell us to just allow them to live in sin either. That is unless they fully reject God and are unwilling in any form to hear the truth.
Are we nearing the end times? The Bible states that there will be signs that as we come near to the soon return of Christ, and at this time as in no other time in history, it is pointing to His soon return. One of these signs will be the flourishing of false prophets and teachers.
Are we in the Tribulation? There will be clear signs when we are in the Tribulation. None have come to pass as of the writing of this article. Nor is it something I wish to be in. for there will not be “spiritual death” as one of these false teachers states, but physical death of around 3.7 billion people. Due in large part to the earth itself violently changing as well as other events that will take a long time to explain, so that is a topic for another time. If you wish to get some insight I suggest you pick up the commentaries by John F. Walvoord on the book of Revelation, Daniel and Matthew.
As to this “select” issue. The Bible does mention 144000, people who will receive a mark from God. This is what the Bible says:
Revelation 7:1 (NLT) – Then I saw four angels standing at the four corners of the earth, holding back the four winds so they did not blow on the earth or the sea, or even on any tree. 2 And I saw another angel coming up from the east, carrying the seal of the living God. And he shouted to those four angels, who had been given power to harm land and sea, 3 “Wait! Don’t harm the land or the sea or the trees until we have placed the seal of God on the foreheads of his servants.” 4 And I heard how many were marked with the seal of God—144,000 were sealed from all the tribes of Israel: 5 from Judah 12,000, from Reuben 12,000, from Gad 12,000, 6 from Asher 12,000, from Naphtali 12,000, from Manasseh 12,000, 7 from Simeon 12,000, from Levi 12,000, from Issachar 12,000, 8 from Zebulun 12,000, from Joseph 12,000, from Benjamin 12,000.
These as you can see come from Israel. So to say that God broke His promise to Israel is evidence of a false teaching. These 144000 are to be witnesses to the events that are to befall the planet earth and they shall see it all. So once the Tribulation is past they can teach those that survive, and the survivor’s offspring the truth of those that rejected God and His Son the Lord Jesus Christ. These sealed Israelites could be called the “select,” but not to separate them from the world, but to see to learn, and to show that God always keeps His promises.
As I mentioned before. What of those in the white garments before the throne of God? White robes of the redeemed, those who turned to God and His Son and are called blessed. Their number is beyond counting, yet they are not all that walk the earth. For if this were true there would be no need of a Tribulation and this death of billions.
Revelation 7:9 (KJV) – After this I beheld, and, lo, a great multitude, which no man could number, of all nations, and kindreds, and people, and tongues, stood before the throne, and before the Lamb, clothed with white robes, and palms in their hands; 10 And cried with a loud voice, saying, Salvation to our God which sitteth upon the throne, and unto the Lamb. 11 And all the angels stood round about the throne, and about the elders and the four beasts, and fell before the throne on their faces, and worshipped God, 12 Saying, Amen: Blessing, and glory, and wisdom, and thanksgiving, and honour, and power, and might, be unto our God for ever and ever. Amen. 13 And one of the elders answered, saying unto me, What are these which are arrayed in white robes? and whence came they? 14 And I said unto him, Sir, thou knowest. And he said to me, These are they which came out of great tribulation, and have washed their robes, and made them white in the blood of the Lamb. 15 Therefore are they before the throne of God, and serve him day and night in his temple: and he that sitteth on the throne shall dwell among them. 16 They shall hunger no more, neither thirst any more; neither shall the sun light on them, nor any heat. 17 For the Lamb which is in the midst of the throne shall feed them, and shall lead them unto living fountains of waters: and God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes.
These are those that saw the light and turned to God, yet they are not the “select.”
The Bible states clearly that you cannot live within the sins of the world and be a friend of God. In fact you are called the enemy of God if you befriend the world and those within it.
James 4:4 (NLT) – You adulterers! Don’t you realize that friendship with the world makes you an enemy of God? I say it again: If you want to be a friend of the world, you make yourself an enemy of God. 5 Do you think the Scriptures have no meaning? They say that God is passionate that the spirit he has placed within us should be faithful to him. 6 And he gives grace generously. As the Scriptures say, “God opposes the proud but gives grace to the humble.” 7 So humble yourselves before God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you. 8 Come close to God, and God will come close to you. Wash your hands, you sinners; purify your hearts, for your loyalty is divided between God and the world. 9 Let there be tears for what you have done. Let there be sorrow and deep grief. Let there be sadness instead of laughter, and gloom instead of joy. 10 Humble yourselves before the Lord, and he will lift you up in honor.
So read the Bible. Come to know the Bible. Come to understand that all are welcome, but they must stop living in sin, to repent. They must humble themselves to the point of weeping for the same they must feel for living in sin and defying God Himself. Then they must ask Jesus into their heart, mind, and soul and to honor and love God by following the teachings of the Bible.

The vote, an instant snapshot of where you stand in your belief of God

“But that doesn’t tell anyone if they belief in God.” Will be the first thing people will say or think when they see this title, which is why it is entitled this way.
The vote is a snapshot into your state of mind. It shows how you were raised, it shows how you were educated. It shows if you have studied the person you are voting for or if you are just reacting to what is popular, what others are basically telling you is the way to vote. If this is not a look into your mind, then what is? The answer is there is nothing else that fits this description. So yes it can be said it is a look into your belief of God.
This election has shined a light on the beliefs of the voters more than it has ever before. It has shown that this nation is in dire need of returning to God and the teachings of the Bible.
The news pundits have made it very clear the importance of this very fact. They say that the “evangelicals” otherwise known as “Christians” are spit in their vote. But if you listen carefully that is actually not true, but at the same time it is true. They go on to say that those that practice their faith have not voted for Donald Trump, which is has it should be since he per the Bible fits the description of a false teacher (2 Peter 2). However, these votes have been split between mainly Ted Cruz and Marco Rubio.
Those that are active in their faith are in reality the true Christians, because they are active in their belief of God and strive to follow the teachings within the Bible. Anyone can say they are “Christian,” but it is their actions, the way they think, what they say and how they vote that shows if they are truly a believer.
This is why the vote is an instant snapshot of where you stand in your belief of God.
Someone that does truly belief there is a God, and that this life we now live is merely a stepping stone to that which is greater and eternal will strive to reflect the Son of God and His teachings.
These teachings include calling a sin a sin, for He died upon a cross for these sins. We are told that once we accept Him as our Savior to continue to live in sin is an insult unto Jesus Himself, and those that do this are in actuality not a child of God, but of His adversary, Satan (1 John 3).
So then how a person votes shows how their mind is attuned to the teachings of the Bible, and how informed they are about who they are voting for and how willing they are to listen not only to God, but upon what they see with their eyes and hear with their ears.
Then when it comes time to vote, they will be voting as God desires, but if they do not listen as was witnessed in 2012, God’s wrath will ultimately come into play. As has happened in the last eight years with the destruction of this nation’s image throughout the world, amongst other things.
Those that truly know God, knows that He must be first in ALL that we do. Since the vote is included in “all” then we must think. Is this someone that reflects God? If the answer is no, then that person is someone we should not vote for. If they curse, are vulgar, support sin and declare that sin is more important than God, they are not “Christian,” and so should not have our support for how they act reflects upon us and in reflection upon us reflects upon God.
