Today’s podcast asks a question and then leads into what causes questions like this come into existence. So, let’s begin today’s study with that question.

Discussion

Is the Rapture a reality?

Why ask this question?

Because there are those that count themselves as followers of Jesus Christ. Yet they deny His words that He spoke.

What words did Jesus say about a rapture?

Well, there are three occurrences of this Luke 17, and Matthew 24:30-31; 24:37-41.

Luke 17:34-37 – That night two people will be asleep in one bed; one will be taken, the other left. 35 Two women will be grinding flour together at the mill; one will be taken, the other left.” 37 “Where will this happen, Lord?” the disciples asked. Jesus replied, “Just as the gathering of vultures shows there is a carcass nearby, so these signs indicate that the end is near.”

Note that in the verses before these, Jesus states that those in the world will be behaving like that of Noah and of Lot. Noah before the flood destroyed the world and Lot before the fiery judgement of Sodom and Gomorra and the cities about them.

Matthew 24:30-31 – And then at last, the sign that the Son of Man is coming will appear in the heavens, and there will be deep mourning among all the peoples of the earth. And they will see the Son of Man coming on the clouds of heaven with power and great glory. 31 And he will send out his angels with the mighty blast of a trumpet, and they will gather his chosen ones from all over the world—from the farthest ends of the earth and heaven.

These verses ties into Daniel 12:1-3 and Revelation 7:1-8 and is speaking of the last rapture that is solely for the Jewish nation. The key to this is in two parts. The first is that it will cause “deep mourning among ALL the peoples of the earth.” Which says that none are left that honor God or have the Holy Spirit within them. And lastly that “they will gather his chosen ones from all over the world.” The chosen or in other words “sealed.”

Continuing now with the verses where Jesus Christ Himself speaks of a rapture type event:

Matthew 24:37-41 – “When the Son of Man returns, it will be like it was in Noah’s day. 38 In those days before the flood, the people were enjoying banquets and parties and weddings right up to the time Noah entered his boat. 39 People didn’t realize what was going to happen until the flood came and swept them all away. That is the way it will be when the Son of Man comes. 40 “Two men will be working together in the field; one will be taken, the other left. 41 Two women will be grinding flour at the mill; one will be taken, the other left.

Per the words of Jesus Christ there will be those performing tasks or even sleeping. One person disappears the other stays. He states on His return that angels will gather the chosen which are the sealed as I already mentioned. These are His only true mention of what could be described as a rapture.

When someone says there is no rapture. Are they not denying the words of Christ? If they are denying the words of Jesus are they not in actuality denying Him?

My answer to that question is yes, they are.

Matthew 10:32-33 – “Everyone who acknowledges me publicly here on earth, I will also acknowledge before my Father in heaven. 33 But everyone who denies me here on earth, I will also deny before my Father in heaven.

This is witnessed elsewhere in the Bible as well.

Matthew 7:21-23 – “Not everyone who calls out to me, ‘Lord! Lord!’ will enter the Kingdom of Heaven. Only those who actually do the will of my Father in heaven will enter. 22 On judgment day many will say to me, ‘Lord! Lord! We prophesied in your name and cast out demons in your name and performed many miracles in your name.’ 23 But I will reply, ‘I never knew you. Get away from me, you who break God’s laws.’

When I started these podcasts in one of my studies, I showed that the phrase “I never knew you.” Is a Jewish law legalism. It does not mean you were never a part of the Body of Christ. It means that Jesus Christ is stating that those people in these verses that are asking to enter into Heaven have turned away From Him. So, since they have departed from Him. He never knew them. Why? Because they chose their life on earth over following the true teachings of the Bible. Therefore, when they originally joined the Body they lied about their true nature unto the Christ. They jointed the lukewarm whom Jesus spit from His Body in distaste. (Revelation 3:15-16)

So, to get back on track.

The fact that Jesus Christ mentioned people vanishing from the face of the earth. Implies a rapture event. He even establishes what to look for to know that His return is near.

Matthew 24:37-39 – “When the Son of Man returns, it will be like it was in Noah’s day. 38 In those days before the flood, the people were enjoying banquets and parties and weddings right up to the time Noah entered his boat. 39 People didn’t realize what was going to happen until the flood came and swept them all away. That is the way it will be when the Son of Man comes.

Luke 17:26-30 – “When the Son of Man returns, it will be like it was in Noah’s day. 27 In those days, the people enjoyed banquets and parties and weddings right up to the time Noah entered his boat and the flood came and destroyed them all. 28 “And the world will be as it was in the days of Lot. People went about their daily business—eating and drinking, buying and selling, farming and building— 29 until the morning Lot left Sodom. Then fire and burning sulfur rained down from heaven and destroyed them all. 30 Yes, it will be ‘business as usual’ right up to the day when the Son of Man is revealed.

So, if someone has taught you there is no rapture. Then they are teaching a false gospel.

2 Timothy 2:16-18 – Avoid worthless, foolish talk that only leads to more godless behavior. 17 This kind of talk spreads like cancer, as in the case of Hymenaeus and Philetus. 18 They have left the path of truth, claiming that the resurrection of the dead has already occurred; in this way, they have turned some people away from the faith.

By the way, the “resurrection of the dead” is the rapture. Therefore, there is mention of the rapture throughout the Bible.

Now back to the topic of false teachings. I once again turn to the first chapter of Galatians:

Galatians 1:6-10 – I am shocked that you are turning away so soon from God, who called you to himself through the loving mercy of Christ. You are following a different way that pretends to be the Good News 7 but is not the Good News at all. You are being fooled by those who deliberately twist the truth concerning Christ. 8 Let God’s curse fall on anyone, including us or even an angel from heaven, who preaches a different kind of Good News than the one we preached to you. 9 I say again what we have said before: If anyone preaches any other Good News than the one you welcomed, let that person be cursed. 10 Obviously, I’m not trying to win the approval of people, but of God. If pleasing people were my goal, I would not be Christ’s servant.

Let’s look at the last verse in the KJV:

“For do I now persuade men, or God? or do I seek to please men? for if I yet pleased men, I should not be the servant of Christ.”

It is made clear in this verse that those spreading the false gospel were using teachings that made people joyous to the point of returning to their sinful nature. A life which they had left behind when accepting Jesus Christ as their Savior. Joyous not in the true teachings of the Bible, but in themselves and themselves alone. For they were being pleased and not God. This is why those that teach only the parts of the gospel to make people feel good are cursed.

Here is an important thing that people do need to realize. God does love ALL of humanity. But due to this love he wants all to have life. Not life here in this temporal and corrupt existence. But a life filled with true joy. An eternal joy that cannot be found here on earth.

What is also made clear in this verse is that the true Gospel is not meant to only please us. In fact, we are told there will be times with sorrow and pain, as well as suffering.

Let’s look at a verse about pain.

Proverbs 13:24 – He that spareth his rod hateth his son: but he that loveth him chasteneth him betimes.

Those that falsely teach the Gospel hate the people they are teaching it to. Those that teach the true Gospel makes people uncomfortable. Even to the point of feeling like that they have been spanked. When they accept their guilt of their sin they will become emotionally distort. Not with what they heard, but with themselves for living in sin.

This is not me saying this. This is the Bible saying this:

2 Timothy 3:16-17 – All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness: 17 That the man of God may be perfect, thoroughly furnished unto all good works.

For it is our responsibility to “Preach the word; be instant in season, out of season; reprove, rebuke, exhort with all longsuffering and doctrine.” (2 Tim 4:2)

Reprove – G1651 – elegcho – to admonish, to convict, convince.

  1. Admonish – to warn someone not to do something, usually in a kind way, or to tell someone to do something:

Rebuke – G2008 – epitimao – to tax upon, censure, forbid.

  1. Censure – to express strong criticism or disapproval.

Exhort – G3870 – parakaleo – to call near, invite, invoke (by imploration, hortation or consolation)

  1. Imploration – earnest supplication

a1) supplication – an act or instance of supplicating; humble prayer, entreaty, or petition.

  • Hortation – The act of exhorting, inciting, or giving advice
  • Consolation – something that makes someone who is sad or disappointed feel better

The true gospel does not accept sin it exposes it and shows its filth for all to see. Causing those that live in these sins to feel discomfort and even pain.

When truly teaching the true gospel, it is not done in harshness, but in love. In compassion. In honest and sincere concern for those living in sin. For those that truly love them wish to see all be welcomed into heaven. But this is only achieved through ending sin in our lives. Which can only be done by surrendering authority of our lives from ourselves and giving that authority unto God.

This can only be done through one door. Asking Jesus Christ to be our Savior from our sins. As well as getting baptized in the name of Jesus Christ and seeking to be filled with the Holy Spirit.

Then we are to seek to end sin within our lives, but especially those sins which are clearly shown within the Bible that are not to be allowed in heaven.

For if we embrace sin. We embrace the world.

I will end with these verses for you the listener and reader to think hard upon:

James 4:1-10 – What is causing the quarrels and fights among you? Don’t they come from the evil desires at war within you? 2 You want what you don’t have, so you scheme and kill to get it. You are jealous of what others have, but you can’t get it, so you fight and wage war to take it away from them. Yet you don’t have what you want because you don’t ask God for it. 3 And even when you ask, you don’t get it because your motives are all wrong—you want only what will give you pleasure. 4 You adulterers! Don’t you realize that friendship with the world makes you an enemy of God? I say it again: If you want to be a friend of the world, you make yourself an enemy of God. 5   Do you think the Scriptures have no meaning? They say that God is passionate that the spirit he has placed within us should be faithful to him. 6 And he gives grace generously. As the Scriptures say, “God opposes the proud but gives grace to the humble.” 7 So humble yourselves before God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you. 8 Come close to God, and God will come close to you. Wash your hands, you sinners; purify your hearts, for your loyalty is divided between God and the world. 9 Let there be tears for what you have done. Let there be sorrow and deep grief. Let there be sadness instead of laughter, and gloom instead of joy. 10 Humble yourselves before the Lord, and he will lift you up in honor.

God Bless

Discussion

In the past few months I have been listening to God as I haven’t done in a long time. This is not His fault, it is mine. It is always mine. That is how it is. The human falters, God never does. This is what I have been trying to get across to those that take the time to listen and read to understand. I am but a servant to our Creator. I am a tool being used by the Holy Spirit. To relay unto those out there that have had the urge come over them, to not turn away from what they are now hearing or reading.

The first rapture is approaching.

Time is running out.

The time of being selfish must end.

Remember the greatest commandment.

To love God with ALL your heart, ALL your mind and ALL your soul. (Matthew 22:37;Luke 10:27; Deuteronomy 6:4-7)

I can feel the Holy Spirit touching me as I write these words unto you the ones listening or reading.

The last gathering is coming, and to some it will be painful. But to others it will be like something joyous as they have never felt before.

There are tough times between here and that day when we are gathered up into the sky to meet our Savior face to face. There may be years between here and the time this is first shown to the public. But it will not be decades, or centuries as it has been for those before us.

Israel is a nation and His return is near, and none can stand in the way of Him who created all.

What I just read to you was a message I was given to convey unto those that are now listening to this message. Today we will look into the rapture.

Now you will note in what I said in the message that the “first rapture is approaching.”

There has been a great debate throughout the centuries as to how and when THE rapture would occur. This caused terms like “pretribulation rapture,” “midtribulation rapture,” “posttribulation rapture,” “partial rapture” and “pre-wrath rapture.” To come into existence.

If you have been listening to my previous podcasts like that upon the Olivet Discourse and the Daniel Dilemma. You know I have recommended the John Walvoord Prophecy Commentaries. As a matter of fact I still do. Dr. Walvoord insights into prophecy and his presentation of them have been very enlightening and I feel very accurate. However, he had a flaw that was projected into these works. He has a very Baptist point of view which has placed a blind spot into his interpretations. This blind spot has led him to totally disqualify one of the possible types of events of how the rapture could occur. That being “partial rapture.”

If you have been listening to my podcast you will know that my calling has been to instruct through teaching those that are called the “lukewarm.”  These people are real and have turned away from their Savior Jesus Christ. This is counter to the teachings of the Baptist church. The Baptist church insists that once you are saved you are always saved. Yet as I have taught and again shown throughout all my teachings, especially the first four podcast entitled “Who are the ‘lukewarm?’” I have established within the Bible and usually directly form the words of Jesus Christ Himself that the man-made doctrine of once-saved always saved is blinding many and causing them to in many cases to be the “lukewarm.”

But to get back on track.

Dr. Walvoord totally dismissed the idea of the rapture being a “partial rapture.” Because he could not accept that there are those that are living a lukewarm life. Yet if you take in particular the parable of the ten virgins which begins at verse 1 of Matthew 25, from the mouth of Jesus Christ Himself. You will see, as I covered in detail in an earlier podcast that half of the virgins are left out of the wedding supper. Which occurs in heaven during the first part of the tribulation.

Now how the theory of the partial rapture is explained is that those that have been the vigilant virgins will be accepted into the wedding feast at the pretribulation point. This will leave the foolish virgins behind as well as those that didn’t accept Jesus Christ or even God as real or their Savior.

It is here that the tribulation begins, because all will see that God is real and so is Jesus Christ. It is here that those that are against God will strive to take credit for the first rapture and subvert it from His glory.  Many will accept the lie. However, those within the lukewarm will awaken to the errors of their ways and turn wholeheartedly to their Savior the Son of God, Jesus Christ. They will preach the Word openly and accept the fate that is required of them, which is martyrdom.

What many try to avoid when they don’t keep the Bible in context is how it verifies itself. Many times people mention the uncountable mass of people that stand before the Throne of God at the midpoint of the tribulation. However, they never continue on to where John is asks who are these people. So let us look at these verses in the full context.

Revelation 7:9-14 – After this I saw a vast crowd, too great to count, from every nation and tribe and people and language, standing in front of the throne and before the Lamb. They were clothed in white robes and held palm branches in their hands. 10 And they were shouting with a great roar,

“Salvation comes from our God who sits on the throne and from the Lamb!”

11 And all the angels were standing around the throne and around the elders and the four living beings. And they fell before the throne with their faces to the ground and worshiped God. 12 They sang,

“Amen! Blessing and glory and wisdom and thanksgiving and honor and power and strength belong to our God forever and ever! Amen.”

13 Then one of the twenty-four elders asked me, “Who are these who are clothed in white? Where did they come from?”

14And I said to him, “Sir, you are the one who knows.”

Then he said to me, “These are the ones who died in the great tribulation. They have washed their robes in the blood of the Lamb and made them white.

So it is the lukewarm that did not heed the call to be diligent that are left to start to minister, after they repented. In the first three and half years of the tribulation it is those that listen that are added to the fold of Salvation and then die in the name of Jesus Christ.

So these that are the billions of people that are standing before God at the midpoint of the tribulation are the next part of the partial rapture theory. Or as I see it the second rapture.

Yet in Daniel there is mention of another rapture, and this rapture does not include any Christians. For it is made clear in 2 Thessalonians chapter 2, that the antichrist will remain hidden even though working in the background until one thing is removed:

7 For the mystery of lawlessness (that hidden principle of rebellion against constituted authority) is already at work in the world, [but it is] restrained only until he who restrains is taken out of the way.

“He who restrains is taken out of the way.” Is speaking of the Holy Ghost. If people are saved DURING the tribulation as is shown in the verses of Revelation. The Holy Spirit MUST be present to accomplish this. So once the last person to accept Jesus Christ as their Savior is killed then the midtribulation rapture occurs. It is here that the desecration of the third temple occurs.

So let us digress a bit because it is clearly established that when the first rapture occurs Jesus will come like a thief in the night.

1 Thessalonians 5:2 – For you know quite well that the day of the Lord’s return will come unexpectedly, like a thief in the night.

How did the people in Noah’s time act?

Genesis 6:5-6 – The Lord observed the extent of human wickedness on the earth, and he saw that everything they thought or imagined was consistently and totally evil. 6 So the Lord was sorry he had ever made them and put them on the earth. It broke his heart.

So not only will people be living their lives as if nothing is going to happen. They will be wicked and causing nothing but evil to occur, and it will be midnight for the world of humanity, for in darkness is where evil lives.

Matthew 25:6 – “At midnight they were roused by the shout, ‘Look, the bridegroom is coming! Come out and meet him!’”

Acts 26:17-18 – “And I will rescue you from both your own people and the Gentiles. Yes, I am sending you to the Gentiles 18 to open their eyes, so they may turn from darkness to light and from the power of Satan to God. Then they will receive forgiveness for their sins and be given a place among God’s people, who are set apart by faith in me.’”

So the first rapture singles the beginning of the tribulation. The second rapture removes the Holy Spirt from the world and allows the antichrist his freedom to act. As was shown earlier in 2 Thessalonians 2.

So the third rapture is for who?

Daniel 12:1-3 – 1“At that time Michael, the archangel who stands guard over your nation, will arise. Then there will be a time of anguish greater than any since nations first came into existence. But at that time every one of your people whose name is written in the book will be rescued. 2 Many of those whose bodies lie dead and buried will rise up, some to everlasting life and some to shame and everlasting disgrace. 3 Those who are wise will shine as bright as the sky, and those who lead many to righteousness will shine like the stars forever.

This rapture is reserved for the children of Israel. For no Christian will be left once the antichrist is fully allowed to reveal himself. It is during this time that the two witnesses shall walk the earth, and the sealed 144,000 Jews will witness unharmed the events of this time, the chosen of God. The fulfillment of God’s promise to Abraham.

Ponder and think upon what you have heard today, and pray upon it as well.

God Bless

What will be in the eternal life?

re-post
One think I can say for sure. Those that make it into the eternal life will not be sitting upon a cloud playing a harp.
What the Bible says will take place? There will be those that are called up into the Rapture and they at that time will receive an eternal body. These will then follow Christ upon His return to earth.
There will be a thousand year reign of Christ. With Him will be those from the Rapture helping Him rule. Simply they will be serving God helping to govern those that are alive after the Great Tribulation. Those that were martyred will serve God Himself in whatever task He so desires for them to do.
Once the Thousand year reign is completed and Satan is finally thrown into the pit of fire. Any that followed him will join him there with their own eternal bodies but instead of happiness they shall suffer for all eternity.
All we know for sure is that those that come through as loyal servants will be able to live in New Jerusalem. It does not say they will stay within it but that it will be where their home is.
Now the eternal body. This is something that needs to be understood more fully as well. It will be perfect and free of corruption for it says the corrupt shall put on the incorrupt. There will be no sex. Jesus stated that this will end. Why? For one reason there will be no need to reproduce since we will no longer die. This is the evolution to a higher live form that many think will take millions of years to take place and will only be open to those alive at that point when this evolving takes place leaving those that died before hand out.
The Bible makes it clear that ALL shall receive eternal bodies for all humanity that has ever lived but those that followed Satan will be destine to pain and misery. While those that followed God would be rewarded and see happiness.
The Great White Throne Judgment also addresses those that never heard of God. Their live shall be judged and there will be those that never knew God but lived good lives and they shall allowed to live in New Jerusalem. Those that are found wanting in the sight of God will join Satan in the pit.
So here is the thing. If you wish to “evolve” serve God and accept His Son the Lord Jesus Christ and follow all the teachings within the Bible and understand this: If it is called a sin in the Bible then it is a sin and you should turn your back upon it no matter the pain you must suffer now. For the pain you suffer now will never compare to the undying pain promised Satan and all his followers be they angel or human.

Confessions of a screwed up middle aged man: When He returns it will be too late

Had a talk with a brother in Christ the other day. As is usual there is slight differences in belief and concepts of how to interrupt the Bible. I have come to accept this.
His hope was that when Jesus does make His reappearance that many would plead and beg for forgiveness, and be welcomed. The former will happen, but the latter. Depends on when you perceive His return.
This is why I am of the group that believes in a pre-Tribulation Rapture. Why this is will address my point for this article.
First off, I have come to the conclusion that the amount of people going in the Rapture will be much smaller than I and most others have considered possible. This will be the chance my brother in Christ is hoping for.
This is made clear within Revelation, where it shows the “great multitude, which no man could number” is dressed in white before the throne of God. (Revelation 7:9-17) This I see as the mid-point Rapture. For this vast number of people from “all nations, and kindred, and people, and tongues, will have been killed just in the first three and a half years of the Tribulation. They will be killed because they did see the first Rapture and saw it for what it was. Their last chance at redemption with the Lord. The price for this realization will be at a cost though. For it will require starvation and beheadings. For they will refuse to take the mark of Satan, which will include if not just be the implantation of a chip in their skin.
But the question is asked. “What of those that have or will die before the Rapture occurs?”
That is already spelled out within the details given in the first Rapture. Those that were faithful. Both dead and alive will be caught up and taken before the throne of God. Any that were not. Even if they thought they were, will be left in heaven or hell till the end of the thousand year reign of Jesus Christ, which is to come.
At this time they will stand for the Great White Throne Judgment, and face the weight of their sins against their righteousness. Praying they have more of the latter than the former. For it will be easier for those that never heard of God than for those that have.
So it is better to commit yourself to Christ and His Father now. Not only in faith, but works. For either extreme leads only to death and possibly damnation.

Why are people starting to now doubt the timing of the Rapture?

Now I understand from why from the fringe and from those that do not fully follow the teaching of the Bible, but from those that profess to being “Christian” and to so-called knowing the Bible.
Well let’s look to the Bible and to the last book of the Bible: Revelation. In the third chapter and the tenth verse of this chapter this is stated by the glorified Jesus Christ:
“Because thou hast kept the word of my patience, I also will keep thee from the hour of temptation, which shall come upon all the world, to try them that dwell upon the earth.”
Another version of the Bible states it this way:
“Because you have obeyed my command to persevere, I will protest you from the great time of testing that will come upon the whole world to test those who belong to the world.”
Now since I have witnessed this in person. There are those that call themselves “Christian” that in turn call the book of Revelation nothing more than a “fairy-tale” (Needless to say I never returned to that church). Unfortunately there are those that listened to this and belief it to be the truth. On this note all I can say is that if someone discounts one book of the Bible as “fake” or “fantasy” than they have no true belief in God as their Creator or that Jesus, who has been documented to have actually existed, was never real at all. Their own belief in the “fairy-tale” makes them out to be liars and have no concept of salvation or our Savior.
But on with the true topic of this article.
There are those that think the Rapture will not happen till either the middle of the Tribulation period, or till just before the bowl judgments or better yet till after the bowl judgments as Christ comes to stand upon the Mount of Olives breaking it in half.
Now there can be some argument due to the wording of the tenth verse of the third chapter of Revelation to in some way justify the middle of the Tribulation, but here is the thing. Even before the middle of the Tribulation is reached there will be judgments and disasters that transpire that cause the death of millions if not billions. This contradicts the above verse. So this leaves only possible answer to when the Rapture is to transpire and that is before the Tribulation begins. As it is commonly known as the per-tribulation rapture. Even looking at the other two options is voided by the evidence of this one so to even discuss them is a waste of time.
Now for clarification sake. Some will ask then: who are the 144000? This is a simple answer. These are the select from the twelve tribes of Israel. 1200 from each tribe.
There are two convent groups upon this planet at this time.
The Israelite and the Christians.
There will be those that argue this from other religions, but here is the difference. God in the Bible made a promise to Abraham and as a result we have the Jewish nation of Israel and the twelve tribes within it. Are some Israelite non-Caucasian? There is evidence in the Bible itself to support this.
Those that are Christian have been given a promise by the Son of God, Jesus Christ.
The Israelites are to be the bride to God. The Christians are to be the bride to Jesus.
Since the first bride rebelled and sinned (see Hosea). They must endure through the Tribulation.
This is not asked of the Christians since they are covered by the blood that Christ spilled upon the cross.
Here is the kicker though and why I feel the debate as to when the Rapture is, is now taking place.
I have come to a sad realization. Most that consider themselves to be “Christian” that go to church, and send their praises unto God. The majority that consider themselves to be saved and covered by the saving blood of Jesus Christ. In reality, are not. They are the lukewarm. Those that at one point did ask Christ into their heart, but due to bad teaching, misunderstanding and not reading the bible they have been led down the wrong road. The one that is a wide and easy path and not the narrow and difficult.
This is the reason that suddenly there is a debate as to when the Rapture will truly occur in relation to the Tribulation. Why? For millions that count themselves as saved will be shocked to see that they have been left behind and so will listen with baited breath to those that offer up false reasons that there will be “another” Rapture since they missed out on the first and what in reality will be the last, except for those that chose to correct their errors and decide to choose martyrdom over the mark of Satan. Their Rapture is promised at the midpoint of the Tribulation when the antichrist chooses to desecrate the newly reconstructed Jewish Temple within Jerusalem. At this same time the 144000 Jews will receive their own mark. A mark that will protect them from all that will follow in the next three and a half years. For they are to be witnesses to the horror that is to befall all the rest of humanity that will be upon the earth at that time till the triumphant return of the glorified Jesus Christ.

If the Rapture were right now.

re-post
Could you honestly say you would make it into heaven on the second blowing of the horn?
I can’t even say yes to that question and I am closer to God then I have ever been in my entire life.
If I can’t honestly answer that can you?
I look about the United States of America. A nation that 80% of the population says they are “Christian” yet most of these do not go to church. Have not read the Bible. Constantly break the Commandants yet I bet they just said yes to my question above. Well got some bad news for you. Sorry wrong answer.
When I was first Born-again I had a dream. You see I know without a doubt that I am a dreamer of dreams (Acts 2:17), yet I still doubt making the rapture and this dream is the reason why.
I dreamt I was being herded through a store, the racks were empty and were torn apart, but I could tell it was a store at one time. Before and behind me were others like myself. We were dressed in a grey jumpsuit and we were chained together.
Standing upon one of the display racks was a bald man covered in tattoos. He used a whip to keep us ever moving forward.
Suddenly cheering and howling erupted behind me. I turned to the end of the aisle behind me and there stood a twelve year old boy. He too was covered in tattoos as well and he held up in one hand the severed head of a blonde woman by her long hair.
This dream has haunted me for decades. Due to this I doubt my place in the Rapture, but I still strife to serve God for I know it is the right thing to do and why it must be done. So those that are the grey (lukewarm) and the barren branch will awaken to the errors of their ways and turn white hot for God bearing fruit that is sweet to our Savior. (Revelation 3:14-22)
This is why I ask this question about if the Rapture were today would you be standing before God and Christ or would you be down here in bewilderment and shock for having been found wanting by God.

The Rapture

There are still those that do not belief in this word. Many call themselves “Christian.” They belief in the Utopian theory that all humanity will finally suddenly see the light and turn to God as His Son descends from heaven to set foot upon the Mount of Olives.
Jesus setting foot upon the Mount of Olives comes at the end of the great Tribulation though. A time that will include the death of well over half the population of this planet in natural disasters and genocide committed mainly by those that willingly reject God.
There are warning signs given to all within the Bible. Wars and rumors of wars, a great falling away from the teachings of the Bible and the return to openly showing the world sin, due to the belief that humanity does not need its Creator. These things are now more evident than they have ever been before.
There is an ultimate sign that the Bible teaches all will be a sign that the great Tribulation is beginning. That sign is the Rapture.
1 Thessalonians 4:15 – We tell you this directly from the Lord: We who are still living when the Lord returns will not meet him ahead of those who have died. 16 For the Lord himself will come down from heaven with a commanding shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trumpet call of God. First, the believers who have died will rise from their graves. 17 Then, together with them, we who are still alive and remain on the earth will be caught up in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air. Then we will be with the Lord forever. 18 So encourage each other with these words.
John 14:1 – “Don’t let your hearts be troubled. Trust in God, and trust also in me. 2 There is more than enough room in my Father’s home. If this were not so, would I have told you that I am going to prepare a place for you? 3 When everything is ready, I will come and get you, so that you will always be with me where I am. 4 And you know the way to where I am going.”
1 Corinthians 15:50 – What I am saying, dear brothers and sisters, is that our physical bodies cannot inherit the Kingdom of God. These dying bodies cannot inherit what will last forever.
51 But let me reveal to you a wonderful secret. We will not all die, but we will all be transformed! 52 It will happen in a moment, in the blink of an eye, when the last trumpet is blown. For when the trumpet sounds, those who have died will be raised to live forever. And we who are living will also be transformed. 53 For our dying bodies must be transformed into bodies that will never die; our mortal bodies must be transformed into immortal bodies.
Now in the early Church there is strong evidence that there is not just one Rapture, but multiple Raptures. This can be seen above. In 1 Thessalonians there is reference to “a commanding shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trumpet call of God.” While in 1 Corinthians it states “when the last trumpet is blown.”
Is this the same event at the end of the Tribulation or is it the first and the last trumpet?
Here is a quotes from the John Walvoord Prophecy Commentaries. 1&2 Thessalonians:
“It is evident that Paul had taught them that there would be a number of resurrections in a chronological order as the Scriptures portray – not just one general resurrection as some believe today. The question I their minds was: In the order of the various resurrections, when would there deceased loved ones in Christ be raised? Apparently they thought they would be caught up to be with the Lord at any time and that the resurrection of the loved ones would be delayed. Possibly until after the great tribulation when Christ comes back to establish His kingdom. They wondered if those who died before the Lord’s coming would miss out on this great event. They wanted some instruction on this point, so Paul wrote to answer this nagging question.”
The response to this question is in 1 Thessalonians 4:13-14
“And now, dear brothers and sisters, we want you to know what will happen to the believers who have died so you will not grieve like people who have no hope. 14 For since we believe that Jesus died and was raised to life again, we also believe that when Jesus returns, God will bring back with him the believers who have died.”
I happen to agree with that there will be multiple resurrections. For when you read Revelation there is enough evidence to support not only multiple ones but they are given to separate groups as well. Those that sinned and denied God, or never knew of God being the last of these when they stand before the Great White Throne Judgment at the end of the thousand year reign of Jesus Christ.
There is a major difference with the event of the first Rapture though. It is the calling card from Jesus to the world. It is stating and announcing a clear message. It has three major audible events. It is designed as a noticeable seal to all, so none can question that the event took place, yet many will anyway out of closeminded denial of what has just occurred.
It is made clear in the wording of 1 Thessalonians that those that died will be raised first and then in the blink of an eye those that have been faithful to God will be taken up. It will happen with three sounds coming from the sky and everywhere. The voice of Jesus Christ Himself accompanied by an angel and a trumpet. This is the first Rapture and the sign to the world that judgment has begun upon those that are left. Including those that thought they were right with God and are left behind.
Why they were left behind is made clear in the seventh letter to the churches in Revelation 3
“15 ‘I know all the things you do, that you are neither hot nor cold. I wish that you were one or the other! 16 But since you are like lukewarm water, neither hot nor cold, I will spit you out of my mouth! 17 You say, ‘I am rich. I have everything I want. I don’t need a thing!’ And you don’t realize that you are wretched and miserable and poor and blind and naked. 18 So I advise you to buy gold from me—gold that has been purified by fire. Then you will be rich. Also buy white garments from me so you will not be shamed by your nakedness, and ointment for your eyes so you will be able to see. 19 I correct and discipline everyone I love. So be diligent and turn from your indifference.
20 ‘Look! I stand at the door and knock. If you hear my voice and open the door, I will come in, and we will share a meal together as friends. 21 Those who are victorious will sit with me on my throne, just as I was victorious and sat with my Father on his throne.
22 ‘Anyone with ears to hear must listen to the Spirit and understand what he is saying to the churches.’”
They are left here because they are lukewarm. Saying on Sunday they are for God but living in and loving the world when they are not within the structure they call “church.” Speaking more about sports and the actions of people they see upon the television. Living in and driving their worldly rewards than preparing themselves for this event they just missed. The Rapture.

Assumptions to Absolutes

This is what I learned this week. Most people in a so-called informed society are in actuality not informed. Now to be honest this is not something I learned just this week. It is something that I have known for some time, but this week it actually being a solid fact. In a way you could say I was living in the assumption of this reality, but had to have true solid evidence to support my belief in this matter, well now I have it.
I encountered a group that live this reality and they form an ever growing group. It is growing because this is what todays educational system is causing to happen. The requirements for true intellect has been removed and so more and more grow accustomed to taking things at face values thus assuming. They refuse to analysis what is being said or done, especially if what they say falls within a certain context that fits what they have been told to assume in previous encounters.
Here is an example. “Global Warming” or as it is now called “Climate Change.” The name itself and the need to change in itself prove of my point. It was called “Global Warming” for decades. Why? Because the earth was on a normal and natural as well as documented warming trend that happens every fifty years. The thing is, is that a group decided it was something to push, to push for more regulations which would then require more money to be taken for the public at large and then spread between the few. Thus making the rich richer and the poor more subservient. This hit a major speed bump about three or four years ago. You see as I stated it is a fifty year cycle, the cycle ended and so the northern ice cap began to expand. Then suddenly out of nowhere a new term came into existence “Climate Change.” Why? For two reasons. First saying the globe was warming could no longer be support because of an increase in not only the polar ice cap, but also rougher winters. So “Climate Change” was born, which speaks loudly of how people assume and brings us to the second point. That those speaking to them know of what they speak because they have an air of authority, and so it becomes an absolute fact, even though in reality it is not. No matter that their own senses and other data says it is not so, they ignore what is before their very faces and allow others to say it is bad, so it must be horrible. Here is the thing, the climate…. it changes, that is a fact of nature. The climate changes every single day and is never the same. This new name also speaks to the ignorance of the common person that believes these statements and listens with inspired awe to those in power that spew out these unsupported statements. Because the climate changes they must be right. It is truly sad.
It is from this group that people like Napoleon, Lenin, Marx, Stalin, Mao and Hitler arise. For people are so willing to believe these people under the promises of great rewards that will come to them personally. These rewards have been promised throughout the centuries, and yet for some strange reason it never ever reaches the common person and only those in power gain from it.
One of the core elements that helps to identify these groups is that they take something unsubstantiated, thus an assumption and through repetition proclaim it to be fact, the absolute. Anyone and I mean anyone that disagrees is evil and hates all humanity. Yet those that truly are the haters of humanity are they themselves, but they are so engulfed in the desire for self-gratis faction that they are blinded to the truth until it is too late in many cases and the damage is already done. This damage can be seen in bloodshed that results from things like the Crusades, the French Revolution, the Russian Revolution and the Holocaust. Even now those that flock to ISIS are repeating this same blind believe that they shall be reward.
Here is the kicker though, the ultimate goal is bloodshed, and it is a path The United States is now fully involved in tumbling down. However, it is not just in the Unites States that you see this trend, it is also being manifested in groups like ISIS as I mentioned before, and in areas where people are being forced out of areas their families have lived in for ages. Just because their views do not mesh with those that are seeking true and fully adulterated avarice. The rewarding of one personal desires no matter who it hurts, because it is not they that are being trampled upon but are those doing the trampling for they are right and all others are wrong.
But who is the group within the United States? Those on what is called the “left,” the liberals those that say we must take from others for give to us. It is from these that such great people as those listed above arose (please note sarcasm) and will arise again unless they awaken before it is too late.
Will it happen though? I seriously doubt it. All that will change it now is the understanding that only one thing is absolute and not an assumption. That will be when the shout is heard throughout the skies and thousands if not a few million people vanish in an instant, and yes I stated a low number on purpose for far viewer are ready to meet Christ in heaven today than at any other time in history, even though the population of this planet is the highest it has ever been. This is called the Rapture and it will show all that Jesus is real and so is His Father, God the creator of all.
It will only be when this event takes place that millions if not billions will awake to the truth and as a result must die a horrible death to stand firm to their new found faith and believe in God and His Son the Lord Jesus Christ. It is better now to find salvation then to wait for the Rapture. For as the resurrected Christ told Thomas.
John 20: 29 Jesus saith unto him, Thomas, because thou hast seen me, thou hast believed: blessed are they that have not seen, and yet have believed.

What will the Rapture cause to happen?

To answer this question we must come to realize an important point. That being: that far fewer people will vanish from the earth then people think will disappear. Yet it will still be a noticeable event. It is the fact that it will not go un-noticed and those that were fully sure of themselves that they were going will cause two things to occur.
This first of this will be a falling away from the belief in God. For there will be many that thought themselves pure to find they were unclean and they will find that they prefer the live of a sinner over the life of a follower of God. Who in their mind abandoned them, not realizing that it is not God that abandoned them, but it was they that abandoned God.

In the same token there will be many that have the same realization that they were too were not as pure in their faith to God as they had thought. They will come to realize that certain man-made doctrines that had placed them on the wrong path were just that, man-made and need to be left where they started with humanity. They will then realize that you must take the entire Bible literally and you must read it and come to understand that all the books of the New Testament were written to a believing church body. They must then realize that it was not taking the Bible literally that got them to be left out of the Rapture.
Once then enlightenment takes place they will then go the next step which is to truly follow the teaching of the Bible. It is made clear that billions will do this and that it will most likely lead to a martyr’s death. They will know that they cannot take the mark or allow the chip to be implanted into their body. It will result in starvation, and they will be forced into a horrible time before they are removed from the earth.
Then as the last Christian is killed, the antichrist will show his true face. He will break his peace with Israel and the 144,000 will be spirited away to a safe haven. This will happen when the first three and half years of the Tribulation comes to an end. Then the two prophets shall appear who I still believe to be Enoch and Elijah. For to have them to be true witnesses. They must be able to attest for all of the actions of humanity and they must preach this unto those that do not wish to hear the word of God for the last half of the Tribulation. But all of that is another issue all together.
So the Rapture is the true awakening that will cause billions to come to God and He will receive them.

Your book is being written right now

There will come a time when those that did not make the Rapture will have to stand before God. As your witness will be the book of your life you now live. Within this book is every thought you though, every kindness, every hatred, every goodness and everything bad you have ever done form the age of accountability until you pass from this temporal life. All will hear and see your life as God reviews it. Nothing will be hidden and all will be revealed.
Can you stand for all to be seen by everyone? Can you stand for those you called your friends to see it? Can you stand for those within your family to witness it? Can you stand for total strangers to look upon your actions?
Ponder that for a while.
