Even on rough days, you must praise Him

I was abruptly reminded to day on how hard it can be to sing praises unto God during the hard times that occur in this life. I was writing to someone about the wonders hidden within the Book of Revelation, but at the same time working through depression due to events within this temporal life.
It took me back to my year of Job when Satan threw boulders upon my narrow road to God. I feel as I prayed and thought and re-thought and prayed again that I focused on God once again and was able to convey His Glory to the person I was writing too.
This world we live in. Filled with all others truly identical to us, the corruption is a challenge to strife through at times. It is something we must prevail through. God knows our spiritual strength. He knows what we can handle and so we must struggle on to take that next step. To see though the next hour. To make it to the next day, then the next week, month and year. Till the day God says your work is done in this life and He calls us unto Him and His Son.

Why is the Bible so big?

First, it must be said that it is not as big as it could be. When King James made his commission to make the Bible we now use today, several books were not included. What is left per the commission was deemed to be the core elements required to teach Christianity.
Two verses need to be stated.
Matthew 5:17 Think not that I am come to destroy the law, or the prophets: I am not come to destroy, but to fulfil.
2 Timothy 3:16-17 All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness: That the man of God may be perfect, thoroughly furnished unto all good works.
The commission found that not only the New Testament, but as well the Old Testament was and is required to teach someone in the faith of Christianity. There are those that feel that calling themselves Christian makes them exempt to follow the teaching found within the older books of the Bible. Now one must understand one important fact about the second book of Timothy. The letter of what is now called the book of Timothy were letters written in the first century of Christianity, many scholars say by a follower or followers of Paul. So what scriptures are being referred to within this letter? None other than what is now called the Old Testament.
Then the commission of King James came to the same conclusion. Therefore, those that are ignoring these books of the Bible are in violation of these two verses in second Timothy. Especially since Jesus stated very clearly that, He is in fact fulfillment of the Old Testament.
It is also important to realize something else. To be a disciple of Christ he must be chosen by Jesus’ Himself. All recognize that those twelve that walked with Jesus before His crucifixion are in fact disciples. Well there was one other that was called by Jesus. His name was Saul, which became Paul, and he was tasked by Christ to preach and welcome all gentiles into the fold. This is the full creation of Christianity and also the making of the thirteenth disciple of Jesus.
Since each disciple represent each of the twelve tribes of Israel that then makes Christians, as I call it, the thirteenth tribe of Israel. This comparison, to me, magnifies statements directed at Israel to also include Christians. This is simplistic I admit, but at the same time logical. Anyway, no matter my suggestion here, being Christian and accepting that we must use the Old Testament as a guide then we should read it. Understand and where fitting in a Christian aspect follow what it teaches for that is its purpose. To deny its teaching is to deny what we have been told to do and in so doing deny God.
Now back on the main topic. There are those that call themselves Christian that seem to display an attitude that they are better than those that do not accept Christianity. They feel they must direct all their attention only to those in their little click of purity. That is against the teaching of Jesus and the entire Bible.
Matthew 28:19 – Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost:
Matthew 24:14 – And this gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in all the world for a witness unto all nations; and then shall the end come.
We are also to be humble.
Philippians Chapter 2: 3-5 Let nothing be done through strife or vainglory; but in lowliness of mind let each esteem other better than themselves. Look not every man on his own things, but every man also on the things of others. Let this mind be in you, which was also in Christ Jesus:
This means to all not just fellow Christians. For you cannot convince someone you are sincere if you have an attitude of superiority, which we should never have, because there is only one being worthy of such a placement and adoration, and He is God. And not to desire to share God with any willing to follow and worship Him is the ultimate act of selfishness there would ever be.

Am I fear mongering?

Admiral Yamamoto called the USA a sleeping giant. Why make such a comparison? Because the US is separated by oceans that keeps us away from those countries that are going through turmoil. Then we have a news media that no longer gives us all the news but selective views that that contain more commentary then news. It is also not the news.

The fourth estate’s intent was to give unvarnished and complete news about all issues and allow those that read the news to make their own conclusion. Now they give us their conclusions and expect us to take them at their word.

As a result, the United States of America is not fully aware of many things going on outside the door of their own home.

I asked a good friend if she had heard what was going on in the middle-east as the news of beheadings was stating to finally make its way into this nation. She is a good Christian and God-fearing woman. Her response: “I have no idea what you are talking about.”

I look about me and see Christians stating they should only care for those within their church and their own family. This is not what we were command by God to do. We are to spread the Word of God throughout the entire world. The world does not begin at the boarder of this nation. This nation is part of the world as well. Therefore, the Bible is to be taught not just in our homes, and churches. It is to be taught everywhere.

It is this mentality that we are to cage up God inside a building that has allowed those that oppose God to gain in power and strength within this nation that was originally founded to worship God.

There is no such thing as “Politically Correct” there is only “Biblically Correct”

If they choose not to listen that is their choice, but if they do not hear of the Bible or its views then they cannot make a true decision without all the facts given to them.

As Christians sit in their home and churches, those that oppose Christian views and principles sit in the colleges and universities teaching that there is no God and the Bible and those that follow the Bible are stupid. This is what happens when Christians disobey God.

It is not fear mongering. It is a wake-up call to those within the Christian community that sit around, do, and say nothing. For as they do this nation falls deeper and deeper into crisis. Christians are to be active in all aspects of this nation. They are to not only just go to church, but also go to the town hall, state capital and national capitol and make their views heard. Let those that are in office know how you think and if they do not support your views. You vote them out of office and if need be run yourself and take their place. That is the duty of all Christians not just a handful.

Stop saying “Oh someone else is going to do.” That is what everyone is saying. Stand up and be heard. PERIOD.

If it were easy, everyone would do it.

We are taught that it is a narrow and rough road that leads to salvation. The road is full of potholes and rocks. If it were a real road, only the strongest build 4×4 could handle it. That is what those that turn to Christ are.
What I am about to type is something that need to be understood. Most in the United States of America are raised Christian, but that does not mean they are Christian.
To truly be called Christian you will turn to Jesus and ask him into your life; when you do this you will not want to sin. Sure, time to time, you will, but it will shortly after doing so make you feel guilt. You will be remorseful. You will turn to Christ and ask His forgiveness, once again because you have hit a rock or a pothole.
It is through studying the Bible that you learn what is right and wrong. It is not what other humans say is right, but God, through His Son, Jesus Christ.
It is time many start to realize that saying and being a Christian are two different paths. Jesus calls most in the United States “lukewarm” in the third chapter of Revelation. You are neither hot nor cold toward God. He clearly states that He would prefer you “cold,” but most especially “hot” for God. Therefore, those that call themselves “Atheist” have better standing with God than those that are “lukewarm.” That is a shocking realization when you think upon it.
Even though as I have witnessed the logic atheist use, which is warped and flawed, but God places them higher than most who use the name “Christian,” inaccurately, for themselves.
If you are selfish, self-centered, and arrogant, if you believe that the laws of the land do not pertain to you. Like for example the simple law of going the speed limit. Then you are not truly Christian. You may say that you are, but really, you are not. Wake up, turn to Christ and ask Him into your life. Read the Bible and learn your faith that you say you are.

The Journey of Salvation

The quest for salvation begins with an understanding that we as human beings are corrupt. We all sin, but there are degrees of sin. Those sins that actually change the path of our existence are the worst of these sins.
Sins like taking the life of another human being. Sins like choosing to be with someone of the same sex instead of the opposite sex. These sins turn you down a path that is hard to turn from, but that must be turned away from.
At the core of all sin is the desire to satisfy yourself. Your wants and desires.
In the Bible, we are taught that removing the “self” is a core element to do in the journey toward salvation. However, how can we ever get there on our own? We cannot. We must turn to the only person that was perfect. For only something pure and clean can remove the impure and filthy. Do you not use a clean rag and water when cleaning a mess?
Who is this perfect being? It is Jesus Christ, the Son of God. Can you still come to God once you have committed the worst of sin? Yes you can, but it will cost you dearly. You must emotionally suffer greatly as you go through the rest of your life, but realize this life we now live is temporal. Our true rewards are promised us not in this life, but in the next and eternal life.
You will be tempted to return to your previous lusts and desires. You may falter, but turn away and repent and then strive forward toward God. All you need do is ask Jesus into your life, and to read the Bible. It will already be difficult, but if you do not ask Jesus’s help or learn from the Bible the struggle may tear you apart from the inside. In many ways, it already will especially when turning from a major sin. It must be done so you can one day as you explore the universe say to yourself:
“I am here because of Jesus.”

Why in the Christian believe is Jesus the way to God?
From the days when Abraham was first instructed to give sacrifice of a lamb unto the worship of God the foundation was laid for Him to be the way. The lamb was to be pure and unblemished, and believe it or not so was Jesus. No matter what you have been told, he never sinned, nor did he know a woman. For He must needed to be a virgin sacrifice like those thousands of lambs that were given unto to God from the very first one Abraham gave unto our Father in heaven.
That is one of the things that makes Jesus different, and then there is another. But what is it? The one thing most have the biggest problem accepting. The fact that He rose from the dead, that fact that He is alive this very moment. Here is something pastor and priest don’t say, but since I am a laymen I have no trouble saying since it requires the ability to think using science. There are those that believe that there is multiple dimensions. It is actually something that has been taught for centuries without many putting two and two together. What is heaven? It is a place beyond this place of existence that we now exist within. If so then Heaven is a different dimension.
God is real, and so is His Son the Lord Jesus Christ. What they ask us to do and not do is needed to be done for a reason. There is an ultimate plan. God wants us to live forever, but we are to be tested due to the sins of those before us. We are to be tested due to the actions of Kane. We are to be test due to those that walked the earth before the flood that required the arc that Noah used to allow creation to continue.
Jesus is our redemption, for He become the human sacrifice, replacing the lamb, to allow us to be welcome before God. Clean of all our sins no matter how great they were, but we must ask Christ into our hearts. If you honestly ask him into your heart those sins that are told us is wrong within the Bible become something we have no want to do. It becomes something that upsets us if we slip back into them and we beg once again for God to forgive, which He does through His Son. Why? Because He knows we are not perfect yet.
Nevertheless, there will be a time when we will be perfect, and on that day all will praise the Lord our God upon His throne, next to which His Son Jesus sits on His right hand. What will be amazing to many is that they will realize that it took imperfection to make them worthy through Christ to stand before the creator of the universe.
Jesus is the only way to God for He is the Messiah. The Bible is the only tool that truly teaches of Christ, and what is required for us to be able to know what we need to do to reach God.
Do not believe those that say you can live in sin and still go to heaven. You cannot. If you truly believe you are saved you will know it. You will not want to live in any type of sin, for within this sin you will know you are corrupting that which is pure and holy and special unto to God, through His son Jesus Christ

What is morality?

Why I am making this post is because another person posted the other day that, and I quote: “Christian were attacking the morality of ordinary citizens who love who they want to love.”
The definition of morality is per Merriam-Webster: beliefs about what is right behavior and what is wrong behavior. But where do we find what is right and wrong? Where was this context first placed upon human beings? That would be the Bible and those teachings that was first given unto Abraham, several thousands of years ago.
I also wish to challenge the word “ordinary” it is defined as: 3: the regular or customary condition or course of things —usually used in the phrase out of the ordinary. “The regular or customary condition.” Here is an interest point of view. What has been the regular and customary again for thousands of years? Those very same principles found within the Bible and taught again for thousands of years. Now all of a sudden these same ideals are not “regular or customary?” the answer to this question is no. So I can say that the sentence I quoted originally above is flawed and inaccurate as are the believes that allowed this man to come up with this very thought. The sentence should read when you follow true common logic that has been in place within civilization for thousands of years as follows:
Christians are defending the morality of those un-ordinary citizens that love who they want to love, because these “un-ordinary citizens” are perverting those principles upon which all good civilizations were founded upon. If any are having their morality attacked, it is those of the Christian believes for thousands of years out ways a decade or two. The mere fact that the true morality has been around so long is testament to the fact that it is the real morality not this “new morality,” which is in actuality old sin and has been shown to be the destruction of many civilizations.
To defend what is right is the duty of Christianity as a whole. Especially within the United States of America whose very foundation comes from those Christians that fled nations where morality was being perverted. As an example, we give you King Henry VIII that could not live under the morality required by the Catholic Church at that time, because he wished to divorce and remarry. Therefore, he removed all churches within England from the Catholic Church and formed the Church of England. This allowed him to live in sin and to commit murder.
These are the things Christians, especially those in the United States; do not wish to happen here. For thousands of years same-sex behavior has been a sin. It is only within recent years that those in power wish to change this. Just like King Henry VIII. Unfortunately, they are winning. Are Christian destine to be like Sir Thomas More? Martyred for their desire to adhere to their faith rather than allow the nation they love fall into sin? It appears that may be what is required when people think that those that live in extreme sin to be “ordinary.”

The forever place.

For centuries, it has been heaven, and it is understandable that people think and believe that once they die it is heaven that they will go to. That is true, but it is only a temporary place that we are to visit. Call it a waiting room if you like.

The real forever place will be the entire universe. Why else is it so large. We are promised that there will be a rapture of those that are present when the time of the Tribulation begins. Then there is the White Throne Judgment where the people that go through it will have their life’s seen like an open book for all to see. Those that pass this judgment will be like those that were at the rapture. Given an immortal and perfect body in place of the corruptible one, we now live within. An immortal body, can you grasp the meaning in those words. A human body that will not suffer illness or age and will last for billions of years.

What we will do in these bodies is only speculation, but it is certain for those that either make it past the White Throne, or accepted Christ into their heart before the rapture will have a glorious and wonderful life. Why? Because we will be serving the Lord our God and fulfilling those tasks that he assigns to us. That is the true forever and ever, which is said as you say the Lord’s pray if you read it fully and completely.

Then there is the other side of the coin. For in actuality God has promised all the children of Adam an eternal life in an immortal body. Those that do not make it past the White Throne Judgment have another destiny. It is one that is too terrible to put into words. Why? Because when those that fail realize that they too have an immortal body. A body that cannot die. A body that will last billions of years just like those that did make it past the judgment, but they have a different fate. A fate that will last as long as their bodies do. They will never sleep, for what they will go through will be beyond comprehension. They will beg to die because of it, but it will never happen. All because they turned their backs on God, and if they did not know of God then it was due to some horrible deeds they did within this corruptible life that made it impossible for them to be welcome before the Throne of God.

Those that know that their actions and behavior is something God has said not to do yet they do it. Some even do it joyfully. If you live a life that is considered a sin to God, I beg you turn away from it. Seek out the Son of God. Turn to Jesus and ask Him into your life even if you have to fall to your knees and beg for your forgiveness. Know that there will be times when you will falter and fall, but pick yourself up and continue upon the journey that will lead you to ultimately stand before God in joy, singing and praise of the One Most High. Then you too can come to enjoy that forever place.

What took Moses so long to return to the tribe of Israel as they waited for his return at the foot of Mt Sinai?

Those who have not read the Bible, will not realize, that the reason it took so long for Moses to return to those he had just saved from slavery in Egypt was due to him be given not just ten commandments but all the laws that the tribe of Israel and ultimately Christianity were to follow.
Now as I have said before due to free-will all have to choice to live as they so desire. That is their decision to live in sin if they so choose. That does not give them permission to change the laws that were first made upon that mountain those thousands of years ago.
Yet that is exactly what is being done. To the point that the former Presbyterian church this last year did two things in violation of these laws. First, they said they would no longer acknowledge Israel. Second, they allowed for same sex marriages.
Now again as I have stated elsewhere and above if you want to live this lifestyle that is your decision, I am not going to stop, but I am not going to condone your action either. I will personally think you are living in sin. If I knew I could get you to stop, I would do it.
My reason for this post is to state that when a church allows you to marry within their walls they are giving you the false believe that God approves of your lifestyle, which is the furthest thing from the truth. The new Presbyterian social club is no longer a church. They may say they are, but due to them denying Israel which is the first nation created by God then they are in fact denying God. So if you want to get married in a one of the clubhouse go for it, but do not think it is God saying it is ok.
One of the laws given to Moses on Sinai was that men should not lie with men as if one is a woman. (Lev 18:22). At one point the actions of a few men within the tribe of Benjamin resulted in nearly the entire tribe to be wiped out leaving only eleven tribes instead of twelve. All due to the fact that the tribe would not turn over these men for judgment due to their behavior. (Judges 19 & 20)
Also in Leviticus, it is explained that due to this type of behavior was one of the main reasons God was leading the Israelites into the lands that would become Israel due to this very behavior because the nations that occupied it at that time allowed this behavior.
Here is my point. Again if you wish to live this lifestyle do so, but do not force your lifestyle upon the rest of us. This nation, no matter what you were told was made for the freedom to worship God. Due to this original principle, it has been changed to allow those to worship or not worship as they see fit. As a result, this nation is in decline. If you read Leviticus, you will see that those nations Israel was going to replace were in decline because of this type of behavior being present.
If you insist on marrying, do not do so in a church have a civil ceremony.
As a Christian, it is my responsibility to inform you that your actions are a direct factor for the states of this nation as it is this moment. It is also due to abortion, but I will not stop a woman for doing it for that is her free-will choice as well. I am asking that you try to understand that your actions are wrong. Will you change your ways? I doubt it, but I hope you start to think. I hope you start to realize that this type of lifestyle has led to the destruction of many nations before this one. Realize that by forcing others to accept you is wrong, just as it is equally wrong for others like me to force you to stop if you do not want to. Leave the laws of this nation alone. If you do not like them because of your lifestyle choice Then you will just have to not like them. They were made because they were based on those laws given to Moses upon that mountain by God Himself. I wish to follow these laws, as should any that call themselves Christian. As such no church should welcome you unless you come to repent of your sin and leave it behind. I know it will be difficult, for I have had to struggle with it myself, but I overcame it and came to know that the traditional lifestyle is the true one.
I know the world does not revolve about me. Many think the world does revolve about them. This is also not true. God is the center for when you truly place God before all others you suddenly know and realize that all others are more important than you are. That is why I make this blog. It is what God has called me to do. This is my ministry, and through it, I wish to help awaken those that are walking through this world in a dream of their own making. A dream in which all is happiness, but in reality the world is falling apart about us due to these choices that are against God and the founding principles of this very nation. This nation which was the second nation created by God. It should be treated with the respect for which those that left the persecution of the Old World to come to this New World in the believe that they and their children, which we are, would worship God as if He still stood upon Mount Sinai at this very moment and obey the laws he had handed to Moses.

Confessions of a screwed up middle aged man: As I seek

As I look about me for a new mate. I watch how ladies act. I find myself checking their left hand for a ring on a certain finger. I comptemplate how we might progress in our possible future as I am determined to work for only nine more years.
I also wonder if that retirement will be as I hope as I see the nation I call home falling apart about me.
I use to prefer ladies younger than me. Even at one point dating a nineteen year old when I was thirty-three. My last wife was even eleven years younger than me, to be honest. Now though that is not what I seek. Now they need to be much closer to my age. They should be looking forward to their retirement as I am. I so want to travel this country once again. I desire to camp within the Rockies and watch the sun change the shadows upon then as the day passes.
I know there is someone out there. But where? There are so many issues to overcome when growing a relationship. They are challenges I know I can overcome. I could have even stayed with my last wife if she could have overcome her selfish behavior. She did not. The stress she placed upon me would have continued to turn what hair I had left upon my head from grey to white as my beard is now.
How do you find a woman that does not smoke or only care for herself?
Dating sites are a joke because the ladies there are seeking a fantasy they will never find. I still laugh inside as I see that they will only give you the time of day if you look like a superhero, and have all their virtues as well.
Well I have the virtues. I am kind, caring, loving, but I have a beer belly even though I do not drink or smoke. I have worked hard my entire life for the most part. I even have damaged lungs because I insisted on being a hard worker. Yet I cannot get a worthwhile lady to even give me the time of day.
As I have stated before this corruptible body is only a temporary body. Used in this lifetime that will be like a blink of the eye compared to our real life we are promised by God. A life that will last billions of years in a body that will not only look like a superheroes, but also have the abilities of one. To be able to travel in an instant to anywhere in the universe, to be muscular and strong, and yet still have the kindness and caring you developed in the corruptible life. How humbling that will be to know that it took corruption to instill true kindness and thoughtfulness. The good man I am now will be the man then in the service of Christ.
Is it then that I will finally meet my mate or will she already be there at my side from this current life?
