So the day by day continues, yet still he does not see.
In previous posts I mentioned in one way or another the mentality and actions of one of my co-workers. I will add to the painting of the imagery of this man. So in hopes it will help those out there with the eyes to see and the ears to hear.
This man goes about reading the Bible, yet talks about things not found within the Bible. Most at work, both sinner and saint see him for what he is. A sham. A phony. A hypocrite. A lukewarm.
However he sees himself as the “select,” the “chosen,” the “few.”
I once told him about Ephesians 6:5-9, and how when we go to work and how we work is for God. We are the light the living witness of Christ unto the world. His reply: I was ignorant. Not realizing that when he said that he called the Word of God ignorant and so that God Himself was ignorant.
Now that the painting has been made clearer. I will address the new issues.
We are allotted a set amount of time to accomplish our jobs at the place I work at. Each person in his/her own tasks, but sometimes it is required for other to assist in the other persons work.
I have one of the latter jobs. In it the person in question is assigned an hour to make it possible for him to assist me so I can accomplish my assigned duties.
So I check my jobs time to time to make sure I am staying near my limits since each job even though the same has issues that can arise to throw the time needed off.
Well anyway, I saw this job and it was WAY out of range. So I check the time usage. Mine were right where they should be. His contribution six hours over.
He just doesn’t get it.
When you call yourself “Christian” all we do is for God. ALL WE DO!
So when you ride time like this it is not against the co-worker, the employer or the customer that is being abused. IT IS GOD!
We answer directly to God. God is our employer, and when this abuse takes place it is Him we are denigrating.
I refuse to partake in this. I will not contribute to his open insult to the Lord God Almighty.
When possible I will tell him I will not allow him to add to his sins against our Creator. For I honor God and refuse to continue to insult Him.

Millennial outreach #8
The afterlife
First off do you belief that in the theory of there being a multiverse to be real?
If the answer to this is yes then the concept was proven when it was stated that God is in “heaven.” Where God is, is a different reality. It even works under its own time structure. For one day to God is one thousand years to this reality.
2 Peter 3:8 – But you must not forget this one thing, dear friends: A day is like a thousand years to the Lord, and a thousand years is like a day.
Where heaven or as it is also called “paradise,” is located not in the same reality as where God is. However, we do know that from heaven you can see hell.
Luke 16:19 – Jesus said, “There was a certain rich man who was splendidly clothed in purple and fine linen and who lived each day in luxury. 20 At his gate lay a poor man named Lazarus who was covered with sores. 21 As Lazarus lay there longing for scraps from the rich man’s table, the dogs would come and lick his open sores.
22 “Finally, the poor man died and was carried by the angels to sit beside Abraham at the heavenly banquet. The rich man also died and was buried, 23 and he went to the place of the dead. There, in torment, he saw Abraham in the far distance with Lazarus at his side.
24 “The rich man shouted, ‘Father Abraham, have some pity! Send Lazarus over here to dip the tip of his finger in water and cool my tongue. I am in anguish in these flames.’
25 “But Abraham said to him, ‘Son, remember that during your lifetime you had everything you wanted, and Lazarus had nothing. So now he is here being comforted, and you are in anguish. 26 And besides, there is a great chasm separating us. No one can cross over to you from here, and no one can cross over to us from there.’
27 “Then the rich man said, ‘Please, Father Abraham, at least send him to my father’s home. 28 For I have five brothers, and I want him to warn them so they don’t end up in this place of torment.’
29 “But Abraham said, ‘Moses and the prophets have warned them. Your brothers can read what they wrote.’
30 “The rich man replied, ‘No, Father Abraham! But if someone is sent to them from the dead, then they will repent of their sins and turn to God.’
31 “But Abraham said, ‘If they won’t listen to Moses and the prophets, they won’t be persuaded even if someone rises from the dead.’”
Please note this last verse and think upon it. Anyway onward we go.
This also shows that heaven and hell are temporary. They are just a weight station unto the next phase of existence.
This next phase is something taught by those that even fully deny the existence of God. Yet again it is something promised to all. Not just our descendants that live hundreds or thousands of years from now. It is promised to everyone that ever was, ever is and ever will be.
The way these people sell their bill of goods allows them to cause those that now and have lived. That their mundane lives will mean something in the end. Even if they do not personally “reach” the point of “transition into a higher lifeform.”
The kicker is we will all experience this transition into a higher lifeform. This is promised within the Bible.
1 Corinthians 15:53 – For our dying bodies must be transformed into bodies that will never die; our mortal bodies must be transformed into immortal bodies.
It will not only come to our descendants, but ourselves and our ancestors.
The sad part about this is a price that is requires to have a good eternal existence, as was witnessed above with the parable Lazarus and the rich man.
This price though most of you that are of the millennial generation says does not exist. However, if you believe there is a multiverse you are accepting that God does exist. In turn as has been shown in pervious “Millennial outreach” articles, that Jesus did walk the earth two thousand years ago. Even those that deny God in no true understanding of history question that He did.
Jesus paid the price that is required by us upon the cross. Which is why Christians turn to Him and ask Him to be their Savior. His blood that was split upon that day nearly two thousand years ago was shown to be justified when He rose from the dead three days later. Remember I asked you to think upon that last verse early. This was Jesus telling of His own death and resurrection in this last verse as He told this parable. However none truly understood this, even the apostles at that time.
If you do not ask Jesus to be your Savior, the price must be paid by you and only those that lived an honorable life and never in anyway knew of God or His Son can expect to overcome the cost. By knowing there is the possibility of God and to deny Him does not mean those that do this will have this grace. In fact those that think this can never meet that price, which is why people must turn to Jesus.
Revelation 20:11 – And I saw a great white throne and the one sitting on it. The earth and sky fled from his presence, but they found no place to hide. 12 I saw the dead, both great and small, standing before God’s throne. And the books were opened, including the Book of Life. And the dead were judged according to what they had done, as recorded in the books. 13 The sea gave up its dead, and death and the grave gave up their dead. And all were judged according to their deeds. 14 Then death and the grave were thrown into the lake of fire. This lake of fire is the second death. 15 And anyone whose name was not found recorded in the Book of Life was thrown into the lake of fire.
Confessions of a screwed up middle aged male: The left is dumbfounded
I watch and I listen to the news and to how people have responded to the events in November and as they continue on into this month. Magazine covers were printed, celebrations planned ahead of time. To the left they had won. For the world was moving in their direction. Humanity was righteous and pure, even though they openly flaunted their corruption and hatred for those that were not like them.
The United States had finally become atheistic. God had been removed. God had been defeated. God was dead. Now humanity would rein over humanity. Oh excuses me, The Progressive Leftist would reign and rule over the rest, and majority of humanity.
Now understand. Mr. Trump is not the second coming. He is not our savior. I only voted for him because I could not see an unrepentant liar, thieve, criminal and traitor be elected the president of this nation. The presidency is not lordship over this nation. It is an office to run the federal government and to be the face to the world of this nation. Something Mrs. Clinton never has been nor has Obama.
This election was truly a struggle for the souls of this nation. It was a struggle that is not over yet. The left is entrenched into the media, our courts, and our schools and within the working parts of our federal government.
Their goals have been stalled, but not defeated. They did not expect what happened. They did not count upon those that still belief in right. In law and order. In God and His Son Jesus Christ.
Most did not vote FOR Trump, but against those on the left and their agenda. Yet still they just don’t understand, they are dumbfounded.
True wealth management
There are two key elements that Jesus Himself established. Those with the most and are the highest here in this temporal plain will be the least and the poorest in the eternal life to come.
Matthew 19:30 – But many who are the greatest now will be least important then, and those who seem least important now will be the greatest then.
Also as shown with the encounter with the young rich man and Jesus, as well as he follow-up statement to His apostles. It is harder for a rich person to get into heaven then it is for a camel to go through the eye of a needle. (Matthew 19:16-30)
So how should a Christian approach wealth?
Well first and foremost. If he has some he shouldn’t horde it or store it up.
Matthew 6: 19 “Don’t store up treasures here on earth, where moths eat them and rust destroys them, and where thieves break in and steal. 20 Store your treasures in heaven, where moths and rust cannot destroy, and thieves do not break in and steal. 21 Wherever your treasure is, there the desires of your heart will also be.
In fact we are encouraged to share it with our fellows in Christ that are not been given wealth.
1 John 3:17 – If someone has enough money to live well and sees a brother or sister in need but shows no compassion—how can God’s love be in that person?
So here is how it should be done. Let’s look at a fictional person and show the point.
Malcolm is a young and talented African American. His parents are middle class and have never divorced.
Malcolm decides to enter into the aircraft manufacturing world and after attending A&P school is able to acquire a position in Washington State fulfilling his dream.
It takes him about six years to get to the top of his pay rate which allows him to bring in a net worth of $100,000 per year. Soon after he marries.
His wife is a nurse and she also makes a net worth of $100,000 per year.
So Malcolm and his wife buy a wonderful home in a nice area.
Malcolm was taught well by his parents and so without question or reservation gave $20,000 of his income to various charities most of which were Christian based and run. Example: Samaritan’s Purse.
A few years pass, in addition to a couple of children and suddenly Malcolm’s talent comes into play. He makes it in the music industry.
Unexpectedly, he and his wife have an income of $6,000,000 per year. Due to his upbringing though he never chances his lifestyle. Few living around him even put two and two together about who he is. He does not brag about it or flaunt it. He keeps his personal life out of the spotlight, but he did payoff the loan on his home and stayed within it. He continued to live his live exactly the same, but he and his wife decide to establish to live off $300,000 per year.
All the rest of his income continued to go to various charities. One of which he starts himself to help those truly in need.
This is how those that have been given worldly wealth are to manage it for it is temporal and fleeting.
Confessions of a screwed up middle aged man: it is safe to come out yet?
I had come to the conclusion, as the election neared. That I know without a doubt before 2020 I would be imprisoned within one of the many FIMA camps that are spread out within the United States.
Why?
Well for the main reason I refuse to deny in any way I am a Christian.
For the next part I could see the “tolerant” left under the control of President Hillary Clinton getting to a point of so hating Christians that we would be rounded up as the Jews were in the 1930s in Germany.
This fear has been removed, at least for the moment. For still we hear of these college campuses singing praises of a dictator who caused the death of millions. Yes many can say God stopped this left form turning my fears into a reality. However, the state of the world had not fully taken the discomfort away.
Due to the constant onslaught from those on the left, who have control over the media, our colleges and the bureaucracy of our government, will not surrender their last from of power and control. Still there is the possibility of persecution for that is promised with the Bible.
So is it safe to say you are “Christian?”
Maybe not, but I will continue to do so, even if it means my death in this temporal existence. For I know that when I do die here. I have finished what God has planned for me to accomplish and so I will welcome the coming of my eternal life to come and the billions upon billions of years I will be in service to the Creator of this universe.
The rules didn’t go away they just got simplified
First and foremost, we must make this perfectly clear:
faith without works is dead (James 2:14-26)
Just as works alone is death, so is faith alone. It is a meeting in the middle of these practices that allows people to truly be called “Christian,” and alive.
In the Old Testament part of three books were dedicated to rules to follow to live ones live in service to God. Many if not most think these rules and regulations are now void. This is not true. They have just been simplified to be understood easier. While some of the more harsh rules have been taken out of the hands of humanity and returned to He that till sit upon the Great White Throne.
In the simplified version by loving God with all our heart, mind and soul first should totally remove selfish lust, desires or wants.
By treating our fellow humans as we would wish to be treated is the next most important rule.
The first removes the desire to commit suicide, so the second removes the desire to murder, for example.
It is made clear that nature in all its forms are of God. So any desire to go against nature is an act of rebellion against God and is seen as death.
The desire to horde our wealth and to seek after luxuries is called “of the world” and anything of the world is death. Yet most horde their wealth and seek after luxuries. When the Bible clearly states that if you have been given wealth you are to share it with these within the faith that are in need.
1 John 3:7 – If someone has enough money to live well and sees a brother or sister in need but shows no compassion—how can God’s love be in that person?
All of these are in the Old Testament and were abridged by Jesus and His apostles. If it is called a sin in the old it still a sin in the new.
Thinking you can go through this temporal existence and say through faith you are saved. Yet make no effort to follow what the Bible teaches, you seek death.
So when you speed, you seek eternal death.
When you go against nature, you seek eternal death.
When you seek after wealth and fame. You seek eternal death.
When all you care for is only yourself no matter the cost to others. You seek eternal death.
The only grey zone in the Bible is living a faithful life and doing that through works. This is what is needed to show you know the simplified rules of the New Testament. Otherwise it is black and white. Death and life. This is I why the entire Bible counts. Not just the old and not just the new.
The old give you the specifics on most that still hold true as confirmed by the new. If this were not so, then Jesus died for nothing.
Millennial outreach #7
Why two thousand plus years?
The question could have been asked “Why has humanity lasted as long as it has?”
There are many times throughout the history of mankind when we should have fallen into complete and utter chaos that civilization itself should have ceased to exist. There are those out there that feel their very world ended November 9th, 2016. To those thinking this is all that can be said is this. Several events throughout the last two thousand years have been more destructive to humanity than the presidential election.
Case in point: the Black Death, 1346-1353. As it is known as the bubonic plague is estimated to have killed from 75 million to 200 million people. One of the magnifiers of this death toll was due to poor governmental management of the agricultural lands. People sought financial rewards within the urban communities causing a swelling of the populations within the cities throughout Europe. Filth was prevalent. Human waste ran down the middle of the streets and wasted food rotted. It was a perfect breeding ground for rats who were the carries of the plague. All this death was caused by humans seeking to control and have power over those they saw as lesser than themselves. This is always the result when humans think they are better than other humans.
Now that I have laid the foundation for this article. I can now pursue answering the question that is the subtitle of this piece. Humanity goes through cycles, just as the weather does. The best way to look at this is by looking at the “Strauss-Howe generational theory” of prophets (idealist), nomads (reactive), hero (civic), and artist (adaptive). I recommend studying this on the side for it distracts from the article. These cycles in humanity always occur and follow the same pattern. However, when the factors of human domination come into play results vary.
Prime examples, the American Revolution vs. the French Revolution. The former resulting in a strong and peace oriented government. The latter resulting in death, a dictatorship and a lust for world domination.
What was the key difference in these two revolutions?
The Bible and a belief in God is the answer.
The American Revolution was steadfastly attached to the teaching of the Bible. Mainly due to most that wished to truly follow the Bible had fled Europe due to persecution by those that felt humans should rule humans.
It is due to the teachings of the Torah and the Bible that have caused humanity to have survived. It is the following in the belief that all humanity is equal to one another that has given humanity the ability to overcome tyranny that always results when one part of the human race sees themselves as superior. Special and blessed.
Those that truly come to study the Bible come to one conclusion. The human race is a sinful mass of egotistical, self-serving, pieces of garbage. All of them. Including themselves and some would say, especially themselves. it is this shattering of our egos that generates compassion, self-sacrifice and the desire to help our fellow humans to become better.
However due to the cycles of humanity the generation that learns true compassion passed the compassion on without making their children truly understanding why it is so important. As a result they become lost, confused and seek only to please themselves and the cycle begins to repeat.
In a few years you Millennials are going to come to a point where you must decide. Will you become like those of the American Revolution or the French Revolution?
For at this time it is pointing toward the latter instead of the former.
Confessions of a screwed up middle aged man: When He returns it will be too late
Had a talk with a brother in Christ the other day. As is usual there is slight differences in belief and concepts of how to interrupt the Bible. I have come to accept this.
His hope was that when Jesus does make His reappearance that many would plead and beg for forgiveness, and be welcomed. The former will happen, but the latter. Depends on when you perceive His return.
This is why I am of the group that believes in a pre-Tribulation Rapture. Why this is will address my point for this article.
First off, I have come to the conclusion that the amount of people going in the Rapture will be much smaller than I and most others have considered possible. This will be the chance my brother in Christ is hoping for.
This is made clear within Revelation, where it shows the “great multitude, which no man could number” is dressed in white before the throne of God. (Revelation 7:9-17) This I see as the mid-point Rapture. For this vast number of people from “all nations, and kindred, and people, and tongues, will have been killed just in the first three and a half years of the Tribulation. They will be killed because they did see the first Rapture and saw it for what it was. Their last chance at redemption with the Lord. The price for this realization will be at a cost though. For it will require starvation and beheadings. For they will refuse to take the mark of Satan, which will include if not just be the implantation of a chip in their skin.
But the question is asked. “What of those that have or will die before the Rapture occurs?”
That is already spelled out within the details given in the first Rapture. Those that were faithful. Both dead and alive will be caught up and taken before the throne of God. Any that were not. Even if they thought they were, will be left in heaven or hell till the end of the thousand year reign of Jesus Christ, which is to come.
At this time they will stand for the Great White Throne Judgment, and face the weight of their sins against their righteousness. Praying they have more of the latter than the former. For it will be easier for those that never heard of God than for those that have.
So it is better to commit yourself to Christ and His Father now. Not only in faith, but works. For either extreme leads only to death and possibly damnation.
Now more than any other time………. Know the truth
Due to a hard and vicious attack by those that deny the existence of God and His Son. This nation is torn, fractured, hurt and angry. All things the Bible itself tells those willing to read and understand it to avoid.
Romans 16:17 – And now I make one more appeal, my dear brothers and sisters. Watch out for people who cause divisions and upset people’s faith by teaching things contrary to what you have been taught. Stay away from them. 18 Such people are not serving Christ our Lord; they are serving their own personal interests. By smooth talk and glowing words they deceive innocent people.
This is a mainstay of the Democratic Party and the best example of this is Barak Obama, followed by the Clintons. They say the words that they are “Christian” but their actions and the results they cause show their true desires and lusts.
Titus 3:9 – Do not get involved in foolish discussions about spiritual pedigrees or in quarrels and fights about obedience to Jewish laws. These things are useless and a waste of time. 10 If people are causing divisions among you, give a first and second warning. After that, have nothing more to do with them. 11 For people like that have turned away from the truth, and their own sins condemn them.
Their ultimate goal is the destruction of the United States as it was originally form. A nation dedicated to God through His Son the Lord Jesus Christ.
Luke 11:17 – He knew their thoughts, so he said, “Any kingdom divided by civil war is doomed. A family splintered by feuding will fall apart.
God and Jesus Christ seek one think. Unity for all. Knowing that God is the Creator of all.
John 17:13 “Now I am coming to you. I told them many things while I was with them in this world so they would be filled with my joy. 14 I have given them your word. And the world hates them because they do not belong to the world, just as I do not belong to the world. 15 I’m not asking you to take them out of the world, but to keep them safe from the evil one. 16 They do not belong to this world any more than I do. 17 Make them holy by your truth; teach them your word, which is truth. 18 Just as you sent me into the world, I am sending them into the world. 19 And I give myself as a holy sacrifice for them so they can be made holy by your truth. 20 “I am praying not only for these disciples but also for all who will ever believe in me through their message. 21 I pray that they will all be one, just as you and I are one—as you are in me, Father, and I am in you. And may they be in us so that the world will believe you sent me. 22 “I have given them the glory you gave me, so they may be one as we are one. 23 I am in them and you are in me. May they experience such perfect unity that the world will know that you sent me and that you love them as much as you love me. 24 Father, I want these whom you have given me to be with me where I am. Then they can see all the glory you gave me because you loved me even before the world began! 25 “O righteous Father, the world doesn’t know you, but I do; and these disciples know you sent me. 26 I have revealed you to them, and I will continue to do so. Then your love for me will be in them, and I will be in them.”
Know the truth. That we are all one. Turn to the Savior and accept Him. For only through Him can we be one people under one God.
“I pledge allegiance to the Flag of the United States of America, and to the Republic for which it stands, one Nation under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all.”
Why a servant mentality?
Throughout the Bible and particularly in the New Testament there is an imagery given that being a Christian is to develop a servant type mentality. A fact in point is those who seek to be leaders must consider themselves to be a servant or more accurately a slave to those they wish to lead.
Now this is my own point of view of this, here it is why I see the requirement to strive to be this way. Satan, when he was known as Lucifer, was to have had a servant mentality. However, this is not the reality of the facts. He is willful, self-centered and seeks after his own personal reward and satisfaction. As well as control over all.
These same exact behavioral issues are seen within those that are of the world. Even though sometimes they may not see it themselves this way. They are blind to their true nature and attitude. Many even see themselves as righteous.
We are to use this temporal life to come into an acceptance that we are to serve God. We do this through following the teachings of Christ His Son and the apostles, with the books of the New Testament, supported by the Old Testament.
When you truly humble yourself and love God above all else this is a simple task to fulfill. However, since we are human we will never reach perfection as long as we live in these corrupt bodies. As we come closer to Christ and accept the life He Himself lived by becoming a human. We see the flaws within ourselves and seek to end our sin.
The further away from Jesus they are they sin more for they are blind to their sins. Thus evidence that this life is a trail to see if we can learn to become humble. For be being humble we easily adjust to our eternal life in service to the Creator of the universe. These years in this temporal existence are designed to cause those willing to understand that to center their lives upon themselves results in sorrow and misery. However, if we accept that God is to be our focal point, placing the cares and concerns of our fellow human beings above our own desires. From employer to those that hate us. We come to a point of joy that even in torture and death we will be welcomed in the warm embrace of the One who created us.
“To those that hate us?” someone in shock says aloud.
Yes. Even those that hate us to the point of killing us. For this life is like a blink of an eye compared to our eternal life yet to come. A life filled in service to God. Seeing the wonders and the beauties of the entire universe. Or an eternity in pain and unending agony. Which is it you wish to live?
