Two police are dead because people do not read the Bible.

Why do I say this? This is why:

Titus 3: 1, Put them in mind to be subject to principalities and powers, to obey magistrates, to be ready to every good work, 2, To speak evil of no man, to be no brawlers, but gentle, shewing all meekness unto all men. 3, For we ourselves also were sometimes foolish, disobedient, deceived, serving divers lusts and pleasures, living in malice and envy, hateful, and hating one another. 4, But after that the kindness and love of God our Saviour toward man appeared, 5, Not by works of righteousness which we have done, but according to his mercy he saved us, by the washing of regeneration, and renewing of the Holy Ghost; 6, Which he shed on us abundantly through Jesus Christ our Saviour; 7, That being justified by his grace, we should be made heirs according to the hope of eternal life.
If these so called protesters had read the Bible then there would be two police officers alive today that were truly MURDERERED.
If people would not listen to hatemongers and racist like Al Sharpton then there would be two families spending Christmas with these two police officers.
I hope those that protested are proud of what they have done. Their actions led to these murders, these TRUE murders. This is the true sins, this is the true crime.
Anyone who say otherwise, even to the man in the white house is lying to you. Remember, he is the one that said if you want to keep your doctor you would be able too. He has proven himself to be a liar.
Proverbs 12: 22 Lying lips are abomination to the LORD: but they that deal truly are his delight.

Respect the dream of Martin Luther King Jr. End the hatred and heal the wounds cause by those that wish to divide and destroy this nation. The liberals have shown their true nature and it is opposite that of God. Never vote for a liberal ever again for they are an abomination to the Lord.

To Believe in God makes you a wimp mentality

This is meant as a wake-up call to those that think we must kowtow to those that oppose us because of our faith and believes. There is approximately ninety battles fought in the Old Testament. At their core: what is right in the eyes of God. In the twentieth century, the United States of America tried to stay out of both World Wars due to Christian believes to a degree, but then entered these conflicts for the same believes. The most pronounced was the second war, when Nazism resulted in the death of millions, mainly Jews. For the protection of lives, it become necessary to take lives. Both German and Japan did horrendous acts to those that they captured and or imprisoned.
Does this mean we do not love out enemies? No, just the opposite. When the war ended this nation through our believes not only in the constitution, but also in the Bible went to both Germany and Japan and helped these former enemies rebuild their nations and now they are allies.
True love for the “enemies” of Christianity comes in the form of tolerance. We tolerate their desires to worship other religions or no religion. We tolerate the choices to live in sin. All human life is sacred and is loved by all that truly follow the teaching of Jesus Christ.
This does not mean that we should allow them to attack us be it with physical violence or impose laws upon our faith that diminish and subdue our faith. All humans are corrupt beings. We all sin. No one is perfect or better than anyone else is. The teaching of Christ though give us a way to change this. It allows us to love our neighbor and our enemy. It allows us to tolerate their choices even though bad. Are we perfect? No. Have we made mistakes? Yes.
When you see intolerance, you see hatred, which is the opposite of Christ and the love He instructed us to follow. Many times throughout history, this intolerance overflowed and threaten the children of God. The result…. war.
We must be willing not only to live for love, but also to die for it, for when we do so it is for the betterment of all humankind.
If you notice, all intolerance comes from those that deny or do not accept that God is our Lord.
Look carefully at events about you and things you see on the news.
North Korea cyber-attack on Sony…. intolerance.
The mayor of Houston TX subpoenaing churches for their sermons ….. intolerance.
Any dictatorship in the world… intolerance.
Radical Islamic groups like ISIS (ISIL) …. intolerance.
The killing of two policemen as they set in their patrol car…… intolerance.
Any time you see intolerant actions and behavior it is being done by those that wish to impose what they want you to do and think. No other way of thinking is right.
On the inverse are those that truly follow their faith in God. They tolerate sin. They tolerate other people demanding this or that. They are following the teaching of Christ that is how true love of your neighbor or enemy really works.
When those that wish to silence others rear their head they are actually showing that all they care for is themselves, their believes and their cause. They are missing out on so much it is truly saddening, for it is their intolerance and hatred that causes so much strife and anger.
Why does it take place, because those before them through their intolerance removed God from places where His presence caused there to be true tolerance and love for others. God should be once again seen in schools and in public. Due to His removal chaos has erupted in this nation to the point that those the teach intolerance has now caused the death of two truly innocent men to die a death they did not deserve.

Sad facts about those that call themselves “Christian”

Many live with the delusion that they are Christian. Yes, I said delusion. I have lived this lie. Thinking I was Christian and yet living in and of the world.
What does it mean to live in and of the world?
The best way I can describe it is all your actions and behavior lead you to think of yourself, that all there is to life is the life you now live. You are more concerned with sports, fashion, television, the latest gadget or game. This is in and of the world.
It is true that you still need some diversions. We all need that, but when the diversion becomes the main focus of your life then it is as I said before living in and of the world.
We are told in the Bible that we are to place God first and always, day and night every day. It can be done, because I am living it right this moment. Am I perfect? By all means no no no, but I am at least making a major effort at trying.
I literally had to lose most of my possessions to finally come to understand that God must be the focus of our everyday life. Questions like: “Does this reflect God?” “Would Jesus do this?” “Am I saying the right thing to glorify God?” Are only a small example of questions I ask myself every single day.
Can you say you do this? Are you for example driving the speed limit? Yes the speed limit, which is actually something we are instructed to do in the Bible (Titus 3:1). We are instructed to honor the laws set forth by man and when we do so we honor God. When these laws go against God we are also instructed to work to change them to where God is honored. Yet today more and more of God is being forced out of public view.
We are entering into a new dark age. A time of ignorance and strife, but why do I say ignorance? Do you know that most people have never read the Bible and nearly as much have no desire to. Yet they listen to people that parade themselves as preachers of God’s truth yet they lie manipulate, cause fear, anger, destruction as well as false hope and contribute to the believe that this world has all you will ever need. Since no one has read the Bible they think it is fact and given by God, this is totally opposite of the teachings of the Bible.
Love and honor God first and foremost. Then love your neighbor as you would love yourself. The only time you are mentioned is to emulate how you would like to be treated and to treat your neighbor that way. Oh and by the way, everyone about you is your neighbor. When you can do this most of the time, then you can call yourself a Christian and it will be the truth.

Review: It’s a Wonderful Life (1946)

This is the quintessential Christmas movie. In recent years, it and other movies that deal with a religious theme have had a hard time being seen on television. In a nation that says it is open to all views has been systematically shutting down the voice of religion. As a result, this nation is turning into Pottersville.
The movie shows the life of George Bailey (James Stewart) and how time after time he must choose between what he wants and what is good for his fellow town’s people. The fact that heaven steps into the situation shows that George is a Christian and is showing you the viewer how all should think and behave. Placing the self last and all others first a core element in the teachings of Jesus Christ. As a result, he becomes the most loved person in the little town of Bedford Falls.

Review: A Christmas Carol (1938, 1951, 1984)

A true classic of the holiday season. The weakest of the years listed is the 1938. Originally supposed to star Lionel Barrymore he injured his leg which effectually led to him being wheelchair bound, instead stared Reginald Owen. The main redeeming factor of this film was the Lockhart family. Gene Lockhart (the judge from the 1947 version of “Miracle on 34th Street” [another true classic]) his wife Kathleen and uncredited was June Lockhart (Lassie [1954], Lost in Space [1965]) their daughter who played “Belinda.”
1951 and 1984 had the better scripts, but to me the 1984 version is the best of the all of them. Starring George C. Scott, I highly recommend they all be watched and each person seriously think about their own behavior and actions as they do, because there are a lot of Scrooges out there in the real world today and it is saddening.

Scrooge’s real sin

Most associate Scrooge with greed. It is true that is a system of his real sin, but what Scrooge was guilty of was selfishness. Everything had to revolve about him and he thought that he could control all through having it. If you notice, he is friendless and very alone at the beginning of the story “A Christmas Carol.” He alienates all about him, because he cannot control them. What he can control he does through his money, which he clings to because it is all that he has left in the world.
Many in today’s world are heading down this same road, but most are unaware just how hideous they appear to other humans. They are blind to what is going on about them as they think themselves better then Ebenezer Scrooge. He is a product of a broken home. His father hated him for being born since his birth caused the death of his mother. He had no true positive influence during his informative years and so the foundation was laid for his eventual fall into the selfishness since all he truly knew was loneliness he never knew there was more to the world.
I can relate to this in a degree. I am what is called an “Army brat” even though my father was not in the military when I was around. Part of the meaning of this phrase was to be moved about from post to post every few years. This did happen to me and so making friends became more and more difficult. This in time got me to the point of feeling more comfortable alone then with people. Therefore, in this I can see how being alone did not phase Scrooge, but it did enable him to fall into the trap of selfishness more easily.
Jacob Marley makes this statement in his discussion with Scrooge “charity, mercy, forbearance and benevolence was my business.” Simply to be humble, a servant to humankind, which is the inverse of selfishness.
Most, especially those that have turned their back upon the Bible and the teachings of Christ, display daily acts of selfishness yet most cannot even see it. They are blinded by their ignorance of the Bible and so they are intolerant of not only things those that those that know the Bible realize is wrong. They also are so narrow-minded that most things are not acceptable to them. You see this behavior given life in the per-visitation version of Mr. Scrooge, yet many just see this movie as entertainment and do not truly dwell upon the message. Mainly, as stated before, because they associate his actions solely to greed not seeing the bigger picture of selfishness.
Look at your actions. Think if your behavior in anyway shape or form echoes the “Humbug” version of Scrooge. If it does see if you can find your own redemption for you will not be given the luxury of being visited upon by four spirits. All you have to count on is the teaching of Christ within the Bible.

Review: A Christmas Story (1983)

Out of all the Christmas movies out there, this one to me is the worst. Even “Santa Claus Conquers the Martians” (1964), which my mother actually took me to see, which was horrid, is better than this movie. The story is so weak it has to have a narrator carry the story to keep you interested. The humor is demeaning and degrading and to me actually insults the season.

It is time for Christians to adapt

Not to change, but to adapt. Why would I say this?
We have to understand that due to those that oppose God and the Bible are succeeding at destroying a generation. In today’s hectic world and due to the removal of God from the schools this generation has no true concept of God, the Bible or of Christ. The same in away could have been said during the time of the Crusades when common folk had to depend on those that could read and the rich to tell them what the Bible said. As is evident by the fact that there was the Crusades shows that these few and rich lied to the commoners and made them accept the lie as truth and that the lie came from God when it did not. It came from those men. The same is now true today due to our chaotic lifestyles.
Many have been told lie after lie until they think there is no God and we exist by pure chance. The thing is if those who teach these believes and lies would actually look at the mathematics behind their theory they would quickly learn that they should not even exist. The pure math says that we are a creation of God; just by the mere vastness of the universe, itself shows that they have no idea of what they are talking about.
We need to approach this generation at a different angle. Still telling the truth of the Bible, which includes making them understand that a sin is still a sin. However, for this to happen those of us that are called to teach of and about God and His Son, we need to bring our believes in line with the evidence before us.
Each time there was a change in the believes of the Bible it was met with struggle and anger. Not necessarily from outside the faith, but from within it as well.
They called teaching that the earth revolved about the sun instead of the other way around was heresy and meant at the least imprisonment and the most being burned at the stake.
Now we accept that the world revolved about the sun because it has been proven.
Now we know there are other solar systems, and there are other planets within them.
Many in the church still insist that this is the only planet and that it is only five thousand years old. Yet there is enough evidence to counter it. I am not saying that how the world was created per the Bible is not correct. Quite the opposite. I am saying it is correct. How long is a day to God? I know it is longer than a day as we know it. There are those that say one day to God is one thousand years to us (2 Peter 3:8). This is my point. When we do not have concrete evidence we must stay with the Bible, but when there is concrete evidence we need to at the very least consider it and if need be to correct our viewpoint. It has been done before why cannot we do the same now.
It is this lack of willingness to change that is chasing away the younger generations because they see the evidence and it has been proven.
It makes those in the church look like liars and to a degree, they are. Not only to those outside the faith, but to themselves.
They limit and diminish God, which again causes this generation to turn away from God. For if those in the church diminish God why shouldn’t they do the same.
The Bible clearly states that he created the heavens, and then earth. (Genesis 1:1)
The heavens is not only this universe, but heaven, which is in another dimension. Multiple dimensions is something that is being thrown out to the world to hear. They cannot prove it, but the Bible does prove it since it shows that heaven is in another plain of existence, which is another dimension. Yet many in the church deny it and as they do, they deny the Bible and God, not intentionally, but they do it all the same.
The Bible supports this as fact, yet those in the church call it a lie.
It is not a lie it is fact. God created the universe. The entire universe where there are millions of galaxies and solar systems, millions of stars and millions of planets about them.
Is there life on these planets? That even the Bible does not say. So even I can go no further without speculating, which in turn would be an untruth since there is no known evidence, and it is not stated in the Bible.
The facts I have stated above need to be accepted by all that follow God. They need to realize just how powerful God truly is; for when they do, they will become even more humble and realize that God wishes to call upon us to serve and worship Him and His glory and creation.
I heard a pray by an Atheist the other day, and he accepted the creation of God more than Christians do and yet he still denies there is a God.
Just think on that for a bit.

Christmas is about you.

Now “you” can be taken many ways. There are those that would think it means to think only of themselves and what gifts they are going to be given. This is actually the furthest thing from what I am referring. There is a gift involved and it was given to and for you.
When you truly follow the teaching of Jesus Christ (the real meaning for the season), you learn to be humble. True humility means never to think of yourself. Is this possible? For the most part yes, but we are all human and time to time we will be selfish.
Christ said to love God first and constantly, then He said to love those about you as you would love yourself. If there is a gift you desire for yourself, give that gift to someone else. Humility is sacrifice. Humility is placing all others before yourself.
The ultimate example of humility was the very act of Christ going to the cross. A being so powerful He could move a mountain with just a thought, but He was so humble, so unselfish that He chose to take your place upon the cross. He so loved you that He died in your place.
Through this great humility and sacrifice it allowed Him to come back to live and with His resurrection our sins were shown be washed away if all we do is ask Him into our live and live as He did. Humbly, thinking of all before ourselves and loving and honoring God and His Son the Lord Jesus Christ who dies in your place. The real meaning behind Christmas

Christmas is Christ, Christmas is love

People need to start remembering that Christmas is about Christ. It is only due to His gift, which was His life, and His resurrection from His death upon the cross. Without Jesus no matter what any say, those alive now most likely would not be alive.
The base nature of humanity leads to destruction not only of the individual, but also of those affected by this corruption. The United States, once filled with the teachings of Christ, was once safer than it is today. Our schools were safe, when we gathered in public areas it was safe. Evil feared to rear its head. All due to the teaching of Christ. The Bible gave us peace. Admittedly, not complete peace because we are all corrupt, but more so than today.
Now mass murderers occur nearly monthly, violent riots are starting to become commonplace. Organized and orchestrated by those that wish to cause and life in anarchy and chaos. The fear of terrorist attack lone wolf terrorist attacks happen. Why? Because God is no longer a key element in this nation, not all believe, not all that do believe do so as they should. This has always been true and always will, but the teaching of the Bible were taught and understood by all. Now it is not taught. People go about as they did in the dark ages, where mayhem and murderer were commonplace. It is this ignorance of the Bible that caused the Crusades and the hatred that has seethed on the back-burner for centuries are boiling to the top. All due to the removal of the full understanding of the Bible and its teaching of love.
It is true that there has never been true or complete peace throughout the world. However, as the Bible become accessible to everyone, violence diminished to a degree. Then God was removed and everyday violence increased. People take the word of others instead of reading and understanding the Bible themselves, as they should. This is what caused the Crusades. Some think in teaching hate and rage for that is what the person telling them says the Bible does. This is a lie. True there are wars shown in the Bible, but when you read the teaching of Christ all you learn is love for ALL humankind and when you love your fellow humans, you have no desire to harm them. So, remember that Christmas is for Christ, learn His teachings, and follow them.
