Discussion

Colossians 1:18 – Christ is also the head of the church, which is his body. He is the beginning, supreme over all who rise from the dead. So he is first in everything.

Those who accept Jesus Christ as their Savior and become a temple for the Holy Spirit. Then strive within their lives to keep their temple clean of sin. Are used by Jesus, who is the head, to serve God and His plan. Which is to welcome all who seek salvation to be welcomed into an eternal life.

Now we have to establish a key point here.

What is the eternal life promised?

Now to make this perfectly clear. No one knows with certainty what enteral life will be like. However, we are given hints from the Bible itself. The first of these is the thousand-year reign of Jesus Christ.

Revelation 20:4-6 – Then I saw thrones, and the people sitting on them had been given the authority to judge. And I saw the souls of those who had been beheaded for their testimony about Jesus and for proclaiming the word of God. They had not worshiped the beast or his statue, nor accepted his mark on their foreheads or their hands. They all came to life again, and they reigned with Christ for a thousand years. 5 This is the first resurrection. (The rest of the dead did not come back to life until the thousand years had ended.) 6 Blessed and holy are those who share in the first resurrection. For them the second death holds no power, but they will be priests of God and of Christ and will reign with him a thousand years.

This is referring to those that will share the rule with Jesus Christ during his thousand-year reign. Let us look at verse four in the KJV:

Revelation 20:4 – And I saw thrones, and they sat upon them, and judgment was given unto them: and I saw the souls of them that were beheaded for the witness of Jesus, and for the word of God, and which had not worshipped the beast, neither his image, neither had received his mark upon their foreheads, or in their hands; and they lived and reigned with Christ a thousand years.

In the near future there will come a time when those that profess, they are Christian, and that Jesus is real will be beheaded. There will also come a point when people are asked to place marks upon their heads and “in their hands.”

Yes, this looks dark and to some scary. But why? Because they fear death. What else is said in this verse though. “They lived and reigned with Christ a thousand years.”

This is the beginning of eternity. (John 3:16; 6:40; Romans 6:23)

In Science Fiction stories there comes a time when hundreds of years from now. Those that are our progeny reach a point where they ascend into a new live form. One that is eternal.

This is what the Bible says:

John 5:24 – “I tell you the truth, those who listen to my message and believe in God who sent me have eternal life. They will never be condemned for their sins, but they have already passed from death into life.

It also shows that eternal life is not just for those that believe in God, but for those that deny Him as well.

Matthew 25:46 – “And they will go away into eternal punishment, but the righteous will go into eternal life.”

You ever notice movies where you see a guy who is wounded and dying. He screams “I DON’T WANT TO DIE! I WANT TO LIVE!”

All this tells me is that he has no concept of what is within the Bible or who Jesus Christ is and why He died for him. This is why I am making this lesson today. I have reached my limit with this mentality.

This is one of those things that are not taught or avoided. Mainly because many don’t understand the mentality of this situation. This life at its most last just over one hundred years (100). What is offered in this world, which lasts this short time?

Matthew 6:19 – “Don’t store up treasures here on earth, where moths eat them and rust destroys them, and where thieves break in and steal.

This is the reality of possessions in this world. So why would you want to live?

People have turned life into nothing but a MMORPG where most everyone is going to the Chinese gold sellers, even those that call themselves “Christian,” to advance themselves to the upper levels of the game. Most never experiencing the game or following the rules. All the time they do this there is a level to the game that gets them to the endgame that has all the best rewards and endgame material that literally is never ending and constantly different.

This end game is reached by not cheating and selling out to money. It is reached by learning the Bible. It is reached by accepting that God is real. That His Son died upon a cross for your sins. Then on the third day rose from the dead. Healed save for the holes in his wrist, angles, and His side. For forty day He walked amongst those that knew Him and those that did not. Well over five hundred people saw Jesus in those forty days.

More than is required to show that Jesus Christ is real. That He is not a myth or a fairytale. That He is not a video game.

The endgame can only be reached through Jesus Christ.

John 3:16 – “For this is how God loved the world: He gave his one and only Son, so that everyone who believes in him will not perish but have eternal life.”

The world is all of humanity. Every single person. All that is required is to accept Jesus Christ as your Savior. Get baptized in the name of Jesus. Then to follow ALL the rules that are required. Which you will find if you are sincere and truly believe will not be difficult to adhere to, in most cases.

Here is one thing that many leave out though. We are in a corrupt body. However, due to this we will be tempted to sin. This is our part in the relationship with God. Through Jesus Christ. We have to commit ourselves not to sin. Any sin, but especially those sins that the bible explicitly says will not give the person access to an eternal life.

The eternal life is the endgame. In this eternal life we will live billions upon billions of years. Like that promised to those in the future generations in Sci-Fi’s. However, God promises it to all of humanity, future, past as well as present.

Science Fiction offers a corrupt version of what God offers to all of humanity. Humans always offer a corrupt version of what God offers. That is always the nature of the corrupt. To seek after perfection here in the temporary. When the true perfection can only be gifted by the Creator of everything and every true happiness.

Humans always try to promise all and diminish God. To the point of saying God does not exist and all the wonders of the universe can be reached through the acts of humans. Meanwhile humanity lessens other humans and seeks to make themselves greater than any other person. Not caring for any but their own wants and desires. To the point that they see life itself as ugly and terrible. This is reality. This is corruption.

As we approach the soon return of Jesus Christ. Things will become worse for those that accept that God is real. That Jesus Christ is their Savior. This is foretold within the Bible and we are now witnessing it become fact today. Thus, verifying the truth of the Bible.

It also states during the first half of the tribulation billions will come to accept the reality of God and His Son Jesus and that they will be willing and happy to die. Not in suicide but in decapitation, by those that look down upon the rest of humanity. Especially those who profess that God does not existence. Why? Because they are threatened. All humanity. Each individual wish to be their center of their universe. Crowning themselves their own god. Again, a corrupt translation of the true life meant for all humanity. King and queen of their own lives for a mere hundred years instead of serving the Creator of all for billions upon billions of years. Possibly exploring a new universe with new galaxies. New stars, with new planets about them. For the Bible does promise a new earth and new universe.

Isaiah 65:17 – “Look! I am creating new heavens and a new earth, and no one will even think about the old ones anymore.”

We are to proudly stand before those that seek our end. To tell the truth that is within the Bible. To not kill ourselves in selfishness, because life is not going the way we want it to. But to be killed by those that seek to hide the truth. Which is done by saying God is not a myth when He is reality itself. The air we breathe, the rain we feel upon our faces when it rains. All this is God’s doing. Which makes following the teachings of Jesus Christ something worth doing. As well as worth dying for, but not by our own hands.

This short time we live on this earth (James 4:14) is not worth killing ourselves for when we have a lifetime that will last for all eternity. What is sad, is that those that fully reject God will have an eternity of sorrow and pain.

God loves all of humanity. Really, He does. He wants all to live billions of years in happiness. Never in sorrow, but billions have chosen just to do that. They do that by saying God is a lie. A fantasy. A phony.

Well God is real, and His Son did die for all our sins and then rose from the dead. So that we can all live for all eternity. All you need do is accept Jesus as your Savior and be baptized in His name. Then the need to be scared of death will never cross your mind ever again.

Once again if you are thinking of ending your life. I highly recommend that you please call 1 (800) 273 8255 which is the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline.

In the movie Black Rian (1989). There is a scene where the star Michael Douglas has a meeting with the head honcho of the Japanese Yakuza. In this scene the Yakuza leader talks about how America has changed the culture of the Japanese people since their loss in World War II. The leader says this about a lower-level Yakuza group leader:

“He might as well be an American. His kind respect just one thing—money.”

These are the words of criminal leader. Who, from his view, was seeking revenge upon America for dropping the atomic bomb on Japan. This script was written by two Americans, but the statement made says volumes. Here is one of the verses from the Bible on the topic of money:

1 Timothy 6:10 – For the love of money is the root of all kinds of evil. And some people, craving money, have wandered from the true faith and pierced themselves with many sorrows.

Jesus says we have a choice to make:

Matthew 6:24 – “No one can serve two masters. For you will hate one and love the other; you will be devoted to one and despise the other. You cannot serve God and be enslaved to money.”

When reflecting on the quote from the movie “Black Rain.” An aspect of the United States of America is revealed. That I personally believe is accurate. It shows that the people of the United States think mostly of one thing. Money. This includes those that call themselves “Christian.”

Now I wish to show something from the book of Revelation which could reflect this nation.

Revelation 18:11 – The merchants of the world will weep and mourn for her, for there is no one left to buy their goods.

Revelation 18:14-17 – “The fancy things you loved so much are gone,” they cry. “All your luxuries and splendor are gone forever, never to be yours again.” 15 The merchants who became wealthy by selling her these things will stand at a distance, terrified by her great torment. They will weep and cry out, 17 In a single moment all the wealth of the city is gone!” And all the captains of the merchant ships and their passengers and sailors and crews will stand at a distance.

Then earlier in this chapter it says this also:

Revelation 18:4 – Then I heard another voice calling from heaven, “Come away from her, my people. Do not take part in her sins, or you will be punished with her.

The key element of these sins is money as is witnessed by these latter verses of this chapter. So, what or who is the master of the city of Babylon?

The answer: money.

Which is not the master of Christians, but the master this “city” which is worshipping money otherwise known as the world.

It is made clear in Revelation 18:4 that those that follow Jesus Christ must turn away from the ways that pollute the city of Babylon. So, if money is their god, then those that profess to be “Christian” must turn away from money.

Seeking after luxuries, after possessions is seen as sinful in the Bible.

1 John 2:15-17 – Do not love this world nor the things it offers you, for when you love the world, you do not have the love of the Father in you. 16 For the world offers only a craving for physical pleasure, a craving for everything we see, and pride in our achievements and possessions. These are not from the Father, but are from this world. 17 And this world is fading away, along with everything that people crave. But anyone who does what pleases God will live forever.

Yet many who profess they are Christian live in luxuries. While only having cravings for physical pleasures. They have cravings for everything they see. They have pride in their achievements and their possessions.

I know this is true. For I have seen it with my own eyes. In many churches throughout this nation. By many who profess to be Christian. Yet they live in huge houses, with more rooms within them then is needed to live within. These extra and physically empty rooms filled with possessions that do nothing but gather dust. They drive in expensive vehicles. They seek pleasures upon cruise ships and upon golf courses. Drinking of wines and liquors to receive physical pleasures. They are prideful of their earthly achievements. Seeking glory and recognition for their peers, but not from God.

Why do they do this and not realize they are in error. They are in sin. Because this is how it has been for generations. Because they have turned away from the true teaches of the Bible. Yet due to the dullness of decades within these repeated sins. People believe they are in the right of actions, when in reality they are in error. All due to the love of money, yet believing they are of God and loving God. When the Bible states this is the opposite.

People say they must have money to get their basic needs. To be clothed to be fed. This is what Jesus Christ Himself said about this:

Luke 12:22-34 – “Then, turning to his disciples, Jesus said, “That is why I tell you not to worry about everyday life—whether you have enough food to eat or enough clothes to wear. 23 For life is more than food, and your body more than clothing. 24 Look at the ravens. They don’t plant or harvest or store food in barns, for God feeds them. And you are far more valuable to him than any birds! 25 Can all your worries add a single moment to your life? 26 And if worry can’t accomplish a little thing like that, what’s the use of worrying over bigger things? 27 “Look at the lilies and how they grow. They don’t work or make their clothing, yet Solomon in all his glory was not dressed as beautifully as they are. 28 And if God cares so wonderfully for flowers that are here today and thrown into the fire tomorrow, he will certainly care for you. Why do you have so little faith? 29 “And don’t be concerned about what to eat and what to drink. Don’t worry about such things. 30 These things dominate the thoughts of unbelievers all over the world, but your Father already knows your needs. 31 Seek the Kingdom of God above all else, and he will give you everything you need. 32 “So don’t be afraid, little flock. For it gives your Father great happiness to give you the Kingdom. 33 “Sell your possessions and give to those in need. This will store up treasure for you in heaven! And the purses of heaven never get old or develop holes. Your treasure will be safe; no thief can steal it and no moth can destroy it. 34 Wherever your treasure is, there the desires of your heart will also be.”

“Wherever your treasure is, there the desires of your heart will also be.”

What are our needs?

To be fed. To be clothed. These are the only needs listed by Jesus Christ. Beyond this is a want.

We seek shelter to seek comfort. To protect our bodies beyond the clothing. So, our shelter should not be large. But just enough to give us this basic protection. Yet many seek more than this. The bigger the shelter the more possessions we add within it. So, we should seek to minimize our shelter forcing us to sell our possessions.

Remember the young rich man:

Mark 10:17-31 – As Jesus was starting out on his way to Jerusalem, a man came running up to him, knelt down, and asked, “Good Teacher, what must I do to inherit eternal life?” 18 “Why do you call me good?” Jesus asked. “Only God is truly good. 19 But to answer your question, you know the commandments: ‘You must not murder. You must not commit adultery. You must not steal. You must not testify falsely. You must not cheat anyone. Honor your father and mother.’” 20 “Teacher,” the man replied, “I’ve obeyed all these commandments since I was young.” 21 Looking at the man, Jesus felt genuine love for him. “There is still one thing you haven’t done,” he told him. “Go and sell all your possessions and give the money to the poor, and you will have treasure in heaven. Then come, follow me.” 22 At this the man’s face fell, and he went away sad, for he had many possessions. 23 Jesus looked around and said to his disciples, “How hard it is for the rich to enter the Kingdom of God!” 24 This amazed them. But Jesus said again, “Dear children, it is very hard to enter the Kingdom of God. 25 In fact, it is easier for a camel to go through the eye of a needle than for a rich person to enter the Kingdom of God!” 26 The disciples were astounded. “Then who in the world can be saved?” they asked. 27 Jesus looked at them intently and said, “Humanly speaking, it is impossible. But not with God. Everything is possible with God.” 28 Then Peter began to speak up. “We’ve given up everything to follow you,” he said. 29 “Yes,” Jesus replied, “and I assure you that everyone who has given up house or brothers or sisters or mother or father or children or property, for my sake and for the Good News, 30 will receive now in return a hundred times as many houses, brothers, sisters, mothers, children, and property—along with persecution. And in the world to come that person will have eternal life. 31 But many who are the greatest now will be least important then, and those who seem least important now will be the greatest then.”

Too many worry about themselves. Forgetting that it is not they that gives them food and clothing, but God. Their worries cause them to save their money and then to seek after possessions.

During the time of my year of Job. When God took all my possessions away from me. I had a debate with a Jewish person that had fallen away from God. She kept telling me to sell all my possessions. Unaware that I had already lost everything. She kept returning to this one point. This is how those that have rejected God see those of the Christian community today. They see them as the rich the privileged. That is why they seek to destroy Christianity. They see Christians as wasters of money. And why shouldn’t they? When the Bible makes it clear that any money that goes above the necessary needs is to go to those in dire straits. Not to be stored up wealth, but to share with those in need especially those within the body of Christ.

1 John 3:17 – If someone has enough money to live well and sees a brother or sister in need but shows no compassion—how can God’s love be in that person?

This is how those within Christianity should be acting. Yet so few that call themselves the children of God do this very thing in today’s society. Which is a sad truth. So they need to think hard upon this verse from 1 John. And decide for themselves who it is they wish to follow. God through Jesus Christ or the world.

God Bless.

Discussion

Today I just want to talk. If you have ever looked through my blog site. You will see this a lot in the over 850 posts that are in it.

You may have noticed that God is a large part in my life. There are those out there that call God “imaginary.”

To those that say this I actually feel sorry for you. You have closed off yourself to the possibility that there is God. That there is a supreme being that promised eternal life to all of humanity including you.

Yes you.

Now hear me out. You guys post that we that believe in God are weird. Strange. You are determined to look down upon us and belittle us. We, however, look at you as our equals. Fellow humans seeking answers to questions that are difficult if not impossible to answer.

People have this strange misunderstanding that what they call the after life will be sitting around being happy happy joy joy and doing nothing. This is a lie. And yes that was a movie reference if you caught it.

Is there a heaven? Yes, there is. However, it is not what we are promised for all our eternal life. This “heaven” is only a temporary holding area to what is the real promise. We are told we will be servants unto God. Servants perform tasks and duties. We are told there will be new heavens and a new earth. Or as I like to refer to it as a second big bang.  It is here that these assigned tasks will be fulfilled. As well as helping Jesus Christ reign as King of this world for one thousand years, before that new universe is created by our Creator: God.

We will do these tasks alive in a body that does not age. Does not get sick. It is the elevation of a species you see many times portrayed in Sci-Fi movies and television shows. Except in them it is only for those that live after us. It is never for us. It is never for you. That is the ultimate lie.

It is for you. It is for every single human that has ever lived or will live. It is for those that were and are killed before they even see the light of day. It is for those that have lived to an old age. It is for those that are killed in accidents. It is for those that were killed in wars or in crimes.

But the problem is. They must accept God is real. They must accept Jesus lived and died for us all.

Now I know why this is a problem for you. You want to be in control. You wish to rule your own life. You do not wish things you perceive as greater than you are controlling how you think or what you do. The thing is you already live that very way.

You do this every time you join in with how others think and behave. You did it the moment you accepted that God is an “imaginary friend.” This is verified by the fact that most times people wish to confront and demean the way Christians think those two words appear. Time and time again. You have just joined in with something greater than yourself. You are allowing something that gives the image it is greater than you to control the way you think and comprehend things. You are not living freely. You have joined in with the crowd that has fun belittling those they see as lesser than themselves.

Those that truly follow the teachings of Jesus Christ do not belittle others. Those that do and call themselves “Christian” are really not, to be very honest with you. They may think they are, but their actions say otherwise. Any who look down upon other humans do not know the true value of a human life. Any human life.

Christianity teaches the equality of all humanity. Young, old. Born or unborn. Of any race, creed or belief. This is one thing that those that challenge this truth use it to challenge Christianity.

Now why do I say this?

In many cases those that challenge Christianity bring up past behavior of humanity. Now we need to distinguish an important fact. Just because a person acts in what they call “Christianity” does not mean they are a true follower of Jesus Christ. It just means they were raised with teachings that came from the Bible. Does this make them truly “Christian?” No, it does not. And since this does not make them truly Christian. Then you can not use that as an excuse for the behavior of a human if that human performs actions that can be seen as a crime against a fellow human or humans. Yet time and again this is an excuse that is used and when someone tries to explain this point to those that wish to show Christianity as evil.

All they accomplish in showing is that humans are evil. Not Christianity. The Bible teaches that all humans ARE evil. ALL have the ability to perform acts and actions that can been seen by others as horrific. True Christianity allows humans the ability to escape their human weaknesses and faults. To end what is called their sins. Again, this is something that those that wish to place the blame of all the cruelty upon a religion. A religion that was the predominate religion of the known world at that time.

Here is the issue.

I can name multiple times in history that humans. Sometimes in the name of Christianity. Have done actions in the name of what they believed to be their faith. However, in reality they were done in actions of power, greed, lust and outright evil. All of which are called sins in the Bible and seen of as wrong and something to feel guilt and sorrow over. Something to seek forgiveness for. Something to ask for a higher power to give leniency and forgiveness for. Yet those that performed these atrocities never asked for true forgiveness. Many living in a belief that they were in the right. In reality they were not.

Another excuse to deny God and Jesus comes from those that say Jesus never lived. These people are not students of true history. Josephus was a historian of Jewish decent that wrote for the Romans. His loyalty was to Rome, not to the people of his birth. He wrote of Jesus Christ.

Archaeologist have found locations that correspond to the Bible. As will as the remains of people within the Bible. Like for example the leader of the Pharisees: Caiaphas. Additionally, we have those that wrote the New Testament. Paul, Peter, John, and James. Roman documents show the fate of these men. How they died and what punishments they endured.

Scholars have come to this conclusion. Myths do not come into existence until those people that knew them are no longer alive. Thus, myths do not begin until one hundred and fifty years after the historical figure has died. Here is the rub. The first letters that formed the New Testament came into being in less than twenty years after Jesus left. The last to come into being and was finished before the turn of the first century. This means the New Testament was written in under seventy years after Christ ascended. Well within the lifetime of those that knew and saw Jesus Christ. Giving these people ample time and ability to show Jesus as a fake. None of this occurred. So, Jesus being a myth and a fairytale is a fallacy created by those that wish to control and subjugate. Those they wish to dominate and manipulate. In other words, rule over those that listen to them.

The Bible says that those that let sin be their master wish to have others join them. They wish to have others join in their sorrow and the chains they have placed upon themselves. However, they don’t see it because all they can focus on is the here and now. The joy and exhilaration. The euphoria that comes with some sins. Makes people desire to bring others into the fold. They don’t care about the consequences. They just relish the physical rush of this temporal world they see as their life.

Those that have created this falsehood that there is no God. That Jesus did not exist. Have also pushed a fable that all there is to life is this short one hundred years we live. That we must seek to create a name for ourselves through our actions or our progeny a legacy. As you look back throughout history you can see this is a predominate theme of all of humanity.

Why does this theme exist?

Because people have lost the true meaning or understanding of the Bible. This is mainly due to most not even reading it and taking the words of others they see as more aware than they are of what is shown and meant within this book. That is why it is so important to actually study the Bible. Not just read it. There are many that read the Bible, and they include those that oppose it. They pick a statement here or a wording there. Then turn and use it as a way of denying God or have shown the “flaws” within the Bible.

A prime example of this is shown when the Reformation occurred in 1517. What caused this to take place was false teachings being pushed out by the Catholic Church. Like the use of items called “relics” and papers called “indulgences.” They had to win their way out of the church made “purgatory.” People were not allowed to think for themselves. They must conform totally and solely to the edicts of the Pope, the cardinals, bishops and their priests.

In this time, it was actually illegal for the common man to come to know the Bible for themselves. It was also impossible for the commoner to read the Bible. It took another hundred years and the printing press to help allow humanity to come into possession of the Bible. This freedom caused the Puritans to come into being. Those that adhered more closely to the teachings of the Bible than those before them. Yet they too as time went by faltered. Again, allowing others to tell them how to think, feel and live.

We now live in a time when all can freely and willingly read and study the Bible for themselves. Yet they don’t. Many do this because people they look up to say it is fable, a fairytale. I heard these words myself leave the lips of a Methodist priest. When even those within the church call the words within the Bible fairytales. The corruption that causes people to think that there is no eternal life has bled into the churches themselves. It is no wonder that people no longer acknowledge there is God and that His one and only Son took our sins upon Himself and died in our stead. So that we may live an eternal life in the service to God.

No human is greater than any other human. We should not look up to others. Just as others should not look down upon others. All are servants to all.

There is an eternal life.

“There is no eternal life.” Someone just insisted. “There is only blackness.” Another just said.

I have experienced blackness. In a dream from God. In this dream this blackness seemed to last forever. In this dream I was falling ever falling in this blackness. As I fell a light began to show below me. Not only a light, but motion. The ground was moving. As I fell, I saw that it was humans. Uncountable humans all in misery. All living in eternal judgement. This is your blackness. The beginning of an eternal life in pain and suffering. So, there is eternal life not only for the righteous, but also for those that have turned against God and called Him a fallacy. An eternal life that begins in the opposite of that for those that accept God. They see light, those that reject Him see darkness.

I say these words. In hopes that you will awaken from the control of others and accept your freedom promised through salvation. All you need do is to accept that we are not in control. Even those that think they are in control are not. They are just tool. For God knows all a person has done, And God Himself places people into power. Even those leaders that have committed atrocities. Like for example Hitler. It was his orders that led to over thirteen million killed in concentration camp. It was six million of those killed that led the Jewish people back to their homeland. And so, they reestablished the nation of Israel. The only nation to ever do this.

Discussion

In the last two podcast we have been talking about ruins. What are ruins?

There are many definitions that can apply to this subject. So, I will quote more than one:

“the broken parts that are left of a building or town that has been destroyed.”

“a situation in which a person or company has lost all their money or their reputation.”

“to spoil or destroy something completely.” These are all from the Cambridge Dictionary.

I list the last definition in this position on purpose, because I wish us to look at the word “spoil.”

“to destroy or reduce the pleasure, interest, or beauty of something.”

The “beauty of something.”

God see beauty in those that accept Him as their Savior through His Son Jesus. And He implores us to show that beauty in our hearts.

1 Peter 3:3-5 – Don’t be concerned about the outward beauty of fancy hairstyles, expensive jewelry, or beautiful clothes. 4 You should clothe yourselves instead with the beauty that comes from within, the unfading beauty of a gentle and quiet spirit, which is so precious to God. 5 This is how the holy women of old made themselves beautiful. They put their trust in God and accepted the authority of their husbands.

True this topic is about how a woman should think, but does this not apply to all that put on the robes of salvation?

As I was reading Hebrews the topic of accepting Jesus as the Messiah is the main topic. The audience this letter is aimed at are the Jewish people. Most of whom to this day reject Jesus as the true Son of God. I read a meme the other day on this as well, which I have mentioned before I believe. But it stated that the Jewish people accept the law but rejected Jesus. While Christians accept Jesus but reject the law.

Hebrews can now at this time be applied to those that call themselves Christian due to what this meme has implied.

But back on topic.

As I was reading Hebrews the topic of a building came out in the third chapter.

3:1-6 – And so, dear brothers and sisters who belong to God and are partners with those called to heaven, think carefully about this Jesus whom we declare to be God’s messenger and High Priest. 2 For he was faithful to God, who appointed him, just as Moses served faithfully when he was entrusted with God’s entire house. 3 But Jesus deserves far more glory than Moses, just as a person who builds a house deserves more praise than the house itself. 4 For every house has a builder, but the one who built everything is God. 5 Moses was certainly faithful in God’s house as a servant. His work was an illustration of the truths God would reveal later. 6 But Christ, as the Son, is in charge of God’s entire house. And we are God’s house, if we keep our courage and remain confident in our hope in Christ.

”And we are God’s house, if we keep our courage and remain confident in our hope in Christ.”

Why I repeated the last part of verse six, is because people have not kept their courage nor remained confident in their hope for Jesus Christ.

They instead place their hopes and confidence in material objects and money. Thus turning themselves into ruins.

What do I mean by that?

To do that we need to look at the KJV of this verse:

“But Christ as a son over his own house; whose house are we, if we hold fast the confidence and the rejoicing of the hope firm unto the end.”

Hold fast – G2722 – to hold down (fast), in various applications (literally or figuratively)

The confidence – G3954 – all out spokenness, that is, frankness, bluntness, publicity; by implication assurance.

Of the hope – G1680 – to anticipate usually with pleasure

Firm – G949 – (through the idea of basality); stable

By holding onto the promise and the hope that Jesus Christ is real. We are to live our lives like Jesus Christ Himself. However, we can strive to live up to the ideals He Himself placed before us to follow. Yet, none can fully live like Christ.  Like for example in seeking after earthly good and objects.

Matthew 6:19-21 – “Don’t store up treasures here on earth, where moths eat them and rust destroys them, and where thieves break in and steal. 20 Store your treasures in heaven, where moths and rust cannot destroy, and thieves do not break in and steal. 21 Wherever your treasure is, there the desires of your heart will also be.

By seeking after worldly items and affections we are not staying firm. All fall short in this. None can seek exemption.

Why?

Because we live within a corrupt body. As you read through the last part of the New Testament. Words repeat themselves, like “self-control” as a prime example. Even those that have fully commit to Jesus Christ as their Savior. Even those that are filled with the Holy Ghost. All falter and fall short.

Does this mean to give up?

No!

That is the last thing a person must do. However, it is crucial that they strive to end all sin within their lives. Especially those that the Bible states will not be welcomed in the Kingdom of Heaven. Why cling on to the items that will easily burn in the last trial before God Himself.

We should seek after those building materials that will withstand that fiery trial. These items can only be found by living a live that is a true reflection of our Savior Jesus Christ. The closer we come to be like Jesus. The stronger and sturdier the building materials that forms the walls of our faith, which will withstand the trial.

The next verses in Matthew six Jesus makes it clear how we should try and live our lives.

Matthew 6:22-25 – “Your eye is like a lamp that provides light for your body. When your eye is healthy, your whole body is filled with light. 23 But when your eye is unhealthy, your whole body is filled with darkness. And if the light you think you have is actually darkness, how deep that darkness is! 24 “No one can serve two masters. For you will hate one and love the other; you will be devoted to one and despise the other. You cannot serve God and be enslaved to money. 25 “That is why I tell you not to worry about everyday life—whether you have enough food and drink, or enough clothes to wear. Isn’t life more than food, and your body more than clothing?

This is reemphasized in 1 John:

2:15-17 – Do not love this world nor the things it offers you, for when you love the world, you do not have the love of the Father in you. 16 For the world offers only a craving for physical pleasure, a craving for everything we see, and pride in our achievements and possessions. These are not from the Father, but are from this world. 17 And this world is fading away, along with everything that people crave. But anyone who does what pleases God will live forever.

When people seek after luxuries. Looks, wealth. That is what is being worshipped. Not God, nor His Son our Savior, Jesus Christ. Seeking after glory. Seeking after a legacy. Seeking to become part of history. Is worshipping the world.

This world. This earth will end.

Isaiah 65:17 – “Look! I am creating new heavens and a new earth, and no one will even think about the old ones anymore.”

Why waste our time trying to achieve things that serve this world? Living in comfort while others live in squaller. Dressing in fine clothing while a child freezes in the cold due to not having a coat. Seeking after a name; while a soldier that fought to protect you lives in a cardboard box. Then commits suicide thinking of all the horrors they committed or witnessed in war.

But I will not say anything further. It is up to those listen and reading to awaken to their own truths.

Hebrews 5:11-6:1 – There is much more we would like to say about this, but it is difficult to explain, especially since you are spiritually dull and don’t seem to listen. 12 You have been believers so long now that you ought to be teaching others. Instead, you need someone to teach you again the basic things about God’s word. You are like babies who need milk and cannot eat solid food. 13 For someone who lives on milk is still an infant and doesn’t know how to do what is right. 14 Solid food is for those who are mature, who through training have the skill to recognize the difference between right and wrong.

6:1 So let us stop going over the basic teachings about Christ again and again. Let us go on instead and become mature in our understanding. Surely we don’t need to start again with the fundamental importance of repenting from evil deeds and placing our faith in God.

That is the rub of it, isn’t it? People must be willing to open their hearts to the truth. But throughout the century’s humanity has been drifting further from God. Just as the Jewish people drifted so far from our Creator that He caused them to be scattered throughout the world.

Deuteronomy 28:63-64 “Just as the LORD has found great pleasure in causing you to prosper and multiply, the LORD will find pleasure in destroying you. You will be torn from the land you are about to enter and occupy. 64 For the LORD will scatter you among all the nations from one end of the earth to the other. There you will worship foreign gods that neither you nor your ancestors have known, gods made of wood and stone!

The promise to us is not to be scattered throughout the nations. The promise given to us is the end of this earth, and the beginning of that will be the tribulation. Which is meant to remove those that love the world more than they love their Creator. That time is near.

God Bless

Discussion

Last week we discussed the ruins of buildings in both the past and the future. There are other ruins that exist in this world. Ruins that we see daily. Yet few if any truly acknowledge them or their existence. These ruins are those that once knew salvation and have strayed form the Word of God for their own versions of the Bible which makes them happy, but they do not consider God’s happiness. Which is that they live forever an eternal structure made by the hand of God Himself.

God wishes these ruins to be rebuilt. To be made whole once more. But they need a starting point from where to lay down the foundation. Yes, their foundation is Jesus Christ Himself. However, doesn’t He provide a starting point?

Jesus Himself identifies what He sees as the greatest of the commandments.

Matthew 22:34-40 – But when the Pharisees heard that he had silenced the Sadducees with his reply, they met together to question him again. 35 One of them, an expert in religious law, tried to trap him with this question: 36 “Teacher, which is the most important commandment in the law of Moses?” 37 Jesus replied, “‘You must love the LORD your God with all your heart, all your soul, and all your mind.’ 38 This is the first and greatest commandment. 39 A second is equally important: ‘Love your neighbor as yourself.’ 40 The entire law and all the demands of the prophets are based on these two commandments.”

I want to look at the KJV of the second of these commandments:

“And the second is like unto it, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself.”

As – G5613 – hos – which how that is in that manner.

Leviticus 19:18 – Thou shalt not avenge, nor bear any grudge against the children of thy people, but thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself: I am the LORD.

As thyself – H3644 – kemo – according to such as in comparison

The implication here is we are to view our neighbor in a way that would make them greater.

Philippians 2:3 – Let nothing be done through strife or vainglory; but in lowliness of mind let each esteem other better than themselves.

When we think of what we want. That is what we should make possible for our neighbors. Does this mean surrendering all?

No.

However, you should judge your own lives against those that you should be helping.

Those that seek to be great should be a servant to the rest.

Matthew 20:25-28 – But Jesus called them unto him, and said, Ye know that the princes of the Gentiles exercise dominion over them, and they that are great exercise authority upon them. 26 But it shall not be so among you: but whosoever will be great among you, let him be your minister; 27 And whosoever will be chief among you, let him be your servant: 28 Even as the Son of man came not to be ministered unto, but to minister, and to give his life a ransom for many.

Jesus Christ is the greatest. Yet he made Himself not only our servant but our sacrifice.

That is why He said that if someone sacrifices themselves for another is something we should seek if that is what is required of us. (1 John 3:16)

So, to treat our neighbors as we wish to be treated, we must be humble.

This humility should also be reflected in how we our lives.

Once we have surplus that which is extra should be given away. To those in the body of Christ first.  Then to those in need outside of the body second. This is how someone rebuilds the ruins that most have made of their lives. Most without even being aware that they are ruins.

Another way of rebuilding the ruins of a life is by ending sin. Many live in and accept sins within their lives that they love and value more than God Himself.

Now here there will be those that scoff at this. Some may not even realize they are doing this. This is the greatest flaw in humanity itself. This is seen in the way the Bible is written. The letters that formed the New Testament were written to people that had become saved. That had become followers of Jesus Christ. That had turned their backs upon sin.

Yet as you read these letters a recurrent theme appears. To have self-control. To remain true to the laws of Moses. To be repentant. To end sin.

Were not these people, these letters were written for saved? Yes, they were. Then why were they still required to live with these demands upon their lives? Because they were as we are, in corruption. Our nature due to this corruption is to focus upon ourselves, not God. That is the entire problem. This is why we are to study upon the Bible and to learn how to change our lives. To attempt to the best of our ability to end sin within our lives with the help of the Holy Spirit. Especially those sins which will not allow us entry into our eternal service unto God. Through His Son our Savior Jesus Christ.

2 Timothy 2:15-19 – Work hard so you can present yourself to God and receive his approval. Be a good worker, one who does not need to be ashamed and who correctly explains the word of truth. 16 Avoid worthless, foolish talk that only leads to more godless behavior. 17 This kind of talk spreads like cancer, as in the case of Hymenaeus and Philetus. 18 They have left the path of truth, claiming that the resurrection of the dead has already occurred; in this way, they have turned some people away from the faith. 19 But God’s truth stands firm like a foundation stone with this inscription: “The LORD knows those who are his,” and “All who belong to the LORD must turn away from evil.”

“Work hard so you can present yourself to God and receive His approval.”

Isaiah 52:11 – Get out! Get out and leave your captivity, where everything you touch is unclean. Get out of there and purify yourselves, you who carry home the sacred objects of the LORD.

Ending sin in our lives and helping others is a job, which requires our diligent attention. For are we not “sacred objects” a temple unto God due to the Holy Spirit?

1 Corinthians 3:6-15 – I planted the seed in your hearts, and Apollos watered it, but it was God who made it grow. 7 It’s not important who does the planting, or who does the watering. What’s important is that God makes the seed grow. 8 The one who plants and the one who waters work together with the same purpose. And both will be rewarded for their own hard work. 9 For we are both God’s workers. And you are God’s field. You are God’s building. 10 Because of God’s grace to me, I have laid the foundation like an expert builder. Now others are building on it. But whoever is building on this foundation must be very careful. 11 For no one can lay any foundation other than the one we already have—Jesus Christ. 12 Anyone who builds on that foundation may use a variety of materials—gold, silver, jewels, wood, hay, or straw. 13 But on the judgment day, fire will reveal what kind of work each builder has done. The fire will show if a person’s work has any value. 14 If the work survives, that builder will receive a reward. 15 But if the work is burned up, the builder will suffer great loss. The builder will be saved, but like someone barely escaping through a wall of flames.

These verses shows that those teaching the scripture must teach them accurately. Or they will themselves will suffer if they have taught people inaccurately.

This shows that people can be taught a false gospel. Even by those that were once shown as true to God but have turned away from the true Gospel as witnessed in 2 Timothy 2:17 mentioned earlier. It also shows that those that do turn away will suffer the consequences for teaching lessons that are pleasing to the ears of the listeners and does not make them feel the need to end their sins. Thus, going back to the earlier point of placing others before ourselves.

When seeking to make sure that others are heading into a righteous life. Doing so in such a manner that it causes them to know the true way into salvation. Then how to grow as true followers of Jesus Christ. Those that do this are placing those seeking after God before themselves. Helping people to truly seek after an eternal life that is filled with more opportunities than people know or even realize.

But to get back on the main track.

Let us look more closely at 1 Corinthians 3:12 in the KJV:

“Now if any man build upon this foundation gold, silver, precious stones, wood, hay, stubble;”

We need to establish one key point. In the NLT the word “jewels” is used. In the KJV it is “precious stones.” This is actually in reference to marbles, alabasters, or granite. Not jewels but materials used in building extravagant structures.

Now when building the structures of our belief and faith in God. Not only do the teachers of the Bible have a part in the building. The people themselves have a part. When building upon the foundation that Jesus gave us when we accepted Him as our Savior. We all build each layer of our structure through what and how we learn about everything within the Christian belief and teachings. We all have all the layers mentioned in the verse from 1 Corinthians. Some have more than others of the various elements. Then when the time comes. That we must face the moment God passes judgment upon us through the fiery trail. How will the structure hold up and show where we stand in our salvation? Will it hold together enough to show that we have used our self-control and understanding of the Bible will enough to be seen as worthy to wear the white robes of salvation and righteousness?

That is up to every person to decide and contemplate for themselves.

Thus, the need for self-control and self-examination. But to do this we must know what it is we are to compare ourselves to. This is done through thoroughly studying the Bible and coming to understand the true and accurate teachings within it. This is done by learning the true meaning of words as they were written nearly two thousand years ago. Which can only be accomplished with study aids like that of Strong’s Concordance and the Theological Dictionaries of the Old and New Testaments. Note I do not mention commentaries, even though I have used some myself. Without true understanding how can anyone know for sure what it is that make the teachings of Jesus Christ what it is He wishes for us to know, learn and practice in our everyday lives.

It is by not following the true teaches of the Bible that there are human ruins throughout the world as these words are written down and recorded. They are ruins because they listen to that which makes wood, hay and stubble. All things that will burn away easily. Leaving a weak structure that will falter and fall in the fiery test promised to us at the time of our judgement. The only person that can fix these ruins are the people that have turned themselves into these ruins. By acknowledging they do not truly know the Bible on their own. Not taking the words of others, even myself, but taking responsibilities for their own lives. Then learning to become closer to Jesus Christ and thus closer to God.

God Bless

Discussion

I have a question for you the listener or reader of this study.

How many Roman Emperors were there and how many can you name?

Myself I can name about ten.

Yet there were over one hundred if you count them all before and after the empire split in two.

Now another question upon the same path.

How many Persian rulers have there been?

Over three hundred and fifty, and I can possibly name three.

What are the names of people not listed in the Bible before the flood?

I hope you are starting to realize where I am going with this.

The further we go back into history. The less we know about the people that lived in ancient history.

Additionally. The further we go back the more ruined buildings are.

I can say the same about the Aztec, Maya, and Pueblo of the Americas.

If you notice my intro and outro. Casting Crowns sings about whose name is important. The answer: “Only Jesus.”

Why is this?

Why is only the name Jesus important?

Or as someone listening or reading this may ask. Why is my name not important?

You hear and see, all the time, people trying to make a name for themselves. They strive to be remembered throughout what will become history. In sports, in acting, in politics, and even wars. Even in the culture we live in today people strive to make their names important.

I actually feel sorry for people that do this.

Why?

First and foremost. As the song says. Only one name is of any import. That being Jesus the Savior of all of humanity. If they so choose to accept Him as their Savior, their Messiah.

Secondly. Those that reject God will have no names except that which is seen as a curse to all. Those that accept the Christ will receive new names.

Isaiah 65:11-15 – “But because the rest of you have forsaken the LORD and have forgotten his Temple, and because you have prepared feasts to honor the god of Fate and have offered mixed wine to the god of Destiny, 12 now I will ‘destine’ you for the sword. All of you will bow down before the executioner. For when I called, you did not answer. When I spoke, you did not listen. You deliberately sinned—before my very eyes—and chose to do what you know I despise.” 13 Therefore, this is what the Sovereign LORD says: “My servants will eat, but you will starve. My servants will drink, but you will be thirsty. My servants will rejoice, but you will be sad and ashamed. 14 My servants will sing for joy, but you will cry in sorrow and despair. 15 Your name will be a curse word among my people, for the Sovereign LORD will destroy you and will call his true servants by another name.

Now as I mentioned before. The older some type of construct made by humans is found. It is broken, withered and decaying. In many cases people have no understanding of what the purpose of the buildings even were. Or even why they were built. God goes one step further in His plans for the buildings made by humanity, which in some cases reached high into the sky like the tower of Babel did. Showing the arrogance of humanity to say they are greater than He who made them. Again, we continue in Isaiah chapter 65:

17 – “Look! I am creating new heavens and a new earth, and no one will even think about the old ones anymore.

However, we can go even further in the book of Revelation:

21:1 – Then I saw a new heaven and a new earth, for the old heaven and the old earth had disappeared. And the sea was also gone.

As you can see and hear not only will there be no ruins to show the egos of humanity. The very stars themselves will be different. No longer will people look up into the heavens to look for the formations that were given names and shapes by men. All remnants of humanities vain glories will be erased from existence.

So, why worry about creating a name for yourself? Why worry about gathering unto yourself that which will rot and decay? (Matthew 6:19-21) Which will ultimately no longer even exist at all.

These are concepts even those that profess to being “Christian,” have not thought about. Which is a sad statement. For if they had they would not be seeking to live in luxuries, but a simplistic lifestyle. All are guilty of this, even myself to some degree.

Seeking after the world has infected all. Both those that accept Christ and those that deny Him. They are asleep as Christ Himself said would occur. The call that the Groom is approaching has been shouted out. The awakening has begun. (Matthew 25:6)

As I said earlier there are now ruins about this world, and eventually they will be gone. In the meantime, there will be a time when new ruins come into existence. For this we will look at the eighteen chapter of Revelation. Before we look at these verses. Think upon the description of Babylon. I will also mention a natural earthly element that could be a factor in what will be encountered in this chapter, as we look at this chapter in nearly a verse-by-verse examination.

Note: not all verses will be included. However, I highly recommend reading the full chapter.

Revelation 18:2 – He gave a mighty shout: “Babylon is fallen—that great city is fallen! She has become a home for demons. She is a hideout for every foul spirit, a hideout for every foul vulture and every foul and dreadful animal.

This chapter is not to be confused with the previous chapter, which reflects the religious version of Babylon. This Babylon is more physical. Now the Babylon of chapter 17 did bring about this declaration form the angel that made his entry in verse one of this chapter.

This “Babylon” has fallen from greatness. So, at one point it was something that could be seen as an example unto to God and so should be called great. Now, however, it is great no more. Now, due to the influence of the Babylon of chapter 17. It is a place, where it is a home for demons and, by using the apostate religion of the previous chapter. Things that are foul and evil hide under the covers of holiness, where these evil things are protected.

Revelation 18:3 – For all the nations have fallen because of the wine of her passionate immorality. The kings of the world have committed adultery with her. Because of her desires for extravagant luxury, the merchants of the world have grown rich.”

This verse shows the spiritual aspect of this Babylon and how the entire world has been affected by it. That through seeking after worldly riches. All have become addicted to their new god. The world and what they see as its riches and comforts. Making money their god and rejecting the true God. Gathering unto themselves physical objects to worship. Cars, expensive homes, filled with luxuries and comforts that they see as greater than their Creator.

Revelation 18:4 – Then I heard another voice calling from heaven, “Come away from her, my people. Do not take part in her sins, or you will be punished with her.

Here we see two things. First this shows that the events of this chapter transpire when the Holy Spirit is still present upon the earth. Since there are still humans present that are called “my people.” The second is a warning. A warning not to allow luxuries and wealth to become a part of the Christian life. Those that call themselves “Christian,” and seek after wealth and luxury are not listening to this warning and are instead asking to be punished with the corrupted Babylon. The Christians are told outright to turn away from seeking after luxuries and comforts. For that is a part of the fallen Babylon. Apart of that which hides and protects evil, and those that partake of evil deeds.

At times, an entire country is represented as a being. Due to what is about to seen in the coming verses. This could be one of those times. The angel that is giving this message. Says that this Babylon has sinned greatly and thought itself great and in no need of a husband. That husband being God. The implication in verse five through seven show this haughtiness, arrogance and evil. The result is what is to follow:

Revelation 18:8-11 – Therefore, these plagues will overtake her in a single day—death and mourning and famine. She will be completely consumed by fire, for the Lord God who judges her is mighty.” 9 And the kings of the world who committed adultery with her and enjoyed her great luxury will mourn for her as they see the smoke rising from her charred remains. 10 They will stand at a distance, terrified by her great torment. They will cry out, “How terrible, how terrible for you, O Babylon, you great city! In a single moment God’s judgment came on you.” 11 The merchants of the world will weep and mourn for her, for there is no one left to buy their goods.

As these words come out. There is a feeling that this is not just spiritual, but of something that is actually physical transpiring here. An event that will include fire and smoke. With the result of causing death, morning as well as famine.

Famine, why famine? Famine is the lack of food. Yet if this is just a city. Can it not just go out and bring some in. That is the catch. This event makes it so food can not even be grown, yet it happens in one day. We will go further into this later but keep this in mind in the meantime.

Also note that leaders who partook of her wealth will watch from a distance, and that the merchants will cry because their greatest source of income is gone to them. Again, we are looking to a focal point that has a physical aspect to it.

Revelation 18:17-18 – In a single moment all the wealth of the city is gone!” And all the captains of the merchant ships and their passengers and sailors and crews will stand at a distance. 18 They will cry out as they watch the smoke ascend, and they will say, “Where is there another city as great as this?”

Again, a physical aspect. It shows that it has access to the sea.

Revelation 18:21 – Then a mighty angel picked up a boulder the size of a huge millstone. He threw it into the ocean and shouted, “Just like this, the great city Babylon will be thrown down with violence and will never be found again.

Now, we will discuss something that is physical, and can give the results of the plagues promised to Babylon. In the northwest corner of the state of Wyoming sets a super volcano. Its name is Yellowstone. If it were to explode it would make an eruption of around 800,000 megatons. Which would kill everything within 650 miles. It would spue out deadly ash that would cover all the United States and parts of Canada. Killing millions more and making it impossible to grow crops of any type for decades, thus causing death, morning and famine in one moment and day. This would result in this as well:

Revelation 8:12 – Then the fourth angel blew his trumpet, and one-third of the sun was struck, and one-third of the moon, and one-third of the stars, and they became dark. And one-third of the day was dark, and also one-third of the night.

Thus, making new ruins of an entire nation made by humans and thought to be the greatest of all at this time in just one day. Ponder upon this and pray.

God Bless.

Discussion

Last week I showed why those that are the lukewarm are seen by God as worse than those that reject Him outright. This week I continue to explore my recent dream sent to me by God as fortified by Acts 2:17.

In this dream I encountered tin lamps. Like those used in the late 1800s and early 1900s, mainly in mines.

In the dream the lamps burnt but the light was strange.

It turned out that they barely had any oil in them and had no wicks.

This causes us to revisit the parable of the ten bridesmaids or virgins as told to us in Matthew 25.

Verses 1-13 – Then shall the kingdom of heaven be likened unto ten virgins, which took their lamps, and went forth to meet the bridegroom. 2 And five of them were wise, and five were foolish. 3 They that were foolish took their lamps, and took no oil with them: 4 But the wise took oil in their vessels with their lamps. 5 While the bridegroom tarried, they all slumbered and slept. 6 And at midnight there was a cry made, Behold, the bridegroom cometh; go ye out to meet him. 7 Then all those virgins arose, and trimmed their lamps. 8 And the foolish said unto the wise, Give us of your oil; for our lamps are gone out. 9 But the wise answered, saying, Not so; lest there be not enough for us and you: but go ye rather to them that sell, and buy for yourselves. 10 And while they went to buy, the bridegroom came; and they that were ready went in with him to the marriage: and the door was shut. 11 Afterward came also the other virgins, saying, Lord, Lord, open to us. 12 But he answered and said, Verily I say unto you, I know you not. 13 Watch therefore, for ye know neither the day nor the hour wherein the Son of man cometh.

Since I addressed this parable in the Olivet Discourse series, I will not go into a retelling of that. However, if you wish to hear or read about it. Please investigate that series.

Our main objective today is the lamps themselves. For they are in essence a snapshot of each person’s belief in God and His Son Jesus Christ.

We are the light unto the world.

Mathew 5:14-16 – “You are the light of the world—like a city on a hilltop that cannot be hidden. 15 No one lights a lamp and then puts it under a basket. Instead, a lamp is placed on a stand, where it gives light to everyone in the house. 16 In the same way, let your good deeds shine out for all to see, so that everyone will praise your heavenly Father.

Now we must note that Jesus also said this about Himself:

John 8:12 – Jesus spoke to the people once more and said, “I am the light of the world. If you follow me, you won’t have to walk in darkness, because you will have the light that leads to life.”

So, from accepting Jesus Christ as our Savior. And since only through Him can we get into heaven. (John 14:6-7) He has passed onto us the burden of being the light unto the world until His return.

As bit of a sidetrack here.

It is important to note. That all the bridesmaids fell asleep.

This means all of Christendom became distracted from the true teachings of the Bible.

All hear the call at midnight.

All awaken.

All tend to their lamps.

The wise had been prepared ahead of time. While the foolish had not.

So, let us start to get this look into the lamps going again.

In essence the entire lamp is a representation of our Christianity. As I stated in the Olivet Discourse study. The oil in the lamps is seen as the Holy Spirit within us. All we must do is ask and Jesus Christ will grant us salvation. This is verified by the Bible per Romans 10:13, Joel 2:32. Do all get a pouring of oil into our lambs? The answer is, yes. But not in a full portion. Those that become fully filled with the Holy Ghost are those that have extra oil in the vessel that they carry with them.

The wick has been associated with the Word, the Gospel. Which I see as partly correct. The fact that it needs to be tended to. I see more as a reflection of the overall knowledge of what it is to be a Christian.

What it is to be Christian.

Yes, I repeated it that. So, there would be a clear understanding.

Millions go about saying they are “Christian.” Most have never read the Bible. Nor even entered into a church.

They say they are “Christian” because the civilization they live in has a Christian foundation. This does not make them “Christian,” nor can they truly claim this title. They can better say they are American, or British, Filipino, or Aussie.

For they most likely know more about their birth nation than they do of the true teachings that are found within the Bible.

To be truly “Christian” means you have committed to accepting Jesus Christ as your Savior.

Again, millions do this. However, as is shown in the parable of the ten virgins this is not enough.

To care for the wick from which we are to shine unto the world. We must know how to trim it.

This means to know how to remove the charred and ruined part of the wick. Our sins. Something as is illustrated in the parable, must be done by the wise and foolish alike. Clearly stating that none are truly sin free, since we are in a corrupt body and are not promised one that is spotless until we meet Christ in the sky at the time of the rapture.

1 Corinthians 15:50-58 – What I am saying, dear brothers and sisters, is that our physical bodies cannot inherit the Kingdom of God. These dying bodies cannot inherit what will last forever. 51 But let me reveal to you a wonderful secret. We will not all die, but we will all be transformed! 52 It will happen in a moment, in the blink of an eye, when the last trumpet is blown. For when the trumpet sounds, those who have died will be raised to live forever. And we who are living will also be transformed. 53 For our dying bodies must be transformed into bodies that will never die; our mortal bodies must be transformed into immortal bodies. 54 Then, when our dying bodies have been transformed into bodies that will never die, this Scripture will be fulfilled: “Death is swallowed up in victory. 55 O death, where is your victory? O death, where is your sting?” 56 For sin is the sting that results in death, and the law gives sin its power. 57 But thank God! He gives us victory over sin and death through our Lord Jesus Christ. 58 So, my dear brothers and sisters, be strong and immovable. Always work enthusiastically for the Lord, for you know that nothing you do for the Lord is ever useless.

To get back to the wick. Then we must know how much of the wick to extend out of the lamp. Too little it dies out. Too much it smokes and chars quickly while giving off poor light and is useless.

Part of this understanding of how to trim the wick is knowing the medium with which the wick is made of. This is done through the study of the Bible. Not the reading, but the study. Coming to a true and honest understanding of what is within the full Bible. Not the part that make you happy. For there is some painful lessons and words within the Bible, that many wish to deny are within it. Which I have already referenced earlier. But to emphasize:

Like what is a sin. Like that there is a hell. And that there will be eternal punishment.

Many think that to being a “Christian” means you must accept and love all as they are and how they act. Yet there were wars within the Bible that were ordered by God. Wars to purge out sin, many times entire countries. This meant the killing and death of many.

The Bible says those that do not honor the teachings of the Bible are to be cast out of the church. Does this sound like love?

Well in actuality, it is.

Proverbs 13:24 – He that spareth his rod hateth his son: but he that loveth him chasteneth him betimes.

That last word means many times when needed.

By pouring out nothing but love those doing it are spoiling those they are giving this love to. So, in reality they are really stating that they hate them. Not love them.

But why is it hate?

God puts us through trials and tribulations. These trials are painful. If all people experience in life is peace and tranquility, they are not content. They seek to have more and more. This can be seen in how the Romans and then the Europeans spread throughout the world seeking to own and control everything. If you didn’t do as they say they attacked and destroyed. Like a child having a temper tantrum.

But again, why is it hate?

Punishment means to suffer. To experience discomfort. If someone does not wish to live in this discomfort what does a person do? They avoid what causes it. Sin ultimately leads to discomfort. However, it can be an anguish that is not felt here on earth. As a child grows and their parent spanks them for doing wrong the child associates the pain of the spanking with what is wrong and when they are taught that sin is wrong. They subconsciously sense there will be pain especially since the Bible states this. (Luke 13:24-28; Matthew 13: 37-43, 24:48-51)

It becomes hate when the parent does not instill this subconscious association. If the child does not know pain they won’t care if they sin. Which leads to spiritual death and separation from the ultimate parent, God, for all eternity in pain and torture. Is not hatred for a person desiring for them to suffer, to have pain and even torture? Add upon that that this suffering lasts for billions upon billions of years. That is hatred.

“True hatred is spanking them!” someone has stated with fervor as they listen or read these words that I have just given.

I direct this to that person or persons.

So, which is more important to you? The word of God? Or your ideals?

This is what the Bible says:

Luke 10:25-28 – One day an expert in religious law stood up to test Jesus by asking him this question: “Teacher, what should I do to inherit eternal life?” 26 Jesus replied, “What does the law of Moses say? How do you read it?” 27 The man answered, “‘You must love the LORD your God with all your heart, all your soul, all your strength, and all your mind.’ And, ‘Love your neighbor as yourself.’” 28 “Right!” Jesus told him. “Do this and you will live!”

To place God above all. You must place what is in the Bible above your own ideals and place God’s ideals above what a human perceives as “love.” For human’s “love” is as corrupt as their bodies. While God’s love is precious and holy and incorruptible. If that love is so perfect, then what is shown within the Bible is just as perfect.

If it is written, we must use a rod upon our children out of love. Than to do otherwise is to defy the Creator of the universe, placing our desires above He who knows all our sins and all our deeds which are considered good, thus making ourselves our own god. In turn, breaking the first commandment.

Enough of the sidetrack. Back on the main topic.

As was shown in the sidetrack we just had. That humans have a belief that what they see as good and even seem to be Godly. In many cases is just humanity imposing how they believe the Gospel, should be. This leads on to a misteaching of the Bible and God as well as Jesus Christ.

What does the Bible say about changing the Gospel?

Galatians 1: 6-10 – I am shocked that you are turning away so soon from God, who called you to himself through the loving mercy of Christ. You are following a different way that pretends to be the Good News 7 but is not the Good News at all. You are being fooled by those who deliberately twist the truth concerning Christ. 8 Let God’s curse fall on anyone, including us or even an angel from heaven, who preaches a different kind of Good News than the one we preached to you. 9 I say again what we have said before: If anyone preaches any other Good News than the one you welcomed, let that person be cursed. 10 Obviously, I’m not trying to win the approval of people, but of God. If pleasing people were my goal, I would not be Christ’s servant.

When people accept Christ and turn to another teaching that is all good news and denies the bad. They become the foolish of the bridesmaids. They start to neglect their wick and oil.

In my dream the lamps I saw had no wicks at all. This means they don’t know or acknowledge the teachings of Jesus Christ or the Bible. As is shown in the parable those that do this are left behind. While as is shown in Galatians they are cursed. We showed last week why they are cursed. They are defiling the Holy Spirit.

We must stay true to all the teachings within the Bible, thus placing God above all. This will allow us to possibly be considered among the wise. However, this is a person per person statement. No one can make a blanket statement about who is one way or another. This is something that each person must examine within their own spiritual life.

But I will say this. If you refuse to study the Bible and accept what is within it. Well, you can figure that out for yourself.

Discussion

In the past few months I have been listening to God as I haven’t done in a long time. This is not His fault, it is mine. It is always mine. That is how it is. The human falters, God never does. This is what I have been trying to get across to those that take the time to listen and read to understand. I am but a servant to our Creator. I am a tool being used by the Holy Spirit. To relay unto those out there that have had the urge come over them, to not turn away from what they are now hearing or reading.

The first rapture is approaching.

Time is running out.

The time of being selfish must end.

Remember the greatest commandment.

To love God with ALL your heart, ALL your mind and ALL your soul. (Matthew 22:37;Luke 10:27; Deuteronomy 6:4-7)

I can feel the Holy Spirit touching me as I write these words unto you the ones listening or reading.

The last gathering is coming, and to some it will be painful. But to others it will be like something joyous as they have never felt before.

There are tough times between here and that day when we are gathered up into the sky to meet our Savior face to face. There may be years between here and the time this is first shown to the public. But it will not be decades, or centuries as it has been for those before us.

Israel is a nation and His return is near, and none can stand in the way of Him who created all.

What I just read to you was a message I was given to convey unto those that are now listening to this message. Today we will look into the rapture.

Now you will note in what I said in the message that the “first rapture is approaching.”

There has been a great debate throughout the centuries as to how and when THE rapture would occur. This caused terms like “pretribulation rapture,” “midtribulation rapture,” “posttribulation rapture,” “partial rapture” and “pre-wrath rapture.” To come into existence.

If you have been listening to my previous podcasts like that upon the Olivet Discourse and the Daniel Dilemma. You know I have recommended the John Walvoord Prophecy Commentaries. As a matter of fact I still do. Dr. Walvoord insights into prophecy and his presentation of them have been very enlightening and I feel very accurate. However, he had a flaw that was projected into these works. He has a very Baptist point of view which has placed a blind spot into his interpretations. This blind spot has led him to totally disqualify one of the possible types of events of how the rapture could occur. That being “partial rapture.”

If you have been listening to my podcast you will know that my calling has been to instruct through teaching those that are called the “lukewarm.”  These people are real and have turned away from their Savior Jesus Christ. This is counter to the teachings of the Baptist church. The Baptist church insists that once you are saved you are always saved. Yet as I have taught and again shown throughout all my teachings, especially the first four podcast entitled “Who are the ‘lukewarm?’” I have established within the Bible and usually directly form the words of Jesus Christ Himself that the man-made doctrine of once-saved always saved is blinding many and causing them to in many cases to be the “lukewarm.”

But to get back on track.

Dr. Walvoord totally dismissed the idea of the rapture being a “partial rapture.” Because he could not accept that there are those that are living a lukewarm life. Yet if you take in particular the parable of the ten virgins which begins at verse 1 of Matthew 25, from the mouth of Jesus Christ Himself. You will see, as I covered in detail in an earlier podcast that half of the virgins are left out of the wedding supper. Which occurs in heaven during the first part of the tribulation.

Now how the theory of the partial rapture is explained is that those that have been the vigilant virgins will be accepted into the wedding feast at the pretribulation point. This will leave the foolish virgins behind as well as those that didn’t accept Jesus Christ or even God as real or their Savior.

It is here that the tribulation begins, because all will see that God is real and so is Jesus Christ. It is here that those that are against God will strive to take credit for the first rapture and subvert it from His glory.  Many will accept the lie. However, those within the lukewarm will awaken to the errors of their ways and turn wholeheartedly to their Savior the Son of God, Jesus Christ. They will preach the Word openly and accept the fate that is required of them, which is martyrdom.

What many try to avoid when they don’t keep the Bible in context is how it verifies itself. Many times people mention the uncountable mass of people that stand before the Throne of God at the midpoint of the tribulation. However, they never continue on to where John is asks who are these people. So let us look at these verses in the full context.

Revelation 7:9-14 – After this I saw a vast crowd, too great to count, from every nation and tribe and people and language, standing in front of the throne and before the Lamb. They were clothed in white robes and held palm branches in their hands. 10 And they were shouting with a great roar,

“Salvation comes from our God who sits on the throne and from the Lamb!”

11 And all the angels were standing around the throne and around the elders and the four living beings. And they fell before the throne with their faces to the ground and worshiped God. 12 They sang,

“Amen! Blessing and glory and wisdom and thanksgiving and honor and power and strength belong to our God forever and ever! Amen.”

13 Then one of the twenty-four elders asked me, “Who are these who are clothed in white? Where did they come from?”

14And I said to him, “Sir, you are the one who knows.”

Then he said to me, “These are the ones who died in the great tribulation. They have washed their robes in the blood of the Lamb and made them white.

So it is the lukewarm that did not heed the call to be diligent that are left to start to minister, after they repented. In the first three and half years of the tribulation it is those that listen that are added to the fold of Salvation and then die in the name of Jesus Christ.

So these that are the billions of people that are standing before God at the midpoint of the tribulation are the next part of the partial rapture theory. Or as I see it the second rapture.

Yet in Daniel there is mention of another rapture, and this rapture does not include any Christians. For it is made clear in 2 Thessalonians chapter 2, that the antichrist will remain hidden even though working in the background until one thing is removed:

7 For the mystery of lawlessness (that hidden principle of rebellion against constituted authority) is already at work in the world, [but it is] restrained only until he who restrains is taken out of the way.

“He who restrains is taken out of the way.” Is speaking of the Holy Ghost. If people are saved DURING the tribulation as is shown in the verses of Revelation. The Holy Spirit MUST be present to accomplish this. So once the last person to accept Jesus Christ as their Savior is killed then the midtribulation rapture occurs. It is here that the desecration of the third temple occurs.

So let us digress a bit because it is clearly established that when the first rapture occurs Jesus will come like a thief in the night.

1 Thessalonians 5:2 – For you know quite well that the day of the Lord’s return will come unexpectedly, like a thief in the night.

Matthew 24:37-39 – “When the Son of Man returns, it will be like it was in Noah’s day. 38 In those days before the flood, the people were enjoying banquets and parties and weddings right up to the time Noah entered his boat. 39 People didn’t realize what was going to happen until the flood came and swept them all away. That is the way it will be when the Son of Man comes.

How did the people in Noah’s time act?

Genesis 6:5-6 – The Lord observed the extent of human wickedness on the earth, and he saw that everything they thought or imagined was consistently and totally evil. 6 So the Lord was sorry he had ever made them and put them on the earth. It broke his heart.

So not only will people be living their lives as if nothing is going to happen. They will be wicked and causing nothing but evil to occur, and it will be midnight for the world of humanity, for in darkness is where evil lives.

Matthew 25:6 – “At midnight they were roused by the shout, ‘Look, the bridegroom is coming! Come out and meet him!’”

Acts 26:17-18 – “And I will rescue you from both your own people and the Gentiles. Yes, I am sending you to the Gentiles 18 to open their eyes, so they may turn from darkness to light and from the power of Satan to God. Then they will receive forgiveness for their sins and be given a place among God’s people, who are set apart by faith in me.’”

So the first rapture singles the beginning of the tribulation. The second rapture removes the Holy Spirt from the world and allows the antichrist his freedom to act. As was shown earlier in 2 Thessalonians 2.

So the third rapture is for who?

Daniel 12:1-3 – 1“At that time Michael, the archangel who stands guard over your nation, will arise. Then there will be a time of anguish greater than any since nations first came into existence. But at that time every one of your people whose name is written in the book will be rescued. 2 Many of those whose bodies lie dead and buried will rise up, some to everlasting life and some to shame and everlasting disgrace. 3 Those who are wise will shine as bright as the sky, and those who lead many to righteousness will shine like the stars forever.

This rapture is reserved for the children of Israel. For no Christian will be left once the antichrist is fully allowed to reveal himself. It is during this time that the two witnesses shall walk the earth, and the sealed 144,000 Jews will witness unharmed the events of this time, the chosen of God. The fulfillment of God’s promise to Abraham.

Ponder and think upon what you have heard today, and pray upon it as well.

God Bless

How should a Christian respond to how the government acts

Intro

Welcome again to another study of the Bible and I am Dreamwalker1960 As a reminder you can read the transcripts of all my podcasts at dreamwalker1960.com. Also you do not need to download podbean if you wish to listen. You can use Listen Notes, iHeart Radio, Amazon Music or Audible, Google Podcasts or Apple Podcasts.

This lesson has three parts to it.

The first is how we as Christians are to know why certain rulers come into being, and what we as Christians are to do when it comes to those in power. The Second part is what the Bible says about how we as Christians will be treated when Christ is soon to return. And lastly what has been said in recent weeks by those in places of power.

Discussion

Daniel 4:17 – For this has been decreed by the messengers; it is commanded by the holy ones, so that everyone may know that the Most High rules over the kingdoms of the world. He gives them to anyone he chooses— even to the lowliest of people.”

God give power to those He chooses. “Even to the lowliest of people.” Prime examples of the lowliest were Hitler and Stalin. Each of these men cause millions to die in concentration and re-education camps. For His goal is ultimately to bring all of humanity to recognize that He is in charge of all events.

This is made clear in Psalms 22:28:

“For royal power belongs to the Lord. He rules all the nations.”

So God places people in power and controls them. Even those that deny Him.

But why?

Let’s look at the most popular of the recent lowly leaders in history. That being Adolf Hitler. His actions not only resulted in the Second World War. It also resulted in 13 million people being killed in concentration camps. Within this 13 million were 6 million Jews. Those that are the promised children of God. This mass slaughter of the Jewish people made them to distrust all the people in all the nations they were living in throughout the world. They decided then and there to reform their nation. The only nation in the history of the world to cease to exist and then be reformed in 1948, which fulfills Ezekiel 36:24.

“For I will gather you up from all the nations and bring you home again to your land.”

In a large part, it was the actions of Hitler that broke the proverbial camel’s back and caused them to return to their promised lands and reform the nation of Israel once again.

This makes it clear that God places those in power He wishes to be in power, and none that calls themselves a Christian should question these events or who is placed into power. So those that opposed Donald Trump were in fact denying the will of God. As is made clear in the verses, which began this lesson, which I have placed as examples. This goes for Biden and Harris as well, if that is what happens. It is not for humans to judge them but for God to do so. How they wish to live their eternity is their problems not ours.

So were these that opposed these people justified to do so? Is now the question we need to address, and so moves us into the second part of this study.

Tutus 3:1 – Remind the believers to submit to the government and its officers. They should be obedient, always ready to do what is good.

Romans 13:1 – Everyone must submit to governing authorities. For all authority comes from God, and those in positions of authority have been placed there by God.

So Christians are to obey those that are placed into power. And follow all the laws of the land. Like for example following the speed limit. To not rising up in rebellion against a corrupt power that wishes to subjugate and dominate, by imposing laws which takes away our freedoms. We work within the laws if they do not maintain the goodness that comes from the Bible.

Now admittedly this was not done in the late 1700 in the American colonies, but those in government were not maintaining goodness either. However, at that time not all the pieces were falling into place to fulfill certain prophecies. That is not the case at this time, which leads us into the third part of this study. Now as was covered in the series, which we finished last week about the Olivet Discourse, this is what Jesus Christ stated to look out for when His time of return would be near.

Wars and rumor of wars, false prophets, Races will fight other races and as a result nations will go to war with nations. Famine will take place, which is being caused by the COVID issue, and earthquakes will become more numerous. But this is only the first part. (Matthew 24:4-8)

The next part is something that needs to be noted, in particular verse 9

“Then you will be arrested, persecuted, and killed. You will be hated all over the world because you are my followers.”

Within the last few weeks things have been said. Actions have been taken. Now there is evidence that ground work has been laid out in the past to address issues like this. But I have nothing solid to offer here to support that so I will not continue in this line of commentary. However, what has been established I will.

Since the election a theme has started to be seen. The making of a list to separate those that did not fall in line with the dictates of those that see themselves as your betters. If you are a follower of Christ this should not come as a surprise to you. I have been making this clear if you have been listening to my podcasts or reading my blog posts. However, you shouldn’t need to hear or read it from me. As I stated before, you would already be aware of this if you truly are a believer of Jesus Christ as our Savior.

The second division has occurred between the sheep and the goats.

The next division is being made by those that wish to dominate and control. This practice has been done before. It was done during the French Revolution, which I see as the very first Socialist revolution. Which resulted in Napoleon coming to power as the dictator of France and the wars that followed, in which he sought to have world domination.

These lists were made in the 1910s as the communist came to power in what would become the U.S.S.R. due to their revolution. Where again the ultimate goal was global domination.

These lists were also made in the 1930s by National Socialist Workers Party as they came to dominance in Germany. Where once again the goal was to have the world under the thumb of the Third Riche. This list also ended up with the other 7 million of the 13 million mentioned before. This other seven included those that the people in power did not see as worthy. They included Gypsies, actors, scholars, scientist, musicians and Christians.

Again these lists were made in the 1950s and 60s as the followers of Mao purged those that disagreed with them from China. Where their goal is still that of global domination, for the followers of Mao still have the reigns of that nation. At this time they have lists which are used to removed Muslims and Christians and those seeking freedom to live as they chose.

Do not think the threat of a list is just idle talk that will amount to nothing. What is different between those times and today is that this is not just happening in one nation. It is something that is spreading out globally. The last place to truly experience this, is what use to be the last stronghold of God. The United States. Now the list has arrived, so it is time for this to be fulfilled:

Matthew 24:9 – “Then you will be arrested, persecuted, and killed. You will be hated all over the world because you are my followers.”

You will see the great apostasy come to fulfillment. Many that call themselves followers of God will turn upon their fellows and betray them. They will still go to the buildings called “churches,” and they will continue to live the religious lifestyle. Believing they are one with God. However, they have in reality turned their backs upon Him. Wishing to live in their comfort and luxuries they have gathered to themselves here on earth instead of the treasures they should have sought after in Heaven.

Deuteronomy 8:11-20 – “But that is the time to be careful! Beware that in your plenty you do not forget the Lord your God and disobey his commands, regulations, and decrees that I am giving you today. 12 For when you have become full and prosperous and have built fine homes to live in, 13 and when your flocks and herds have become very large and your silver and gold have multiplied along with everything else, be careful! 14 Do not become proud at that time and forget the Lord your God, who rescued you from slavery in the land of Egypt. 15 Do not forget that he led you through the great and terrifying wilderness with its poisonous snakes and scorpions, where it was so hot and dry. He gave you water from the rock! 16 He fed you with manna in the wilderness, a food unknown to your ancestors. He did this to humble you and test you for your own good. 17 He did all this so you would never say to yourself, ‘I have achieved this wealth with my own strength and energy.’ 18 Remember the Lord your God. He is the one who gives you power to be successful, in order to fulfill the covenant he confirmed to your ancestors with an oath.

19“But I assure you of this: If you ever forget the Lord your God and follow other gods, worshiping and bowing down to them, you will certainly be destroyed. 20 Just as the Lord has destroyed other nations in your path, you also will be destroyed if you refuse to obey the Lord your God.”

God also made a covenant with Christianity when He made the United States, remember that.

God will destroy nations that turn their backs upon Him. He did it to Israel, but as mentioned before He also promised to reform their nation and it is here today. So, God’s word is true and faithful. So we need to listen and learn, and be ready for the lists that are coming, or already are here.

Remember when it comes not to fight it, but embrace it.

Romans 12:14 – Bless those who persecute you. Don’t curse them; pray that God will bless them.

For we are blessed as is shown in Matthew 5:11

“God blesses you when people mock you and persecute you and lie about you and say all sorts of evil things against you because you are my followers.”

Embrace the pain. Embrace the torture. Embrace the beatings, and embrace the death.

For we will be blessed and called martyrs for our Savior Jesus Christ.

John 14:1-4 – “Don’t let your hearts be troubled. Trust in God, and trust also in me. 2 There is more than enough room in my Father’s home. If this were not so, would I have told you that I am going to prepare a place for you? 3 When everything is ready, I will come and get you, so that you will always be with me where I am. 4 And you know the way to where I am going.”

God Bless

URGENT must read for those that voted in the November 3 2020 election.

This is a special post taken out of protocol for my new setup of my podcast and this blog working in unison.

This is aimed at those that live in the United States and call themselves “Christian.”

Earlier this week we had our nation election for president. Both men running are seen as unsuitable. But this is not aimed at these men. This is in reference to one particular aspect that truly defines and separates these two groups, which each of these men are being the figurehead for at this time.

This one defining element is abortion.

When looked at from a Biblical perspective. (Deuteronomy 12:31, 18:10; Psalm 106:37-41)  It is seen for what it truly is. Human sacrifice to whatever god those that perform these atrocities worship. Themselves, their money, their position in life, whatever.

It is still the killing of an innocent for the reward of their parent to live the life they wish to lead without the burden and financial drain this child they chose to create will place upon them.

Over 60 million Americans voted for the group that wishes to keep this practice going. Within this number are those that call themselves “Christian.”

It is these people I am here to address.

God warned Israel time and again not to turn from Him, but they did. He allowed Babylon to cast them out. Then they turned again and then the temple was desecrated. Then finally due to their disobedience in 70 AD the people were spread throughout the world. These were test from God for people He had given a blessing to.

Will this election was that very test for those that call themselves “Christian,” within the United States.

The turmoil we are not experiencing due to no clear winner being achieved on Wednesday morning is the direct result of those that call themselves “Christian” voting for abortion. Voting for human sacrifice.

Do not start to protest and get angry because you could not stand the current president.

This is not about the man.

As a “Christian” your first responsibility is to God and no one or anything else.

So, the men running are not a factor.

What is a factor is committing idolatry.

It is here that there will be those that say they have never been part of an abortion.

The Bible makes it clear that to condone or allow a sin makes you guilty of this very sin yourself. (James 4:17; Ephesians 5:3-7, 5:11; Romans 1:28-32)

So, you are guilty of committing the sins that are supported by the group that also wishes to continue abortion. You are guilty by association, and so are answerable to these sins to God.

This is why we are in turmoil right now.

This turmoil will either continue or diminish.

Which do you wish to see?

The only way to diminish these troubling times is to repent.

You must renounce your affiliation to those that wish to be of and with the world. (James 4:4)

You must return to God through Jesus Christ your Savior. You must be baptized in the name of Jesus Christ.

You must turn away from sin. ALL SIN.

You must start to seek your treasures in Heaven and to end seeking treasures here on earth.

REPENT!!

Now not tomorrow.

NOW!!

Before the lawsuits reach the SCOTUS.

For once they do reach the SCOTUS it will be too late if you have not repented and we will go quicker toward the Tribulation and the end of days.

For Jesus Christ will be coming within this generation, for that is what the Bible says will happen when we see the signs of His soon return. They are happening NOW!

You must repent NOW!!
